参考图1A和1B,示出了本公开的一个可能实施方案,其例示了皮肤处理个人护理装置10,诸如剃刀。在某些实施方案中,皮肤处理个人护理装置10可包括安装到柄部14的剃刀刀片架12,如图1A所示。然而,应当理解,其它处理头部可另选地安装到柄部14,诸如牙刷或施用装置。剃刀刀片架12可以固定地或能够枢转地安装到柄部14。柄部14可包括容纳电源的抓握部分15,该电源诸如向光条组件16供电的一个或多个电池(未示出)。在某些实施方案中,光条组件16可包括一个或多个发光二极管(LED)17。一个或多个LED被定位成当光条组件16安装到剃刀刀片架12并且使用者进行剃刮行程时面向使用者的皮肤。例如,光条组件16可延伸到由剃刀刀片架12的外壳20限定的一个或多个开口18(图1B)中。
由LED发射的光能量具有在400-1000nm范围内的至少一个波长。还发现在400-700nm范围内的至少一个波长是有益的。每个LED可具有大于100mW,更优选地大于200mW的功率消耗,以及大于100mW,更优选地大于200mW的辐射功率。由LED发射的光能量提供以下功能中的至少一种:痤疮治疗;杀菌效果;光损伤的修复;抗衰老效果;减少结疤以及伤口愈合,所述伤口愈合包括愈合伤口或由剃刮引起的其它皮肤损伤。
剃刮剃刀刀片架12可从柄部14永久性地附接或可移除地安装,从而允许剃刮剃刀刀片架12被更换。图1B示出了从柄部14移除的剃刀刀片架12。剃刀刀片架12的外壳20可包括防护件22、顶盖24、以及在顶盖24与防护件22之间安装到外壳20的一个或多个刀片26。防护件22可朝向外壳20的前部并且顶盖24可朝向外壳20的后部(即,防护件22位于刀片26前方并且顶盖24位于刀片26后方)。防护件22和顶盖24可限定与防护件22和顶盖24相切的剃刮平面。防护件22可为大致平行于刀片26延伸的实心棒或分段棒。在某些实施方案中,光条组件16可定位在防护件22前方。然而,应当理解,光条组件可定位在外壳20上的任何位置(例如,在外壳20的后部,靠近顶盖20)。光条组件16可包括在剃刮行程期间接触消费者皮肤的外表面28。光条组件16可安装到柄部14的头部部分30。发光二极管17可凹陷在光条组件16内(例如,与外表面28间隔开)。
在某些实施方案中,刀片26可安装到外壳20并且由一个或多个夹具32固定。对于本领域技术人员而言已知的其它组装方法也可用于将刀片26固定和/或安装到外壳20,包括但不限于绕接、冷成型、热铆接、嵌入注塑、超声焊接、以及粘合剂。所述夹具32可以包括金属,诸如铝,用于传导热并充当牺牲阳极,以帮助防止刀片26腐蚀。虽然示出五个刀片26,但是外壳20可具有更多或更少的刀片26,这取决于剃刀刀片架12的期望性能和成本。
在某些实施方案中,希望在刀片26前方提供光。例如,光条组件16可定位在防护件20和/或皮肤接合构件26前方。如下方将更详细地描述,光条组件16可安装到外壳20并经由印刷电路板(PCB)34与电源(未示出)连通。在某些实施方案中,印刷电路板(PCB)34可为柔性的以有利于剃刀刀片架12的运动。发光二极管17可安装到印刷电路板34并且操作地耦接到电源。
顶盖24可为安装到外壳20的独立模制的部件(例如,剃刮助剂填充的贮存器)或挤出部件(例如,挤出润滑条)。在某些实施方案中,顶盖24可为塑料或金属棒以支撑皮肤并且限定剃刮平面。顶盖24可由与外壳20相同的材料模制或挤出,或可由具有一种或多种可用水浸出的剃刮助剂材料的较润滑的剃刮助剂复合材料模制或挤出,以在剃刮期间提供增加的舒适度。剃刮助剂复合材料可包括水不溶性聚合物和皮肤润滑水溶性聚合物。可使用的合适的水不溶性聚合物包括但不限于可具有高抗冲聚苯乙烯(即,聚苯乙烯-丁二烯)诸如Mobil 4324(Mobil Corporation)的聚乙烯、聚丙烯、聚苯乙烯、丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物(例如,中等和高抗冲聚苯乙烯)、聚缩醛、丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物、乙烯乙酸乙烯酯共聚物和共混物诸如聚丙烯/聚苯乙烯共混物。
合适的润滑皮肤的水溶性聚合物可包括聚环氧乙烷、聚乙烯基吡咯烷酮、聚丙烯酰胺、羟丙基纤维素、聚乙烯基咪唑啉和聚甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯。其它水溶性聚合物可包括一般称为POLYOX的聚环氧乙烷(购自Union Carbide Corporation)或ALKOX(购自MeiseiChemical Works,Kyota,Japan)。这些聚环氧乙烷可具有约100,000至6百万,例如约300,000至5百万的分子量。聚环氧乙烷可包括以下成分的共混物:约40%至80%的具有约5百万的平均分子量的聚环氧乙烷(例如,POLYOX COAGULANT)和约60%至20%的具有约300,000的平均分子量的聚环氧乙烷(例如,POLYOX WSR-N-750)。聚环氧乙烷共混物也可包含按重量计至多约10%的低分子量(即,分子量<10,000)的聚乙二醇诸如PEG-100。
剃刮助剂复合材料也可任选地包括皮肤抚慰剂与以下物质的包合配合物:环糊精、低分子量水溶性释放增强剂诸如聚乙二醇(例如,按重量计1%至10%)、水溶胀性的释放增强剂诸如交联聚丙烯酸类(例如,按重量计2%至7%)、着色剂、抗氧化剂、防腐剂、杀菌剂、胡须软化剂、收敛性、脱毛剂、药剂、调理剂、保湿剂、凉爽剂等。
参考图2,示出了大致沿图1A的线2-2截取的皮肤处理个人护理装置的剖视图。柄部14可容纳电池36以向光条组件16供电。电源开关38(例如,按钮)可设置在柄部14上以接通和切断光条组件16的电源。在某些实施方案中,电源开关38可被点亮以指示光条16的状态。电池36可以操作地耦接到控制电路40,以调节光条组件16的功率。如将在下文更详细地解释,如果光条组件16的温度超过第一预先确定的温度,则控制电路可切断光条组件16的电源。在某些实施方案中,第一温度可为大约50摄氏度,例如,约42摄氏度至52摄氏度。一旦光条组件的温度下降回到低于第二预先确定的温度,控制电路40也可将功率切换回到光条组件16,该第二预先确定的温度可小于第一预先确定的温度。在某些实施方案中,第二温度可为约43摄氏度至约45摄氏度。在其它实施方案中,如果所感测到的温度小于第一预先确定的温度,则控制电路40可仅接通电源。
参考图3和图4,示出了光条组件16的透视图和装配图。光条组件16可包括限定一个或多个凹坑44的散热外壳42。发光二极管17可与凹坑44一起定位。大量的热可由发光二极管17产生,这可导致使用者的不适、疼痛或潜在伤害。如将在下文更详细地解释,光条组件16可包括一个或多个热传感器46,所述热传感器向控制电路40(图2)发送信号以在达到预先确定的阈值温度时切断发光二极管17的电源从而防止灼伤使用者的皮肤。热传感器为发光二极管17提供良好的安全机制,但是切断电源或降低发光二极管17的功率可导致皮肤处理个人护理装置效率低。例如,如果发光二极管的电源在使用期间不断地切断和接通,则发光二极管可能不传输足够量的能量来产生期望的皮肤有益效果。为了在使用期间保持发光二极管17尽可能多地接通,即,不使光条组件16加热超过第一预先确定的温度,期望将由LED 17产生的同样多的热量耗散到周围区域。在皮肤处理个人护理装置10的使用期间,通过紧密接触耦接到光条组件16的最大散热器通常为使用者的皮肤。因此,期望为光条组件16提供一种构造和材料选择,该构造和材料选择使热量能够从LED 17快速传递到使用者的皮肤。在某些实施方案中,光条组件16的散热外壳42包括具有大于10W/m K的热导率的材料。这可有利于从热端(LED接触侧)到冷端(皮肤接触侧)的高速率热传递。具有足够热导率的材料的示例可包括但不限于铝、铜、钢或导热聚合物,诸如Coolpoly E8101。下面列出了具有相应热导率的各种材料的示例。
参考图4,示出了光条组件16的装配图。发光二极管17可安装到印刷电路板34并与其电连通。热传感器46可安装到印刷电路板34并与其电连通。印刷电路板34可以向电源36(图2)和控制电路40(图2)传输功率和/或电信号并从电源和控制电路传输功率和/或电信号,以及向发光二极管17和热传感器46传输功率和/或电信号。在某些实施方案中,热传感器46可定位在一对发光二极管17之间以提高准确度。多个热传感器46可定位在一对热传感器46之间并与之相邻,以有利于散热外壳42的更准确的温度读数。对于另外的安全级别,定位在发光二极管17之间的多个热传感器46可在热传感器46中的一者或多者发生故障的情况下提供级别冗余。如果传感器46识别出达到第一预先确定的温度,则控制电路40可切断LED 17的电源,将LED 17的功率从连续变为间歇(例如,使得LED 17闪烁),或者降低LED的功率。
印刷电路板34可安装到底座48。底座48可由钢、铝、铜或聚合物材料制成。底座48可具有顶部表面50和前表面52。印刷电路板34的顶部部分54可定位在底座48的顶部表面50上,并且印刷电路板34的前部部分56可抵靠底座48的前表面52定位。在某些实施方案中,粘合剂可用于将印刷电路板固定到底座48。前部部分56和顶部部分54在底座48上的定位可有利于固定过程(例如,电路板34的运动在固定期间受到限制)。热传感器46和/或发光二极管可在印刷电路板34固定到底座48之前或之后安装到印刷电路板34的顶部部分54。
印刷电路板34可被捕获在底座48与散热外壳42之间。散热外壳42可安装在印刷电路板34和底座48之上。在某些实施方案中,散热外壳42可安装在印刷电路板34的顶部部分54和前部部分56这两者之上。类似地,散热外壳42可安装在底座48的顶部表面50和前表面52这两者之上。一个或多个保持构件58可延伸穿过底座48中的相应开口60并进入散热外壳42中,以将底座48固定到散热外壳42。散热外壳42的凹坑44可围绕相应的发光二极管17定位。散热外壳42可具有一个或多个传感器垫62。传感器垫62可定位在一对凹坑44之间。在某些实施方案中,传感器垫62可搁置在热传感器46的顶部上(例如,接触)以给出散热外壳42的温度的准确温度读数。如将在下文更详细地描述,一个或多个窗口64可安装到散热外壳42以覆盖凹坑44并因此覆盖发光二极管17。窗口64可提供防水密封以防止水进入凹坑44中。
窗口64可以是半透明的或透明的,以使由发光二极管17发出的光到达皮肤。窗口64可包括玻璃、聚碳酸酯和其它半透明或透明的聚合物。在某些透明聚合物例如丙烯酸酯、硅氧烷或环氧树脂的情况下,聚合物可在液态下填充到凹坑中,然后固化以形成实心透明或半透明的窗口64。在某些实施方案中,窗口64可包括也有助于将热耗散到皮肤的透明或半透明材料,诸如蓝宝石玻璃。蓝宝石玻璃可优于玻璃(例如,二氧化硅),因为其具有改善的热特性以有利于散热。在某些实施方案中,窗口64可具有大于约10W/m K的热导率。
参考图5,示出了大致沿图3的线5-5截取的光条组件16的剖视图。如前所述,发光二极管17中的一者或多者可定位在散热外壳42的相应凹坑44中的一个内。发光二极管17的顶部表面66可相对于散热外壳42的顶部表面68凹陷距离“d1”以有利于光束形成。在某些实施方案中,距离d1可为约0.1mm至约1mm。距离“d1”也可表示窗口64的厚度。发光二极管17的一个或多个侧面70可被定位成与散热外壳42的内侧壁72相距距离d2以有利于发光二极管17的水密封。例如,d2可为约0.1mm至约1.0mm。因此,窗口64可被定位成面向发光二极管17的不止一侧。窗口64可用填料或粘合剂固定到散热外壳42。另选地,窗口64可包括透明填料(例如,也可安全地用于与皮肤接触的粘合剂诸如Epo-Tek 301,或硅橡胶)。因此,透明填料可允许光透射穿过窗口64以提供除提供防水密封之外的一种或多种皮肤有益效果,并且有利于从发光二极管17散热。

Claims (14)
1.一种皮肤处理个人护理装置(10),包括:
柄部(14),所述柄部在一个端部处具有抓握部分(15)并且在相对端部处具有头部部分(30),所述头部部分包括限定凹坑(44)并具有顶部表面(68)的散热外壳(42),所述散热外壳包括具有大于10W/m K的热扩散率的材料;
光条组件(16),所述光条组件包括发光二极管(17),所述发光二极管定位在所述凹坑内并适于提供一种或多种皮肤有益效果;
窗口(64),所述窗口形成覆盖所述发光二极管的防水密封;以及
剃刀刀片架(12),所述剃刀刀片架安装到所述散热外壳(42);
其中所述光条组件(16)安装到所述剃刀刀片架(12)并且延伸到由所述剃刀刀片架(12)的外壳(20)限定的一个或多个开口(18)中。
2.根据权利要求1所述的皮肤处理个人护理装置(10),其中所述窗口(64)包括至少部分地填充所述凹坑(44)的透明填料。
3.根据权利要求1所述的皮肤处理个人护理装置(10),其中所述窗口(64)包括蓝宝石玻璃。
4.根据权利要求1所述的皮肤处理个人护理装置(10),其中所述发光二极管(17)从所述散热外壳(42)的所述顶部表面(68)凹陷0.1mm至1mm的距离。
5.根据权利要求1所述的皮肤处理个人护理装置(10),其中散热外壳(42)包括铝。
6.根据权利要求1所述的皮肤处理个人护理装置(10),其中所述发光二极管(17)具有400nm至700nm的波长。
7.根据权利要求1所述的皮肤处理个人护理装置(10),其中所述发光二极管(17)安装到与控制电路(40)连通的印刷电路板(34)。
8.根据权利要求7所述的皮肤处理个人护理装置(10),还包括热传感器(46),所述热传感器安装到与所述控制电路(40)连通的所述印刷电路板(34)。
9.根据权利要求1所述的皮肤处理个人护理装置(10),其中所述光条组件(16)具有带有顶部表面(50)的底座(48)和安装到所述底座的印刷电路板(34),并且其中所述发光二极管(17)安装到所述印刷电路板。
10.根据权利要求9所述的皮肤处理个人护理装置(10),还包括安装到所述印刷电路板(34)的多个热传感器(46)。
11.根据权利要求10所述的皮肤处理个人护理装置(10),其中所述热传感器(46)中的一者安装在一对发光二极管(17)之间。
12.根据权利要求9所述的皮肤处理个人护理装置(10),其中所述印刷电路板(34)具有安装到所述底座(48)的所述顶部表面(50)的顶部部分(54)和抵靠所述底座的前表面(52)定位的前部部分(56)。
13.根据权利要求12所述的皮肤处理个人护理装置(10),还包括定位在一对发光二极管(17)之间的多个热传感器(46)。
