The invention belongs to the field of walking aid equipment, and particularly relates to an intelligent anti-falling walking aid.
Background
The falling down is a very common phenomenon among the elderly due to the decline of the physical functions of the elderly. The old people fall into hip recoil fall and lower body side fall, the former is easy to cause spine fracture, and the latter is easy to cause thigh fracture. The old people not only get hurt after falling down, but also can generate the psychology of fear of walking, thereby lacking confidence in daily life and increasingly breaking away from social activities.
At present, a walking aid capable of assisting the old to walk is produced aiming at the problems; however, the old still has the problem of falling even with the aid of the walker; and the existing walking aid can not effectively prevent the old from falling down.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention provides an intelligent anti-falling walking aid; the problem that the prior walking aid cannot effectively prevent the old from falling down is solved.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention provides the following technical scheme:
an intelligent anti-falling walking aid comprises a walking aid frame, connecting beams and supporting rods for building the walking aid frame, and walking wheels arranged at the bottom of the walking aid frame; the frame of the walking aid is provided with a protective curtain for carrying the buttocks of a user.
According to the invention, by arranging the protective curtain, when the old people sit behind the buttocks and fall down, the old people can be supported through the protective curtain to protect the old people; the contact between the buttocks of the old and the ground is avoided, so that the condition of spine fracture is avoided.
Furthermore, a safety socket is installed on any side of the top of the walking aid frame, an insert is inserted into the safety socket, and one end of a safety belt is fixed on the insert.
The other end of safety belt can be binded at user's waist, perhaps the other end of safety belt is in one side in addition at helping capable ware frame top (with set up one side top that the safety socket paralleled), through setting up the safety belt for when the old man appears the buttock recoil and tumbles, can be earlier through the safety belt protection, and the power when applying to the safety belt is too big, causes plug-in components and safety socket to break away from, the rethread the protection curtain is accepted. Further protect the walking safety of the old.
When tying the other end of safety belt in the other side at capable ware frame top, the safety belt need be located human rear portion, and the people need be located between safety belt and the front end that helps capable ware direction of travel promptly for the user can touch the safety belt at first when taking place the buttock back seat and tumble, makes the safety belt atress, and when the safety belt atress was too big, causes plug-in components and safety socket to break away from, the rethread protection curtain accepts. Further protect the walking safety of the old.
Furthermore, sliding tables are arranged on two sides of the front end of the protective curtain close to the advancing direction of the walking aid, and the sliding tables on the two sides of the protective curtain are respectively matched with sliding grooves arranged on two sides of a frame of the walking aid; the sliding table is connected with the traction device, and the protective curtain is connected with the winding and unwinding device at the rear end close to the advancing direction of the walking aid.
If the protective curtain is fixedly arranged on the frame of the walking aid, the normal movement of the old through the walking aid can be influenced; therefore, the protective curtain is recovered by the winding and unwinding device, and the normal walking space is reserved; and when the plug-in unit is separated from the safety socket, the traction device is started to pull out the protective curtain to bear the buttocks of the user.
Because the mode of mutually supporting through spout and slip table, frictional force is great, consequently sets up the gyro wheel of mutually supporting with the spout on the slip table, through reducing frictional force for the protection curtain can be smoothly and quick pulled out.
Preferably, the traction device comprises a reel arranged on the walking aid frame, a traction wire is wound on the reel, one end of the traction wire is fixed on the reel, and the other end of the traction wire is fixed on the sliding table; the reel is driven to rotate by a first driving mechanism; after the first driving mechanism drives the reel to rotate, the traction wire can be wound quickly, and the traction wire pulls the sliding table to move, so that the protective curtain is pulled out rapidly.
Furthermore, the winding and unwinding device comprises a winding drum, and one end of the protective curtain, which is far away from the sliding table, is arranged on the winding drum; initially, the protective curtain is wound on the winding drum, and after the plug-in unit is separated from the safety socket, the traction device quickly pulls out the protective curtain.
After the protective curtain is pulled out to play a protective role and the old people are in danger of escaping, the protective curtain needs to be wound on the winding drum when the device needs to be used continuously, so that the protective curtain is prevented from interfering the normal walking of the old people; in view of the above, the winding and unwinding device further includes a second driving mechanism for driving the winding drum to rotate, so that the winding drum can be driven to rotate by the second driving mechanism, and the protection curtain is wound on the winding drum.
The second driving mechanism for driving the winding drum to rotate can be replaced by manpower, only a handle is led out from any end of the winding drum, and the winding drum is driven to rotate by rotating the handle.
Furthermore, a traction wire between the winding wheel and the sliding table is positioned on the advancing route of the sliding table; the sliding table can be pulled rapidly to move, and then the protective curtain is pulled out rapidly.
In consideration of the installation position, the reel may not achieve the installation effect, namely, the traction line between the winding wheel and the sliding table is ensured to be positioned on the advancing route of the sliding table; therefore, the problem can be solved by arranging the fixed pulley; namely, the frame of the walking aid is provided with a fixed pulley; the traction wire wound on the reel is connected with the sliding table after bypassing the fixed pulley, so that the traction wire between the fixed pulley and the sliding table can be positioned on the advancing route of the sliding table.
Furthermore, be provided with spacing lock on the spout, spacing lock can be provided with spacing hasp mutually supporting locking on with the slip table. The position of the roller shutter is limited by the matching of the limiting lock and the limiting lock catch, and the roller shutter is prevented from being pulled out too long to be in contact with the lower body of a user. And through the locking cooperation of spacing lock and spacing hasp, the user falls when sitting on the protection curtain for the stress point is located between spacing lock and the spacing hasp, avoids the direct atress of pull wire, leads to the pull wire to stretch out, perhaps stretches out between the tie point of pull wire and slip table, and then leads to the unable problem that plays the guard action.
Furthermore, the rear wheel of the walking aid is provided with an automatic brake device, and after the plug-in on the safety belt is separated from the safety socket, the walking aid is automatically braked by the automatic brake device, so that the walking aid can be prevented from moving forwards or backwards after the old falls down.

The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
A preferred embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to fig. 1 to 9;
as shown in FIG. 2, the direction indicated by arrow a is the direction of travel of the walker of the present invention.
Referring to the attached figure 1, the intelligent anti-falling walking aid comprises a walking aid frame, connecting beams 1 for building the walking aid frame, a supporting rod 2, two front wheels 3 and two rear wheels 4 arranged at the bottom of the walking aid frame, wherein foot brakes 18 are arranged on the front wheels 3; the frame of the walking aid is provided with a protective curtain 7 for bearing the buttocks of a user.
Referring to fig. 1, the selection of the installation position of the protective curtain 7 of the present invention is located behind the user's back when the user uses the device, so that the user can receive the protective curtain 7 when sitting down and falling down behind the hip; certainly, the height of the protective curtain 7 also needs to meet certain requirements, namely, when the user falls down after sitting on the hip, the user can sit on the protective curtain 7; the person skilled in the art can obtain the setting position of the optimal height of the protective curtain 7 according to limited experiments with reference to the above description, and therefore the setting of the height is not described in detail in the present invention; the height of the protective curtain 7 is set only by the requirement that a user can sit on the protective curtain 7 when sitting down and falling down after the buttocks occurs.
According to the invention, by arranging the protective curtain 7, when the old people sit behind the buttocks and fall down, the old people can be supported through the protective curtain 7 to be protected; the contact between the buttocks of the old and the ground is avoided, so that the condition of spine fracture is avoided.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, a safety socket 6 is arranged on any side of the top of the frame of the walking aid, an insert 5 is inserted into the safety socket 6, and one end of a safety belt is fixed on the insert 5.
The other end of safety belt can be binded at user's waist, perhaps the other end of safety belt is in one side in addition at helping the capable ware frame top (with set up one side top that the safety socket paralleled), through setting up the safety belt for when the old man appears the buttock back seat and tumbles, can be earlier through the safety belt protection, and the power when applying to the safety belt is too big, causes plug-in components 5 and 6 break away from of safety socket, the rethread protection curtain 7 accepts. Further protect the walking safety of the old.
When tying the other end of the safety belt to the other side of the top of the walking aid frame, the safety belt needs to be positioned at the rear part of a human body, namely, the human needs to be positioned between the safety belt and the front end of the walking aid in the advancing direction, so that a user can firstly touch the safety belt when sitting and falling down after the buttocks, the safety belt is stressed, and when the stress of the safety belt is too large, the plug-in 5 is separated from the safety socket 6 and then is connected through the protective curtain 7. Further protect the walking safety of the old.
Referring to fig. 2, 4, 6 and 7, both sides of the protective curtain 7 near the front end of the walking aid in the advancing direction are provided with sliding tables 26, and the sliding tables 26 on both sides of the protective curtain 7 are respectively matched with sliding grooves 29 arranged on both sides of the frame of the walking aid; the sliding table 26 is connected with a traction device, and the rear end of the protective curtain 7 close to the advancing direction of the walking aid is connected with a winding and unwinding device.
If the protective curtain 7 is fixedly arranged on the frame of the walking aid, the normal movement of the old through the walking aid can be influenced; therefore, the protective curtain 7 is recovered by the winding and unwinding device, and the normal walking space is reserved; when the plug-in 5 is separated from the safety socket 6, the traction device is started to pull the protective curtain 7 out to bear the buttocks of the user.
Based on the above technical solution, the plug-in 5 installed on the safety belt of the present invention and the safety socket 6 can be regarded as a trigger switch, that is, when the plug-in 5 is separated from the safety socket 6, the protection curtain 7 is rapidly pulled out by the traction device for protection. Based on the above description, it can be seen that in use, the safety belt should be located behind the user, and when the user falls after sitting on the hip, the user touches the safety belt first, and applies force to the safety belt, so that the plug 5 on the safety belt is disengaged from the safety socket 6.
The matching mode of the plug-in 5 and the safety socket 6 can be matched according to the matching mode of the pen body and the pen cap; the matching form of the safety socket 6 and the plug-in 5 can refer to the existing automatic door lock structure, for example, the existing partial door lock is automatically unlocked through fingerprints, so the unlocking is triggered through the fingerprints, but the unlocking is carried out by taking stress as a triggering condition, and only the triggering condition needs to be changed. The stress detection can detect the stress condition of the corresponding component only by adopting a sensor, for example, a tension sensor is arranged on a safety belt, or the sensor for detecting the stress condition is arranged on a locking part for locking the plug-in 5; the installation mode of the two sensors can detect the stress condition and trigger the plug-in unit 5 to be separated from the safety socket 6 based on the stress condition. By setting the stress threshold, when the stress reaches the stress threshold, the plug-in 5 is controlled to be separated from the safety socket 6.
As can be seen from fig. 7, rollers 30 are mounted on both sides of the sliding table 26 in the sliding groove 29, and the rollers 30 are engaged with the sliding groove 29; thereby effectively reducing the friction force and enabling the protective curtain 7 to be pulled out quickly; and one end of the sliding table 26 positioned outside the sliding groove 29 is fixedly provided with a protective curtain 7.
Referring to fig. 1, 2 and 4, the traction device comprises a reel 11 arranged on the frame of the walking aid, a traction line is wound on the reel 11, one end of the traction line is fixed on the reel 11, and the other end of the traction line is fixed on the sliding table 26; the reel 11 is driven to rotate by a first drive mechanism 10; so that the pull wire can be quickly wound after the reel 11 is driven to rotate by the first driving mechanism 10, and the pull wire pulls the sliding table 26 to move, so that the protective curtain 7 is quickly pulled out.
The winding and unwinding device comprises a winding drum 8, and one end, far away from the sliding table 26, of the protective curtain 7 is installed on the winding drum 8; initially, the protective curtain 7 is wound on the winding drum 8, and after the plug-in unit 5 is separated from the safety socket 6, the traction device rapidly pulls out the protective curtain 7.
After the protective curtain 7 is pulled out to play a protective role and the old people are in danger of escaping, when the device needs to be used continuously, the protective curtain 7 needs to be wound on the winding drum 8, so that the protective curtain 7 is prevented from obstructing the normal walking of the old people; in view of the above, the unwinding and winding device further comprises a second driving mechanism 9 for driving the winding drum 8 to rotate, so that the winding drum 8 can be driven to rotate by the second driving mechanism 9, and the protective curtain 7 is wound on the winding drum 8; the second driving mechanism 9 is a motor, a button can be arranged on the walking aid frame, and the second driving mechanism 9 is controlled to work, so that the protective curtain 7 is wound on the winding drum 8.
As can be seen from fig. 1 and 4, there are two sets of the second driving mechanisms 9, which are respectively installed at two ends of the winding drum 8, and the second driving mechanisms drive the winding drum 8 to rotate through the conical gears 23 engaged with each other. The mode is not limited by the invention, and the invention also adopts a motor rotor connecting coupling to be connected with the rotating shaft of the winding drum 8 to drive the winding drum 8 to rotate.
The second driving mechanism 9 for driving the winding drum 8 to rotate can be replaced by manpower, only a handle is led out from any end of the winding drum 8, and the winding drum 8 is driven to rotate by rotating the handle.
The drag line from the reel 11 to the slide table 26 is located on the traveling route of the slide table 26; so that the sliding table 26 can be pulled rapidly to move, and the protective curtain 7 can be pulled out rapidly.
Referring to fig. 4, the reel 11 may fail to achieve the above-described mounting effect, i.e., to ensure that the drag line between the reel 11 and the slide table 26 is located on the traveling path of the slide table 26, in consideration of the mounting position; therefore, the fixed pulley 12 can be arranged to solve the problems; namely, the frame of the walking aid is provided with a fixed pulley 12; the traction wire wound on the reel 11 is connected with the sliding table 26 after passing around the fixed pulley 12, so that the traction wire between the fixed pulley 12 and the sliding table 26 can be positioned on the traveling line of the sliding table 26.
Referring to fig. 4, 5 and 7, the sliding groove 29 is provided with a limit lock 25, and the limit lock 25 can be locked with a limit lock catch 27 arranged on the sliding table 26 in a matching manner. The position of the roller shutter is limited by the matching of the limiting lock 25 and the limiting lock catch 27, and the roller shutter is prevented from being pulled out too long to be contacted with the lower body of a user. And through the locking cooperation of spacing lock 25 and spacing hasp 27, the user falls when sitting on protective curtain 7 for the stress point is located between spacing lock 25 and the spacing hasp 27, avoids the direct atress of pull wire, leads to the pull wire to stretch out, perhaps stretches out between the tie point of pull wire and slip table 26, and then leads to the unable problem that plays the guard action.
Referring to fig. 5, a lock tongue 28 is arranged on the limit lock 25, the limit buckle 27 is provided with a hollow part, the periphery of the hollow part is surrounded by a limit connecting rod forming the limit buckle 27, and the lock tongue 28 is matched with the hollow part so as to prevent the limit buckle 27 from being separated from the lock tongue 28; the structure can be designed according to a door lock mechanism, the spring bolt of the door lock can automatically return when the door and the door frame are matched with each other, and can be matched with the lock hole when the spring bolt moves to the lock hole of the door frame, and can be locked when a door hand is not rotated by external force; the hollow part is a lock hole, when the limit lock catch 27 impacts the lock tongue 28, the lock tongue 28 returns, and when the hollow part is moved, the lock tongue 28 extends out to be matched with the limit connecting rod, so that the limit lock catch 27 is prevented from being separated. Of course, the above detailed description of the engagement of the limit lock 25 and the limit lock catch 27 is not intended to limit the present invention, and other lock types known in the art, such as a door lock type, may be used in the present invention.
Referring to fig. 2 and 3, the rear wheel 4 of the walking aid is provided with an automatic brake device, when the plug-in 5 on the safety belt is separated from the safety socket 6, the automatic brake device automatically brakes, so that the walking aid vehicle can move forwards or backwards after the old people fall over.
The automatic braking device comprises a gear 16 mounted on the rotating shaft of the rear wheel 4 of the walking aid, a brake 15 capable of engaging with the gear 16 and a telescopic device 14 for pushing the brake 15 to engage with or separate from the gear 16.
The telescopic device 14 drives the brake 15 to extend out, so that the brake 15 is meshed with the gear 16 to realize braking; when the telescopic device 14 retracts, the brake 15 is driven to separate from the gear 16.
Referring to fig. 3, the telescopic device 14 is arranged on the bottom connecting beam 1 at the rear end of the walking aid in the traveling direction, a guide rod 24 which faces downwards vertically is arranged on the connecting beam 1, the brake 15 is sleeved on the guide rod 24, and the telescopic end of the telescopic device 14 is connected with the brake 15, so that the brake 15 can be driven by the telescopic device 14 to move back and forth on the guide rod 24; thereby bringing the brake 15 into and out of engagement with the gear 16.
One end of the guide rod 24 close to the ground is arranged on the rotating shaft of the rear wheel 4 through a bearing.
If the telescopic device 14 is used to directly bring the brake 15 into engagement with the gear 16, the telescopic device 14 may be deformed in long-term use; for example, if the telescopic device 14 of the present invention employs an electric push rod, after braking, a forward or backward force is applied to the walking aid, and then the forward or backward force acts on the telescopic rod of the electric push rod, and the telescopic rod of the electric push rod deforms after the electric push rod is released for a long time; the invention adopts the mode of the guide rod 24, thereby effectively avoiding the situation that the telescopic rod of the electric push rod can deform after being used for a long time. Of course, the use of an electric push rod as the telescopic device 14 is not a limitation of the present invention, and the present invention may also use an electromagnet to pull in for telescopic control.

The walking aid is designed in such a way that the old is easy to fall down if the whole walking aid is in a movable state in the walking process due to the slow walking speed of the old; when the walking aid is used for walking, the old people push the walking aid to move to a certain distance; the walking aid is braked by the automatic brake device, the old man slowly walks to the front end of the advancing direction of the walking aid, and the walking aid is forbidden to move in the walking stage of the old man, so that the walking safety of the old man is further ensured by the arrangement. And an unlocking button is arranged on the frame of the walking aid, and when the old walks to the front end of the walking aid in the advancing direction, the telescopic device can drive the brake 15 to be separated from the gear 16 through the unlocking button.
The magnetic steel 33 can be arranged one by one, when the rear wheel 4 rotates for a circle, the Hall sensor 32 can detect the magnetic steel 33, and the control program controls the automatic brake device to brake.
Of course, the number of the magnetic steels 33 can also be 6, namely 6 magnetic steels are equidistantly arranged around the circumference of the side edge of the rear wheel 4; at this time, a trigger condition can be preset in the control system, for example, after the hall sensor 32 detects the magnetic steel for 5 times, the automatic brake device is controlled to brake. The number of the magnetic steels 33 and the conditions for controlling the automatic brake device in the control system can be set according to specific conditions. The device can be more flexibly used by adjusting the detection times, for example, a user feels that the device is braked after detecting for 5 times, and the device can be adjusted by a touch screen or a button to brake after detecting for 4 times or 3 times if the user walks for a longer distance; therefore, the use process is more flexible and changeable.
