With continued reference to fig. 1 and 6, the sound card circuit board 18 is further provided with a pressing key 184, where the pressing key 184 is set corresponding to the first key 1201, the second key 1202, the third key 1231 and the fourth key 1241, and when the user presses the corresponding keys, the pressing key 184 sends corresponding operation instructions to the sound card circuit board 18.

The number of the fixing rings 203 is the same as that of the through holes formed in the second end face 122 of the rear shell 13, and the fixing rings 203 are clamped in the through holes formed in the rear shell 13 along the axial direction of the fixing rings 203; the rear housing 13 is provided with a limiting structure, and the limiting structure limits the movement of the fixing member 20 in the first direction and the second direction, and the first direction, the second direction and the axial direction of the fixing ring 203 are perpendicular to each other. As an embodiment, the limiting structure includes a bayonet 136 and a positioning strip 137, the cross bar 201 is clamped in the bayonet 136 along a first direction, adjacent connecting strips 202 for connecting different fixing rings 203 are matched to clamp the positioning strip 137, the clamping direction is a second direction, and the fixing member 20 realizes limiting in three different directions through the through hole, the bayonet 136 and the positioning strip 137.
Referring to fig. 10, as an embodiment, a power management unit and a power input terminal 51, a power supply output terminal 52, a battery charging terminal 53 and a battery discharging terminal 54 are disposed on a power circuit board of the present invention, and the power management unit includes a power supply path circuit 55 disposed between the power input terminal 51 and the power supply output terminal 52, a charging path circuit 56 disposed between the power input terminal 51 and the battery charging terminal 53, and a discharging path circuit 57 disposed between the battery discharging terminal 54 and the power supply output terminal 52. The battery charging terminal 53 and the battery discharging terminal 54 are connected with the battery 15, the power input terminal 51 is connected with the charging interface 193, and the power supply output terminal 52 is connected with the sound card circuit board 18 and the power supply pins of the data transmission interface 194. It will be appreciated that the electrical connection between the power supply output 52 and the sound card circuit board 18 is made through a first connector and a second connector.
When the charging interface 193 is connected to a charger or other charging equipment, if it is detected that the sound card circuit board 18 or the electronic equipment connected to the data transmission interface 194 needs to be powered, the power management unit controls the power supply path circuit 55 to be turned on, the discharging path circuit 57 is turned off, the voltage input by the charging interface 193 is input to the sound card circuit board 18 and/or the electronic equipment connected to the data transmission interface 194 through the power supply path circuit 55, in addition, when it is detected that the battery 15 is in an underfilling state, the power management unit can also control the charging path circuit 56 to be turned on to charge the battery 15, when the charging interface 193 is not connected to the charger or other charging equipment (i.e. no power input exists), if it is detected that the sound card circuit board 18 or the electronic equipment connected to the data transmission interface 194 needs to be powered, the power management unit controls the discharging path circuit 57 to be turned on, and the voltage output by the battery 15 is input to the sound card circuit board 18 and/or the electronic equipment connected to the data transmission interface 194 through the discharging path circuit 57.
When the external sound card 10 provided by the embodiment of the invention is connected to a charger or other charging equipment, the connected charger or other charging equipment can directly supply power to the sound card circuit board 18 and/or the electronic equipment connected to the data transmission interface 194, and the built-in battery 15 is not used for supplying power, so that the energy consumption is reduced, the heating value is reduced, and when the external sound card 10 is not connected to the charger or other charging equipment, the built-in battery 15 can supply power to the sound card circuit board 18 and/or the electronic equipment connected to the data transmission interface 194, and the functions of the external sound card 10 are enriched. When live broadcast outdoors, users do not need to worry about the fact that the electronic equipment cannot live broadcast when not powered on.
As an embodiment, the power management unit may further include a discharge path circuit (referred to as a secondary discharge path circuit for distinguishing from the foregoing discharge path circuit) disposed between the battery discharge terminal 54 and the power input terminal 51, that is, the external sound card 10 may further supply power to the electronic device through the charging interface 193.
As an embodiment, the external sound card 10 further includes a control key 59, the power supply circuit board 17 further includes a power supply output control end 58, the control key 59 is connected to the power supply output control end 58 to implement on and off control of the sound card circuit board 18, for example, when the sound card circuit board 18 is in an off state (the power supply output end 52 is in an output off state), a user may perform a first operation, such as pressing the control key 59 for a long time, after the power supply output control end 58 detects a corresponding control signal (the first control signal), the power management unit determines the on state of the charging interface 193, if a charger or other charging device is currently connected, controls the power supply path circuit 55 to be turned on, and outputs a 5V standard voltage (in a normal charging mode) at the power supply output end 52, so as to turn on the sound card circuit board 18 and supply power to the power supply pin of the data transmission interface 194, and if a charger or other charging device is not connected, controls the discharging path circuit 57 to be turned on, and outputs the 5V standard voltage at the power supply output end 52 by using the battery 15, so as to turn on the sound card circuit board 18 and supply the power pin of the data transmission interface 194. Conversely, when the sound card circuit board 18 is in the on state, the user may perform a second operation, such as pressing the control key 59 for a second time, and the power management unit turns off the currently-turned-on power supply path circuit 55 or the discharge path circuit 57 after detecting the corresponding control signal (second control signal), thereby turning off the sound card circuit board 18.
As an embodiment, the power circuit board 17 is further provided with a USB detection circuit, and the USB detection circuit is used for detecting the access of the type-c interface type electronic device on the data transmission interface 194, and the USB detection circuit is used for detecting the access of the type-c interface type electronic device, which belongs to the prior art.
As an embodiment, the power management unit further has a charging protocol identification terminal connected to the charging interface 193, where the power management unit may identify a device connected to the charging interface 193, and if it is identified that the connected external device is a charger or other charging device, the charging interface 193 is used as a power input interface of the external sound card 10, and if it is identified that the connected external device is an electronic device or other charged device, the charging interface 193 is used as a power output interface of the external sound card 10, preferably, the power circuit board has a fast charging function, and may accept fast charging of the external device or fast charging of the external device through the charging interface 193.
The power management unit in the embodiment of the invention can adopt the existing power management unit. For example, through an IP5358 chip and adapted peripheral circuitry.
As an embodiment, the power circuit board 17 may have a plurality of power supply output terminals, where the data transmission interface 194 and the sound card circuit board 18 may be connected to different power supply output terminals, i.e. power is supplied by different power supply output terminals, and preferably, in the present invention, the power supply pins of the sound card circuit board 18 and the data transmission interface 194 are connected to the same power supply output terminal 52 of the power circuit board 17, i.e. the data transmission interface 194 and the sound card circuit board 18 are powered by the same power supply output terminal 52 of the power management unit, so that the power management unit can control the output of one power supply output terminal 52, so that the data transmission interface 194 and the sound card circuit board 18 can supply power simultaneously, and when the data transmission interface 194 is connected to an electronic device (mobile phone, tablet computer, etc.), the electronic device and the sound card circuit board 18 can perform audio interaction, and at the same time, the power supply to the mobile electronic device can also be realized. In the audio interaction, the situation that live broadcast cannot be continued due to the fact that the electronic product is powered off is avoided. The power supply pins of the sound card circuit board 18 and the data transmission interface 194 are connected with the same power supply output end 52 of the power supply circuit board 17 to obtain electric energy, and the charging interface 193 is connected with a different power supply output end (the power supply output end can be additionally arranged or the power supply input end 51 can also be used as a power supply output end), so that differentiated design of power supply voltage is facilitated, and meanwhile stability of audio interaction is guaranteed. For example, the power management unit may provide quick charging or normal charging for the external electronic device connected to the charging interface 193, i.e. the power management unit may be independently connected to provide quick charging voltage for the charging interface 193 without affecting the power supply voltage of the sound card circuit board 18 and the data transmission interface 194, so as to avoid damage to the sound card circuit board 18 (the sound card circuit board is provided with a sound processing unit with limited withstand voltage) and the data transmission interface 194 caused by a larger voltage when the electronic device connected to the charging interface is quickly charged.
The charging interface 193 and the data transmission interface 194 are disposed on the same surface of the power circuit board 17 and between the power circuit board 17 and the sound card circuit board 18, and the data transmission interface 194 includes a power terminal and a data terminal, the power terminal being connected with the power supply output end 52 so that the power management unit can charge the external electronic device connected to the data transmission interface 194 via the power terminal. The data terminal is connected to the first connector and electrically connected to the sound card circuit board 18 through the second connector connected to the first connector, so that the sound processing unit can perform audio data interaction with the external electronic device connected to the data transmission interface 194 through the data terminal.
The sound card circuit board 18 is provided with a sound processing unit and a LAM module, the sound processing unit at least comprises a microprocessor, the microprocessor is a DSP chip, the DSP chip can process audio data to obtain audio data corresponding to sound effects desired by users, the DSP chip is electrically connected with the LAM module, the power supply output end 52 is connected to the DSP chip through a first connector and a second connector, a data terminal in the data transmission interface 194 is connected to the LAM module through the first connector and the second connector, and electronic equipment connected to the data transmission interface 194 performs audio data interaction with the DSP chip through the LAM module. It will be appreciated that the data terminals may be directly connected to the first connector via wires, and then connected to the LAM module via the second connector, where the wires may be disposed on the power circuit board 17 or may be independent of wires of the power circuit board 17. The LAM module may also be used to detect access to a lighting interface type electronic device on the data transmission interface 194, where detecting access to the lighting interface type electronic device by using the LAM module belongs to the prior art.
As a specific example, the charging interface 193 and the data transmission interface 194 are type-c sockets.
It is appreciated that the charging interface 193 is a type-c female socket, which may employ existing type-c female socket technology. The charging interface 193 is used for charging and discharging, that is, when the charging interface 193 is connected with a charging device such as a charger, the charging device charges and supplies power to the external sound card 10 through the charging interface 193, and when the charging interface 193 is connected with an electronic device, the external sound card 10 charges the electronic device.
It will be appreciated that the electronic device connected to the data transmission interface 194 may obtain power from the external sound card 10 and perform live broadcast at the same time. The interface type of the electronic device may be a type-c interface or a lighting interface. In order to realize that the data transmission interface 194 is connected with the electronic device with two different interfaces, an adapter wire may be additionally provided, for example, an adapter wire with one for two is provided, one end of the adapter wire with one for two is a male head matched with the charging interface 193, and the other end is a double-head: lighting male and type-c male.
Referring to fig. 11, as an embodiment, the data transmission interface 194 is a type-c interface, which includes a plurality of standard connection pins, wherein the plurality of standard connection pins include a first portion pin and a second portion pin, and are respectively used for performing audio data interaction with an external type-c interface type electronic device and an external type-lighting interface type electronic device.
The first part of pins are arranged according to the Type-C interface Type, wherein a CC1 pin, a CC2 pin, a GND pin and a VBUS pin in the first part of pins are connected to the power circuit board 17; the DP pin and the DM pin of the first partial pin are connected to the DSP chip via the power circuit board 17, the connector.
In the second part of pins, the TX 2-pin and the TX 1-pin are correspondingly matched with a LAM_D-pin in the lighting interface type, and the RX 2-pin and the RX 1-pin are correspondingly matched with a digital LAM_GND in the lighting interface type; the RX2+ pin and the RX1+ pin are correspondingly matched with the LAM_DW pin in the lighting interface type; the TX1+ pin and the TX2+ pin are correspondingly matched with the LAM_D+ pin in the lighting interface type; the SBU2 and SBU1 pins correspondingly match the LAM_PWR pin in the lighting interface type.
As an embodiment, the power supply terminal in the first part of pins and the power supply terminal in the second part of pins are connected to the same terminal of the power circuit board. The ground in the lighting interface type is matched to the ground in the data transmission interface 194.
As one embodiment, the data transmission interface 194 includes a first resistor, a second resistor, a third resistor, and a fourth resistor, where the first resistor and the second resistor are connected in series between a power supply terminal (VBUS) and a ground terminal, and a USB d+ terminal in the lighting interface type is matched between the series points of the first resistor and the second resistor; the third resistor and the fourth resistor are connected in series between a power supply terminal (VBUS) and a ground terminal, and a USB D+ terminal in the second data line interface type is matched between series points of the third resistor and the fourth resistor.
Those skilled in the art will appreciate that the above-described preferred embodiments can be freely combined and stacked without conflict.
It will be understood that the above-described embodiments are merely illustrative and not restrictive, and that all obvious or equivalent modifications and substitutions to the details given above may be made by those skilled in the art without departing from the underlying principles of the invention, are intended to be included within the scope of the appended claims.

Claims (6)

1. An external sound card, comprising:
a battery;
the power supply circuit board is provided with a power supply management unit and is electrically connected with the battery;
the sound card circuit board is provided with a sound processing unit and is electrically connected with the power supply circuit board;
the charging interface is arranged between the power circuit board and the sound card circuit board and is electrically connected with the power circuit board;
the data transmission interface is arranged between the power circuit board and the sound card circuit board;
the data transmission interface comprises a power terminal and a data terminal, wherein the power terminal is electrically connected with the power circuit board so that the power management unit can charge external electronic equipment connected to the data transmission interface through the power terminal; the data terminal is electrically connected with the sound card circuit board, so that the sound processing unit can perform audio data interaction with external electronic equipment connected to the data transmission interface through the data terminal;
The power supply management unit comprises a power supply path circuit, a charging path circuit, a discharging path circuit and a power supply output end connected with the discharging path circuit and the power supply path circuit, and the power supply output end is connected with the power supply terminal and the sound card circuit board; the charging interface is connected with the battery through the charging path circuit and is connected to the power supply output end through the power supply path circuit; the battery is connected with the power terminal and the sound card circuit board through the discharging path circuit;
the external sound card further comprises a power supply output control end for controlling the sound card circuit board to be turned on or turned off, when the power supply output control end receives a first control signal, the power supply management unit controls the sound card circuit board to be turned on according to the first control signal, and charging equipment connected to the charging interface supplies power for external electronic equipment connected to the sound card circuit board, the battery and the data transmission interface, or the battery supplies power for the sound card circuit board, the charging interface and the electronic equipment on the data transmission interface; when the power supply output control end receives a second control signal, the second control signal controls the sound card circuit board to be closed;
The power supply terminal of the data transmission interface and the data transmission interface are connected with the power supply output end to acquire electric energy in a common charging mode;
a secondary discharge path circuit is arranged between the battery and the charging interface, and the battery can provide quick charging or common charging for external electronic equipment connected to the charging interface.

The external sound card of claim 1, wherein the data transmission interface is connected with an adapter wire, one end of the adapter wire is connected with the data transmission interface, and the other end of the adapter wire is a lighting male head and a type-c male head for electrically connecting with external electronic equipment; the power circuit board is provided with a USB detection circuit which is used for detecting the access of the type-c interface type electronic equipment on the transfer line; the sound card circuit board is provided with a DSP chip and a LAM module, the LAM module is connected to the DSP chip and is at least used for detecting the access of the lighting interface type electronic equipment on the transfer line.

The external sound card of claim 1, wherein a first connector and a second connector are respectively arranged on opposite sides of the data transmission interface and the power circuit board, and the data transmission interface and the power circuit board are electrically connected through the first connector and the second connector; the sound card circuit board comprises a DSP chip and a LAM module, the DSP chip is connected with the LAM module, and the data terminals carry out audio data interaction through the first connector, the second connector, the LAM module and the DSP chip; the power circuit board supplies power to the DSP chip through the first connector and the second connector.

The external sound card of claim 1, wherein the external sound card comprises a plurality of audio interfaces electrically connected to the sound card circuit board; the charging interface, the data transmission interface, the plurality of audio interfaces, the battery, the sound card circuit board and the power supply circuit board are accommodated in the accommodating space; the sound card circuit board is fixed on the rear shell and covers the opening, and the charging interface, the data transmission interface, the battery and the power circuit board are limited between the sound card circuit board and the rear shell;
