Therefore, with the oscillating design of the upper balance wheel 701 and the rotating design of the upper balance wheel 701, when the binding tape travels, the upper balance wheel 701 oscillates in the traveling direction, so that the pressing force applied to the binding tape is reduced, and the upper balance wheel 701 rotates to further reduce the friction force.
Still further, the lower runner 702 is connected with the inner wall of the housing 3 through a cross shaft, one end face of the cross shaft is fixedly connected with the housing 3, and the lower runner 702 is rotatably sleeved on the cross shaft, so that when the strapping tape advances, the lower runner 702 also rotates along with the strapping tape, and the friction force between the strapping tape and the pressurizing mechanism 7 can be further reduced.
When the carton is less, the length of the strapping that is returned can be longer, in order to satisfy the effective tensioning to longer strapping, in this embodiment, mechanism 8 and booster mechanism 7 all can set up a plurality ofly, a plurality of mechanisms 8 all set up regulating wheel 12 between two liang and a plurality of booster mechanisms 7 of exerting pressure, regulating wheel 12 rotates and sets up in casing 3, regulating wheel 12 and strapping butt, when the strapping removes, can drive regulating wheel 12 and rotate, regulating wheel 12 is used for adjusting the direction of strapping. The plurality of pressure applying mechanisms 8 are arranged in parallel left and right, and the height of the adjusting wheel 12 arranged between every two pressure applying mechanisms 8 is larger than that of the roller 803 on each pressure applying mechanism 8, so that the moving strapping tape can respectively have upward tension on each roller 803; the plurality of pressurizing mechanisms 7 may be arranged in parallel or may be arranged vertically offset, so long as the height of the adjusting wheel 12 installed between every two pressurizing mechanisms 7 is lower than the height of the pressurizing mechanisms 7 (so that the moving strapping tape has a downward tension to each lower runner 702, but not an upward tension to the upper balance wheel 701, and the stability during the movement of the strapping tape is ensured), and the height of the pressurizing mechanisms 7 is higher than the height of the roller 803 (so that the roller 803 on the pressing mechanism 8 close to the pressurizing mechanisms 7 can receive an upward tension to the moving strapping tape).
The length of the tightening treatment of the strapping tape can be effectively increased by the cooperation of the plurality of pressing mechanisms 8, so that the tightening of the returned longer strapping tape is satisfied; the pressure of the roller 803 on the returning strapping tape is increased by the cooperation of the plurality of pressure applying mechanisms 8, and the corresponding utilization of the plurality of pressure applying mechanisms 7 ensures effective fixation of the upstream end of the strapping tape and prevents the upstream end of the strapping tape from moving.
Further, a ring-shaped groove (not shown) for guiding the binding tape is provided on the roller 803, and the total length of the rod body 802 and the roller 803 is greater than the length from the bottom of the pipe body 801 to the bottom of the housing 3. Because the total length of the rod 802 and the roller 803 is greater than the length from the bottom of the pipe 801 to the bottom of the housing 3, when the roller 803 moves down to contact with the bottom of the housing 3, the rod 802 still cannot completely slide out of the pipe 801, the stability of the pressing mechanism can be ensured, and the strapping tape passes through the annular groove on the roller 803, the depth of the annular groove is greater than the thickness of the strapping tape, so that when the roller 803 contacts with the bottom of the housing 3, the strapping tape cannot be pressed by the roller, and the tensioning operation of the strapping tape by other pressing mechanisms 8 is not affected.
In order to further increase the length of the strapping tape in a limited space, as shown in fig. 4, the adjusting wheel 12 between each two of the plurality of pressing mechanisms 8 is an inverted pressing mechanism 8 (i.e. the roller 803 is located above), the rod body 802 of the inverted pressing mechanism 8 is in dynamic sealing connection with the inner cavity of the pipe body 801 through the piston 9, the pipe body 801 is communicated with the pressure distribution pipe 10, and the inner cavity of the pressure distribution pipe 10 is provided with the gravity block 11 in dynamic sealing. The gravity of the gravity block 11 is greater than the sum of the gravity of the rod body 802 and the roller 803, but is far less than the tension value of the strapping tape in the advancing state, when the strapping tape returns, under the action of the gravity block 11, the gravity block 11 moves downwards along the inner cavity of the pressure distribution pipe 10, and pushes the piston 9 to move upwards, the piston 9 drives the rod body 802 and the roller 803 to move upwards together, so that the roller 803 extrudes the strapping tape upwards, the processing length of the strapping tape is increased, the volume of the shell 3 is not additionally increased, and the purpose of further increasing the processing length of the strapping tape in a limited space is achieved. When the strap is advanced again, the strap will press down on roller 803, causing roller 803 to return to the short limit condition.
The diameter of the inscribed circle of the inner cavity of the pressure distribution pipe 10 is larger than that of the inscribed circle of the inner cavity of the pipe body 801, so that the length of the pressure distribution pipe 10 is reduced, the space can be saved, and the position can be placed conveniently.
Further, the inner cavity of the pressure distribution pipe 10 is filled with lubricating oil, and the friction between the piston 9 and the pipe body 801 and the friction between the gravity block 11 and the pressure distribution pipe 10 can be reduced by using the lubricating oil.
Furthermore, one of the pressurizing mechanisms 7 is attached to the inner wall of the housing 3, so that if the strapping tape moves back, the strapping tape drives the upper balance wheel 701 to swing back under the action of friction force, and at the moment, the upper balance wheel 701 extrudes the inner wall of the housing 3, so that the upper balance wheel 701 simultaneously receives swinging and rotating resistance to prevent the upper balance wheel 701 from swinging and rotating, and therefore, the friction force of the pressurizing mechanisms 7 on the strapping tape is not reduced, the limiting on the strapping tape is completed, and the strapping tape on the strapping disc 4 cannot be loosened due to the fact that the strapping tape flows back outwards from the inside of the housing 3; and the pressurizing mechanism 7 is positioned to correspond to the through hole so that the lower runner 702 is engaged with the first protection wheel 6 to ensure that the binding band does not contact the inner wall of the through hole in the housing 3.
In this embodiment, the strapping mechanism 2 further includes an upper guide rail mechanism 202 and a lower actuator 201, the guide rail mechanism 202 includes an outer rail 20 and two inner rails 21, the outer rail 20 is used for supporting the inner rails 21, the number of the inner rails 21 is two, the two inner rails 21 are symmetrically arranged, a traveling rail 2101 of a strapping tape is defined by the two inner rails 21, the inner rails 21 are connected with the outer rail 20 through elastic connectors 26, and the two inner rails 21 can move relatively under the action of the elastic connectors 26.
The inner rail 21 includes a frame plate, a ring of first baffle 2102 and a ring of second baffle 2103 fixedly installed on the inner side of the frame plate, the first baffle 2102 is located at the outer side of the second baffle 2103, the traveling track 2101 is composed of the first baffle 2102 and the second baffle 2103, and the width of the first baffle 2102 is larger than that of the second baffle 2103. Under the natural action of the elastic connecting piece 26, the two first baffles 2102 are abutted or nearly abutted with each other, the vertical distance between the two second baffles 2103 is smaller than the width of the strapping tape, and the strapping tape cannot pass through the two second baffles 2103 when moving in the travelling track 2101, so that the guiding effect of the strapping tape is realized; when the binding tape is retracted, the two second stoppers 2103 are momentarily pressed against the connecting device 26 to the outside by the tensile force applied to the binding tape by the upper feed wheel 15 and the lower feed wheel 16, and the two second stoppers 2103 move in opposite directions to increase the distance therebetween, so that the binding tape passes through between the two second stoppers 2103. The design mode can lead the strapping tape to smoothly complete the movement of the designated route, and simultaneously can be easily separated from the travelling track 2101 without other electronic drive, such as an air cylinder or a motor, thereby saving electric energy and equipment cost.
The connecting members 26 are provided in a plurality of numbers, and are respectively located at different positions on the inner rail 21 to ensure the connection stability of the inner rail 21 and the outer rail 20, each connecting member 26 includes a guide rod 2601 and a return spring 2602 sleeved on the guide rod 2601, the guide rod 2601 is used for guiding and supporting the two inner rails 21, the guide rod 2601 is movably inserted into the inner rail 21, so that the inner rail 21 can reciprocate along the guide rod 2601, the length of the guide rod 2601 is long enough to prevent the two inner rails 21 from being separated from the guide rod 2601 when approaching each other, and the return spring 2602 is located between the outer side surface of the inner rail 21 and the inner side surface of the outer rail 20 to restore the two inner rails 21, so that the strapping tape can accurately move according to the track of the traveling track 2101.
The outer rail 20 includes a housing 2003, a screw hole 2002 provided on the housing 2003, and two mounting plates 2001 symmetrically fixedly mounted on an outer side of the housing 2003, the inner side of the housing 2003 being formed with grooves in which two inner rails 21 are located, the grooves having a shape similar to that of the inner rails 21. The quantity and the position of screw hole 2002 and the quantity and the position phase-match of connecting piece 26 are provided with the external screw thread on the guide bar 2601 for guide bar 2601 and screw hole 2002 looks spiro union, thereby realize the spiro union of guide bar 2601 and shell 2003, also can conveniently dismantle inner rail 21 with the mode of spiro union, and the end spiro union of guide bar 2601 has rotatory cap 18, can conveniently rotate guide bar 2601.
The travelling track 2101 has two ports, an inlet end 24 and an outlet end 25, respectively, and a strapping tape is passed into the travelling track 2101 from the inlet end 24 and then out from the outlet end 25, wherein the inlet end 24 has a height higher than that of the outlet end 25, so that the strapping tape passed out from the outlet end 25 is positioned on the upper portion of the strapping tape which is not passed into the travelling track 2101, thereby facilitating the later hot-ironing and bonding of the strapping tape;
meanwhile, the width of the inlet end 24 is larger than that of the outlet end 25, and the inlet end 24 is wider, so that the strapping tapes can be ensured to enter the travelling track 2101 smoothly;
each corner of the first shutter 2102 and the second shutter 2103 is curved to ensure that the strap can smoothly move in the travel rail 2101.
The actuator 201 comprises a supporting shell 23 and a power mechanism 22 which play a supporting role, the shell 3 is fixedly connected with the supporting shell 23, the supporting shell 23 is fixedly connected with the two mounting plates 2001 on the outer shell 2003 through bolts, the two mounting plates 2001 are positioned on the top surface of the supporting shell 23, so that the guide rail mechanism 202 is fixedly connected with the actuator 201, and the guide rail mechanism 202 and the actuator 201 can be conveniently detached through the connection mode of the bolts. The top surface of the supporting shell 23 is provided with an insertion hole, which allows the bottom of the rail mechanism 202 to be just inserted, so that the bottom of the traveling rail 2101 is located inside the supporting shell 23, and thus, when the carton is bundled by the bundling belt, one-turn winding of the carton can be realized.
The power mechanism 22, the upper conveying wheel 15, the lower conveying wheel 16 and the encoder 17 are all located inside the supporting shell 23, the guiding pipe 14 is further fixedly installed inside the supporting shell 23, the guiding pipe 14 is divided into two sections, one section is located between the inner wall of the supporting shell 23 and the upper conveying wheel 15 and the lower conveying wheel 16 and used for accurately feeding the strapping tape between the upper conveying wheel 15 and the lower conveying wheel 16, and the other section is located between the upper conveying wheel 15 and the power mechanism 22 and used for accurately feeding the strapping tape to the power mechanism 22. The side plate of the support case 23 connected to the housing 3 is provided with a through hole through which the binding band is inserted, the through hole being located on a center line between the upper feed roller 15 and the lower feed roller 16, and an end of the guide tube 14 is connected to the through hole. When the strapping tape penetrates into the supporting shell 23 from the through hole, the strapping tape directly enters into the first section of guide pipe 14 and then enters between the upper conveying wheel 15 and the lower conveying wheel 16, the upper conveying wheel 15 and the lower conveying wheel 16 are driven to rotate by starting the first motor, so that the strapping tape accurately enters into the second section of guide pipe 14, and then accurately enters into the travelling track 2101 through the power mechanism 22.
In order to prevent the strapping tape from rubbing against the inner wall of the through hole, a second protection wheel 13 is fixedly mounted on the outer side surface of the support case 23, the second protection wheel 13 is positioned right below the through hole, and the strapping tape is wound around the second protection wheel 13 so that the strapping tape does not contact with the inner wall of the through hole, thereby preventing rubbing.
Since the strap enters the travel rail 2101 from the outside and needs to pass through the power mechanism 22, the power mechanism 22 is located between the inlet end 24 and the outlet end 25, and in this embodiment, the conventional power mechanism 22 is also improved in order to allow the strap to enter the travel rail 2101 more accurately in addition to the task of adhering and cutting the strap.
The power mechanism 22 comprises a second motor 2216 and a guide connecting plate, the second motor 2216 and the guide connecting plate are connected with the support shell 23 through long screws, the guide connecting plate is located above the second motor 2216, the guide connecting plate comprises a first vertical plate 2201, a second vertical plate 2204, a third vertical plate 2208 and a transverse plate 2221, the transverse plate 2221 is used for fixedly connecting the first vertical plate 2201, the second vertical plate 2204 and the third vertical plate 2208 together, the first vertical plate 2201, the second vertical plate 2204 and the third vertical plate 2208 are sequentially arranged from upstream to downstream, a first lifting plate 2214 is arranged between the first vertical plate 2201 and the second vertical plate 2204 in a sliding manner, a second lifting plate 2207 is arranged between the second vertical plate 2204 and the third vertical plate 2208 in a sliding manner, a movable groove 2210 is arranged at the top of the first lifting plate 2214, and a pressing plate 2202 for pressing and binding the free end of a binding tape is inserted and pressed in a sliding manner, a buffer spring 2211 is connected between the bottom of the pressing plate 2202 and the bottom of the movable groove 2210, a shearing knife 2203 for shearing the strapping tape is further fixedly installed at the top of the first lifting plate 2214, the shearing knife 2203 is located at the downstream of the pressing plate 2202, and a scalding head 2206 for scalding and bonding the strapping tape is arranged at the top of the second lifting plate 2207. Wherein, the through holes 2209 for the strapping tapes to penetrate are arranged on the first vertical plate 2201 and the abutting plate 2202, the through holes 2209 on the first vertical plate 2201 are correspondingly connected with one end of the guide pipe 14, the heights of the through holes 2209 on the first vertical plate 2201 and the abutting plate 2202 are consistent in a natural state (when the second motor 2216 is not operated, the second lifting plate 2207 and the first lifting plate 2214 are in an initial state), so that the strapping tapes penetrating out of the guide pipe 14 can smoothly enter the two through holes 2209 in sequence, and in the natural state, the top height of the knife 2203, the top height of the second vertical plate 2204, the top height of the third vertical plate 2208 and the bottom height of the through holes 2209 are consistent and higher than the top height of the ironing head 2206 (preventing the strapping tapes in progress from being ironed), and the top height of the third vertical plate 2208 is not lower than the bottom height of the inlet end 24 and lower than the top height of the inlet end 24, with this height setting, the strapping tape passed through the through-hole 2209 can fall directly to the tops of the shear knife 2203, the second vertical plate 2204, and the third vertical plate 2208, thereby smoothly entering from the inlet end 24 into the travel rail 2101.
Further, a notch is formed in the top of the third vertical plate 2208, a paving plate 2205 is hinged in the notch through a torsion spring, in an initial state, the paving plate 2205 is in a horizontal state and located above the ironing head 2206, when the ironing head 2206 ascends, the ironing head 2206 rotates and jacks the paving plate 2205, and after the ironing head 2206 descends to an initial position, the paving plate 2205 can be restored to the initial position under the action of the torsion spring. And in the initial state, the top height of the plank 2205 is consistent with that of the third vertical plate 2208, so that the top height of the plank 2205 and the top height of the third vertical plate 2208 play a role of a bridge between the second vertical plate 2204 and the third vertical plate 2208, and the running strapping can be prevented from being clamped between the second vertical plate 2204 and the third vertical plate 2208. At this time, in an initial state, the heights of the tops of the shearing knife 2203, the second vertical plate 2204, the paving plate 2205 and the third vertical plate 2208 are all consistent, and the distance between every two shearing knives is very small, so that a flat 'road' can be formed for the strapping tapes to pass through, and the strapping tapes can enter the travelling track 2101 more accurately.
The plate 2205 is made of a material with high temperature resistance and poor heat conduction performance, so that the plate 2205 can be prevented from being damaged by the ironing head 2206, and meanwhile, the plate 2205 can not absorb heat of the ironing head 2206 and transfer the heat to the strapping tape to damage the strapping tape.
Still further, the top heights of the first vertical plate 2201 and the abutting plate 2202 are consistent or substantially consistent, and the top height of the first vertical plate 2201 is equal to or slightly lower than the bottom height of the outlet end 25, so that the strapping tape can be positioned on the top of the first vertical plate 2201 and the abutting plate 2202 after passing out of the outlet end 25, and can smoothly go down and continue to travel along the top of the first vertical plate 2201 and the abutting plate 2202, and the phenomenon of jamming between the first vertical plate 2201 and the abutting plate 2202 cannot occur.
Still further, the top of the pressing plate 2202 is provided with a plurality of anti-slip bumps, which can improve the friction force between the pressing plate and the strapping tape, thereby increasing the firmness of the pressing plate 2202 in freely fixing the strapping tape.
Sliding plates 2212 are fixedly mounted on the left side wall and the right side wall of the first lifting plate 2214 and the second lifting plate 2207, sliding grooves 2213 matched with the sliding plates 2212 are formed in the side faces of the first vertical plate 2201, the second vertical plate 2204 and the third vertical plate 2208, the sliding plates 2212 are in sliding clamping with the sliding grooves 2213, and the effect of limiting and restricting the first lifting plate 2214 and the second lifting plate 2207 is achieved, so that the first lifting plate 2214 and the second lifting plate 2207 can only slide up and down in a reciprocating mode, and cannot be separated from a sliding track. The sliding groove 2213 penetrates through the bottoms of the first vertical plate 2201, the second vertical plate 2204 and the third vertical plate 2208, and each sliding plate 2212 can be directly inserted into the corresponding sliding groove 2213 from bottom to bottom during installation.
Furthermore, the first vertical plate 2201 and the third vertical plate 2208 are welded to the outer shell 2003, so that the whole installation is convenient, and the third vertical plate 2208 and the inlet end 24 do not need to be aligned again during installation, so that time and labor are saved. The thickness of the guide link plate is smaller than the width of the top jack of the support shell 23, when the guide link plate is mounted, the guide link plate can be directly inserted into the support shell 23 from the top of the jack, and a panel (not shown in the drawing) is fixedly mounted in the support shell 23 and used for being connected with the guide link plate and the second motor 2216, so that the guide link plate and the second motor 2216 are fixed in the support shell 23.
In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 8 and 9, a cam 2218 and a shaped wheel 2219 are fixedly connected to an output shaft 2217 of the second motor 2216, when the second motor 2216 operates, the cam 2218 and the shaped wheel 2219 are driven to rotate, the cam 2218 is located right below the second lifting plate 2207 and used for controlling the lifting of the second lifting plate 2207, and the shaped wheel 2219 is located right below the first lifting plate 2214 and used for controlling the lifting of the first lifting plate 2214.
The special-shaped wheel 2219 is provided with two bosses with different heights, the lower boss is used for matching and completing the abutting plate 2202 to abut against the free end of the strapping tape, the higher boss is used for matching and completing the cutting of the shearing knife 2203 to the strapping tape, and one boss on the cam 2218 is used for matching and completing the scalding head 2206 to perform hot ironing and bonding on the joint of the strapping tape.
Further, in order to reduce the friction between the cam 2218 and the second lifting plate 2207 when rotating and the friction between the shaped wheel 2219 and the first lifting plate 2214, pulleys 2215 are rotatably mounted at the bottoms of the first lifting plate 2214 and the second lifting plate 2207, the two pulleys 2215 are respectively in rolling connection with the cam 2218 and the shaped wheel 2219, and when the cam 2218 and the shaped wheel 2219 rotate, the two pulleys 2215 can be driven to rotate, so that the friction can be reduced.
The output shaft 2217 of the second motor 2216 is further provided with a bearing 2220, which can improve the stability of the output shaft 2217 during rotation, and the bearing 2220 can also be fixed on the panel through screws.
In addition, an anti-scalding plate 19 capable of horizontally moving back and forth is arranged at the upper portion between the outlet end 25 and the inlet end 26 (the structure and the moving principle of the anti-scalding plate 19 are prior art and are not described in detail), the anti-scalding plate 19 is located above the outlet end 25 and covers the pressing plate 2202, the shearing knife 2203 and the scalding head 2206, the free end of the strapping tape can enter the bottom of the anti-scalding plate 19 after penetrating out of the outlet end 25, the anti-scalding plate 19 mainly has two functions, the first function is used for preventing the scalding head 2206 from scalding the carton, the second function is used for providing a supporting function when the pressing plate 2202 supports and presses the free end of the strapping tape and when the scalding head 2206 heats and bonds the strapping tape joint, so that the free end of the strapping tape can be firmly fixed, and the free end of the strapping tape can be firmly fixed.
When the first motor is operated in the forward direction to make the strapping tape pass out of the outlet end 25, the free end of the strapping tape firstly moves to a position between the anti-scalding plate 19 and the first vertical plate 2201 and is positioned above the upstream strapping tape and above the pressing plate 2202, then the strapping tape continues to move to a set position (generally, the free end of the strapping tape exceeds the position of the scalding head 2206), the first motor stops, then the second motor 2216 operates, the output shaft 2217 rotates, the cam 2218 and the special-shaped wheel 2219 rotate along with the rotation, so that the first lifting plate 2214 and the second lifting plate 2207 slide upwards, the lower protruding part of the special-shaped wheel 2219 firstly reaches the position right below the corresponding pulley 2215, at the moment, the pressing plate 2202 presses and fixes the free end of the strapping tape at the bottom of the anti-scalding plate 19 firmly, meanwhile, the first motor starts to operate in the reverse direction, the strapping tape starts to return and is separated from the travelling track 2101 to wind the carton tightly, then, under the operation of the second motor 2216, the first lifting plate 2214 and the second lifting plate 2207 continue to slide upwards, the pressure on the pressing plate 2202 is continuously increased, the pressing plate 2202 moves downwards in the movable groove 2210 to press the buffer spring 2211 to be compressed and deformed, then the bulge of the cam 2218 reaches the position right below the corresponding pulley 2215, at the moment, the ironing head 2206 presses the strapping tape and performs ironing and bonding, then the higher bulge of the special-shaped wheel 2219 reaches the position right below the corresponding pulley 2215, at the moment, the shearing knife 2203 shears the strapping tape, then the first lifting plate 2214 and the second lifting plate 2207 return to the initial state, and finally the anti-ironing plate 19 moves backwards and is drawn out from between the strapping tape and the carton, so that the whole strapping process is completed.
