Description

Dental adhesion pretreatment agent based on cationic polymer-metal complex and use method thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of oral adhesion, in particular to a dental adhesion pretreating agent based on a cationic polymer-metal complex and a using method thereof.
Background
The bonding is the basis of clinical work of a plurality of subjects such as dental pulp diseases, oral cavity restoration, orthodontic treatment and the like. A strong bond is a prerequisite for a good therapeutic effect. The problem of persistence of dentinal adhesion is currently the greatest challenge in the field of oral adhesions. Degradation of the mixed layer is a major factor leading to poor durability of the dentinal bond. The exposed collagen in the mixed layer which is not completely wrapped by the adhesive is easily degraded by external stimulation, which is the main reason for degrading the mixed layer. How to promote the permeation of the adhesive and realize the full wrapping of the collagen is the key for solving the problem of the durability of the dentin adhesion.
Demineralized dentin organic matter is composed of 90% collagen and 10% non-collagen. The non-collagen protein is wound on the surface of collagen and contains a large amount of negatively charged amino acids such as aspartic acid, glutamic acid and the like and polar amino acids such as serine and the like. These polar groups impart extremely strong water-retention ability to the non-collagenous proteins, which allows them to absorb a large amount of water during wet bonding, and the gel-like structure formed is the root cause of the barrier to complete penetration of the adhesive. Breaking the hydration ability of non-collagen is the fundamental way to achieve complete penetration of the adhesive and improved stability of the mixed layer.
