Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, the present invention is further described in detail with reference to the following embodiments. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the invention and are not intended to limit the invention.
The invention particularly provides a cigarette strip pack beauty device which aims at solving the problems of low efficiency, poor processing quality, complex driving system, poor stability and the like of the existing strip pack beauty device. To further illustrate the structure of the present invention, the following detailed description is made with reference to the accompanying drawings:
referring to fig. 1, a container for wrapping cigarette sticks comprises a frame 1, which is a frame box body composed of a rigid section bar frame and a rigid plate body and having a supporting and carrying function and a protection function. The shape is not limited, and the device can be assembled according to the outline of the device and the working position of the component, so that the device can complete the function.
The hot-pressing device comprises a horizontal four-side hot-pressing film device 2, a vertical two-side hot-pressing film device 3 and a feeding and discharging mechanism 4.
Referring to fig. 2-8, the horizontal four-side film ironing device comprises two side cigarette poking supports 2-1, side iron plates 2-2, side pressure driving shafts 2-3, side pressure cylindrical cams 2-4, side pressure driving rods 2-5, side pressure movable supports 2-6, feeding driving shafts 2-7, feeding swing arms 2-8, feeding slide rails 2-9, feeding sliding tables 2-10, lower iron plates 2-11, lower plate driving shafts 2-12, lower plate planar groove cams 2-13, lower plate driving rods 2-14, upper iron plates 2-15, upper plate driving shafts 2-16, upper plate jacking cams 2-17, upper plate driving movable rods 2-18 and upper plate return springs 2-19.

The side iron plates are arranged on the inner side of the side smoke-poking support and are uniformly distributed along the extending direction of the strip pack translation film-ironing channel, and the two symmetrical side iron plates are used for ironing and pressing the end faces of the two sides of the strip pack. The lateral ironing plates arranged on the lateral poking cigarette rack and in bilateral symmetry form a group of lateral ironing assemblies for pressing transparent films at the end parts of the two sides of the strip packet, and a plurality of such lateral ironing assemblies are distributed at the same intervals in the extending direction of the translation ironing film channel of the strip packet. Each group of side ironing components can not only iron the end part of the strip packet, but also play a role in clamping the strip packet, and the strip packet has a movable side poking cigarette rack to drive the strip packet to move forwards intermittently in a clamped state, so that feeding is realized.
The upper soldering iron plate is arranged between the cigarette poking frames on the two sides and is positioned above the strip pack translation film ironing channel, and the upper soldering iron plate is used for ironing the upper end face of the strip pack; the lower iron plate is arranged between the cigarette poking frames on the two sides and is positioned below the strip package translation film ironing channel, and the lower iron plate is used for ironing the lower end face of the strip package. The upper and lower end surfaces of the bar package are pressed by the up-and-down clamping action of the upper iron plate and the lower iron plate, and the bar package is supported in the intermission of releasing the bar package by the side iron plates.
The lateral pressure driving shaft is arranged on the rack, the axis of the lateral pressure driving shaft is horizontal and vertical to the extending direction of the strip bag translation film ironing channel, two ends of the pressure measuring driving shaft are assembled on the rack through a bearing and a bearing seat, and the lateral pressure driving shaft can rotate around the axis of the lateral pressure driving shaft. The lateral pressure cylindrical cams are arranged on the lateral pressure driving shaft, the outer circumference of each lateral pressure cylindrical cam is provided with a circumferential groove, the lateral pressure driving shaft is provided with two mutually symmetrical lateral pressure cylindrical cams through keys, and the lateral pressure cylindrical cams on two sides are respectively used for driving the cigarette shifting supports on two sides. The side pressure driving rod is installed on the rack, the axis of the side pressure driving rod is parallel to the side pressure driving shaft, and the side pressure driving rod can stretch along the axis. The inner end parts of the side pressure driving rods are provided with shifting rollers combined with circumferential grooves of the side pressure cylindrical cams, shaft sleeves are arranged on two sides of the rack, and the side pressure driving rods are in shaft rod shapes and can stretch and retract towards two sides of the rack under the guiding action of the shaft sleeves. The space curve design of the circumferential groove of the lateral pressure cylindrical cam determines the expansion frequency and the stroke of the lateral pressure driving rod. The combination mode of the cylindrical cam and the poking roller is a conventional matching technology in the mechanical field. The side pressure movable frame is arranged at the outer end part of the side pressure driving rod. Specifically, the side pressure movable frame is a frame body for carrying a side cigarette shifting support, and the lower part of the side pressure movable frame is provided with a C-shaped holding hole and a locking bolt for holding the outer end part of the side pressure driving rod.
The feeding driving shaft is arranged on the frame, the axis of the feeding driving shaft is parallel to the axis of the side pressure driving shaft, the feeding driving shaft can rotate around the axis of the feeding driving shaft, and two end parts of the feeding driving shaft are arranged on the frame by using bearings and bearing seats. The feeding swing arm is arranged at the outer end part of the feeding driving shaft, and the feeding driving shaft drives the feeding swing arm to swing by taking the feeding driving shaft as a shaft. The feeding slide rail is arranged on the side pressure movable frame and is parallel to the extending direction of the strip pack translation film ironing channel. The feeding sliding table is assembled on the feeding sliding rail and moves movably under the guiding action of the feeding sliding rail, and the feeding sliding table is shifted by the feeding swing arm and moves on the feeding sliding rail in a reciprocating mode.
The feeding swing arm comprises a swing arm loop bar and a swing arm telescopic rod, the lower end part of a swing arm sleeve is fixedly installed at the end part of the feeding driving shaft, the upper end part of the swing arm sleeve is provided with a sliding hole, the swing arm telescopic rod is inserted into the sliding hole of the swing arm sleeve and stretches out and draws back along the axis of the swing arm telescopic rod under the guiding action of the sliding hole, and the upper end of the swing arm telescopic rod is hinged to the feeding sliding table. Specifically, the lower end part of the swing arm sleeve is provided with a hole which is tightly held with the feeding driving shaft. The upper end of the swing arm telescopic rod is hinged with a pin seat through a pin shaft, and a guide hole parallel to the axis of the feeding driving shaft is processed on the pin seat. Referring to fig. 9-12, the vertical double-sided film ironing device includes two vertical strip-wrapped conveyor belt units 3-1, a front iron plate 3-2, a rear iron plate 3-3, a double-plate driving shaft 3-4, a double-plate planar slot cam 3-5, a front plate driving rod 3-6, and a rear plate driving rod 3-7.
The vertical conveyor belt unit is an assembly of a synchronous belt and a driving pulley and a driven pulley adapted thereto, which is a conventional conveyor assembly in the mechanical field. The vertical strip pack conveying belt unit is provided with a conveying belt for conveying in the vertical direction and a supporting plate which is arranged on the conveying belt and used for supporting the end part of the strip pack. The supporting plates are uniformly installed on the outer side of the conveying belt at intervals and are installed on the conveying belt through screws.
The strip package vertical conveying belt units are arranged on the rack and are symmetrically arranged, a strip package vertical feeding channel is formed between the two strip package vertical conveying belt units, the upper end of the vertical feeding channel is positioned at the tail part of the strip package translation film ironing channel, and strip packages output from the tail part of the translation film ironing channel fall into the strip package vertical conveying belt units from the upper end of the vertical feeding channel, so that the horizontal and vertical conveying conversion of the strip packages is realized. The width of the vertical feeding channel is larger than the length of the tobacco rod packet, the tobacco rod packet is fed and conveyed downwards intermittently from the upper part of the vertical feeding channel, and two ends of the tobacco rod packet are supported by the symmetrical and synchronously moving supporting plates on the vertical conveying belt units of the tobacco rod packet on two sides. The wheel shaft of a driving belt wheel and the wheel shaft of a driven belt wheel of the vertical conveying belt unit are installed on the rack through bearings and bearing seats, and the driving rotation of the driving belt wheel drives the conveying belt to intermittently revolve.
The front iron plate is arranged between the two vertical package conveying belt units and positioned in front of the vertical strip package feeding channel, and the front iron plate is used for pressing and ironing the front end face of the strip package; the back iron plate is arranged between the two vertical package conveying belt units and behind the vertical strip package feeding channel, and the back iron plate is used for pressing and ironing the back end face of the strip package. In the intermittent feeding stop state of the bar package, the front iron plate and the rear iron plate move relatively close to each other to press the front end surface and the rear end surface of the bar package.
The double-plate driving shaft is installed on the rack, the axis of the double-plate driving shaft is horizontal and parallel to the vertical feeding channel of the strip pack, the double-plate driving shaft rotates around the axis of the double-plate driving shaft, namely, the two end parts of the double-plate driving shaft are assembled on the rack through bearings and bearing seats. The double-plate plane groove-shaped cam is a plane groove-shaped cam with grooves arranged on two end faces, the moving frequency and the moving distance of the front iron plate and the rear iron plate are respectively determined by the plane curve design of the grooves on the two end faces, and the front iron plate and the rear iron plate synchronously move. The double-plate plane groove-shaped cam is arranged on the front double-plate driving shaft through a key.
The front plate driving rod is installed on the rack, the axis of the front plate driving rod is horizontal and perpendicular to the front plate driving shaft, the front plate driving rod moves linearly along the axis of the front plate driving rod, the iron plate is installed in front of the front end of the front plate driving rod, and the poking roller matched with the groove of the front plate plane groove-shaped cam is installed at the rear end of the front plate driving rod. The feeding driving shaft is connected with the upper plate driving shaft in a transmission mode through a spiral bevel gear reverser, the upper spiral bevel gear reverser is a steering power transmission device, and the feeding driving shaft is a known device and comprises two spiral bevel gear reversers which are arranged up and down and connected through a vertical transmission rod.
Referring to fig. 15 and 16, the feeding and discharging mechanism 4 includes a feeding lifting rod 4-1, a feeding lifting plate 4-2, a feeding driving lever 4-3, a feeding driving planar grooved cam 4-4, a discharging ejector rod 4-5, a discharging driving lever 4-6, a discharging driving connecting rod 4-7, and a discharging driving planar grooved cam 4-8.
The feeding jacking rod is installed on the rack and moves movably along the axis of the feeding jacking rod, namely two shaft sleeves are installed on an upper plate body of the rack, the feeding jacking rod is inserted in the shaft sleeves, and the lower end of the feeding jacking rod is connected into a whole through a rigid transverse plate. The feeding jacking plate is arranged at the upper end of the discharging ejector rod and is a plane plate used for supporting the strip pack of the strip pack conveying belt.
The feeding driving plane grooved cam is installed on the side pressure driving shaft through a key, and a groove is formed in the end face of the feeding driving plane grooved cam. The middle part of the feeding driving lever is hinged on the rack through a pin shaft, and a hinged shaft of the feeding driving lever is parallel to the side pressure driving shaft. One end of the feeding driving lever is provided with a shifting roller combined with a groove of the feeding driving plane grooved cam, and the other end of the feeding driving lever is provided with a long hole hinged with the lower end of the feeding jacking rod. Namely, a pin rod with the axis parallel to the axis of the side pressure driving shaft is arranged in the middle of the rigid transverse plate and penetrates through the long hole. The feeding driving plane groove-shaped cam rotates to drive the feeding driving lever to swing, and the feeding driving lever stirs the feeding jacking rod to stretch up and down.
The discharging driving shaft is installed in the rack, the axis of the discharging driving shaft is parallel to the axis of the double-plate driving shaft and is connected with the double-plate driving shaft through gear transmission, and the double-plate driving shaft drives the discharging driving shaft to rotate around the axis of the double-plate driving shaft. The discharging driving plane grooved cam is installed on the discharging driving shaft through a key, and one end face of the discharging driving plane grooved cam is provided with a groove. The discharging ejector rod is installed on the rack, the discharging ejector rod can stretch out and draw back along the axis level of the discharging ejector rod and stretch out from the lower end of the vertical feeding channel of the strip pack, the discharging driving lever is hinged to the rack, one end of the discharging driving lever is provided with a shifting roller combined with a groove of the discharging driving plane groove-shaped cam, the other end of the discharging driving lever is hinged to the end of the discharging driving connecting rod, and the other end of the discharging driving connecting rod is hinged to the rear end of the discharging ejector rod. The installation mode and the working principle of the discharging ejector rod and the discharging driving plane grooved cam are the same as those of the feeding jacking rod and the feeding driving plane grooved cam. The telescopic action of the discharging ejector rod is used for ejecting the strip pack to be below the vertical feeding channel.
The structure is connected with the feeding and discharging part which is driven by the power system in a unified way in the power system of the device, so that the beauty device has the function of automatic feeding and discharging.
