Claims (10)
1. An elevator sterilization method is characterized in that: steerable air passing hole that opens and shuts is all seted up to the car top of elevator and the lateral wall bottom of car, both ends all are provided with the germicide atomizing and spray the mechanism about the well of elevator, sterilization method includes following step:
receiving the transmission information of the elevator wire harness, and monitoring the elevator action;
installing air quantity detection equipment in an air passing hole of the elevator car, and utilizing a wire harness to receive and monitor an output result of the air quantity detection equipment in real time;
and controlling the elevator and the sterilizing agent atomizing and spraying mechanism to work in a matched manner according to the received elevator action information and the output result of the air quantity detection equipment.
2. The elevator sterilization method according to claim 1, wherein: the elevator actions include at least: the movement of the elevator, the opening and closing times and time of the elevator door and the triggering of the elevator key.
3. The elevator sterilization method according to claim 2, wherein: the step of controlling the elevator and the sterilizing agent atomizing and spraying mechanism to work cooperatively according to the received elevator action information and the output result of the air quantity detection equipment comprises the following steps:
statically monitoring, presetting a time accumulation threshold, carrying out timed sterilization operation when the time point accumulation reaches the time accumulation threshold, and resetting the time point accumulation to restart the accumulation after the time point accumulation is finished;
and (5) dynamic monitoring, namely performing classified dynamic sterilization operation according to the elevator action and the output result of the air quantity detection equipment.
4. The elevator sterilization method according to claim 3, wherein: the timed sterilization operation specifically comprises the following steps:
1) three groups of positioning points are arranged and respectively positioned at two ends and the middle point of the elevator shaft, and the three groups of positioning points are divided into an upper end positioning point, a lower end positioning point and a middle positioning point according to the positions;
2) judging the position of the elevator by using the elevator action information, judging a positioning point closest to the elevator, and executing the step 3) when the position of the elevator is closest to the positioning point at the upper end; when the elevator position is closest to the lower end positioning point, executing the step 4); when the elevator position is closest to the middle positioning point, executing the step 5);
3) controlling the elevator to move until the upper end of the elevator reaches the nearest position which can be far away from the positioning point of the upper end, closing the air passing hole at the upper end of the elevator car, and controlling the sterilizing agent atomizing and spraying mechanism at the upper end of the well of the elevator to work and spray L1The milliliter sterilizing agent controls the elevator to move downwards to the lowest point;

s2, monitoring the output result of the air volume detection device, setting a threshold value, judging that the elevator needs to be sterilized when the output result of the air volume detection device exceeds the preset threshold value, continuing to judge the positioning point at which the elevator is positioned and which is closest to the upper positioning point, and performing near-upper-end sterilization when the elevator position is closest to the upper positioning point; when the elevator position is closest to the lower end positioning point, the near lower end sterilization operation is carried out; when the elevator position is closest to the middle positioning point, near-middle sterilization operation is carried out;
s3, monitoring the elevator action, performing time point accumulation operation when the elevator door is detected to be opened, finishing the time point accumulation operation when the elevator door is detected to be closed, presetting a first time accumulation threshold and a second time accumulation threshold, judging whether passengers move or not when the time accumulation value obtained by finishing the time point accumulation is larger than the first time accumulation threshold, continuously judging whether the elevator moves, if not, judging a positioning point at which the position of the elevator is closest to the position of the elevator, and performing near-upper-end sterilization operation when the position of the elevator is closest to the positioning point at the upper end; when the elevator position is closest to the lower end positioning point, the near lower end sterilization operation is carried out; when the elevator position is closest to the middle positioning point, near-middle sterilization operation is carried out; if so, carrying out whole well sterilization and disinfection operation; and when the time accumulated value during the time point accumulation is larger than a second time accumulated threshold value, judging that the elevator door is not closed for a long time, and performing the whole well sterilization operation.
6. The elevator sterilization method according to claim 5, wherein: the near-upper-end sterilization operation specifically comprises the following steps:
controlling the elevator to move until the upper end of the elevator reaches the nearest position which can be far away from the positioning point of the upper end;
opening an air passing hole at the upper end of the elevator car, and closing the air passing hole at the lower end of the elevator car;
a sterilizing agent atomizing and spraying mechanism at the upper end of a hoistway of the elevator is controlled to work and spray a sterilizing agent to enter the elevator car for sterilization through the air passing hole;
and opening the air passing holes at the upper end and the lower end of the elevator car, controlling the elevator to move to the middle positioning point and then closing all the air passing holes to finish the near-upper-end sterilization operation.
7. The elevator sterilization method according to claim 5, wherein: the near-lower end sterilization operation specifically comprises the following steps:
controlling the elevator to move until the lower end of the elevator reaches the nearest position which can be far away from a lower end positioning point;
opening an air passing hole at the lower end of the elevator car, and closing the air passing hole at the upper end of the elevator car;
the sterilizing agent atomizing and spraying mechanism at the lower end of the hoistway of the elevator is controlled to work and spray sterilizing agent to enter the elevator car for sterilization through the air passing hole;
and opening the air passing holes at the upper end and the lower end of the elevator car, controlling the elevator to move to the middle positioning point, and then closing all the air passing holes to finish the near-lower-end sterilization operation.
8. The elevator sterilization method according to claim 5, wherein: the near-middle sterilization operation specifically comprises the following steps:
controlling the elevator to move until the center of the elevator reaches the nearest position which can be far away from the middle positioning point;
judging the movement of the elevator as upward movement or downward movement;
if the sterilizing agent is upwards moved, the air passing hole is closed before moving, the sterilizing agent atomizing and spraying mechanism at the lower end of the hoistway of the elevator is controlled to work and spray the sterilizing agent, the moving operation is carried out after the spraying is finished, and the air passing hole is opened after the moving to the specified position so that the sterilizing agent penetrates through the elevator along with the air flow through the air passing hole to finish the near-middle sterilizing operation;
