according to the intelligent express box of the logistics system, the cheap coded lock is adopted, the sender manually sets the unlocking code of the coded lock, and the unlocking code is sent to the receiver through software or a telephone short message and the like; after receiving the intelligent express box, the addressee installs an unlocking password to manually unlock the express box;
according to the intelligent express box of the logistics system, the cheaper traditional key lock is adopted, when a sender needs to send articles to a certain receiver frequently, and the receiver does not have a mobile phone or a computer or is old and does not know the operation of mobile phone and computer software, the system attaches an identification code or an identification number to each lock, assigns a plurality of keys to each lock, attaches the identification code or the identification number to each key, then keeps one key on the sender, and sends the other key to the receiver; and adds or associates the recipient's information to the identification or identification number affixed to the traditional key lock.
3. The system and apparatus of claim 1, wherein the courier does not have to be in face-to-face contact with the sender and the recipient;
the courier sends an empty intelligent express box to the door of a sender, fills in a mailing order, writes the sender as a receiver of the empty intelligent express box, then scans an express box identification code on the intelligent express box, sends a locking request, and locks the empty intelligent express box;
the system detects that the courier locks the empty intelligent express box after scanning the code, detects the movement of the spatial position of the courier, and only when the system detects that the movement distance of the spatial position of the courier is greater than a set value, the system sends a notice to the sender to notify the sender that the empty intelligent express box is sent;
after the couriers such as the sender leave, opening a door to take the intelligent express box, and scanning and unlocking; then the sender starts to mail the article, the sender puts the mail article into the intelligent express box, scans the code and locks the intelligent express box, puts the locked intelligent express box with the article outside the door, and after the sender closes the door, sends a notice to the system, the courier can get the article, and after the system receives the notice, the courier is allocated to get the article;
the system detects the movement of the spatial position of the courier after detecting that the courier scans the code to pick up the courier, and only when the system detects that the movement distance of the spatial position of the courier is greater than a set value, the system sends a notice to the sender, the courier leaves, and the sender can safely open the door;
the courier sends the locked intelligent express box with the articles to the outside of the door of the addressee, and the code scanning notification system sends the intelligent express box; the system detects the movement of the spatial position of the courier, and only when the system detects that the movement distance of the spatial position of the courier is greater than a set value, the system sends a notice to the addressee, the intelligent express box is arrived, the courier leaves, and the addressee can open the door to take the intelligent express box with confidence;
after the addressee takes out the articles in the intelligent express box, directly putting the empty intelligent express box out of a door, and informing the courier to take the articles; or after the receiver scans the codes and locks in the empty intelligent express box, the receiver is placed out of the door and informs the system to distribute the couriers to fetch the codes;
when the addressee returns the empty intelligent express box, the unlocked empty intelligent express box is sent to an express point of a logistics company;
or the addressee fills a mailing order for returning the empty box on the application software of the terminal, the addressee designates the addressee as a logistics company, then the empty intelligent express box is locked by scanning the code, at the moment, the system can set all the couriers to scan the code to unlock the intelligent express box, or the system designates the addressee of the recovered empty intelligent express box as an assigned courier, and other anybody except the courier cannot unlock the intelligent express box.
4. The system and apparatus of claim 1, wherein a function is provided to protect the privacy of the sender and recipient; the system only displays the nicknames of both parties, the city where the nicknames are located, the order number and the object to be mailed to the sender and the receiver, and other information is not displayed;
or the system does not display any information of the other party to the sender and the receiver, and only displays an order number and an article to be mailed;
when the receiver places an order, the receiver fills in a real name, an address, a zip code, a telephone, a nickname and ordered articles, and an order number is formed after filling in is completed; after the sender receives the order, only displaying the order number and the ordered item, or only displaying the order number, the ordered item, the nickname of the receiver and the city where the receiver is located;
after a sender sends out the intelligent express box, a courier of a logistics company inquires out an order number by scanning an identification code on the intelligent express box, and inquires out related information according to the order number;
the logistics system does not paste or write the names, addresses and telephones of the sender and the receiver on the intelligent express box;
in the logistics system, the intelligent express box is empty, and nothing is pasted and written; the courier inquires and displays the relevant information completely by scanning the code; or only paste and fill in the relevant information step by step;
in the logistics system, when different employees and different couriers of a logistics company scan express box identification codes on the intelligent express boxes, the inquired and displayed information is different;
a sender takes a delivery express, when scanning an express box identification code on an intelligent express box, only a delivery address is displayed as a certain express point or a sorting place A of a sender city, after the intelligent express box arrives at the place A, when scanning the express box identification code, the sender at the place A only displays the delivery address as a certain express point or a sorting place B of a recipient city, and after the intelligent express box arrives at the place B, the sender at the place B only displays the address of the recipient when scanning the express box identification code;
the courier of the logistics company can check the intelligent express box, and the information sent to the courier at each time is unknown to other information such as the names of senders and recipients and the telephones of the senders and the recipients; the pickup courier of the sender only knows the address of the sender and does not know any message of the receiver; couriers at express points and sorting places of a logistics company only know which express point and sorting place the intelligent express box needs to be sent to next, and do not know addresses of a sender and a receiver completely; the delivery courier of the receiver only knows the address of the receiver and does not know any message of the sender;
in the whole mailing process, anyone but the staff of the logistics company is completely unaware of any information of the intelligent express box; when any other person scans the express box identification code on the intelligent express box, no authority is provided to inquire any information.
5. The system and apparatus of claim 1, wherein take-away helps retire elderly and housewives to eat;
the delivery method from the take-out restaurant to the user comprises the steps that each take-out order is delivered step by step, and the take-out orders are delivered from the restaurant to a cell or between different cells by a truck, an automobile and an electric tricycle instead of a two-wheeled battery truck;
the drivers of the trucks, the automobiles and the electric tricycles send dishes in the same residential area to the doorway of the residential area in a unified way, and then other residential area dispatchers send the dishes out of doors of all users respectively.
6. The safe, environment-friendly and privacy-protecting logistics system and equipment as claimed in claim 1, wherein the intelligent express box is provided with an indicating device for indicating whether the current intelligent express box is empty or has articles; the indicating device is an LED lamp, or a position switch or a knob.
