While exemplary embodiments of the present invention are shown in the drawings, it should be understood that the present invention may be embodied in various forms and should not be limited to the embodiments set forth herein. Rather, these embodiments are provided so that this disclosure will be thorough and complete, and will fully convey the scope of the invention to those skilled in the art.
Fig. 1 shows a flow diagram of an information push method according to an embodiment of the invention. As shown in fig. 1, the method comprises the steps of:
step S101, when receiving an e-book reading request from a client, acquiring user history behavior data.
The execution main body of the information pushing method provided by the embodiment is a server, a user can read an electronic book through a client with a reading function, and when the client detects that the user enters an electronic book reading interface, an electronic book reading request can be sent to the server, wherein the electronic book reading interface can present a content page of the electronic book which the user is reading or requesting to read. When receiving an electronic book reading request sent by a client, a server acquires user historical behavior data, wherein the user historical behavior data is data generated when user behaviors occur in a historical time period.
Step S102, analyzing and processing the user historical behavior data to determine whether the user corresponding to the user historical behavior data is a target user, wherein the target user comprises: a user in a user pre-churn state.
After the historical behavior data of the user is obtained, the historical behavior data of the user needs to be analyzed, wherein the analysis is mainly used for determining whether the user corresponding to the historical behavior data of the user is a target user or not, the target user is a user for determining information pushing, the target user can comprise a user in a user pre-loss state, and the user pre-loss state refers to a state that the user is about to be lost but is not lost yet. For the users, the method can save the data resources by pushing information and distributing the specific resource parameter values to the users, so that the users can continue to use the clients to read the electronic books, and the retention rate of the users is improved.
Step S103, if the user is determined to be the target user, a push page containing a preset control is generated, wherein the preset control is associated with the data resource with the specific resource parameter value.
In the case that the user is determined to be the target user, information may be pushed to the user during the process of reading the electronic book by the user, specifically, the server generates a push page containing a preset control, where the preset control is associated with a data resource with a specific resource parameter value, and the data resource may be a welfare resource, for example, an electronic book member, a point, etc. that does not present information, and the specific resource parameter value is used to measure the data resource, for example, may be a member duration, a point value. The preset control is mainly used for a user to determine whether to trigger the preset control to acquire the data resource of the specific resource parameter value according to actual needs.
Step S104, returning the push page to the client to display the presentation information when a preset control in the push page is triggered.
Here, the presentation information may be various visual types of information, such as advertisement, picture or video, etc., and should not be limited thereto.
After the push page is generated, the server returns the push page to the client, the push page is displayed to the user through the client, when the user wants to acquire the data resource with the specific resource parameter value, the user can trigger a preset control in the push page, and presentation information is displayed to the user when the preset control in the push page is triggered.
Step S105, when the presentation information is successfully presented, data resources corresponding to the specific resource parameter values are allocated to the target user.
When the preset control in the push page is triggered, presentation information is displayed to the user, and when the presentation information is successfully displayed, the server side can allocate data resources corresponding to the specific resource parameter values to the target user, and the target user can enjoy corresponding rights during reading of the electronic book after obtaining the data resources of the specific resource parameter values, for example, the data resources are electronic book members free of presentation information, and the specific resource parameter values are member duration, for example, 20 minutes or 30 minutes, so that the user can not see the pushed presentation information any more when reading the electronic book for 20 minutes, and the method is only illustrative and has no limiting effect.
According to the scheme provided by the embodiment of the invention, the historical behavior data of the user is analyzed and processed, and the target user is directionally pushed under the condition that the user is determined to be the target user, so that the reading disturbance of non-target users is avoided, and the overall user retention rate is improved.
Fig. 2A shows a flow diagram of an information pushing method according to another embodiment of the invention. As shown in fig. 2A, the method includes the steps of:
In step S201, when receiving an electronic book reading request from a client, user history behavior data is acquired.
The execution main body of the information pushing method provided by the embodiment is a server, a user can read an electronic book through a client with a reading function, when the client detects that the user enters an electronic book reading interface, the user can determine that the user wants to read the electronic book, the client sends an electronic book reading request to the server, and when the server receives the electronic book reading request sent by the client, the server acquires historical behavior data of the user, wherein the historical behavior data of the user is generated when the user acts occur in a historical time period.
For example, the user history behavior data may include data generated during reading of the electronic book during the user history period, and/or data generated by a triggering operation of the preset control by the user, which may, of course, also be data generated for other user behaviors, which are not listed here.
Step S202, inputting the user history behavior data into a pre-trained user state prediction model to perform state prediction, and obtaining a user state.
Specifically, the user state prediction model is obtained by pre-training, and the user state prediction model can be used for predicting a user state corresponding to a user, so that whether the user is a target user can be analyzed and determined based on the user state, wherein input data of the pre-trained user state prediction model is user historical behavior data, and output data is the user state. The user state may include a user retention state and a user pre-loss state. In addition, the user state prediction model can also predict how long the user has lost, i.e., the user lost, for example, the next day, or three days, or seven days. Therefore, the push popup window can be returned to the client according to the predicted loss days of the user so as to save the user.
More specifically, the user state prediction model may employ a classification neural network that is trained with training data samples that include first user historical behavior data having lost user tags and second user historical behavior data having retained user tags.
In step S203, if the user status is the user pre-loss status, it is determined that the user corresponding to the user history behavior data is the target user.
After determining the user state, determining whether the user state is a user pre-loss state, where the user is in a state that the user is about to lose but has not yet lost, the embodiment determines such a user as a target user, where the target user is a user determined to be subjected to information pushing. In order to avoid the loss of the users, the user can save the data resources by pushing information and distributing the data resources with specific resource parameter values to the user, so that the user can continue to use the client to read the electronic book, and the retention rate of the user is improved. For example, when it is determined that subscriber S is a pre-churn subscriber and is expected to be underflow after one week, information push may be performed to subscriber S before one week period expires.
In this embodiment, it is also possible to determine whether the user is a target user by:
the method comprises the following steps: judging whether the user history behavior data contains preset marking data for marking the triggering operation of a user on a preset control; if yes, determining the user corresponding to the user history behavior data as a target user.
When the user triggers the preset control, the action can be marked, for example, 1 is marked, or the action is marked as yes, the condition that the user triggers the preset control is indicated, 1 is marked, or the action is marked as the preset marking data used for marking the user to trigger the preset control, therefore, after the user history action data is obtained, whether the user history action data contains the preset marking data used for marking the user to trigger the preset control can be judged, if the user history action data contains the preset marking data, the user can be determined to actively click the preset control, the condition that the user does not contradict the presentation information is indicated, and the user can be determined to be the target user.
The second method is as follows: judging whether the triggering times of the preset control recorded in the historical behavior data of the user are larger than or equal to the preset times or not; if yes, determining the user corresponding to the user history behavior data as a target user.
Each triggering operation of the user on the preset control is recorded, if the user performs the triggering operation on the preset control, the triggering times of the user on the preset control are recorded in the historical behavior data of the user, so that after the historical behavior data of the user are obtained, the server side can judge whether the triggering times of the preset control recorded in the historical behavior data of the user are greater than or equal to the preset times, for example, 3 times; if yes, determining the user corresponding to the user history behavior data as a target user. The target users determined by the first and second methods may be collectively referred to herein as non-conflicting users.
Step S204, the e-book reading request is analyzed to determine the user identification information of the target user.
Analyzing an electronic book reading request sent by a client, and extracting user identification information of a target user from the electronic book reading request, wherein the user identification information comprises a client identifier and a user identifier. The client identifier is used for uniquely identifying one client, and the client identifiers corresponding to different clients are different; the user identifier uniquely identifies a user, and the user identifiers corresponding to different users are different. The user identification information of the target user is determined here mainly for determining whether to push presence information to the user.
Step S205, judging whether the number of times of generating the push popup window aiming at the user identification information is greater than or equal to a preset threshold value or whether the accumulated resource parameter value is greater than or equal to a preset parameter value in a preset time period; if not, step S206 is performed.
Specifically, after the push popup is generated for the user identification information, the push popup generation information, for example, the user identification information, the push popup generation time, etc., is recorded in detail, so it may be determined whether to pop up the push popup and push the presentation information to the user by: acquiring push popup generation information in a preset time period (for example, 1 day or 1 month), counting the times of generating push popups aiming at user identification information, and comparing the times with a preset threshold value, for example, 3, if the times of generating push popups aiming at the user identification information is greater than or equal to the preset threshold value, ending the method; if the number of times of generating the push popup window for the user identification information is smaller than the preset threshold, the step S206 is skipped.
It should be noted that, for different target users, the preset threshold may be the same value, or may be different values, for example, for a target user in a user pre-loss state, the preset threshold may be set to 2; the preset threshold may be set to 5 for non-conflicting users. This is by way of illustration only and is not intended to be limiting in any way.
When the same user identification logs in on different clients, although the user identification is the same, the client identification is different, so when the same user changes the clients to read the electronic book, if the number of times of generating the push popup window aiming at the user identification information is smaller than a preset threshold value and/or the accumulated resource parameter value is smaller than a preset parameter value in a preset time period, the push popup window can be continuously popped up to the user.
In addition, whether to pop up the push pop and push the presentation information to the user may also be accomplished by: when the presentation information is successfully displayed, data resources with specific resource parameter values are allocated to the target users, the sum of the specific resource parameter values allocated to the target users for the past time can be counted to obtain an accumulated resource parameter value, the accumulated resource parameter value is compared with a preset parameter value, if the accumulated resource parameter value is larger than or equal to the preset parameter value, the accumulated resource parameter value indicates that enough data resources are allocated to the target users, and therefore the presentation information is not pushed to the target users; if the accumulated resource parameter value is smaller than the preset parameter value, the step S206 is skipped. Taking the data resource as an electronic book member as an example, the preset parameter value may be set to be a member duration of 100 minutes, which is only illustrated herein and not limited in any way.
The specific values of the preset threshold and the preset parameter value can be determined by combining the benefits brought by the presentation information and the lost benefits of the data resources for distributing the characteristic resource parameter value to the target user, and the lost benefits of the data resources for distributing the characteristic resource parameter value to the target user are required to be ensured to be smaller than the benefits brought by the presentation information.
Step S206, determining the specific resource parameter value according to the user history behavior data.
If it is determined that the number of times of generating the push popup window for the user identification information is smaller than a preset threshold value and/or the accumulated resource parameter value is smaller than a preset parameter value in a preset time period, determining that the push popup window including a preset control needs to be generated, and determining a specific resource parameter value by using historical behavior data of the user before generating the push popup window, specifically, determining the specific resource parameter value by any one of the following methods:
the method comprises the following steps: based on the historical behavior data of the user, counting the triggering operation times of the target user on the preset control; and determining a specific resource parameter value corresponding to the data resource according to the triggering operation times.
Specifically, the correspondence relationship between the number of trigger operations and the specific resource parameter value is preset, for example, the number of trigger operations is 1 time—the specific resource parameter value 60, and the number of trigger operations is 2 time—the specific resource parameter value 720, which is only exemplified here.
Each triggering operation of the preset control by the user is recorded, if the user performs the triggering operation on the preset control, the triggering times of the preset control are recorded in the user history behavior data, so that the triggering operation times of the target user on the preset control can be counted based on the user history behavior data, and after the triggering operation times are counted, specific resource parameter values corresponding to the data resources are inquired and determined according to the triggering operation times.
Here, the data resource is taken as an electronic book member and the resource parameter value is taken as a member duration as an example, and for a user clicking a preset control for 1 time, the user gives the member duration for 60 minutes without being a member. For a user clicking 2 times the preset control, the member is gifted for 720 minutes. For the user who clicks the preset control for 3 times, the member authority of the whole day of the current day can be opened for the user.
The second method is as follows: acquiring user attribute information of a target user; and inputting the user attribute information and the user historical behavior data into a pre-trained parameter calculation model for calculation to obtain a specific resource parameter value corresponding to the data resource.
The user attribute information is information for representing user characteristics, for example, including age, gender, residence, work place and the like, a parameter calculation model is trained in advance, and can be used for calculating a special resource parameter value corresponding to a data resource allocated to a target user, wherein input data trained by the parameter calculation model are user attribute information and user historical behavior data; the output data is the resource parameter value of the data resource; the loss function parameters include: push popup exposure, preset control click amount, push popup closing times and the like.
The user attribute information is stored in an attribute database, the attribute database can be queried based on the user identification to acquire the user attribute information, after the user attribute information of the target user is acquired, the user attribute information and the user history behavior data are input into a pre-trained parameter calculation model to be calculated, and the specific resource parameter value corresponding to the data resource is obtained, so that thousands of people and thousands of sides are realized, namely, the calculated specific resource parameter values are different for different target users.
Taking a data resource as an electronic book member as an example, the final output of the parameter calculation model is member duration, and the parameter types related to the loss function can include: the video advertisement income of a single user on the same day, the related statistical data of the popup advertisement position, the user complaint amount of the popup advertisement function, the popup closing amount and the like, wherein the related statistical data of the popup advertisement position comprises: revenue data, request volume data, return volume data, exposure volume data, and click volume data for an ad spot. And calculating exposure/click data (TD) of the popup window according to the related statistical data, and adjusting the popup number of the popup window when the TD is lower than a set value so as to improve the TD. The user complaint amount of the popup window advertisement function reflects the degree of conflict of the user on pushing the popup window, when the user complaint amount is large, target users are strictly screened, the throwing crowd is reduced, the popup window display frequency is reduced, and the user complaint and the advertisement income are balanced.
In the case that the advertising benefit of a single user does not reach the standard (for example, 3 clicks on a video advertisement) sufficiently, when the above parameter calculation model is used to calculate the member duration of an e-book member, the member durations given by different users clicking on the video advertisement are different, for example, when users having higher interest in advertisement browsing click on the video advertisement, the given member durations are shorter.
Step S207, a push popup window containing a preset control is generated, wherein the preset control is associated with a data resource of a specific resource parameter value.
After determining the specific resource parameter value, the server generates a push popup window containing a preset control, wherein the preset control is associated with a data resource of the specific resource parameter value, and the data resource can be a welfare resource, for example, an electronic book member free of information presentation, a point, and the like, and the specific resource parameter value is used for measuring the data resource, for example, a member duration and a point value. The preset control is mainly used for determining whether to trigger the preset control to acquire the data resource of the specific resource parameter value according to actual needs, for example, the preset control is an 'immediate acquisition' control. The push popup window can also comprise preset prompt information for prompting a target user to view the presentation information to obtain corresponding data resources. Pushing is performed in a pushing popup window mode, and light interference is achieved for a user.
Step S208, analyzing the user reading behavior data contained in the user history behavior data to determine pop-up setting information corresponding to the push popup window.
Wherein, the pop-up setting information specifically specifies when the client pops up the push popup window.
Specifically, in order to improve the reading experience of the user and avoid the loss of the user, when the electronic book is just opened, the client is not controlled to pop up the pushing popup window immediately to push information to the user, but is opened after delay. The pop-up timing of the push pop-up window may be determined based on user reading behavior data contained in the user history behavior data. For example, by analyzing the user reading behavior data contained in the user history behavior data, if the average single reading duration of the target user is found to be 20 minutes, it can be determined that the pop-up setting information corresponding to the push popup window is that the push popup window pops up when the user reads for 10 minutes. In addition, pop-up setting information corresponding to the push popup window can be determined according to the number of single average reading e-book pages.
Step S209, the pop-up setting information and the push popup window are sent to the client side, so that the client side pops up the push popup window at a preset position of the electronic book reading interface according to the pop-up setting information, and display presentation information when a preset control in the push popup window is triggered.
After the push popup window is generated and the pop-up setting information corresponding to the push popup window is determined, the server returns the pop-up setting information and the push popup window to the client, the push popup window is displayed to the user through the client, specifically, the client can match the current time with the pop-up setting information to determine whether to pop-up the push popup window, when the current time reaches the time specified by the pop-up setting information, the client can pop-up the push popup window at a preset position of the electronic book reading interface, for example, pop-up the push popup window at the bottom of the electronic book reading interface, as shown in fig. 2B. When a user wants to acquire the data resource with the specific resource parameter value, the user can trigger a preset control in the push popup, and presentation information is displayed to the user when the preset control in the push popup is triggered.
Step S210, when the presentation information is successfully presented, data resources corresponding to the specific resource parameter values are allocated to the target user.
When the preset control in the push popup window is triggered, presentation information is displayed to the user, and when the presentation information is successfully displayed, the server side can allocate data resources corresponding to the specific resource parameter values to the target user, and the target user can enjoy corresponding rights during reading of the electronic book after obtaining the data resources of the specific resource parameter values, for example, the data resources are electronic book members free of presentation information, and the specific resource parameter values are electronic book member durations, for example, 20 minutes or 30 minutes, etc., which are only illustrative herein, and the method is not limited in any way. The presentation information may be video advertisements, advertisement pictures, and the like.
Specifically, the user clicks an 'immediate get' control, jumps to the video advertisement, and after the video advertisement is browsed, the client obtains the permission of the e-book member corresponding to the set duration a, and the permission enables the user to not see the advertisement any more within 20 minutes; further, after the duration of the e-book member expires, the push popup window may be popped up again to encourage the user to click to view the video advertisement, and obtain the e-book member permission corresponding to the set duration b.
Typically, a user who has clicked on the "get immediately" control will not exclude video advertisements, and the probability of the user clicking again is higher. After the user clicks the "get immediately" control and assigns a corresponding member duration to the user, the video advertisement can be continuously pushed to the user to excite the video advertisement clicking behavior of the user, so as to fully discover the advertisement benefits of the user.
In an optional embodiment of the present invention, when the analysis determines that the user history behavior data includes a user closing operation record for the push popup, it is determined that the user corresponding to the user history behavior data is a non-target user.
In addition to the preset control, the push popup may further include a closing control or no longer display control, if the user does not want to obtain a corresponding data resource by looking up the presentation information, the user may select to close the push popup, and the operation of closing the push popup performed by the user may be recorded, so when it is determined by analysis that the user history behavior data includes a record of the closing operation of the user for the push popup, it may be determined that the user corresponding to the user history behavior data is a non-target user. For a non-target user, the push popup window is no longer popped up to the user.
According to the scheme provided by the embodiment of the invention, the historical behavior data of the user is analyzed and processed, and under the condition that the user is determined to be the target user, the target user is directionally pushed, so that the reading disturbance of non-target users is avoided, and the overall user retention rate is improved; by generating the push popup window and determining pop-up setting information corresponding to the push popup window based on user reading behavior data, the client terminal pops up the push popup window based on the pop-up setting information, so that light disturbance to a user is realized, transitional disturbance to the user is avoided, user reading experience is improved, and user retention rate is improved.
