Claims (8)

1. A work type information management method is characterized by comprising the following steps:
acquiring work information management requirements;
the step of acquiring the work type information management requirement comprises the following steps:
acquiring input information of input equipment;
truncating the input information according to a preset truncating rule to obtain a plurality of information segments, wherein the information segments form an information segment set;
matching each information segment in the information segment set with a work type list or a work management information type list to obtain matching degree;
determining the work type and the work management information type according to the matching degree to obtain work information management requirements consisting of the work type and the work management information type;
configuring corresponding staff information according to the work information management requirement, and updating a database according to the staff information;
wherein the truncation rule comprises: counting the number of characters of input information, setting a truncated character number set, selecting elements in the truncated character number set as truncated character numbers, truncating the input information according to the truncated character numbers, repeatedly selecting the elements in the truncated character number set as truncated character numbers, and truncating the input information according to the truncated character numbers until all elements in the truncated character number set are traversed.
2. The work category information management method of claim 1, wherein said work category information management requirements include at least a work category type and a work category management information type,
the step of configuring corresponding staff information according to the work information management requirement and updating a database according to the staff information comprises the following steps:
extracting a corresponding work type information list according to the work type;
configuring the work type information list according to the work type management information type to obtain employee information;
and updating the database according to the employee information.
3. The work category information management method according to claim 2, wherein the step of configuring the work category information list according to the work category management information type to obtain the employee information comprises:
comparing the work type management information type with the work type information list to obtain a comparison result;
and according to the comparison result, adding and/or deleting the work type management information in the work type information list to obtain the employee information.
4. The work category information management method according to claim 1 or 2, wherein before the step of configuring corresponding employee information according to the work category information management requirement and updating the database according to the employee information, the method further comprises:
and verifying the acquisition source of the work information management requirement, if the verification is passed, configuring corresponding staff information according to the work information management requirement, and updating a database according to the staff information.
5. A work type information management device, comprising:
the demand acquisition module is used for acquiring the work information management demand;
the demand acquisition module is further configured to implement: acquiring input information of input equipment; truncating the input information according to a preset truncating rule to obtain a plurality of information segments, wherein the information segments form an information segment set; matching each information segment in the information segment set with a work type list or a work management information type list to obtain matching degree; determining the work type and the work management information type according to the matching degree to obtain work information management requirements consisting of the work type and the work management information type;
wherein the truncation rule comprises: counting the number of characters of input information, setting a truncated character number set, selecting elements in the truncated character number set as truncated character numbers, truncating the input information according to the truncated character numbers, repeatedly selecting the elements in the truncated character number set as truncated character numbers, and truncating the input information according to the truncated character numbers until all elements in the truncated character number set are traversed;
the information configuration module is used for configuring corresponding employee information according to the work information management requirement;
and the information storage module comprises a plurality of databases and is used for updating the databases according to the employee information generated by the configuration of the information configuration module.
6. The work category information management device according to claim 5, further comprising:
and the verification module is used for verifying the acquisition source of the work information management requirement.

A work category information management apparatus comprising a processor, a memory, and a work category information management program or instructions stored on the memory and executable on the processor, the work category information management program or instructions when executed by the processor implementing the steps of the work category information management method of any one of claims 1 to 4.
8. A readable storage medium having stored thereon a work category information management program or instructions which, when executed by a processor, implement the steps of the work category information management method of any one of claims 1 to 4.
