Technical Field

Therefore, according to the above situations, there is a need to design a soldering removing device for cleaning and recycling a PCB, which has less harm to a human body, is convenient to use, and has a large market popularization.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide soldering removing equipment for cleaning and recycling a PCB, which has less harm to a human body, is convenient to use and has larger market popularization, and the soldering removing equipment can overcome the defects that the tin spots on the PCB are scraped off by a simple tool which is manually and simply used in the background technology, the labor intensity of workers is increased, hands are easy to hurt, and the harm is caused to the human body.

the middle inside the frame is provided with the bracket;
the two sides of the upper part of the bracket are both provided with first connecting rods;
scrapers are arranged between two sides of the two first connecting rods in a sliding manner;
two first reset springs are wound on the two first connecting rods, and two ends of each first reset spring are respectively connected with the support and the scraper;
the power mechanism is arranged between the frame and the bracket;
a rotating mechanism is arranged on the bracket.

and the two rotating rods are wound with first torsion springs, and two ends of each first torsion spring are respectively connected with the bracket and the connecting ring.
Advantageously, a clamping mechanism is also included, the clamping mechanism comprising:
the four sides inside the discharging plate are provided with second connecting rods;
the clamping blocks are arranged on the outer sides of the four second connecting rods in a sliding manner and are connected with the discharging plate in a sliding manner;
and the four second connecting rods are wound with second reset springs, and two ends of each second reset spring are respectively connected with the clamping block and the discharging plate.

the middle of the upper side of the bracket is provided with a third connecting rod;
the third connecting rod is provided with a third connecting rod which is connected with the discharging plate in a sliding mode;

the fixing blocks are arranged on two sides of the middle of the upper part of the bracket;

the connecting springs are wound on the inner sides of the upper portions of the two fixing blocks, and the two ends of each connecting spring are connected with the fixing blocks and the corresponding clamping blocks respectively.

the middle of the bottom of the discharging plate is rotatably provided with a convex rod;
the convex rod is provided with a connecting wheel;
the pull rope is connected between the connecting wheel and the four clamping blocks;
the lower side of the pushing block is provided with a second connecting block which is contacted with the convex rod;
and the upper side of the convex rod is wound with a second torsion spring, and two ends of the second torsion spring are respectively connected with the material discharging plate and the connecting wheel.
Advantageously, an automatic mechanism is also included, the automatic mechanism comprising:
the lower side of the first connecting block is provided with a fourth connecting rod;
the lower part of the fourth connecting rod is provided with a third connecting block in a sliding manner, and the third connecting block is in contact with the pushing block;
and the lower part of the fourth connecting rod is wound with a fourth return spring, and two ends of the fourth return spring are respectively connected with the fourth connecting rod and the third connecting block.
Advantageously, the squeegee is operative to scrape tin spots off the PCB board.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following advantages: 1. according to the invention, the V-shaped rod moves backwards to be contacted with the scraper, so that the scrapers move in opposite directions, the first return spring is compressed, and the scrapers move in opposite directions to scrape off tin points on the PCB, thereby realizing a power effect;
2. the feeding plate is manually pushed to swing towards the rear upper side and keep the feeding plate in a horizontal state, so that the connecting ring is driven to swing towards the rear upper side, the rotating rod is driven to rotate, the first torsion spring is twisted and deformed, and the rotating effect is achieved;
3. the clamping block is manually pushed by people to move inwards, the second return spring is compressed, and the clamping block moves inwards to clamp the PCB, so that the PCB can be prevented from shaking when tin soldering is scraped off, and the clamping effect is realized;
4. people can manually pull the straightening block to move backwards, and the third return spring is compressed, so that the discharging plate swings backwards and upwards without manual pushing, manpower can be saved, and the straightening effect is realized;
5. the connecting wheel is driven to rotate reversely through the reverse rotation of the convex rod, the second torsion spring is twisted and deformed, so that the pull rope is unwound, and the clamping block cannot clamp the PCB due to the outward movement and reset of the second reset spring, so that the tightness effect can be realized;
6. through first connecting block rearward movement, first connecting block drives fourth connecting rod rearward movement to drive third connecting block and fourth reset spring all rearward movement, and then make and push away positive piece rearward movement, realize automatic effect.

As shown in fig. 1 to 13, a soldering removing device for cleaning and recycling a PCB, comprising a frame 1, a support 2, first connecting rods 3, scrapers 4, first return springs 5, power mechanisms 6 and a rotating mechanism 7, wherein the support 2 is arranged in the middle of the frame 1, the first connecting rods 3 are arranged on the front side and the rear side of the upper portion of the support 2, the scrapers 4 are arranged between the left side and the right side of the two first connecting rods 3 in a sliding manner, the two first return springs 5 are wound on the two first connecting rods 3, two ends of each first return spring 5 are respectively connected with the support 2 and the corresponding scraper 4, the power mechanism 6 is arranged between the frame 1 and the support 2, and the rotating mechanism 7 is arranged on the support 2.
The power mechanism 6 comprises a fixing frame 61, a power cylinder 62, a first connecting block 63 and a V-shaped rod 64, the fixing frame 61 is arranged on the upper side of the rear portion of the support 2, the power cylinder 62 is arranged on the rear portion of the upper side of the fixing frame 61, the first connecting block 63 is arranged on the front portion of the upper side of the fixing frame 61 in a sliding mode, the first connecting block 63 is fixedly connected with a telescopic rod of the power cylinder 62, the V-shaped rod 64 is arranged on the lower side of the first connecting block 63, the rear side of the V-shaped rod 64 is connected with the fixing frame 61 in a sliding mode, and the V-shaped rod 64 is matched with the scraper 4.
The rotating mechanism 7 comprises rotating rods 71, connecting rings 72, a material discharging plate 73 and first torsion springs 74, the rotating rods 71 are rotatably arranged in the middle of the upper portions of the left side and the right side of the support 2, the connecting rings 72 are arranged on the two rotating rods 71, the material discharging plate 73 is arranged between the tops of the two connecting rings 72, the first torsion springs 74 are wound on the two rotating rods 71, and two ends of each first torsion spring 74 are respectively connected with the support 2 and the connecting rings 72.
The material placing plate 73 is characterized by further comprising a clamping mechanism 8, the clamping mechanism 8 comprises a second connecting rod 81, clamping blocks 82 and second reset springs 83, the second connecting rod 81 is arranged on the front side, the rear side, the left side and the right side of the interior of the material placing plate 73, the clamping blocks 82 are arranged on the outer sides of the four second connecting rods 81 in a sliding mode, the clamping blocks 82 are connected with the material placing plate 73 in a sliding mode, the second reset springs 83 are wound on the four second connecting rods 81, and two ends of each second reset spring 83 are connected with the clamping blocks 82 and the material placing plate 73 respectively.

The automatic feeding device is characterized by further comprising a tightening mechanism 10, wherein the tightening mechanism 10 comprises a convex rod 101, a connecting wheel 102, a pull rope 103, a second connecting block 104 and a second torsion spring 105, the convex rod 101 is rotatably arranged in the middle of the bottom of the feeding plate 73, the connecting wheel 102 is arranged on the convex rod 101, the pull rope 103 is connected between the connecting wheel 102 and the four clamping blocks 82, the second connecting block 104 is arranged on the front portion of the lower side of the pushing block 92, the second connecting block 104 is in contact with the convex rod 101, the second torsion spring 105 is wound on the convex rod 101, and two ends of the second torsion spring 105 are respectively connected with the feeding plate 73 and the connecting wheel 102.

People can put the PCB on the material placing plate 73, then manually push the material placing plate 73 to swing to the rear upper side and keep the PCB in a horizontal state, so as to drive the connecting ring 72 to swing to the rear upper side, further drive the rotating rod 71 to rotate, the first torsion spring 74 is twisted and deformed, after the scraper 4 scrapes off tin soldering on the PCB, people can release hands, the first torsion spring 74 resets to drive the rotating rod 71 to rotate reversely, so as to drive the connecting ring 72 to swing to the front lower side, thereby drive the material placing plate 73 to swing to the front lower side, at the moment, people need to press the PCB gently, when the material placing plate 73 swings to the front lower side, waste materials can drop down, after the waste materials on the PCB all drop, people take out the PCB again.
People can manually push the clamping block 82 to move inwards, the second return spring 83 is compressed, the clamping block 82 moves inwards to clamp the PCB, the PCB can be prevented from shaking when tin soldering is scraped, the clamping effect is realized, hands can be loosened when the clamping is not needed, the second return spring 83 resets to drive the clamping block 82 to move outwards to reset, and then people can take out the PCB.

When the pushing block 92 moves backwards, the pushing block 92 drives the second connecting block 104 to move backwards, so that the second connecting block 104 is not in contact with the convex rod 101, the second torsion spring 105 resets to drive the convex rod 101 to rotate, the connecting wheel 102 rotates, the pull rope 103 is wound, the clamping block 82 can be pulled to move inwards, the second reset spring 83 is compressed to clamp the PCB, when the pushing block 92 moves forwards, the pushing block 92 drives the second connecting block 104 to move forwards, the second connecting block 104 is in contact with the convex rod 101, when the second connecting block 104 moves forwards and is in contact with the convex rod 101, the convex rod 101 rotates reversely to drive the connecting wheel 102 to rotate reversely, the second torsion spring 105 deforms in a torsional mode, the pull rope 103 is unwound, the second reset spring 83 resets to drive the clamping block 82 to move outwards, the clamping block 82 cannot clamp the PCB, and the effect of tightness can be achieved.
