The stirring and mixing operation of the raw materials is not required to be carried out. The raw materials treated by the method have higher dispersion mixing effect, and have further improved auxiliary effect on the dispersion performance of the subsequent carbon black master batches.

Claims (9)

1. A raw material proportioning device for producing high-content carbon black master batches is characterized by comprising a raw material box, a raw material handling mechanism and a raw material pushing mechanism;
the raw material box comprises a carbon black box, a carrier box, a liquid box and an auxiliary agent box;
a layered partition plate is arranged in the carbon black box, the layered partition plate is arranged in the middle of the carbon black box, the upper part of the layered partition plate is a waiting cavity, and the lower part of the layered partition plate is a queue cavity; the device comprises a queue cavity, a dispersing mesh screen, a weighing plate and a control device, wherein the dispersing mesh screen is arranged in the queue cavity and consists of two transverse and vertical metal thin line plates which are mutually perpendicular and are superposed, two ends of each metal thin line plate are provided with metal thin line fixing strips, the metal thin line plates are formed by a plurality of parallel metal thin lines which are arranged at fixed intervals side by side, two ends of each metal thin line are respectively fixed on the metal thin line fixing strips, a transverse sliding limiting mechanism is arranged between each metal thin line fixing strip and the inner side wall of the queue cavity, a carbon black discharge port is formed in the bottom of a carbon black box below the queue cavity, and the automatic overturning weighing plate is arranged below the discharge port;
a carbon black carrier is arranged in the carrier box, the bottom of the carrier box is provided with a vibrating disc mechanism, and an automatic overturning weighing disc is arranged below an outlet of the vibrating disc mechanism;
the liquid reagent is filled in the liquid box, the liquid reagent is a sealed cavity, the top of the liquid box is provided with an electric control pressurizing mechanism, the bottom of the liquid box is provided with a liquid outlet, the liquid outlet is connected with a liquid conveying pipeline, and the liquid conveying pipeline is provided with a flowmeter;
a pressure piston mechanism is arranged in the auxiliary agent box, an auxiliary agent outlet is arranged at the bottom of the auxiliary agent box, and an automatic overturning weighing disc is arranged below the auxiliary agent outlet or is connected with an auxiliary agent conveying pipeline provided with a flowmeter;
the raw material disposal mechanism comprises a raw material distribution nozzle and a raw material mixing tray; the raw material distributing nozzle is fixed on a transverse reciprocating mechanism above the raw material mixing and loading disc and comprises a carbon black distributing nozzle, a carrier distributing nozzle, a liquid agent nozzle and an auxiliary agent distributing nozzle; a carbon black bucket is arranged above the carbon black distributing nozzle, the carbon black bucket is arranged corresponding to the automatic overturning weighing disc of the carbon black box, a carrier bucket is arranged above the carrier distributing nozzle, and the carrier bucket is arranged corresponding to the automatic overturning weighing disc of the carrier box; the carbon black distributing nozzle is a flat strip-shaped carbon black raw material outlet and is arranged in parallel with the bottom of the raw material mixing disc; the carrier distribution nozzle is a flat and long-strip-shaped carrier particle raw material outlet which is arranged on the rear side of the carbon black distribution nozzle in parallel; the liquid agent nozzle is connected with the liquid agent conveying pipeline, is a flat elongated atomizing nozzle and is arranged in parallel at the front side of the carbon black distributing nozzle; the auxiliary agent dispensing nozzle is a flat elongated outlet which is arranged at the rear side of the carrier dispensing nozzle in parallel;
raw materials push mechanism set up in one side of raw materials loading dish thoughtlessly, including push rod and push pedal, the push pedal corresponds the setting of raw materials loading dish thoughtlessly, be used for with the raw materials propelling movement who loads on the raw materials loading dish thoughtlessly goes out.

The raw material proportioning device for producing high-content carbon black master batch as claimed in claim 6, wherein the raw material mixing tray is a foldable mechanism, and is composed of a bottom flat plate and L-shaped folding plates at two sides, a push rod mechanism is arranged at the rear side of the L-shaped folding plate, a sealed pipeline is formed after the foldable mechanism is folded, and the outline size of the push plate is matched with the sealed pipeline.
