Abstract
本发明属于双金属硫化物复合电极材料技术领域,具体公开了一种(Ni,Co)3S4/CNT材料及其制备方法和应用,所述制备方法是先用强酸对碳纳米管进行表面改性;再以表面改性的碳纳米管、硝酸钴、硝酸镍、硫脲和乙二胺为原料,以水为溶剂,进行水热反应,制得(Ni,Co)3S4/CNT材料。利用本发明制备方法制得的(Ni,Co)3S4/CNT材料表现出优异的电化学性能,具有高比电容、高倍率性能、长循环寿命;而且本发明通过碳纳米管改性和一步水热反应即可制得(Ni,Co)3S4/CNT材料,与现有技术相比,本发明的制备方法成本低,操作简便高效,可大规模生产。

技术领域
本发明属于双金属硫化物复合电极材料技术领域,具体涉及一种(Ni,Co)3S4/CNT材料及其制备方法和应用。
背景技术
超级电容器作为一种新型的储能装置,相比锂离子电池具有较高的功率密度,相对于传统的电子双电层电容器则具有更高的能量密度。然而,较低的能量密度仍是制约超级电容器发展的主要瓶颈,设计并制造一个兼备高能量密度和高功率密度的超级电容器成为众多科研人员的主要目标。对于一个超级电容器而言,加强正极材料的电容性能对于提升整个混合超级电容器储存电荷的能力(即能量密度)有着至关重要的作用。
在过去的一段时间中,过渡金属氧化物和氢氧化物由于其廉价、易得和低毒等特性,在混合超级电容器的正极材料中有着十分重要的地位。随着研究的深入,过渡金属氧化物和氢氧化物较低电导率的弊端逐渐显露出来。于是,具有更低禁带宽度和更优导电性的过渡金属硫化物开始走进科研人员的视野。
镍钴硫化物作为过渡金属硫化物的一类代表性材料,具有丰富的化学价态和更高的电导率,已开始作为混合超级容器的正极材料而受到人们的重视。目前,科研人员通过合成路线的开发、微观结构的设计和工艺的优化,对镍钴硫化物的性能进行改良。例如:文献“Xianbin Liu, Ziping Wu. Hierarchitectures of mesoporous flowerlike NiCo2S4with excellent pseudocapacitive properties[J]. Materials Letters, 2017, 187:24-27.”中,Liu Xianbin等人通过水热和煅烧,成功制备出具有介孔花状结构的NiCo2S4,每一朵“花”由大量的纳米片相互交织而成,不仅提供了大量的活性位点,还缩短了离子和电子传输距离,在2 A·g-1的电流密度下具有1516 F·g-1的比电容,当电流密度升至16 A·g-1时仍保持有89.3%的电容。文献“Guanxi Liu, Huaiyue Zhang, Jing Li, Yuanyuan Liu,Meiri Wang. Ultrathin nanosheets-assembled NiCo2S4 nanocages derived fromZIF-67 for high-performance supercapacitors[J]. Journal of Materials Science,2019, 54(13): 9666-9678.”中,Liu Guanxi和他的团队以ZIF-67为模板,通过牺牲模板法和固相化学硫化法,制得由NiCo2S4纳米片组装而成的空心纳米笼,内部的空腔缩短了离子扩散的距离,外部丰富的超薄纳米片加速了法拉第过程,在2 A·g-1的电流密度下具有1232F·g-1的比电容,并且在2.5 A·g-1的电流密度下循环8000圈后仍有约80%的电容。虽然这些方法可以提升镍钴硫化物的电容性能,但提升程度有限,而且步骤繁琐,操作复杂,成本高。
发明内容
本发明的目的之一是提供一种(Ni,Co)3S4/CNT材料的制备方法,可获得具有优异电化学性能的(Ni,Co)3S4/CNT材料,并且该方法操作简便高效,可大规模生产。
为达到上述目的,本发明采用的具体技术方案如下:
一种 (Ni,Co)3S4/CNT材料的制备方法,先用强酸对碳纳米管进行表面改性;再以表面改性的碳纳米管、硝酸钴、硝酸镍、硫脲和乙二胺为原料,以水为溶剂,进行水热反应,制得(Ni,Co)3S4/CNT材料。
本发明上述制备方法首先引入碳纳米管,其能够构建“双子通道”,促进离子和电子的传输,加快电极材料发生氧化还原反应的速率,能在充放电过程中提供额外的电子双电层电容,有效提升材料电容性能;在此基础上本发明将碳纳米管改性,并以改性碳纳米管、硝酸钴、硝酸镍、硫脲、乙二胺为原料与水混合进行水热反应,获得纳米片簇状的(Ni,Co)3S4/CNT材料,相互交错的(Ni,Co)3S4纳米片最大限度地暴露了活性位点,并且较薄的纳米片结构使得电解液能够完全渗透至内部,有效避免活性材料无法被利用的问题,进一步提升材料的电容性能。
本发明制备方法制得的(Ni,Co)3S4/CNT材料表现出优异的电化学性能,具有高比电容、高倍率性能、长循环寿命,远优于现有改良镍钴硫化物。此外,本发明采用一步水热法即可制得所述(Ni,Co)3S4/CNT材料,原料和加工成本低,操作简便高效。
优选的,所述(Ni,Co)3S4/CNT材料的制备方法包括以下步骤:
步骤一.称取碳纳米管,加入强酸,75-85℃下回流3.5-4.5h;反应完成后,待产物降至室温,将其洗涤干燥,得到表面改性的碳纳米管;
步骤二.将表面改性的碳纳米管、硝酸钴、硝酸镍、硫脲和乙二胺分散于去离子水中,搅拌混合,得到反应混合液;再将反应混合液转移至高压釜中,在150-180 ℃下保温12-15小时;反应完成后,待产物降至室温,将其洗涤干燥,得到(Ni,Co)3S4/CNT材料。
优选的,步骤一中,所述碳纳米管为多壁碳纳米管,所述强酸为浓硝酸与浓硫酸的混合酸。
优选的,步骤一中,所述强酸中,浓硝酸与浓硫酸的体积比为1:(2.5-3.5);所述碳纳米管与强酸的质量体积比为1-3%。更加优选的,所述浓硝酸与浓硫酸的体积比为1:3,所述碳纳米管与强酸的质量体积比为2%。
优选的,步骤二中,所述硝酸钴为Ni(NO3)2·6H2O,所述硝酸镍为Co(NO3)2·6H2O。
优选的,所述反应物的用量为:表面改性的碳纳米管≤30 mg,Co(NO3)2·6H2O0.5-1.5mol,Ni(NO3)2·6H2O 0.5-1.5mol ,硫脲10-15mol,乙二胺30-50mL,去离子水30-50mL。更加优选的,所述反应物的用量为:表面改性的碳纳米管20 mg,Co(NO3)2•6H2O1.0mol,Ni(NO3)2•6H2O 1.0mol ,硫脲12mol,乙二胺40mL,去离子水40mL;实际操作中,反应物用量可按该优选配方等比例放大或者缩小。
本发明的目的之二是提供上述(Ni,Co)3S4/CNT材料的制备方法制备得到的(Ni,Co)3S4/CNT材料。
本发明的目的之三是提供上述(Ni,Co)3S4/CNT材料作为超级电容器电极材料的应用。
本发明具有以下有益效果:
1、本发明通过对碳纳米管改性和一步水热反应制得纳米片簇状的(Ni,Co)3S4/CNT材料,相互交叉的(Ni,Co)3S4纳米片结构避免了活性位点被掩盖的问题;分布于(Ni,Co)3S4纳米片上、片内和片间的碳纳米管为离子和电子的传输提供了“捷径”,有效降低电极材料的内部阻抗,加快电化学反应的速率,并在充放电过程中提供额外的电子双电层电容。因此,本发明能够有效提升材料的电容性能。
2、本发明通过碳纳米管改性和一步水热反应即可制得(Ni,Co)3S4/CNT材料,与现有技术相比,本发明的制备方法成本低,操作简便高效,可大规模生产。
3、 本发明(Ni,Co)3S4/CNT材料作为单电极材料测试时表现出高比电容和高倍率性能:在1 A g-1电流密度下,比电容高可达2548 F g-1,电流密度从1 A g-1增加到20 A g-1的容量保持率可达90.1%。
4.、本发明(Ni,Co)3S4/CNT材料作为正极材料组装成的超级电容器,具有较大的工作电位、较大的功率密度和能量密度以及优异的循环稳定性。

以下结合附图和具体实施例对本发明进行进一步的说明。
实施例1
一种 (Ni,Co)3S4/CNT材料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤一. 准确称取2.0 g多壁碳纳米管于圆底烧瓶中,随后向其中加入100 mL混合酸(V浓硝酸:V浓硫酸=1:3),在80 ℃的条件下回流4小时,反应完成后,待反应产物降至室温,采用去离子水将其洗涤至中性,然后在80 ℃真空烘箱中干燥24小时,得到表面改性的碳纳米管;
步骤二. 将20 mg表面改性的碳纳米管分散于40 mL去离子水中,超声30分钟使其均匀分散,随后加入1 mmol Co(NO3)2·6H2O、1 mmol Ni(NO3)2·6H2O、12 mmol硫脲和40 mL乙二胺,搅拌30分钟使反应物充分混合,得到反应混合液;随后将反应混合液转移至100 mL聚四氟乙烯高压水热釜中,在160 ℃下保温14小时,反应完成后,待产物降至室温,使用去离子水和乙醇将其洗涤数次,随后在60 ℃下真空干燥24小时,即得到(Ni,Co)3S4/CNT材料。
对上述实施例1制得的(Ni,Co)3S4/CNT材料进行以下性能测试:
1、XRD测试:将 (Ni,Co)3S4/CNT材料进行X射线衍射分析,实验采用荷兰PANalytical公司生产的X′ Pert PRO型X射线衍射光谱仪。结果如图1所示,在31.2º、47.1º和54.9º处具有明显的衍射峰,分别对应(Ni,Co)3S4(JCPDS:11-0068)的(311)、(422)和(440)晶面,在26.4º附近较宽的一个衍射峰来源于复合材料中碳纳米管的(002)晶面。
2、SEM测试:将 (Ni,Co)3S4/CNT材料采用扫描电子镜进行微观结构与形貌表征,实验中采用德国Zeiss公司的Gemini500场发射扫描电子显微镜。结果如图2所示,从图2中可以清晰的看到(Ni,Co)3S4/CNT材料呈现出纳米片簇的状态,相互交错的(Ni,Co)3S4纳米片最大限度地暴露了活性位点,碳纳米管可以构建“双子通道”,促进离子和电子的传输,加快电极材料发生氧化还原反应的速率。
3、TEM测试:将 (Ni,Co)3S4/CNT材料采用透射电子显微镜进行微观结构表征,实验中采用荷兰Philips-FEI公司的Tecnai G2 F30 高分辨透射电子显微镜。结果如图3所示,从图3中可以看出,纳米片簇与碳纳米管紧密结合,结构稳定性好。
4、BET测试:将 (Ni,Co)3S4/CNT材料进行等温N2吸脱附测试,实验采用Micromeritics公司生产的ASAP2460比表面积孔径分布仪进行分析。结果如图4所示,曲线为典型的Ⅳ型等温线,在相对压力为0.75-1.0时存在一个明显的回滞环,这表明材料中存在一定量的介孔,根据Brunauer-Emmett-Teller方法计算其比表面积为40.7 m2 g-1,较大的比表面积为电化学反应提供了更多的活性位点,有利于提升材料的电容性能。
5、电化学性能表征
5.1 CV测试和GCD测试:将(Ni,Co)3S4/CNT材料用作工作电极,铂片和汞-氧化汞分别用作对电极和参比电极,将三部分放入三电极系统中,选用2M KOH作为电解液,通过电化学工作站(CHI760E,上海辰华)对其进行循环伏安测试(CV,电压窗口为0-0.6V)、恒电流充放电测试(GCD,截止电压为0-0.5V)。CV测试如图5所示,结果表明此材料不仅具有较大的比电容,且随着扫描速度的增加,所有曲线的形状几乎保持不变,显示出(Ni,Co)3S4/CNT具有良好的动力学可逆性和快速转移电荷的能力;GCD测试结果如6所示,所有的曲线均有着较为明显且稳定的充放电平台,表明该材料有着稳定且优异的电容性能;计算电极材料比电容时采用以下公式:
其中,CS是比电容,I是放电电流,∆t是放电时间,m是工作电极的活性物质负载量,∆V是放电电压窗口。计算结果表明,在1 A g-1电流密度下,比电容高达到2548 F g-1,电流密度从1 A g-1增加到20 A g-1的容量保持率高达90.1%,体现本发明(Ni,Co)3S4/CNT材料具有高比电容和高倍率性能。
5.2 组装测试:
5.2.1 以(Ni,Co)3S4/CNT材料和稻壳活性炭分别为正极和负极组装成超级电容器,组装后的超级电容器具有1.6V的宽工作电压(如图7所示),根据超级电容器在不同电流密度下的充放电测试(如图8所示)可计算出其在337.9 W·kg-1的功率密度下,能量密度达到34.6 Wh·kg-1;计算电极的能量密度与功率密度可采用如下公式:
其中,E是超级电容器的能量密度(Wh·kg-1),C是根据超级电容器的GCD曲线计算得到的比电容(F·g-1),∆V是超级电容器的工作电压(V);P是超级电容器的功率密度(W·kg-1),t是超级电容器GCD曲线中的放电时间(s)。
5.2.2 对组装后的超级电容器进行循环稳定性测试,即在恒定的电流密度下,经过长时间多次的恒电流充放电测试,通过最后材料的容量保持率可以看出材料的稳定性。测试结果如图9所示,结果表明,在5 A g-1的电流密度下循环10000圈后仍然有88.7%的容量,出色的循环稳定性说明本发明(Ni,Co)3S4/CNT材料在超级电容器领域具有很大的应用潜力。
实施例2
一种 (Ni,Co)3S4/CNT材料的制备方法,基本同实施例1,区别仅在于:本实施例步骤二中表面改性的碳纳米管的加入量为30mg。
实施例3
一种 (Ni,Co)3S4/CNT材料的制备方法,基本同实施例1,区别仅在于:本实施例步骤二中表面改性的碳纳米管的加入量为10mg。
对比例1
一种 (Ni,Co)3S4/CNT材料的制备方法,基本同实施例1,区别仅在于:本实施例步骤二中未加入表面改性的碳纳米管。
实施例1-3以及对比例1制得的(Ni,Co)3S4/CNT材料的比电容和倍率性能测试结果如下表1所示:

由上表1可得,表面改性的碳纳米管的加入能够有效提升材料的电容性能,而且当前体系加入量为20mg时(即在反应混合液中浓度为0.25mg/mL时)提升效果最佳,加入量过少会使得(Ni,Co)3S4纳米片相互堆叠,过多则会导致(Ni,Co)3S4纳米片无法正常生长而变成大颗粒,导致其无法发挥出优异的电化学性能。

Claims (4)
1.一种纳米片簇状的(Ni,Co)3S4/CNT材料的制备方法,其特征在于:具体包括以下步骤:
步骤一.称取碳纳米管,加入强酸,75-85℃下回流3.5-4.5h;反应完成后,待产物降至室温,将其洗涤干燥,得到表面改性的碳纳米管;
步骤二.将表面改性的碳纳米管、硝酸钴、硝酸镍、硫脲和乙二胺分散于去离子水中,搅拌混合,得到反应混合液;再将反应混合液转移至高压釜中,在150-180 ℃下保温12-15小时;反应完成后,待产物降至室温,将其洗涤干燥,得到(Ni,Co)3S4/CNT材料;
步骤一中,所述碳纳米管为多壁碳纳米管,所述强酸为浓硝酸与浓硫酸的混合酸;
步骤一中,所述强酸中,浓硝酸与浓硫酸的体积比为1:(2.5-3.5);所述碳纳米管与强酸的质量体积比为1-3%;
所述浓硝酸与浓硫酸的体积比为1:3,所述碳纳米管与强酸的质量体积比为2%;
步骤二中,所述硝酸钴为Ni(NO3)2·6H2O,所述硝酸镍为Co(NO3)2·6H2O;
反应物的用量为:表面改性的碳纳米管≤30 mg,Co(NO3)2·6H2O 0.5-1.5mol,Ni(NO3)2·6H2O 0.5-1.5mol ,硫脲10-15mol,乙二胺30-50mL,去离子水30-50mL。
2.根据权利要求1所述的纳米片簇状的 (Ni,Co)3S4/CNT材料的制备方法,其特征在于:所述反应物的用量为:表面改性的碳纳米管20 mg,Co(NO3)2·6H2O 1.0mol,Ni(NO3)2·6H2O1.0mol ,硫脲12mol,乙二胺40mL,去离子水40mL。
3.权利要求1-2任一所述的纳米片簇状的(Ni,Co)3S4/CNT材料的制备方法制备得到的纳米片簇状的(Ni,Co)3S4/CNT材料。
4.权利要求3所述的纳米片簇状的(Ni,Co)3S4/CNT材料作为超级电容器电极材料的应用。
