For example, the initial travel product of the travel user a is 700 points, the evaluation is excellent, after completing a travel of a travel reservation order, the server 102 monitors the behavior of purchasing discount-free air tickets, and deducts 50 points according to the corresponding business travel management rule, so that the actual travel product is 650 points, which still belongs to excellent, and the points and the evaluation can be displayed by a specific application program.
According to the scheme provided by the embodiment of the invention, the server utilizes the target monitoring order to compare and analyze the networked travel resources to obtain order monitoring data containing a plurality of monitoring contents, and then sends the order monitoring data to the terminal for displaying. By adopting the method, on one hand, the business travel user can be supervised to reasonably make the business travel plan, on the other hand, the method can also be provided for the enterprise manager to carry out abnormal monitoring on the business travel behaviors of the staff, an automatic business travel management mode is implemented, the manual monitoring cost is reduced, and the business travel monitoring efficiency is greatly improved. Meanwhile, a data analysis page of a specific application program is provided for displaying, so that visual monitoring is facilitated.
It should be understood that, although the steps in the flowchart of fig. 2 are shown in order as indicated by the arrows, the steps are not necessarily performed in order as indicated by the arrows. The steps are not performed in the exact order shown and described, and may be performed in other orders, unless explicitly stated otherwise. Moreover, at least a portion of the steps in fig. 2 may include multiple sub-steps or multiple stages that are not necessarily performed at the same time, but may be performed at different times, and the order of performance of the sub-steps or stages is not necessarily sequential, but may be performed in turn or alternately with other steps or at least a portion of the sub-steps or stages of other steps.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 4, there is provided a travel order monitoring apparatus comprising a reservation order acquisition module 410, a target order determination module 420, a target order analysis module 430 and a monitoring data transmission module 440, wherein:
a reservation order obtaining module 410, configured to obtain a travel reservation order of a terminal;
a target order determining module 420, configured to determine the travel booking order with the changed order state as a target monitoring order;
a target order analysis module 430, configured to analyze the target monitoring order through the networked travel resource to obtain order monitoring data; the networked travel resource is an information resource externally connected with a ticket buying platform;
and a monitoring data sending module 440, configured to send the order monitoring data to the terminal, so that the terminal displays the order monitoring data.
According to the business trip order monitoring device, the server firstly obtains a business trip reservation order of the terminal through network connection, then determines the business trip reservation order with the changed order state as a target monitoring order, analyzes the target monitoring order through the networked business trip resources to obtain order monitoring data, and finally sends the order monitoring data obtained through analysis to the terminal, so that the terminal can display the order monitoring data through an interactive interface of the terminal, and a consultant can inquire the order monitoring data. By adopting the method, on one hand, the business travel user can be supervised to reasonably make the business travel plan, on the other hand, the method can also be provided for the enterprise manager to carry out abnormal monitoring on the business travel behaviors of the staff, an automatic business travel management mode is implemented, the manual monitoring cost is reduced, and the business travel monitoring efficiency is greatly improved.
In one embodiment, the target order determination module 420 includes:
the order state acquisition sub-module is used for acquiring the order state of the travel reservation order; and the target order determining submodule is used for determining a travel reservation order with the order state changed as the target monitoring order when the order state is changed from the trial reservation state to at least one of the reservation state, the cancellation state, the change state and the payment state.
In one embodiment, the target order analysis module 430 includes:
the live line price extraction submodule is used for extracting the live line booking price of the target monitoring order; the discount value determination submodule is used for determining the discount value of the booking price of the resident bank through the networking travel resources; the discount difference value calculation submodule is used for calculating the difference between the discount value and the discount of the networked travel resources to obtain an order discount difference value; and the discount difference value determining submodule is used for determining the order discount difference value to be used as the order monitoring data.
In one embodiment, the row reservation price includes an airline reservation price, and the discount difference calculation submodule includes:
a minimum discount determination unit, configured to determine a minimum ticket discount for the networked travel resource; the lowest ticket discount is the lowest discount of the airplane on the same voyage within a preset time; a discount difference calculation unit for calculating a difference between the ticket reservation price and a discount of the ticket discount value of the minimum ticket discount; a discount difference determination unit for determining the difference of the discounts as the order discount difference.
In one embodiment, the target order analysis module 430 includes:
the travel information extraction submodule is used for extracting hotel accommodation positions and travel destinations of the target monitoring orders; the travel information matching sub-module is used for matching the hotel accommodation position with the travel destination; an exception prompt generation submodule, configured to generate a travel exception prompt when the hotel lodging location does not match the travel destination; and the abnormal prompt determining submodule is used for determining the abnormal prompt of the travel as the order monitoring data.
In one embodiment, the target order analysis module 430 includes:
the target order analysis submodule is used for analyzing the target monitoring order through the networked travel resources and determining the number of times of standard exceeding records of the target monitoring order; an overproof record determining submodule, configured to determine the number of times of overproof recording as the order monitoring data; and the overproof recording times are used for being sent to the terminal, so that the terminal can display the overproof recording times.
In one embodiment, the apparatus further comprises:
the standard exceeding record extraction module is used for extracting standard exceeding record data of the order monitoring data; the travel integral determining module is used for determining a score deduction value of the standard exceeding record data and determining an initial travel integral of the target monitoring order; the integral difference calculation module is used for calculating the difference between the initial travel integral and the integral of the deduction value to obtain an actual travel integral; and the travel integral sending module is used for sending the actual travel integral to the terminal for the terminal to display the actual travel integral.

For specific limitations of the travel order monitoring device, reference may be made to the above limitations of the travel order monitoring method, which are not described herein again. All or part of the modules in the travel order monitoring device can be realized by software, hardware and a combination thereof. The modules can be embedded in a hardware form or independent from a processor in the computer device, and can also be stored in a memory in the computer device in a software form, so that the processor can call and execute operations corresponding to the modules.
In one embodiment, a computer device is provided, which may be a server, the internal structure of which may be as shown in fig. 5. The computer device includes a processor, a memory, a network interface, and a database connected by a system bus. Wherein the processor of the computer device is configured to provide computing and control capabilities. The memory of the computer device comprises a nonvolatile storage medium and an internal memory. The non-volatile storage medium stores an operating system, a computer program, and a database. The internal memory provides an environment for the operation of an operating system and computer programs in the non-volatile storage medium. The database of the computer device is used for storing identification information and device information. The network interface of the computer device is used for communicating with an external terminal through a network connection. The computer program, when executed by a processor, implements a method for travel order monitoring.
Those skilled in the art will appreciate that the architecture shown in fig. 5 is merely a block diagram of some of the structures associated with the disclosed aspects and is not intended to limit the computing devices to which the disclosed aspects apply, as particular computing devices may include more or less components than those shown, or may combine certain components, or have a different arrangement of components.
In one embodiment, a computer device is provided, comprising a memory and a processor, the memory having a computer program stored therein, the processor implementing the following steps when executing the computer program:
acquiring a travel reservation order of a terminal;
determining the travel booking order with the changed order state as a target monitoring order;
analyzing the target monitoring order through the networking traveling resources to obtain order monitoring data; the networked travel resource is an information resource externally connected with a ticket buying platform;
and sending the order monitoring data to the terminal for the terminal to display the order monitoring data.
In one embodiment, the processor, when executing the computer program, further performs the steps of:
obtaining the order state of the travel booking order; and when the order state is changed from the trial reservation state to at least one of reservation, cancellation, change and payment states, determining a travel reservation order with the changed order state as the target monitoring order.
In one embodiment, the processor, when executing the computer program, further performs the steps of:
extracting the row-in booking price of the target monitoring order; determining a discount value of the booking price of the resident bank through the networking travel resource; calculating the difference between the discount value and the discount of the networked travel resources to obtain an order discount difference value; and determining the order discount difference value as the order monitoring data.
In one embodiment, the processor, when executing the computer program, further performs the steps of:
determining a minimum airline ticket discount for the networked travel resource; the lowest ticket discount is the lowest discount of the airplane on the same voyage within a preset time; calculating a discount difference between the ticket booking price and the ticket discount value of the lowest ticket discount; determining the difference between the discounts as the order discount difference.
In one embodiment, the processor, when executing the computer program, further performs the steps of:
extracting hotel accommodation positions and travel destinations of the target monitoring orders; matching the hotel accommodation location with the travel destination; when the hotel accommodation position is not matched with the travel destination, generating a travel abnormity prompt; and determining the travel abnormal prompt as the order monitoring data.
In one embodiment, the processor, when executing the computer program, further performs the steps of:
analyzing the target monitoring order through the networking traveling resources, and determining the number of times of standard exceeding records of the target monitoring order; determining the times of the overproof records as the order monitoring data; and the overproof recording times are used for being sent to the terminal, so that the terminal can display the overproof recording times.
In one embodiment, the processor, when executing the computer program, further performs the steps of:
extracting standard exceeding record data of the order monitoring data; determining a score deduction value of the overproof recorded data, and determining an initial traveling integral of the target monitoring order; calculating the difference between the initial traveling integral and the integral of the deduction value to obtain an actual traveling integral; and sending the actual traveling integral to the terminal for the terminal to display the actual traveling integral.
In one embodiment, a computer-readable storage medium is provided, having a computer program stored thereon, which when executed by a processor, performs the steps of:
acquiring a travel reservation order of a terminal;
determining the travel booking order with the changed order state as a target monitoring order;
analyzing the target monitoring order through the networking traveling resources to obtain order monitoring data; the networked travel resource is an information resource externally connected with a ticket buying platform;
and sending the order monitoring data to the terminal for the terminal to display the order monitoring data.
In one embodiment, the computer program when executed by the processor further performs the steps of:
obtaining the order state of the travel booking order; and when the order state is changed from the trial reservation state to at least one of reservation, cancellation, change and payment states, determining a travel reservation order with the changed order state as the target monitoring order.
In one embodiment, the computer program when executed by the processor further performs the steps of:
extracting the row-in booking price of the target monitoring order; determining a discount value of the booking price of the resident bank through the networking travel resource; calculating a discount difference between the ticket booking price and the ticket discount value of the lowest ticket discount; and determining the order discount difference value as the order monitoring data.
In one embodiment, the computer program when executed by the processor further performs the steps of:
determining a minimum airline ticket discount for the networked travel resource; the lowest ticket discount is the lowest discount of the airplane on the same voyage within a preset time; calculating a difference between the minimum ticket discount and a discount on the ticket discount value for the reserved price of the ticket; determining the difference between the discounts as the order discount difference.
In one embodiment, the computer program when executed by the processor further performs the steps of:
extracting hotel accommodation positions and travel destinations of the target monitoring orders; matching the hotel accommodation location with the travel destination; when the hotel accommodation position is not matched with the travel destination, generating a travel abnormity prompt; and determining the travel abnormal prompt as the order monitoring data.
In one embodiment, the computer program when executed by the processor further performs the steps of:
analyzing the target monitoring order through the networking traveling resources, and determining the number of times of standard exceeding records of the target monitoring order; determining the times of the overproof records as the order monitoring data; and the overproof recording times are used for being sent to the terminal, so that the terminal can display the overproof recording times.
In one embodiment, the computer program when executed by the processor further performs the steps of:
extracting standard exceeding record data of the order monitoring data; determining a score deduction value of the overproof recorded data, and determining an initial traveling integral of the target monitoring order; calculating the difference between the initial traveling integral and the integral of the deduction value to obtain an actual traveling integral; and sending the actual traveling integral to the terminal for the terminal to display the actual traveling integral.
It will be understood by those skilled in the art that all or part of the processes of the methods of the embodiments described above can be implemented by hardware instructions of a computer program, which can be stored in a non-volatile computer-readable storage medium, and when executed, can include the processes of the embodiments of the methods described above. Any reference to memory, storage, database, or other medium used in the embodiments provided herein may include non-volatile and/or volatile memory, among others. Non-volatile memory can include read-only memory (ROM), Programmable ROM (PROM), Electrically Programmable ROM (EPROM), Electrically Erasable Programmable ROM (EEPROM), or flash memory. Volatile memory can include Random Access Memory (RAM) or external cache memory. By way of illustration and not limitation, RAM is available in a variety of forms such as Static RAM (SRAM), Dynamic RAM (DRAM), Synchronous DRAM (SDRAM), Double Data Rate SDRAM (DDRSDRAM), Enhanced SDRAM (ESDRAM), Synchronous Link DRAM (SLDRAM), Rambus (Rambus) direct RAM (RDRAM), direct memory bus dynamic RAM (DRDRAM), and memory bus dynamic RAM (RDRAM).
The technical features of the above embodiments can be arbitrarily combined, and for the sake of brevity, all possible combinations of the technical features in the above embodiments are not described, but should be considered as the scope of the present specification as long as there is no contradiction between the combinations of the technical features.
The above-mentioned embodiments only express several embodiments of the present application, and the description thereof is more specific and detailed, but not construed as limiting the scope of the invention. It should be noted that, for a person skilled in the art, several variations and modifications can be made without departing from the concept of the present application, which falls within the scope of protection of the present application. Claims (10)

1. A travel order monitoring method is characterized by comprising the following steps:
acquiring a travel reservation order of a terminal; the travel booking order comprises an initial order state;
when the initial order state is changed into at least one of reservation, cancellation, change and payment states from the trial reservation state, determining a travel reservation order with the changed order state as a target monitoring order;
analyzing the target monitoring order through the networking traveling resources to obtain order monitoring data; the order monitoring data comprises at least one of order discount difference, travel abnormal prompt and standard exceeding record times; the networked travel resource is an information resource externally connected with a ticket buying platform;
and sending the order monitoring data to the terminal for the terminal to display the order monitoring data.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein said step of analyzing said target monitoring order for said networked poor travel resources to obtain order monitoring data comprises:
extracting the row-in booking price of the target monitoring order;
determining a discount value of the booking price of the resident bank through the networking travel resource;
calculating the difference between the discount value and the discount of the networked travel resources to obtain an order discount difference value;
and determining the order discount difference value as the order monitoring data.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein the row reservation price comprises an airline reservation price, and the step of calculating a difference between the discount value and the networked travel resource discount to obtain an order discount difference comprises:
determining a minimum airline ticket discount for the networked travel resource; the lowest ticket discount is the lowest discount of the airplane on the same voyage within a preset time;
calculating a discount difference between the ticket booking price and the ticket discount value of the lowest ticket discount;
determining the difference between the discounts as the order discount difference.
4. The method of claim 1, wherein said step of analyzing said target monitoring order for said networked poor travel resources to obtain order monitoring data comprises:
extracting hotel accommodation positions and travel destinations of the target monitoring orders;
matching the hotel accommodation location with the travel destination;
when the hotel accommodation position is not matched with the travel destination, generating a travel abnormity prompt;
and determining the travel abnormal prompt as the order monitoring data.
5. The method of claim 1, wherein said step of analyzing said target monitoring order for said networked poor travel resources to obtain order monitoring data comprises:
analyzing the target monitoring order through the networking traveling resources, and determining the number of times of standard exceeding records of the target monitoring order;
determining the times of the overproof records as the order monitoring data; and the overproof recording times are used for being sent to the terminal, so that the terminal can display the overproof recording times.
6. The method of claim 1, wherein after analyzing the target monitoring order via the networked poor travel resource to obtain order monitoring data, further comprising:
extracting standard exceeding record data of the order monitoring data;
determining a score deduction value of the overproof recorded data, and determining an initial traveling integral of the target monitoring order;
calculating the difference between the initial traveling integral and the integral of the deduction value to obtain an actual traveling integral;
and sending the actual traveling integral to the terminal for the terminal to display the actual traveling integral.
7. A travel order monitoring device, the device comprising:
the reservation order obtaining module is used for obtaining a travel reservation order of the terminal; the travel booking order comprises an initial order state;
the target order determining module is used for determining a travel booking order with the order state changed as a target monitoring order when the initial order state is changed into at least one of a booking state, a canceling state, a changing state and a payment state from a trial booking state;
the target order analysis module is used for analyzing the target monitoring order through the networking travel resources to obtain order monitoring data; the order monitoring data comprises at least one of order discount difference, travel abnormal prompt and standard exceeding record times; the networked travel resource is an information resource externally connected with a ticket buying platform;
and the monitoring data sending module is used for sending the order monitoring data to the terminal for the terminal to display the order monitoring data.
8. The apparatus of claim 7, wherein the target order analysis module comprises:
the live line price extraction submodule is used for extracting the live line booking price of the target monitoring order;
the discount value determination submodule is used for determining the discount value of the booking price of the resident bank through the networking travel resources;
the discount difference value calculation submodule is used for calculating the difference between the discount value and the discount of the networked travel resources to obtain an order discount difference value;
and the discount difference value determining submodule is used for determining the order discount difference value to be used as the order monitoring data.
9. A computer device comprising a memory and a processor, the memory storing a computer program, wherein the processor implements the steps of the method of any one of claims 1 to 6 when executing the computer program.
10. A computer-readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored, which, when being executed by a processor, carries out the steps of the method of any one of claims 1 to 6.
