Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a trachea cannula, in particular to a guide type trachea cannula.
Background
The trachea cannula is used for intubation and tube replacement in the trachea cannula operation, the critical patient wears the trachea cannula for a long time, obvious glottic edema possibly occurs, the trachea cannula is inserted again after the trachea cannula is pulled out, and higher risk of laryngotracheal spasm and failure of intubation again exists.
When the grasp of intubate is not big again promptly, can put into the trachea to instruments such as air flue exchange tube, intubate bougie, stereoplasm stomach tube or bronchofiberscope before extubation, make the air flue can rebuild fast when needing. The airway exchange catheter is a hollow semi-rigid catheter with a thin inner diameter, can be connected with an anesthesia machine or a jet respirator, can be used as a guide for re-intubation, and can also be used as a channel for oxygen inhalation and ventilation. Re-intubation typically requires AEC assistance, requires good care facilities, and a highly trained operator, but these devices do not guarantee successful intubation of the trachea.
The traditional product is that the core is led in the complete parcel of sleeve pipe, and original intubate needs the certain angle of bending into with leading the core cooperation, and nevertheless its length is not enough and lead the core material too hard, does not stay inside the human body, and the expiration of people's air flue expiration, has very can insert into under the tight closed condition.
The tube drawing process is a key link, only a few of experienced anesthesiologists have sufficient confidence to ensure that the tube drawing time of a patient is correct, and the tube drawing process is stable and has no side effect.
