(6) an express delivery sending user puts the shared express box containing the to-be-sent goods back to the grid box and closes the grid box door, the grid electric control lock is automatically locked, an RFID reader-writer arranged in the grid box writes the express delivery sending related information into an RFID module in the shared express box, and a wireless charging transmitting module at the bottom of the grid box starts to wirelessly charge the shared express box;
(7) the shared express cabinet weighs the shared express box through a weighing sensor module in the grid box, weight data is sent to an intelligent shared express consignment system cloud platform through a communication module of the shared express cabinet, the intelligent shared express consignment system cloud platform intelligently calculates express expenses by integrating factors such as express weight, consignment distance and the like, and sends a notice to an express consignment user;
(8) after clicking an express expense notice on a mobile phone, an express sending user enters an express expense payment interface of a mobile phone client of the express user, and pays the express expense online;

(12) after the shared express box arrives at a distribution station of the location of the addressee, the distribution station distributes the shared express box to the courier responsible for the corresponding area according to the addressee address information of the shared express box, and the courier distributes the shared express box to a shared express cabinet closest to the addressee address according to the addressee information displayed on a display screen of the shared express box;
(13) a courier clicks a 'courier storage' button displayed on a touch screen of a shared express cabinet, an open cabinet two-dimensional code is displayed on the touch screen, the courier scans the open cabinet two-dimensional code through a courier mobile phone client, a proper grid specification is selected and confirmed, a grid electric control lock of one grid of the specification selected by the courier is automatically opened in a plurality of empty grids of the shared express cabinet;
(14) a courier puts the shared express box into the grid box and closes the grid box door, the grid electric control lock is automatically locked, an RFID reader-writer arranged in the grid box reads the express mail delivery related information stored by an RFID module in the shared express box, and a wireless charging transmitting module at the bottom of the grid box starts to wirelessly charge the shared express box;
(15) the shared express cabinet sends shared express box cabinet entering information to an intelligent shared express delivery system cloud platform through a communication module, the intelligent shared express delivery system cloud platform sends express arrival and pickup notifications to express delivery users and recipients respectively according to received express delivery related information, and the pickup notifications comprise pickup codes;

(17) the method comprises the following steps that a receiver takes out a shared express box, an express user mobile phone client scans an express two-dimensional code displayed on a display screen of the shared express box, an express taking code input interface appears on the express user mobile phone client, and an electronic control lock of the shared express box is automatically opened after an express sending user inputs an express taking code and confirms the express taking code;
(18) after the express item is taken out of the shared express box by the addressee, the shared express box is closed, an electric control lock of the shared express box is automatically locked, the express two-dimensional code and the addressee information displayed on a display screen of the shared express box are removed, and the empty box two-dimensional code is displayed again;
(19) and the recipient puts the shared express box back to the opened grid of the shared express cabinet and closes the door of the grid, the grid electric control lock is locked, the intelligent shared express delivery system cloud platform sends the information that the express is signed for receipt to the express delivery user, and the express delivery process is finished.
It should be noted that the positioning function of the shared express box 1 in this embodiment is implemented by a positioning module, and the positioning process is shown in fig. 4, and includes the following steps:
(1) initializing a shared express box control system after the shared express box control system is powered on;
(2) entering a low-power consumption power-saving mode after initialization is finished;
(3) the acceleration sensor continuously detects the motion state of the shared express box, if no vibration is detected, the system is maintained in a low-power-consumption power-saving mode, namely, the step (2) is returned;
(4) if the acceleration sensor detects vibration and the system judges that the time from the last sending of the position information does not exceed 20 minutes, the system is maintained in the low-power-consumption power-saving mode, namely, the step (2) is returned;
(5) if the acceleration sensor detects vibration and the system judges that the distance from the last sending position information exceeds 20 minutes, the system sends the real-time position information of the shared express box to the cloud platform of the intelligent shared express consignment delivery system through the communication module;
(6) and (4) after the position information is sent, the system enters a low-power consumption and electricity-saving mode, namely, the step (2) is returned.
By executing the positioning software process, if the shared express box stays still for a long time at a certain position due to a fault, the position information is not sent, and the intelligent shared express mail posting and delivering system cloud platform always updates the position information sent by the shared express box due to position movement and jolt, so that the energy consumption loss caused by frequently opening the positioning module can be reduced while the position information of the shared express box is mastered in the whole process as far as possible, and the endurance time of the battery module of the shared express box is prolonged.
Claims (10)
1. An intelligent shared express delivery system comprises a shared express cabinet, a shared express box and a cloud platform, and is characterized in that the shared express cabinet and the shared express box are connected with the cloud platform through a narrow-band Internet of things; the shared express cabinet comprises a cabinet body and a shared express cabinet control system, wherein the cabinet body is provided with a plurality of grids for storing the shared express boxes; the shared express cabinet control system comprises an express cabinet main control module, an express cabinet positioning module, an express cabinet communication module and an RFID reader-writer; the shared express box comprises a box body and a shared express box control system, wherein the shared express box control system comprises an express box main control module, an express box positioning module, an express box communication module and an RFID identification module;
the express cabinet main control module is respectively connected with the express cabinet positioning module, the express cabinet communication module and the RFID reader-writer; the express cabinet positioning module is used for positioning the position of the shared express cabinet in real time; the express delivery cabinet communication module is used for realizing data communication and information interaction between the shared express delivery cabinet and the cloud platform; the RFID reader-writer is used for writing the express mail consignment related information into the RFID identification module in the shared express box or reading the express mail consignment related information from the RFID identification module in the shared express box;
the express box main control module is respectively connected with the express box positioning module, the express box communication module and the RFID identification module; the express box positioning module is used for positioning the position of the shared express box in real time; the express box communication module is used for realizing data communication and information interaction between the shared express box and the cloud platform; the RFID identification module is used for storing the relevant information of express mail consignment.
2. The intelligent shared express mail consignment system according to claim 1, wherein the shared express mail box control system further comprises an acceleration sensor for detecting a motion state of the box; and the express box main control module enters a power saving mode when the acceleration sensor detects that the box body does not move.
3. The intelligent shared express mail posting and delivering system according to claim 2, wherein the express box main control module determines whether the distance from the last sending of the position information exceeds a set time when the acceleration sensor detects that the box body is moving, and when the distance exceeds the set time, the express box main control module controls the express box communication module to send the position information acquired by the express box positioning module to the cloud platform.

The intelligent shared express mail consignment system according to claim 1, wherein the box body comprises a top plate, a bottom plate and four side plates, wherein the bottom plate and the four side plates are of an integrated non-detachable structure, the top plate is connected with one of the four side plates through a hinge and provided with an electric control lock, and the electric control lock is connected with the main control module of the express box.

The intelligent shared express mail forwarding system according to claim 1, wherein a display screen connected to the express box main control module is disposed on the box body, the display screen is configured to display two-dimensional code information, the two-dimensional code information includes an empty box two-dimensional code and an express mail two-dimensional code, and the empty box two-dimensional code is an identification code of the shared express box; and the express two-dimensional code is displayed after the express sending operation is completed.

The intelligent shared express mail consignment system according to claim 1, wherein a wireless charging transmitting module connected with the express cabinet main control module is further arranged in the grid, and a wireless charging receiving module connected with the express cabinet main control module is arranged on the box body; when sharing express delivery case was located in the check mouth, wireless transmitting module that charges to wireless receiving module that charges carries out wireless charging.

The intelligent shared express mail consignment system according to claim 1, wherein a weighing sensor module connected to the main control module of the express cabinet is further disposed at the bottom of the grid, and the weighing sensor module is used for weighing the shared express box in which a mail object is placed.
8. A method of using the intelligent shared dispatch system of any one of claims 1-7, comprising the steps of:
(1) a sending user opens a grid to take out a shared express box, an empty box two-dimensional code displayed on a display screen of the shared express box is scanned through a mobile terminal, an express sending related information input interface appears on the mobile terminal of the sending user, and after the sending user inputs express sending related information and confirms the express sending related information, an electric control lock of the selected shared express box is automatically opened;
(2) after a mail sending user puts an article to be sent into the selected shared express box, the shared express box is closed, an electric control lock of the shared express box is automatically locked, and a display screen of the shared express box displays a two-dimensional code of the express mail and addressee information;
(3) a mail sending user puts a shared express box containing an article to be sent back into a grid, the shared express cabinet acquires the related information of the mail sending from a cloud platform, and writes the related information of the mail sending into an RFID identification module in the shared express box through an RFID reader-writer arranged in the grid;
(4) the mail sending user selects a payment mode according to the express delivery cost calculated by the cloud platform;
(5) the cloud platform sends a notice of the to-be-sent express to a nearby courier, and after the courier checks and receives the notice of the to-be-sent express through a mobile terminal and confirms to receive an order, the courier receives a pickup code corresponding to a shared express box of the to-be-sent express and inquires a shared express cabinet for storing the shared express box of the to-be-sent express through the mobile terminal;
(6) the courier inputs the pickup code, picks up the shared express box from the grid, the shared express box enters an express transportation link of an express company, and the sending user and the receiver receive an express sending notice through the mobile terminal and can inquire the position information of the shared express box through the cloud platform;
(7) in an express sorting center, sorting equipment provided with an RFID reader-writer is used for reading express delivery related information stored by an RFID identification module in the shared express box to realize automatic sorting;
(8) after the shared express box arrives at a distribution station of the location of the addressee, the distribution station distributes the shared express box to the courier responsible for the corresponding area according to the addressee address information of the shared express box, and the courier distributes the shared express box to a shared express cabinet with the address closest to the addressee according to the addressee information displayed on a display screen of the shared express box;
(9) the courier puts the shared express box into a grid of the shared express cabinet, and an RFID reader-writer arranged in the grid reads the relevant information of express delivery stored by an RFID module in the shared express box;
(10) the shared express cabinet sends cabinet entering information of the shared express cabinet to the cloud platform through the communication module, and the cloud platform sends express arrival and pickup notifications to a mail sending user and a mail receiver respectively according to received express mail sending related information;
(11) the method comprises the following steps that a receiver takes out a shared express box from a grid, an express two-dimensional code displayed on a display screen of the shared express box is scanned through a mobile terminal, an express taking code input interface appears on the mobile terminal, and an electronic control lock of the shared express box is automatically opened after an express sending user inputs and confirms the express taking code;
(12) after the express item is taken out of the shared express box by the addressee, closing the shared express box, removing the express two-dimensional code and the addressee information displayed on a display screen of the shared express box, and displaying the empty box two-dimensional code again;
(13) and the recipient puts the shared express box back into the grid of the shared express cabinet, the cloud platform sends the information that the express is signed for to the express sending user, and the express sending process is finished.
9. The use method of claim 8, wherein after the shared express box is placed in the compartment of the shared express cabinet, the wireless charging transmitting module in the compartment automatically wirelessly charges the wireless charging receiving module.
10. The use method of claim 8, wherein the step (3) and (4) further comprise the step of weighing the shared express box by a weighing sensor module in a grid, and sending the result to the cloud platform through an express cabinet communication module.
