Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present application more apparent, the present application is described in further detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings and embodiments. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the present application and are not intended to limit the present application.
The survey task processing method based on the trusted terminal can be applied to the application environment shown in fig. 1. The terminal 102 communicates with the server 104 through a network, wherein the terminal 102 acquires a to-be-processed survey task from the server 104; thus, the terminal 102 obtains an initial terminal identifier, and obtains a candidate terminal identifier corresponding to the initial terminal identifier and a terminal identifier pool; voting the candidate terminal identifications through a terminal corresponding to the terminal identification in the terminal identification pool to select a trusted terminal identification; acquiring a target terminal identifier associated with the initial terminal identifier from the trusted terminal identifier; and sending the to-be-processed survey task to a target terminal corresponding to the target terminal identification so that the target terminal executes the to-be-processed survey task. And the target terminal is only distributed to the target terminal which is associated with the initial terminal identifier in the trusted terminal when the to-be-processed survey task is subsequently distributed, so that the target terminal is ensured to be safe and to be associated with the initial terminal, and the safety of the to-be-processed survey task is ensured.
The terminal 102 may be, but not limited to, various personal computers, notebook computers, smart phones, tablet computers, and portable wearable devices, and the server 104 may be implemented by an independent server or a server cluster formed by a plurality of servers.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 2, a method for processing a survey task based on a trusted terminal is provided, which is described by taking the method as an example applied to the terminal in fig. 1, and includes the following steps:
s202: and acquiring the to-be-processed survey task.
Specifically, the to-be-processed survey tasks are survey logistics tasks which are responsible for the current terminal, wherein each to-be-processed survey task corresponds to a shipper, a consignee and a host service manager, the terminal corresponding to the host service manager is the current terminal, the task responsible for the host service manager is the to-be-processed survey task, and the corresponding survey terminal needs to be designated to execute the to-be-processed survey task. Wherein, at the time of assignment, the processing mode of the pending survey task includes two types, one is customer survey. One is the survey of other host business managers, wherein the customer survey is a survey of the consignee.
S204: and acquiring an initial terminal identifier, and acquiring a candidate terminal identifier corresponding to the initial terminal identifier and a terminal identifier pool.
Specifically, the initial terminal identifier refers to a local terminal identifier, and the candidate terminal identifier corresponding to the initial terminal identifier may be selected from a terminal identifier pool according to a preset candidate terminal selection rule. The terminal identification pool is stored with terminal identifications of all the terminals of the clients and terminal identifications of the terminals of the personnel in the department in advance, wherein the department is the department which hosts the service manager.
The selection of the candidate terminal identifier may include whether the time for joining the intelligent terminal identifier pool is greater than a specific time, whether the terminal has not occurred that the offline time exceeds the specific time once in the last specific number of days, whether the terminal has joined the terminal identifier pool, whether the average offline time is less than the specific time, a processor condition of the terminal, a memory size of the terminal, a network condition of the terminal, an IP address distribution of the terminal, the number of times the terminal has previously become a trusted terminal, whether the terminal has elected a trusted terminal in the last specific period, and the like. In actual operation, the terminal selects a candidate terminal identifier from the terminal identifier pool according to at least one of the rules.
S206: and voting the candidate terminal identifications through the terminal corresponding to the terminal identification in the terminal identification pool to select the trusted terminal identification.
In one embodiment, voting for candidate terminal identifiers by a terminal corresponding to a terminal identifier in a terminal identifier pool to select a trusted terminal identifier includes: voting the candidate terminal identifications through terminals corresponding to the terminal identifications in the terminal identification pool according to a preset bidding rule; counting the number of votes obtained by each candidate terminal identifier; and taking the candidate terminal identification with the number of votes greater than a preset threshold value as a trusted terminal identification.
Specifically, the terminal votes for candidate terminal identifiers satisfying the rule to select a preset number of trusted terminal identifiers, wherein optionally, when selecting the trusted terminal identifiers, the terminal identifiers are selected only from the terminal identifiers belonging to the department. When the voting is performed, all terminals in the terminal pool or terminals only belonging to the department can participate in the voting, and the voting rules of the voting include but are not limited to: the paired candidate terminal identifications of the candidate terminal identifications satisfying the rule requirements may cast two tickets for the candidate terminal identifications, and if communication with the candidate terminal identifications is performed in the last two periods, one ticket is cast for each period correspondingly, for a total of two tickets. In practical application, at least one candidate terminal identifier meeting the rule requirement is selected from the voting rules according to needs.
Wherein, the terminal counts all votes of each candidate terminal identification meeting the rule requirement. And randomly selecting a specific number of trusted terminal identifications from all candidate terminal identifications with the number of votes obtained being larger than a preset threshold value. The specific number of settings depends on the minimum majority value in the voting algorithm. For example: the minimum majority value in the voting algorithm is 2/3, then the specific number can be set to 15 trusted terminal identifications, 15 being divisible by 2/3, thus satisfying the value requirement of the minimum majority in the voting algorithm. The setting of a particular number may also depend on whether the particular number is odd and is divisible by a reference prime number, for example: and 5 is a reference prime number. 5 and 15 are both odd numbers and thus the 50 to 50 possibility does not arise.
S208: and acquiring the target terminal identification which is associated with the initial terminal identification from the trusted terminal identification.
Specifically, the association means that communication exists between the initial terminal and the trusted terminal, for example, the terminals of two main service managers in the same department process logistics tasks to be executed mutually. Therefore, the terminal can select a corresponding terminal from the trusted terminal identifications as a target terminal identification.
S210: and sending the to-be-processed survey task to a target terminal corresponding to the target terminal identification so that the target terminal executes the to-be-processed survey task.
Specifically, the terminal sends the to-be-processed survey task to the target terminal corresponding to the target terminal identifier, so that the target terminal can execute the to-be-processed survey task.
According to the survey task processing method based on the trusted terminal, the trusted terminal identification is obtained through calculation according to the terminal identification, so that only target terminals which are associated with the initial terminal identification in the trusted terminal are allocated when the to-be-processed survey task is subsequently allocated, the target terminals are safe and have an association relation with the initial terminal, and the safety of the to-be-processed survey task is further ensured.
In one embodiment, before obtaining the target terminal identifier associated with the initial terminal identifier from the trusted terminal identifier, the method further includes: and when the target terminal identification which is associated with the initial terminal identification is not acquired from the trusted terminal identification, acquiring the target terminal identification from the trusted terminal identification according to a preset rule.
Specifically, in this embodiment, when the target terminal identifier associated with the initial terminal identifier is not obtained from the trusted terminal identifiers, the target terminal identifier may be selected from the trusted terminal identifiers, for example, randomly selected, or selected according to the remaining processing amount of the survey task to be performed in the trusted terminal identifiers, for example, a trusted terminal identifier with the smallest remaining processing amount of the survey task to be performed is selected as the target terminal identifier.
In one embodiment, referring to fig. 3, the method for processing the survey task based on the trusted terminal further includes: acquiring a local to-be-executed to-be-processed survey task, and reading task details of the to-be-executed to-be-processed survey task, wherein the task details comprise a task place and task content; collecting current geographical position information; calculating task execution time according to the task content, and calculating to obtain a target task according to the task execution time and idle time; planning according to the current geographic position information and a task place corresponding to the target task to obtain an execution route; and displaying the execution route.
Specifically, the local to-be-processed survey task refers to a task that a user holding a terminal needs to perform a real-field survey, and the details of the task include a task location and task content, wherein the task location refers to a location of logistics, such as a location of a rental product, and the task content refers to specific information of the rental product, such as a name, a brand, a place of production, a model, a manufacturer, and the like of the rental product. The task content further comprises specific flows of the tasks, each flow is provided with corresponding execution time, the terminal can calculate and obtain task execution time according to the specific flow related to the tasks and the execution time corresponding to the specific flow, then calculate and obtain the tasks which can be executed in the idle time, namely the target tasks, according to the task execution time and the idle time, optionally, the tasks can be sequenced according to the arrival time of the tasks during calculation, then the task execution time of the sequenced tasks is obtained, the target tasks which can be executed in the idle time are calculated according to the sequencing, optionally, the terminal can plan and obtain execution routes according to the current geographic position information and the task places corresponding to the target tasks, wherein in order to avoid the problem of long consumed time caused by overlong route time, the terminal can further screen the target tasks according to the consumed time of the routes, the task processing amount is reduced, and therefore all tasks can be executed and completed.
It should be noted that, the terminal for executing the task in this embodiment is a host service manager terminal in a trusted terminal, and if the terminal is a client terminal, the task can be directly surveyed through a receiving process, which is specifically referred to below.
In one embodiment, after displaying the execution route, the method further includes: receiving a survey instruction, and collecting a logistics picture according to the survey instruction; identifying the logistics picture to obtain information to be processed; comparing the information to be processed with the task content; and when the information to be processed is matched with the task content, uploading the acquired workflow graph to a server on a chip.
Specifically, as shown in the above figure, the terminal needs to acquire a logistics picture, where the logistics picture includes a photo of a person and a rental item and a photo of a location of the rental item, and the terminal can process the logistics picture to identify information to be processed, such as geographic location information of the rental item, or identification information of the rental item, such as a model, and then match the information with task content to ensure that the acquired information is correct, and if the acquired information is correct, the acquired logistics picture is uploaded to the server on a picture.

Specifically, in this embodiment, the solution is that the customer terminal performs the survey, specifically, the upper map is integrated, if the customer survey is selected, the customer contact needs to be selected first (the customer contact needs to be maintained by the customer on the micro-rental APP in advance), then the survey task is pushed to the micro-rental APP used by the customer (the contact of the consignee, i.e., the contact of the consignee), the logistics survey task is selected in the "arrival confirmation", and the relevant information is input according to the page prompt, and the equipment photo is uploaded.
In order to ensure the accuracy of the uploaded equipment photo, the terminal can acquire current geographic position information, then screen the to-be-executed survey task according to the current geographic position information to obtain the to-be-executed task with the geographic position meeting the requirement and without execution, then the terminal needs to acquire a logistics picture which comprises a photo of a person and a leasing object and a photo of the position of the leasing object, wherein the terminal can process the logistics picture to identify and acquire the to-be-executed information, such as the geographic position information of the leasing object or identification information of the leasing object, such as a model and the like, and then match the acquired information with the task content to ensure that the acquired information is correct, and if the acquired information is correct, the acquired logistics picture is uploaded to the server.
