the block chain nodes comprise health committee nodes, public security nodes, big data center nodes, tax nodes, index nodes, security nodes and civil administration nodes, and the health committee nodes are used for data sharing networking, analysis and collection data and management network; the data sharing networking is used for forming a data sharing network and allowing nodes to complete citizen information according to an intelligent contract, and obtaining authorized license check service, routing function from a cross-regional index chain to a data information chain and cross-regional transmission from index information to full-amount detailed information, the index nodes are used for indexing the information, sharing the information to the cross-regional index chain and retrieving the full-amount information according to the requirement of the cross-regional index chain, and the civil node is used for verifying a marital state; the public security node is used for verifying identity authentication information; the large data center node comprises a shared account book, and the shared account book is used for establishing the process of directory reminding and information collection recording of all shared exchange information, sharing full information to all nodes and extracting index information to share a national index chain;
