Specifically, the surface of the transparent cover plate 14 close to the sound card circuit board 18 is provided with a pattern layer, the pattern layer defines a transparent area and a shielding area, the transmittance of light in the transparent area is high, and the transmittance of light in the shielding area is extremely low, so that by setting the transparent area and the shielding area, when the LED183 emits light, the light penetrates through the transparent hole, the transparent area and the transparent cover plate 14, and the set pattern can be displayed. Because the display area 12a corresponding to the first light hole 111 is used for displaying the electric quantity and the bluetooth identifier, the display control accuracy requirement of the display is high, and in order to improve the display effect, the LED183 corresponding to the first light hole 111 is provided with the light transmissive member 205, the light transmissive member 205 is of a mesh structure, that is, the light transmissive member 205 includes a plurality of light-blocking stripes, adjacent light-emitting elements are separated by the light-blocking stripes, and light emitted by the light-emitting elements passes through a space between the adjacent light-blocking stripes and then is emitted.
Referring to fig. 1 and fig. 6, the sound card circuit board 18 is further provided with a pressing key 184, the pressing key 184 is arranged corresponding to the first key 1201, the second key 1202, the third key 1231 and the fourth key 1241, and when the user presses the corresponding key, the pressing key 184 sends a corresponding operation instruction to the sound card circuit board 18.
Referring to fig. 5, the rear case 13 has an opening 130, the internal space of the rear case 13 is communicated with the outside through the opening 130, the sound card circuit board 18 is fixed to the rear case 13 by screwing and/or clipping and covers the opening 130, and the charging interface, the data transmission interface 194, the battery 15, the power circuit board 17, the first connector and the second connector are limited between the sound card circuit board 18 and the rear case 13.
The flexible insulating layer 16 and/or the buffer member 160, such as highland barley paper and/or foam cotton layer, are arranged between the sound card circuit board 18 and the battery 15, in the invention, the foam cotton layer and the highland barley paper are arranged between the sound card circuit board 18 and the battery 15, the foam cotton layer is positioned between the highland barley paper and the sound card circuit board 18, and the flexible insulating layer 16, such as the highland barley paper, can play a role of heat insulation, prevent the heat generated by the work of the battery 15 from causing adverse effects on the sound card circuit board 18, and also prevent the sound card circuit board 18 from being directly contacted with the battery 15 to cause damage.
Referring to fig. 7 to 9, the plurality of audio interfaces 195 in the third space 133 are arranged in a straight line, the plurality of audio interfaces 195 are electrically connected to the sound card circuit board 18, in order to better fix the plurality of audio interfaces 195, the external sound card 10 further includes a fixing member 20, the fixing member 20 includes a cross bar 201, a plurality of connecting bars 202, and a plurality of fixing rings 203, each fixing ring 203 is connected to the cross bar 201 through the connecting bar 202, preferably, each fixing ring 203 is connected to the cross bar 201 through two connecting bars 202, and all the connecting bars 202 are arranged in parallel. The number of the fixing rings 203 is the same as that of the through holes formed in the second end surface 122 of the rear shell 13, and the fixing rings 203 are clamped in the through holes formed in the rear shell 13 along the axial direction of the fixing rings 203; the rear shell 13 is provided with a limiting structure, the limiting structure limits the movement of the fixing member 20 in a first direction and a second direction, and the first direction, the second direction and the axis direction of the fixing ring 203 are mutually perpendicular. As an embodiment, the limiting structure includes a bayonet 136 and a positioning bar 137, a cross bar 201 is clamped in the bayonet 136 along a first direction, adjacent connecting bars 202 for connecting different fixing rings 203 are matched with the clamping positioning bar 137, the clamping direction is a second direction, and the fixing member 20 realizes limiting in three different directions through the through hole, the bayonet 136 and the positioning bar 137.
Referring to fig. 10, as an embodiment, the power circuit board of the present invention is provided with a power management unit and a power input terminal 51, a power output terminal 52, a battery charging terminal 53 and a battery discharging terminal 54, wherein the power management unit includes a power supply path circuit 55 disposed between the power input terminal 51 and the power output terminal 52, a charging path circuit 56 disposed between the power input terminal 51 and the battery charging terminal 53, and a discharging path circuit 57 disposed between the battery discharging terminal 54 and the power output terminal 52. The battery charging end 53 and the battery discharging end 54 are connected with the battery 15, the power input end 51 is connected with the charging interface 193, and the power output end 52 is connected with the power supply pins of the sound card circuit board 18 and the data transmission interface 194. It is understood that the electrical connection between the power supply output 52 and the sound card circuit board 18 is achieved through the first connector and the second connector.
When the charging interface 193 is connected with a charger or other charging equipment, if it is detected that the sound card circuit board 18 or the electronic equipment connected with the data transmission interface 194 needs to supply power, the power management unit controls the power supply path circuit 55 to be opened, the discharge path circuit 57 to be closed, the voltage input by the charging interface 193 is input to the sound card circuit board 18 and/or the electronic equipment connected with the data transmission interface 194 through the power supply path circuit 55, in addition, when it is detected that the battery 15 is in a non-full state, the power management unit can also control the charging path circuit 56 to be opened to charge the battery 15, when the charging interface 193 is not connected with the charger or other charging equipment (i.e. no power input), if it is detected that the sound card circuit board 18 or the electronic equipment connected with the data transmission interface 194 needs to supply power, the power management unit controls the discharge path circuit 57 to be opened, the voltage output by the battery 15 is input to the sound card circuit board 18 and/or the electronic device connected to the data transmission interface 194 through the discharge path circuit 57.
When the external sound card 10 provided by the embodiment of the present invention is connected to a charger or other charging devices, the connected charger or other charging devices can directly supply power to the sound card circuit board 18 and/or the electronic device connected to the data transmission interface 194, and the internal battery 15 is not used for supplying power, so that energy consumption is reduced, and heat generation is reduced. And when the electronic equipment is directly broadcast outdoors, a user does not need to worry that the electronic equipment cannot be live broadcast without power.
As an embodiment, the power management unit may further include a discharge path circuit (referred to as a sub-discharge path circuit for distinguishing from the foregoing discharge path circuit) disposed between the battery discharge terminal 54 and the power input terminal 51, that is, the external sound card 10 may further supply power to the electronic device through the charging interface 193.
As an embodiment, the external sound card 10 further includes a control key 59, the power circuit board 17 further includes a power output control terminal 58, the control key 59 is connected to the power output control terminal 58 to implement the on and off control of the sound card circuit board 18, for example, when the sound card circuit board 18 is in the off state (the power output terminal 52 is in the output off state), the user may perform a first operation, such as pressing the control key 59 for a long time, the power management unit determines the access state of the charging interface 193 after the power output control terminal 58 detects a corresponding control signal (the first control signal), if a charger or other charging equipment is currently accessed, the power supply path circuit 55 is controlled to be turned on, and 5V standard voltage (a normal charging mode) is output at the power output terminal 52, so as to turn on the sound card circuit board 18 and supply power to the power supply pin of the data transmission interface 194, if no charger or other charging equipment is accessed, the discharge path circuit 57 is controlled to be turned on to output the 5V standard voltage at the power supply output terminal 52 by using the battery 15, thereby turning on the sound card circuit board 18 and supplying power to the power supply pin of the data transmission interface 194. On the contrary, when the sound card circuit board 18 is in the on state, the user may perform a second operation, such as pressing the control key 59 again for a long time, and the power management unit turns off the currently-turned-on power supply path circuit 55 or discharge path circuit 57 after detecting the corresponding control signal (second control signal), thereby turning off the sound card circuit board 18.
As an embodiment, the power circuit board 17 is further provided with a USB detection circuit, the USB detection circuit is used to detect the access of the type-c interface type electronic device on the data transmission interface 194, and the detection of the access of the type-c interface type electronic device by using the USB detection circuit belongs to the prior art.
As an embodiment, the power management unit further has a charging protocol identification terminal connected to the charging interface 193, and the power management unit can identify the device connected to the charging interface 193, and if it identifies that the connected external device is a charger or other charging device, the charging path circuit 56 and/or the power supply path circuit 55 are/is controlled to be turned on, at this time, the charging interface 193 is used as the power input interface of the external sound card 10, and if it is recognized that the accessed external device is an electronic device or other charged device, the discharge path circuit provided between the battery discharge terminal 54 and the power input terminal 51 is controlled to be turned on, and at this time, the charging interface 193 serves as a power output interface of the external sound card 10, and preferably, the power circuit board has a quick charging function, the charging interface 193 can receive a fast charge from or perform a fast charge on an external device.
The power management unit in the embodiment of the invention can adopt the existing power management unit. For example, by an IP5358 chip and adapted peripheral circuitry.
As an example, the power circuit board 17 may have a plurality of power supply output terminals, wherein the data transmission interface 194 and the sound card circuit board 18 may be connected to different power supply output terminals, i.e., different power supply output terminals are respectively used for power supply, preferably, in the present invention, the power supply pins of the sound card circuit board 18 and the data transmission interface 194 are connected to the same power supply output terminal 52 of the power circuit board 17, namely the data transmission interface 194 and the sound card circuit board 18 are powered by the same power supply output 52 of the power management unit, thus, the power management unit can control the output of one power supply output terminal 52 to supply power to the data transmission interface 194 and the sound card circuit board 18 simultaneously, when the data transmission interface 194 is connected to an electronic device (a mobile phone, a tablet computer, etc.), audio interaction between the electronic device and the sound card circuit board 18 can be realized, and power supply to the mobile electronic device can also be realized. The situation that live broadcasting cannot be continued due to power failure of an electronic product in audio interaction is avoided. The power supply pins of the sound card circuit board 18 and the data transmission interface 194 are connected to the same power supply output terminal 52 of the power circuit board 17 to obtain electric energy, and the charging interface 193 is connected to a different power supply output terminal (the power supply output terminal may be additionally provided or the power supply input terminal 51 also serves as a power supply output terminal), so that the differentiated design of the power supply voltage is facilitated, and meanwhile, the stability of audio interaction is guaranteed. For example, the power management unit can provide fast charge or ordinary charge for the external electronic device connected to the charging interface 193, that is, the power management unit can separately provide fast charge voltage for the charging interface 193 without affecting the power supply voltage of the sound card circuit board 18 and the data transmission interface 194, and when the electronic device connected to the charging interface is fast charged, the damage to the sound card circuit board 18 (provided with a sound processing unit on the sound card circuit board, which has limited withstand voltage) and the data transmission interface 194 caused by a large voltage is avoided.
The charging interface 193 and the data transmission interface 194 are disposed on the same surface of the power circuit board 17 and between the power circuit board 17 and the sound card circuit board 18, and the data transmission interface 194 includes a power terminal and a data terminal, and the power terminal is connected to the power supply output terminal 52, so that the power management unit can charge the external electronic device connected to the data transmission interface 194 via the power terminal. The data terminal is connected to the first connector and electrically connected to the sound card circuit board 18 through the second connector connected to the first connector, so that the sound processing unit can perform audio data interaction with the external electronic device connected to the data transmission interface 194 through the data terminal.
The sound card circuit board 18 is provided with a sound processing unit and an LAM module, the sound processing unit at least comprises a microprocessor, the microprocessor is a DSP chip in the invention, the DSP chip can process audio data to obtain audio data corresponding to a sound effect desired by a user, the DSP chip is electrically connected with the LAM module, the power supply output end 52 is connected to the DSP chip through a first connector and a second connector, a data terminal in the data transmission interface 194 is connected to the LAM module through the first connector and the second connector, and electronic equipment connected to the data transmission interface 194 performs audio data interaction with the DSP chip through the LAM module. It can be understood that the data terminal may be directly connected to the first connector through a wire, and then connected to the LAM module through the second connector, where the wire may be disposed on the power circuit board 17 or may be a wire independent of the power circuit board 17. The LAM module may also be used to detect the access of the lighting interface type electronic device on the data transmission interface 194, and the access of the lighting interface type electronic device detected by the LAM module belongs to the prior art.
As a specific example, the charging interface 193 and the data transmission interface 194 are type-c female sockets.
It is understood that the charging interface 193 is a type-c female socket, and the type-c female socket can adopt the existing type-c female socket technology. The charging interface 193 is used for charging and discharging, that is, when the charging interface 193 is connected with a charging device such as a charger, the charging device charges and supplies power to the external sound card 10 through the charging interface 193, and when the electronic device is connected to the charging interface 193, the external sound card 10 charges the electronic device.
It can be understood that the electronic device connected to the data transmission interface 194 can obtain power from the external sound card 10 and perform live broadcasting at the same time. The interface type of the electronic equipment can be a type-c interface and can also be a lighting interface. For the electronic equipment that realizes that data transmission interface 194 connects two kinds of different interfaces, can set up the patch cord in addition, if set up the patch cord that one drags two, one drags two one end of patch cord for the public head with the interface 193 matching that charges, the other end is the double-end: lighting male and type-c male.
Referring to fig. 11, as an embodiment, the data transmission interface 194 is a type-c interface, and includes a plurality of standard connection pins, where the plurality of standard connection pins include a first part pin and a second part pin, and are respectively used for audio data interaction with an external electronic device of type-c interface type and an external electronic device of lighting interface type.
The first part pins are arranged according to the Type of the Type-C interface, wherein the CC1 pin, the CC2 pin, the GND pin and the VBUS pin in the first part pins are connected to the power circuit board 17; the DP pin and the DM pin in the first part of pins are connected to the DSP chip via the power supply circuit board 17 and the connector.
In the second part of pins, a TX 2-pin and a TX 1-pin are correspondingly matched with a LAM _ D-pin in a lighting interface type, and an RX 2-pin and an RX 1-pin are correspondingly matched with a digital LAM _ GND in the lighting interface type; the RX2+ pin and the RX1+ pin are correspondingly matched with an LAM _ DW pin in the lighting interface type; the TX1+ pin and the TX2+ pin are correspondingly matched with an LAM _ D + pin in the lighting interface type; the SBU2 and SBU1 pins are correspondingly matched with the LAM _ PWR pin in the lighting interface type.
In one embodiment, the power terminals of the first portion of pins and the second portion of pins are connected to the same terminal of the power circuit board. The ground in the lighting interface type is matched to the ground in the data transfer interface 194.
As an embodiment, the data transmission interface 194 includes a first resistor, a second resistor, a third resistor and a fourth resistor, wherein the first resistor and the second resistor are connected in series between a power source terminal (VBUS) and a ground terminal, and a USB D + terminal in the lighting interface type is matched between a series point of the first resistor and the second resistor; the third resistor and the fourth resistor are connected in series between a power supply terminal (VBUS) and a ground terminal, and the USB D + terminal in the second data line interface type is matched between series points of the third resistor and the fourth resistor.
It will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that the above-described preferred embodiments may be freely combined, superimposed, without conflict.
It will be understood that the embodiments described above are illustrative only and not restrictive, and that various obvious and equivalent modifications and substitutions for details described herein may be made by those skilled in the art without departing from the basic principles of the invention.

Claims (10)

1. An external sound card, comprising:
a battery;
the power supply circuit board is provided with a power supply management unit and is electrically connected with the battery;
the sound card circuit board is provided with a sound processing unit and is electrically connected with the power supply circuit board;
the charging interface is arranged between the power circuit board and the sound card circuit board and is electrically connected with the power circuit board;
the data transmission interface is arranged between the power circuit board and the sound card circuit board;
the data transmission interface comprises a power terminal and a data terminal, wherein the power terminal is electrically connected with the power circuit board so that the power management unit can charge external electronic equipment connected to the data transmission interface through the power terminal; the data terminal is electrically connected with the sound card circuit board so that the sound processing unit can perform audio data interaction with external electronic equipment accessed on the data transmission interface through the data terminal.
2. The external sound card of claim 1, wherein the power management unit comprises a power path circuit, a charging path circuit and a discharging path circuit, the charging interface connects the power terminal and the sound card circuit board via the power path circuit; the charging interface is connected with the battery through the charging path circuit; the battery is connected with the charging interface, the power supply terminal and the sound card circuit board through the discharging path circuit.
3. The external sound card of claim 2, further comprising a power output control terminal for controlling the sound card circuit board to be turned on or turned off, wherein when the power output control terminal receives a first control signal, the power management unit controls the sound card circuit board to be turned on according to the first control signal, and the charging device connected to the charging interface supplies power to the sound card circuit board, the battery and the external electronic device connected to the data transmission interface, or the battery supplies power to the sound card circuit board, the charging interface and the electronic device connected to the data transmission interface; and when the power supply output control end receives a second control signal, the second control signal controls the sound card circuit board to be closed.
4. The external sound card of claim 2, wherein the power circuit board further comprises a power output connected to the discharge path circuit and the power path circuit, and the power terminal of the data transmission interface and the data transmission interface are connected to the power output to obtain power in a normal charging mode.
5. The external sound card according to claim 4, wherein a secondary discharge path circuit is disposed between the battery and the charging interface, and the battery can provide fast charging or normal charging for an external electronic device connected to the charging interface.
6. The external sound card according to claim 1, wherein a patch cord is connected to the data transmission interface, one end of the patch cord is connected to the data transmission interface, and the other end of the patch cord is a lighting male connector and a type-c male connector for electrically connecting to an external electronic device; the power supply circuit board is provided with a USB detection circuit, and the USB detection circuit is used for detecting the access of the type-c interface type electronic equipment on the transfer line; the sound card circuit board is provided with a DSP chip and an LAM module, the LAM module is connected to the DSP chip, and the LAM module is at least used for detecting the access of lighting interface type electronic equipment on the transfer line.

The external sound card of claim 1, wherein a first connector and a second connector are respectively disposed on the side surfaces of the data transmission interface opposite to the power circuit board, and the data transmission interface and the power circuit board are electrically connected through the first connector and the second connector; the sound card circuit board comprises a DSP chip and an LAM module, the DSP chip is connected with the LAM module, and the data terminal carries out audio data interaction through the first connector, the second connector, the LAM module and the DSP chip; the power supply circuit board supplies power to the DSP chip through the first connector and the second connector.

The external sound card of claim 1, wherein the external sound card comprises a plurality of audio interfaces electrically connected to the sound card circuit board; the charging interface, the data transmission interface, the plurality of audio interfaces, the battery, the sound card circuit board and the power supply circuit board are accommodated in the accommodating space; the sound card circuit board is fixed on the rear shell and covers the opening, and the charging interface, the data transmission interface, the battery and the power supply circuit board are limited between the sound card circuit board and the rear shell;
the rear shell is internally provided with a first partition plate and a second partition plate, the first partition plate and the second partition plate divide the interior of the rear shell into a first space, a second space and a third space along the plane extension direction of the first partition plate and the second partition plate, the second space is positioned between the first space and the third space, the power circuit board is accommodated in the first space, the battery is accommodated in the second space, and the plurality of audio interfaces are accommodated in the third space.

The external sound card of claim 1, wherein the external sound card comprises a front shell and a rear shell, the rear shell and the front shell are connected to form an accommodating space, and the charging interface, the data transmission interface, the plurality of audio interfaces, the battery, the sound card circuit board and the power supply circuit board are accommodated in the accommodating space; the light-transmitting cover plate is also included; the front shell is provided with a first area and a second area, the first area is provided with a containing groove, the light-transmitting cover plate is contained in the containing groove, and the light-transmitting cover plate is fixedly connected with the front shell through a pasting structure and/or a clamping structure; the outer surface of the light-transmitting cover plate is in smooth transition with the second area;
the area ratio of the first region to the second region is (0.3-1.7): 1.
