The special conveying and lifting equipment for the belt wheel tooling vehicle as claimed in claim 1, wherein the conveying vehicle driving mechanism comprises a mounting frame, a first motor arranged at the lower part of the mounting frame, a driving chain wheel arranged at the output end of the first motor, two guide chain wheels arranged at the upper end of the mounting frame and a chain; the chain is wound below the driving chain wheel, and two ends of the chain are respectively wound around the two guide chain wheels from the middle of the two guide chain wheels and are respectively connected with two ends of the conveying vehicle.

The special conveying and lifting equipment for the belt wheel tooling vehicle as claimed in claim 2, wherein limiting buffers are arranged on both sides of the mounting frame along the moving direction of the conveying vehicle, and limiting plates are arranged on both ends of the conveying vehicle.

The special conveying and lifting equipment for the wheeled tool carrier as claimed in claim 1, wherein the conveying vehicle comprises a main body support, a plurality of rollers arranged below two ends of the main body support, guide wheels arranged at two ends of the main body support and matched with the side edges of the limiting frame and the inner side edges of the lifting mechanism, a conveying mechanism mounting frame arranged in the middle of the upper part of the main body support, and tool carrier guide frames arranged at two sides of the upper part of the main body support, and the tool carrier guide frames are provided with lifting mechanism avoiding openings.

The special conveying and lifting equipment for the belt wheel tooling vehicle as claimed in claim 1, wherein the lifting mechanism comprises two supporting frames which are oppositely arranged, a lifting frame which is connected in the supporting frames in a vertical sliding manner, lifting chain wheels which are arranged at four corners of the supporting frames, a lifting chain which is arranged between the upper lifting chain wheel and the lower lifting chain wheel and is connected with the lifting frame, a lifting shaft which is arranged between the two lifting chain wheels with the same height, and a third motor which is connected with the lifting shaft in a transmission manner; two opposite sides of the lifting frame are provided with telescopic cargo arm assemblies.

The special conveying and lifting device for the belt wheel tooling vehicle as claimed in claim 7, wherein the telescopic loading arm assembly comprises two rotating shafts vertically mounted on the side surface of the lifting frame through bearings, a loading arm arranged on the rotating shafts, and a fourth motor simultaneously connected with the two rotating shafts in a transmission manner through a chain wheel and chain assembly.

The special conveying and lifting equipment for the belt wheel tooling vehicle of claim 8, wherein at least one of the rotating shafts is fixedly connected with a limiting arm, an arc-shaped limiting groove is formed in the upper side surface of the lifting frame, and a limiting part extending into the arc-shaped limiting groove is arranged on the limiting arm.

The special conveying and lifting equipment for the belt wheel tooling vehicle of claim 8, wherein at least two guide posts are arranged on the opposite sides of the two lifting frames, the upper ends of the guide posts are provided with conical heads, and the guide posts are provided with bearings.
