After the browsing track sub-tag is operated, the track acquisition sub-module can acquire and display the user information corresponding to the user tag. After the operation of the special attention sub-tag is performed, the active attention sub-module can mark the user information corresponding to the user tag as active user information, and then in the subsequent process, if a browsed trace is newly added to the active user information, the active user information can be pushed to a visual villa user management platform in real time for display.
In some embodiments of the invention, the user tag further comprises a disable sub-tag; the user information acquisition module also comprises a concern forbidding submodule. And the attention forbidding submodule is used for marking the user information corresponding to the user tag as user forbidding information after the attention forbidding submodule accesses the user forbidding sub tag, and forbidding the user information to forbid reading the information.
The user tags further comprise prohibited sub-tags, after the salesperson operates the static sub-tags, the prohibited attention sub-module marks the corresponding user information as the prohibited user information, and the content in the prohibited user information is no longer displayed in the visual villa user management platform. In this way, some clients which are no longer the object of sales can be temporarily blocked, and the server still stores the browsed trace of the user, but no longer displays the browsed trace in the visual villa user management platform.
According to the computer-readable storage medium of the embodiment of the third aspect of the invention, the computer-readable storage medium stores computer-executable instructions for causing a computer to execute the above-mentioned user information management method for villa sales.
Computer-readable storage media according to embodiments of the present invention may facilitate storage and transfer of computer-executable instructions by the storage media.

Claims (10)
1. A user information management method for villa sales, comprising the steps of:
constructing a plurality of user tags in a visual villa user management platform, wherein the user tags correspond to user information one by one, and each user information comprises a plurality of browsed tracks of a user on a client and browsing time information corresponding to the browsed tracks;
and responding to the access of the user tag, displaying the user information corresponding to the accessed user tag in the visual villa user management platform, and sequentially or reversely displaying the plurality of browsed tracks according to the sequence of the corresponding browsing time information.
2. The user information management method for villa sales of claim 1, further comprising the steps of, after the responding to the access to the user tag:
obtaining the access time of the user label;
acquiring last access time of last access to the user tag;
and acquiring the browsed track and the browsing time information from the last access time to the current access time in the user information corresponding to the accessed user tag, and displaying the browsed track and the browsing time information in the visual villa user management platform.
3. The user information management method for villa sales of claim 1, wherein the establishing of the user information comprises the steps of:
acquiring the browsed track of the user on the client and the browsing time information corresponding to the browsed track;
and writing the browsed track and the browsing time information into corresponding user information in a user information database, wherein the user information is established when the user accesses the client for the first time.
4. The user information management method for villa sales of claim 1, wherein the user information further comprises browsing duration information corresponding to the browsed track, the user information management method for villa sales further comprising the steps of:
if the browsing duration information exceeds preset pushing time threshold information, pushing the browsed track corresponding to the browsing duration information to the visual villa user management platform for displaying.
5. The user information management method for villa sales of claim 1, further comprising the steps of:
marking the browsing times of the same browsed track in the user information, wherein the browsing times mark is used for representing the times of accessing the browsed track;
and synchronously displaying the browsing times mark when the visualized villa user management platform displays the browsed track.
6. The user information management method for villa sales of claim 1, wherein the user tab comprises a browse track sub-tab, a special interest sub-tab;
the step of responding to the access of the user tag and displaying the user information corresponding to the accessed user tag in the visual villa user management platform comprises the following steps:
responding to the access of the browsing track sub-label, and displaying the user information corresponding to the accessed user label in the visual villa user management platform;
and responding to the access to the special attention sub-tag, marking the user information corresponding to the user tag as active user information, and if a browsed track is newly added in the active user information, pushing and displaying the newly added browsed track to the visual villa user management platform.
7. The user information management method for villa sales of claim 6, wherein the user ticket further comprises a prohibition sub ticket;
the step of responding to the access of the user tag and displaying the user information corresponding to the accessed user tag in the visual villa user management platform further comprises the following steps:
and in response to the access to the prohibited sub-tag, marking the user information corresponding to the user tag as prohibited user information, wherein the prohibited user information prohibits reading information.
8. A user information management system for villa sales, comprising:
the system comprises a visual villa user management platform, a plurality of user tags and a plurality of pieces of user information, wherein the user tags are constructed on the visual villa user management platform and correspond to the user information one by one, and each piece of user information comprises a plurality of browsed tracks of a user on a client and browsing time information corresponding to the browsed tracks;
and the user information acquisition module is used for displaying the user information corresponding to the accessed user tag in the visual villa user management platform after the user tag is accessed, and displaying the plurality of browsed tracks in sequence or in reverse order according to the sequence of the corresponding browsing time information.
9. The user information management system for villa sales of claim 8, wherein the user tab comprises a browse track sub-tab, a special interest sub-tab;
the user information acquisition module includes:
the track acquisition sub-module is used for displaying the user information corresponding to the accessed user tag in the visual villa user management platform after the browsing track sub-tag is accessed;
and the active attention submodule is used for marking the user information corresponding to the user tag as active user information after the special attention sub-tag is accessed.
