Abstract
The invention discloses nutritional meal replacement powder, a preparation method thereof and a granulator, wherein the nutritional meal replacement powder comprises the following components: water-soluble dietary fiber, instant soybean meal, cactus fruit powder, compound vitamin, compound mineral, erythritol, almond powder, grape seed powder, coconut powder and perilla seed powder. A preparation method of nutritional meal replacement powder comprises the following steps: respectively sieving weighed instant soybean meal, cactus fruit powder, almond powder, grape seed powder, coconut powder and perilla seed powder to obtain a sieving material, mixing weighed water-soluble dietary fibers, compound vitamins, compound mineral substances, erythritol and the sieving material, uniformly stirring to obtain mixed powder, adding water into the mixed powder, uniformly stirring, adding the mixed powder into a granulator to obtain coarse material, drying the coarse material, and then performing ultraviolet disinfection and packaging to obtain the nutritional meal replacement powder. The nutritional meal replacement powder has the effects of balanced nutrition and difficulty in weight rebound.

The meal replacement powder in the related technology has unbalanced nutrition, and after normal diet is recovered, the weight is likely to rebound, so that the weight losing effect is lost.

1-3 parts of almond powder;
0.1-0.8 part of grape seed powder;
2-6 parts of coconut powder;
0.1-0.2 part of perilla seed powder;
10-15 parts of water.
By adopting the technical scheme, the compound vitamins, the compound mineral substances, the grape seed powder and the coconut powder can provide trace elements necessary for a human body, the water-soluble dietary fiber can promote digestion and improve the digestion function of the human body, the erythritol and the almond powder enable the meal replacement powder to have fine and smooth mouthfeel after being mixed, the instant soybean powder enables a user to feel satiety after being drunk, the eating desire is reduced, and further the intake of heat is reduced, the nutrition provided by the cactus fruit powder, the grape seed powder and the perilla seed powder is relatively balanced, the situation of body weight rebound after the meal replacement powder is stopped eating is not easy to occur, the spleen and kidney functions of the human body can be adjusted due to the mutual matching of the cactus fruit powder, the erythritol and the perilla seed powder, the blood and qi stasis of the face skin is dissolved, and the chloasma on the user can be promoted to be eliminated.

By adopting the technical scheme, the zinc gluconate, the calcium lactate and the chromium-rich yeast with appropriate dosage proportion can act synergistically, so that the nutrient elements ingested by a human body are more balanced, and the weight rebound of a user after normal diet is recovered is reduced.
Preferably, the purity of the cactus fruit powder is 95% -99%.
In a second aspect, the present application provides a method for preparing a nutritional meal replacement powder, comprising the steps of:
s1, respectively sieving the weighed instant soybean meal, cactus fruit powder, almond powder, grape seed powder, coconut powder and perilla seed powder to obtain primary sieve materials;
s2, mixing the weighed water-soluble dietary fibers, compound vitamins, compound minerals, erythritol and the primary screening material obtained in the step S1, and then uniformly stirring to obtain mixed powder;
s3, adding water into the mixed powder obtained in the step S2, and uniformly stirring to obtain a wet material;
s4, adding the wet material obtained in the step S3 into a granulator for granulation to obtain a coarse material;
s5, drying the coarse material obtained in the step S4 to obtain a dried coarse material, and then performing ultraviolet disinfection and packaging on the dried coarse material to obtain the nutritional meal replacement powder.
By adopting the technical scheme, the condition that the powder which is agglomerated in the step S1 cannot be uniformly stirred in the step S2 can be reduced by sieving, and the stability of each component of the meal replacement powder is favorably improved.
Preferably, the sieved materials in the step S1 are crushed to obtain crushed materials, the crushed materials are sieved again and then mixed with the primary sieved materials in the step S1 to obtain sieved materials, and the sieved materials are used for replacing the primary sieved materials in the step S2 in equal amount to prepare meal replacement powder.
By adopting the technical scheme, the agglomerated powder can be recycled, the utilization rate of raw materials is improved, and the waste of resources is reduced.
Preferably, the stirring time in the step S3 is 15-30 min.
By adopting the technical scheme, the specific surface area of the mixed powder is large, and the mixed powder can be uniformly mixed with water only by stirring for a long time after water is added.

Through adopting above-mentioned technical scheme, in wet material added the box by the feed inlet, the wet material was constantly mixxed to the stirring leaf for wet material constantly strikes shear structure, and then the shaping becomes the coarse fodder, and operation baffle slides in the spacing inslot and opens the discharge gate, and the stirring leaf can throw away the coarse fodder from the discharging pipe, collects via the hopper bearing down again.
Optionally, the shearing structure includes a supporting rod connected to the inner side wall of the box body and a plurality of shearing plates, and the supporting rod is sleeved with the shearing plates.

Examples 1 to 5
A nutritional meal replacement powder comprises the following components:
resistant dextrin (Zhengzhou yu food additive limited), apple pectin (Zhengzhou yu food additive limited), instant soybean meal (Zhengzhou flying crane subsidiary food limited), zinc gluconate (Zhengzhou yu food additive limited), calcium lactate (Zhengzhou yu food additive limited), chromium-rich yeast (Hebei Kelong multi-biotechnology limited), prickly pear powder (West safe ao Biotechnology limited), multivitamin, erythritol (Shenzhen Lefu biotechnology limited), almond powder, grape seed powder, coconut powder, perilla seed powder (Ningxia vanilla biotechnology limited), wherein the multivitamin comprises 20% by mass of vitamin C, 15% by mass of vitamin A, 9% by mass of vitamin E, 11% by mass of vitamin B1, Vitamin B2 in an amount of 15% by mass, vitamin B12 in an amount of 10% by mass, and calcium D-pantothenate (Shandong Guante Biotech Co., Ltd.) in an amount of 20% by mass.
The specific amounts (Kg) of the components of examples 1-5 are shown in Table 1.

In examples 1-5, a method of preparing a nutritional meal replacement powder comprises the steps of:
s1, sieving the weighed instant soybean powder, cactus fruit powder, almond powder, grape seed powder, coconut powder and perilla seed powder respectively to obtain a primary sieve material, crushing the sieved materials to obtain crushed materials, sieving the crushed materials again, and mixing the crushed materials into the primary sieve material to obtain a sieved material.
S2, mixing the weighed water-soluble dietary fibers, compound vitamins, zinc gluconate, calcium lactate, chromium-rich yeast, erythritol and the sieved material obtained by S1, stirring for 10min at the rotating speed of 120r/min, and uniformly mixing to obtain mixed powder.
And S3, adding water into the mixed powder obtained in the step S2, and stirring for 20min at the rotating speed of 120r/min to obtain a wet material.
S4, adding the wet material prepared in the S3 into a granulator to obtain a coarse material.
S5, drying the coarse material obtained in the S4 step at 105 ℃ for 1h to obtain a dry coarse material.
And S6, placing the dried coarse material obtained in the step S5 under ultraviolet rays for disinfection for 30min, and then carrying out vacuum packaging on the dried coarse material to obtain the nutritional meal replacement powder.
In examples 1 to 5, the purity of the cactus fruit powder was 95%, and the number of the sieve mesh in the step of S1 was 180 mesh.
Example 6
This example differs from example 3 in that:
the mass of the resistant dextrin and the apple pectin in the components are respectively 10.5Kg and 31.5 Kg.

Performance test
650 women suffering from various degrees of chloasma were invited to take an experimental test for the slimming effect and the chloasma-removing effect of the meal replacement powder, in which the participating test persons were aged 40 to 45 years, 650 persons were divided into 13 groups, each group consisting of 50 persons, 13 groups were respectively experimented with respect to examples 1 to 8 and comparative examples 1 to 5, 200g of meal replacement powder was used every night every first month instead of dinner every 650 persons, the average value of the weight change on the first and last days of the first month of 650 persons, the average value of the change in the chloasma-state area of the face and the data of the number of color cards of chloasma were measured, and the average value of the weight change on the first and last days of the second month after 650 persons stopped using the meal replacement powder were measured.
The detailed data of experiment 1 is shown in table 2.

It can be seen by combining comparative examples 1-4 and example 3 and combining table 2 that the weight loss in the first month is not very different, the weight-losing effects of the groups are close, when the cactus fruit powder, the grape seed powder and the perilla seed powder exist simultaneously, the weight rebound in the second month is obviously reduced, the weight rebound in one month after the meal replacement powder is stopped can be effectively reduced, and the interaction among the cactus fruit powder, the erythritol and the perilla seed powder is favorable for promoting the dissipation of blood-qi and blood-stasis dust on the face skin, so that the chloasma area is reduced, the chromaticity of chloasma is reduced, and the chloasma is further lightened.
It can be seen from the combination of comparative example 5 and example 3 and table 2 that meal replacement powder obtained without sieving in step S1 is difficult to mix uniformly, so that the components are unstable, and the weight loss after the first month is less, which affects the weight-loss effect, and the weight rebound in the second month is more, which is not good for inhibiting the weight rebound.
Combining example 6 and example 3 and table 2, it can be seen that the mass ratio of resistant dextrin to pectin is 1: and 3, the weight loss in the first month is large, and the weight-losing effect is best.
It can be seen from the combination of examples 7-8 and 3 and table 2 that the weight rebound after stopping using the meal replacement powder is less than that of the zinc gluconate, calcium lactate and chromium-rich yeast at a mass ratio of 1:1:2 or 1:1:3, so that the weight rebound can be better limited when the mass ratio of the zinc gluconate, calcium lactate and chromium-rich yeast is 1:1 (2-3).
The granulator in the step S4, referring to fig. 1 and 2, includes a box 1, the top surface of the box 1 is communicated with a feeding pipe 2, one end of the feeding pipe 2, which is far away from the box 1, is communicated with a receiving pipe 21, and the pipe diameter of the receiving pipe 21 is continuously increased along the direction far away from the feeding pipe 2. The adapting pipe 21 can reduce the wet material leakage from the feeding pipe 2 when the wet material is added, and reduce the waste of raw materials.

1. A nutritional meal replacement powder, which is characterized in that: the composition is prepared from the following components in parts by mass:
40-45 parts of water-soluble dietary fiber;
20-25 parts of instant soybean meal;
8-10 parts of cactus fruit powder;
1-2 parts of compound vitamin;
0.05-0.1 part of composite mineral;
10-20 parts of erythritol;
1-3 parts of almond powder;
0.1-0.8 part of grape seed powder;
2-6 parts of coconut powder;
0.1-0.2 part of perilla seed powder;
10-15 parts of water.
2. The nutritional meal replacement powder of claim 1, wherein: the water-soluble dietary fiber comprises resistant dextrin and apple pectin, and the mass ratio of the resistant dextrin to the apple pectin is 1 (3-4).
3. The nutritional meal replacement powder of claim 1, wherein: the compound mineral comprises zinc gluconate, calcium lactate and chromium-rich yeast, wherein the mass ratio of the zinc gluconate to the calcium lactate to the chromium-rich yeast is 1:1 (2-3).

5. A method of preparing a nutritional meal replacement powder according to any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein: the method comprises the following steps:
s1, respectively sieving the weighed instant soybean meal, cactus fruit powder, almond powder, grape seed powder, coconut powder and perilla seed powder to obtain primary sieve materials;
s2, mixing the weighed water-soluble dietary fibers, compound vitamins, compound minerals, erythritol and the primary screening material obtained in the step S1, and then uniformly stirring to obtain mixed powder;
s3, adding water into the mixed powder obtained in the step S2, and uniformly stirring to obtain a wet material;
s4, adding the wet material obtained in the step S3 into a granulator for granulation to obtain a coarse material;
s5, drying the coarse material obtained in the step S4 to obtain a dried coarse material, and then performing ultraviolet disinfection and packaging on the dried coarse material to obtain the nutritional meal replacement powder.

The method of claim 5, wherein the method comprises the steps of: and crushing the sieved materials in the step S1 to obtain crushed materials, re-sieving the crushed materials, and mixing the crushed materials with the primary sieving materials in the step S1 to obtain sieved materials, wherein the sieved materials are equivalent to replace the primary sieving materials in the step S2 to prepare meal replacement powder.

A granulator, characterized by: a nutrition meal replacement powder for preparing any of claims 1-4, comprising a box body (1), the rotatable formula of bottom is connected with stirring leaf (13) in box (1), stirring leaf (13) butt in box (1) lateral wall, box (1) inside wall are connected with shearing structure, box (1) top surface intercommunication has inlet pipe (2), the discharge gate has been seted up to box (1) lateral wall, the discharge gate is equipped with baffle (3), the lateral wall of box (1) is connected with two at least edges perpendicular to limiting plate (31) that box (1) bottom surface direction extends, the spacing groove has been seted up to limiting plate (31), baffle (3) joint and sliding connection in the spacing groove, box (1) bottom surface is connected with down hopper (32).

The granulator in the method for preparing nutritional meal replacement powder according to claim 8, wherein: the shearing structure comprises a supporting rod (14) connected to the inner side wall of the box body (1) and a plurality of shearing plates (15), and the supporting rod (14) is sleeved with the shearing plates (15).
