and if the number of times of the wrong access exceeds the target alarm threshold value, triggering an alarm function.
Based on the above structure, various embodiments of the method for managing the alarm threshold are provided.
Referring to fig. 2, fig. 2 is a flowchart illustrating a method for managing an alarm threshold according to a first embodiment of the present invention.
In the present embodiment, an embodiment of a method for managing alarm thresholds is provided, and it should be noted that although a logical order is shown in the flowchart, in some cases, the steps shown or described may be performed in an order different from that here.
Step S10, setting service quality parameters and initial alarm threshold values aiming at the online service;
the terminal equipment evaluates the accessed online service and sets corresponding service quality parameters and initial alarm threshold values aiming at the access flow of the online service.
It should be noted that, in this example, the terminal device needs to obtain the total request amount of the online service in advance, and preset the service accuracy for the online service according to the requirement of the client on the service quality, where the service accuracy is the probability that the user can correctly access the online service, and the service accuracy is not specifically limited in this embodiment. And, the quality of service parameters based on the online service include: the system comprises an error budget value, the number of times of errors which have occurred and a residual error budget value, wherein the error budget value is equal to 1 minus the result of the service accuracy multiplied by the total request quantity, and the residual error budget value is equal to the error budget value minus the number of times of errors which have occurred.
Specifically, for example, referring to the application scenario shown in fig. 3, the total requested amount for the online service acquired by the terminal device is 1000000 times, and according to the qos guarantee agreement signed with the client, the terminal device needs to ensure that the service accuracy of the online service is not lower than (equal to) 99.99%, and then, in the case that the total requested amount for the service is 1000000 times and the service accuracy is 99.99%, the error budget value may be calculated to be 100, and once it is detected that the number of times of wrong access to the online service exceeds the error budget value, the compensation agreement in the qos guarantee agreement may be triggered.
It should be noted that, in this embodiment, the quality of service parameters further include: an error budget guard value, wherein the error budget guard value is equal to the remaining error budget value divided by the error budget value, and the terminal device needs to preset a specific value of the error budget guard value according to a quality of service guarantee protocol signed with the client.
Specifically, for example, the terminal device sets the error budget guard value to 30%, that is, the remaining error budget value/error budget value is equal to 30%, and in the case where the error budget value is 100, the remaining error budget value may be calculated to be 30.
It should be noted that, in this embodiment, the terminal device also needs to preset an initial alarm threshold according to the requirement of the customer on the service quality, and will send an alarm to the operation and maintenance staff when detecting that the number of times of wrong access exceeds the initial alarm threshold.
Step S20, judging whether the real-time request quantity of the on-line service can trigger a preset alarm threshold value adjusting function;
it should be noted that, in this embodiment, the terminal device needs to set a check frequency in advance, check whether an error occurs when the user accesses the online service at regular time according to the check frequency, and count the number of times of access errors and the current request amount in the check time period.
Specifically, for example, the terminal device sets the check frequency to 1 minute in advance, that is, the time interval between the current check and the next check is 1 minute, the terminal device will need to perform the next check after 1 minute after completing the current check for the online service, and count the number of service access errors in the check time period after completing each check, and calculate the remaining error budget value according to the error budget value, and count the current request amount in the check time period after completing each check, and determine whether the current request amount can trigger the preset alarm threshold adjustment function.
Further, in the step S20, the determining whether the real-time request amount of the online service can trigger the preset alarm threshold adjustment function may include:
step S201, determining a triggering condition of the alarm threshold value adjusting function, and acquiring an increasing proportion of the real-time request quantity;
it should be noted that, in this example, after the alarm threshold adjustment function is preset, the terminal device may not directly invoke the alarm threshold adjustment function, but needs to preset a trigger condition, and the terminal device may execute the alarm threshold adjustment operation only when it is determined that the real-time request amount for the online service satisfies the trigger condition.
Specifically, for example, the terminal device sets in advance a trigger condition for triggering the alarm threshold adjustment function, where the trigger condition is that the alarm threshold adjustment function can be triggered only when the rising proportion of the real-time request amount is greater than 150%, and the alarm threshold adjustment function cannot be invoked, that is, the initial alarm threshold cannot be adjusted, when the rising proportion of the real-time request amount is less than or equal to 150%.
Specifically, for example, after acquiring the real-time request amount a in the current check time period, the terminal device compares the real-time request amount a with the real-time request amount b acquired in the adjacent last check time period, and calculates an increasing proportion of the current real-time request amount a to the real-time request amount b acquired in the adjacent last check time period, where the increasing proportion is calculated according to the following rule: [ (a-b)/b ] 100%. For example, the real-time request amount in the current checking time period acquired by the terminal device is 600, the real-time request amount in the adjacent last checking time period acquired by the terminal device is 200, and the rising proportion of the real-time request amount is 200% calculated according to the calculation rule of the rising proportion.
Step S202, if the rising proportion meets the triggering condition, judging that the real-time request quantity can trigger the alarm threshold value adjusting function;
the terminal device sets a trigger condition for the alarm threshold value adjusting function in advance, compares the rising proportion with the trigger condition after acquiring the rising proportion of the real-time request amount in the current checking time period, judges whether the rising proportion meets the trigger condition, and can execute the alarm threshold value adjusting operation for the initial alarm threshold value when the rising proportion meets the trigger condition.
Specifically, for example, the terminal device obtains the real-time request amount in the current checking time period and the real-time request amount in the adjacent last checking time period, and obtaining the rising proportion of the real-time request quantity in the current checking time period according to the calculation rule of the rising proportion, if the rising proportion of the real-time request quantity in the current checking time period is 200%, the triggering condition at this time indicates that the alarm threshold adjustment function can be triggered only when the rising proportion of the real-time request amount is greater than 150%, the alarm threshold adjustment function cannot be triggered when the rising proportion is less than or equal to 150%, and the alarm threshold adjustment function is judged, the triggering condition for triggering the alarm threshold adjustment function is satisfied when the rising proportion of the real-time request amount is 200%, therefore, the terminal device can perform alarm threshold adjustment operation aiming at the initial alarm threshold so as to generate the alarm threshold to be evaluated based on the initial alarm threshold.
Step S202, if the rising proportion does not meet the triggering condition, judging that the real-time request quantity can not trigger the alarm threshold value adjusting function.
And when the terminal equipment judges that the rising proportion does not meet the triggering condition, the terminal equipment cannot execute alarm threshold value adjustment operation aiming at the initial alarm threshold value.
Specifically, for example, the terminal device obtains that the rising proportion of the real-time request amount based on the current check time period is 50%, and the trigger condition at this time indicates that the alarm threshold adjustment function can be triggered only when the rising proportion of the real-time request amount is greater than 150%, and it is determined that the trigger condition for triggering the alarm threshold adjustment function is not satisfied when the rising proportion of the real-time request amount is 50%, and therefore the terminal device cannot perform the alarm threshold adjustment operation with respect to the initial alarm threshold.
Further, the method for managing the alarm threshold value of the present invention further comprises:
step S30, if yes, adjusting the initial alarm threshold value through the alarm threshold value adjusting function to obtain an alarm threshold value to be evaluated;
after judging that the rising proportion of the real-time request quantity meets the triggering condition of the alarm threshold value adjusting function, the terminal equipment triggers the alarm threshold value adjusting function, and adjusts the preset initial threshold value through the alarm threshold value adjusting function to obtain the alarm threshold value to be evaluated.
It should be noted that, in this embodiment, the terminal device needs to preset an implementation manner of the alarm threshold adjustment function, and once the rising proportion of the real-time request amount of the online service meets the preset trigger condition, the terminal device adjusts the initial alarm threshold through the implementation manner.
Specifically, for example, if the rising rate of the real-time request amount based on the current check time is 200%, the preset trigger condition is a trigger condition that the alarm threshold adjustment function can be triggered only when the rising rate of the real-time request amount is greater than 150%. And the terminal equipment multiplies the rising proportion of the real-time request quantity in the current checking time period by the initial alarm threshold value, and sets the obtained result as the alarm threshold value to be evaluated. For example, under the condition that the rising proportion of the real-time alarm threshold amount is 200% and the initial alarm threshold amount is 5, the terminal device calculates and obtains the alarm threshold to be evaluated as 10 through the implementation mode. And if the rising proportion of the real-time request quantity is detected to be reduced from 200% to below 150%, the terminal equipment readjusts the alarm threshold value from the alarm threshold value to be evaluated to the initial alarm threshold value.
It should be noted that, in this example, the terminal device needs to adjust the initial alarm threshold according to the change of the real-time request amount of the online service or according to the change of the access flow of the online service, for example, once the real-time request amount of the online service is increased sharply, the terminal device obtains the rising proportion of the real-time request amount, and triggers the alarm threshold adjustment function according to the rising proportion, and then increases the initial alarm threshold by the alarm threshold adjustment function, and monitors whether the online service has an incorrect access operation according to the increased alarm threshold, that is, the alarm threshold to be evaluated. The terminal equipment monitors the online service in real time by setting a dynamic alarm threshold value based on the rising proportion of the real-time request quantity of the online service. The method that the terminal equipment monitors the online service through the dynamic alarm threshold is generally suitable for scenes that the service index is easy to change along with time, the service index range has uncertainty, the fluctuation range of the service index is large, and the like. Once the rising proportion of the real-time request quantity of the online service is detected to meet the triggering condition for triggering the alarm threshold value adjusting function, the terminal equipment increases the initial alarm threshold value through the alarm threshold value adjusting function to obtain the alarm threshold value to be evaluated, and at the moment, some online services which are about to exhaust wrong budget values lose the service quality target under the condition that the online services are not known by operation and maintenance personnel, so that the service quality commitment in the service quality guarantee protocol is triggered, and further the loss of enterprises is caused.
Specifically, for example, referring to the application scenario shown in fig. 3, after acquiring that the total service request amount for the online service is 1000000 times, according to a service quality assurance protocol signed with the client, the terminal device needs to ensure that the service accuracy of the online service is at least 99.99%, that is, in the case that the total service request amount is 1000000 times and the service accuracy is 99.99%, the terminal device may calculate the error budget value of the online service to be 100 times, that is, the number of times of error accesses that can be allowed to occur when the user accesses the online service cannot exceed 100 times. If the terminal device obtains that the rising proportion of the real-time request amount in the current checking time period is 200%, the initial alarm threshold value is adjusted from 5 to 10 by the alarm threshold value adjusting function, the obtained alarm threshold value to be evaluated is 10, at this time, the number of wrong accesses of the service on a certain line is accumulated to 90 times, namely, the wrong pre-calculated value is reached, but since the initial alarm threshold value is adjusted from 5 to 10, the terminal device cannot send an alarm to the operation and maintenance personnel when detecting that the number of wrong accesses exceeds 5 times, only when detecting that the number of wrong accesses exceeds 10 times, the alarm is sent to the operation and maintenance personnel, and finally, the number of wrong accesses is accumulated to exceed 100 times, because the correct service rate is 99.99% when the wrong pre-calculated value is 100 times, when the wrong pre-calculated value reaches 200 times, the correct service rate is reduced to 99.98%, and the terminal device loses the service quality target, violating the quality of service assurance agreement with the customer.
Further, the method for managing the alarm threshold value of the present invention further comprises:
step S40, according to the service quality parameter and the preset alarm threshold value adjusting rule, the alarm threshold value to be evaluated is checked to determine the target alarm threshold value.
The terminal device presets an alarm threshold value adjusting rule, verifies the alarm threshold value to be evaluated based on the error budget value, the residual error budget value and the error budget warning value of the online service, judges whether the alarm threshold value to be evaluated accords with the preset alarm threshold value adjusting rule or not, and determines a target alarm threshold value according to a verification result.
It should be noted that, in this embodiment, when the terminal device sets the alarm threshold adjustment rule in advance, the terminal device needs to determine the alarm threshold adjustment rule according to the error budget value, the remaining error budget value, and the error budget warning value. If so, the terminal device pre-constructs the relationship among the alarm threshold value to be evaluated, the error budget value, the residual error budget value and the error budget warning value, and after obtaining the specific residual error budget value, substitutes the residual error budget value into the relationship to check whether the residual error budget value meets the relationship.
Further, at step S40, the method may further include:
step S401, according to the alarm threshold to be evaluated and the service quality parameter, determining a first alarm threshold adjustment rule and a second alarm threshold adjustment rule.
In the process that the terminal device verifies the alarm threshold to be evaluated through the preset alarm threshold value adjustment rule, a first alarm threshold value adjustment rule and a second alarm threshold value adjustment rule are determined based on the alarm threshold value to be evaluated, the error budget value, the residual error budget value and the error budget warning value, so that a target alarm threshold value is determined through the first alarm threshold value adjustment rule and the second alarm threshold value adjustment rule.
It should be noted that, in this embodiment, the essence of setting the alarm threshold adjustment rule by the terminal device is to pre-construct a relationship between the alarm threshold to be evaluated, the error budget value, the remaining error budget value, and the error budget warning value, that is, the alarm threshold adjustment rule includes: a first alarm threshold adjustment rule and a second alarm threshold adjustment rule.
Specifically, for example, the terminal device sets a first alarm threshold value adjustment rule and a second alarm threshold value adjustment rule in advance based on the alarm threshold value to be evaluated, the error budget value, the remaining error budget value, and the error budget warning value. And the first alarm threshold value adjusting rule is that the alarm threshold value to be evaluated is larger than and/or equal to the residual error budget value.
Step S402, checking whether the residual error budget value of the service quality parameter accords with the first alarm threshold value adjusting rule and the second alarm threshold value adjusting rule to obtain a checking result;
in this embodiment, the quality of service parameters include: the error budget remains. The terminal equipment checks the residual error budget value through a first alarm threshold value adjusting rule and a second alarm threshold value adjusting rule, and judges whether the residual error budget value accords with the first alarm threshold value adjusting rule and the second alarm threshold value adjusting rule, so that a checking result that the residual error budget value accords with the first alarm threshold value adjusting rule and/or the second alarm threshold value adjusting rule is obtained.
Specifically, for example, referring to the application scenario shown in fig. 3, the terminal device sets a first alarm threshold adjustment rule in advance, obtains that the total service request amount (illustrated service request amount) of the online service is 1000000, the service accuracy rate is 99.99%, the initial alarm threshold is 5, the alarm threshold to be evaluated is 10, and the error budget guard value is 30%, calculates the error budget value of the online service to be 100 based on the total service request amount 1000000, the service accuracy rate is 99.99%, the alarm threshold to be evaluated is 10, and the error budget guard value is 30%, and substitutes the error budget guard value, the error budget value, and the remaining error budget value into the first alarm threshold adjustment rule to determine whether the first alarm threshold adjustment rule is met.
And S403, determining a target alarm threshold according to the detection result.
In this embodiment, the terminal device pre-constructs a relation between an alarm threshold to be evaluated, an error budget value, a remaining error budget value, and an error budget guard value, that is, an alarm threshold adjustment rule, and after obtaining a specific remaining error budget value for a certain online service, substitutes the remaining error budget value into a preset alarm threshold adjustment rule, and verifies whether the remaining error budget value conforms to the alarm threshold adjustment rule to obtain a verification result, so as to determine a target alarm threshold based on that the remaining error budget value represented by the verification result conforms to the first alarm threshold adjustment rule and/or the second alarm threshold adjustment rule.
It should be noted that, in the present embodiment, the error budget value is a total amount, i.e. the number of times of error accesses allowed to occur during the entire online service process, and accordingly, the remaining error budget value and the error budget warning value are also based on the total amount of the entire service process. Therefore, the terminal device takes into account the quality of service target in the quality of service guarantee protocol when setting the first alarm threshold adjustment rule and the second alarm threshold adjustment rule, wherein the quality of service target includes the service accuracy.
In this example, the terminal device evaluates the accessed online service, and sets a quality of service parameter and an initial alarm threshold according to the service access traffic of the online service. And the terminal equipment counts the real-time request quantity in the current check time and judges whether the real-time request quantity can trigger a preset alarm threshold value adjusting function. After judging that the rising proportion of the real-time request quantity meets the triggering condition of the alarm threshold value adjusting function, the terminal equipment triggers the alarm threshold value adjusting function, and adjusts the preset initial threshold value through the alarm threshold value adjusting function to generate the alarm threshold value to be evaluated. Before the terminal equipment verifies the alarm threshold value to be evaluated through a preset alarm threshold value adjusting rule, the terminal equipment needs to manage and adjust the rule based on the alarm threshold value to be evaluated, the error budget value, the residual error budget value and the error budget warning value alarm threshold value so as to determine the target alarm threshold value through the rule. The terminal device presets an alarm threshold value adjusting rule, checks the alarm threshold value to be evaluated obtained by the alarm threshold value adjusting function based on the error budget value, the residual error budget value and the error budget warning value of the online service, judges whether the alarm threshold value to be evaluated meets the preset alarm threshold value adjusting rule or not, and determines a target alarm threshold value according to the checking result.
The invention can improve the alarm accuracy of the monitoring system, ensure the service quality of online service and avoid the problem of service quality reduction caused by the fact that the monitoring system fails to give an alarm to operation and maintenance personnel in time.
Further, based on the above first embodiment of the method for managing an alarm threshold of the present invention, a second embodiment of the method for managing an alarm threshold of the present invention is provided.
The main difference between this embodiment and the first embodiment described above is that, in this embodiment, the step S403 described above, "determining a target alarm threshold according to the inspection result" may include:
step S4031, if the verification result is that the residual error budget value only accords with the first alarm threshold value adjustment rule, determining the initial alarm threshold value as a target alarm threshold value;
the terminal equipment checks the residual error budget value through the first alarm threshold value adjusting rule, and after judgment, if the result obtained by checking shows that the residual error budget value accords with the first alarm threshold value adjusting rule, the terminal equipment sets the initial alarm threshold value as a target alarm threshold value.
Specifically, for example, after obtaining that the initial alarm threshold is 5, the alarm threshold to be evaluated is 10, the error budget warning value is 30%, the error budget value is 100, and the remaining error budget value is 50, the terminal device checks whether the remaining error budget value conforms to the first alarm threshold adjustment rule, and after checking that the remaining error budget value conforms to the first alarm threshold adjustment rule, at this time, the terminal device sets the initial alarm threshold 5 as the target alarm threshold.
It should be noted that, in this embodiment, please refer to the application scenario shown in fig. 3, where the total service request amount of the online service is 1000000 times, the service accuracy is 99.99%, the target alarm threshold is 5, the alarm threshold to be evaluated is 10, the error budget warning value is 30%, and the error budget value is 100, as long as the remaining error budget value is within a range greater than and/or equal to 30 and less than and/or equal to 100, it may be verified that the remaining error budget value meets the first alarm threshold adjustment rule, and the terminal device sets the initial alarm threshold as the target alarm threshold, where the target alarm threshold is 5.
Step S4032, if the verification result is that the remaining error budget value simultaneously conforms to the first alarm threshold adjustment rule and the second alarm threshold adjustment rule, set the alarm threshold to be evaluated as a target alarm threshold.
And the terminal equipment checks the residual error budget value through a first alarm threshold value adjusting rule and a second alarm threshold value adjusting rule, and after judgment, if the result obtained by checking shows that the residual error budget value accords with the first alarm threshold value adjusting rule and also accords with the second alarm threshold value adjusting rule, the terminal equipment sets the alarm threshold value to be evaluated as a target alarm threshold value.
Specifically, for example, after acquiring that the initial alarm threshold is 5, the alarm threshold to be evaluated is 10, the error budget warning value is 30%, the error budget value is 100, and the remaining error budget value is 20, the terminal device checks whether the remaining error budget value conforms to the first alarm threshold adjustment rule and the second alarm threshold adjustment rule, and after checking that the remaining error budget value conforms to the first alarm threshold adjustment rule and also conforms to the second alarm threshold adjustment rule, at this time, the terminal device sets the alarm threshold to be evaluated as the target alarm threshold.
It should be noted that, in this embodiment, please refer to the application scenario shown in fig. 3, where a total service request amount of the online service is 1000000, a service accuracy is 99.99%, an alarm threshold to be evaluated is 10, an error budget warning value is 30%, and an error budget value is 100, as long as a remaining error budget value is within a range greater than and/or equal to 10 and less than 30, it can be verified that the remaining error budget value conforms to a first alarm threshold adjustment rule and conforms to a second alarm threshold adjustment rule, the terminal device sets the alarm threshold to be evaluated as a target alarm threshold, and the target alarm threshold at this time is 10.
Step S4033, if the verification result indicates that the remaining error budget value does not conform to the first alarm threshold adjustment rule and the second alarm threshold adjustment rule, set the remaining error budget value as a target alarm threshold.
And the terminal equipment checks the residual error budget value through a first alarm threshold value adjusting rule and a second alarm threshold value adjusting rule, and if the result obtained by checking shows that the residual error budget value does not accord with the first alarm threshold value adjusting rule and does not accord with the second alarm threshold value adjusting rule, the terminal equipment sets the residual error budget value as a target alarm threshold value.
Specifically, for example, after acquiring that the initial alarm threshold is 5, the alarm threshold to be evaluated is 10, the error budget warning value is 30%, the error budget value is 100, and the remaining error budget value is 4, the terminal device checks whether the remaining error budget value meets the first alarm threshold adjustment rule and the second alarm threshold adjustment rule, and after checking, the remaining error budget value does not meet the first alarm threshold adjustment rule and does not meet the second alarm threshold adjustment rule, at this time, the terminal device sets the remaining error budget value as a target alarm threshold, and at this time, the target alarm threshold is 4.
It should be noted that, in this embodiment, please refer to the application scenario shown in fig. 3, where the total service request amount of the online service is 1000000, the service accuracy is 99.99%, the alarm threshold to be evaluated is 10, the error budget warning value is 30%, and the error budget value is 100, as long as the remaining error budget value is within a range greater than and/or equal to 0 and less than 10, it can be verified that the remaining error budget value does not conform to the first alarm threshold adjustment rule and does not conform to the second alarm threshold adjustment rule, and the terminal device sets the remaining error budget value as the target alarm threshold.
In this embodiment, the terminal device sets a first alarm threshold adjustment rule and a second alarm threshold adjustment rule in advance based on the alarm threshold to be evaluated, the error budget value, the remaining error budget value, and the error budget warning value, and after acquiring the specific alarm threshold to be evaluated, the error budget value, the remaining error budget value, and the error budget warning value for the online service, checks whether the alarm threshold to be evaluated, the error budget value, the remaining error budget value, and the error budget warning value conform to the first alarm threshold adjustment rule and the second alarm threshold adjustment rule. The terminal equipment verifies that the alarm threshold to be evaluated, the error budget value, the residual error budget value and the error budget warning value accord with a first alarm threshold value adjusting rule and accord with a second alarm threshold value adjusting rule, and at the moment, the terminal equipment sets the alarm threshold to be evaluated as a target alarm threshold value. The terminal equipment checks that the alarm threshold to be evaluated, the error budget value, the residual error budget value and the error budget warning value accord with a first alarm threshold value adjusting rule but do not accord with a second alarm threshold value adjusting rule, and at the moment, the terminal equipment sets the initial alarm threshold value as a target alarm threshold value. The terminal equipment checks that the alarm threshold to be evaluated, the error budget value, the residual error budget value and the error budget warning value do not accord with a first alarm threshold value adjusting rule and a second alarm threshold value adjusting rule, and at the moment, the terminal equipment sets the residual error budget value as a target alarm threshold value.
Further, based on the first embodiment and the first embodiment of the method for managing an alarm threshold value of the present invention, a third embodiment of the method for managing an alarm threshold value of the present invention is provided.
The main difference between this embodiment and the first embodiment described above is that, in this embodiment, in step S40, "checking the alarm threshold to be evaluated according to the quality of service parameter and the preset alarm threshold adjustment rule to determine the target alarm threshold" is followed by:
step S70, obtaining the number of times of error access aiming at the on-line service, and judging whether the number of times of error access exceeds the target alarm threshold value;
the terminal equipment checks whether the user has errors when accessing the online service according to a preset checking frequency, counts and obtains the number of wrong access times aiming at the online service, compares the number of wrong access times with a target alarm threshold value, and judges whether the number of wrong access times exceeds the target alarm threshold value.
Specifically, for example, the terminal device checks every 1 minute whether the user makes an error while accessing the online service, counts the number of erroneous accesses within the check period, and compares the number of erroneous accesses with the target alarm threshold.
And step S70, if the number of times of the wrong access exceeds the target alarm threshold, triggering an alarm function.
And after acquiring the number of wrong accesses within the checking time period, the terminal equipment judges whether the number of wrong accesses exceeds the target alarm threshold, if so, triggers an alarm function and sends an alarm to operation and maintenance personnel through the alarm function.
Specifically, for example, please refer to the application scenario shown in fig. 3, where the number of times of wrong access acquired by the terminal device in the checking time period is 6, and if the target alarm threshold is 5, it may be determined that the number of times of wrong access exceeds the target alarm threshold, and at this time, the alarm function is triggered, and an alarm message is sent to the operation and maintenance staff through the alarm function.
In this embodiment, the terminal device checks whether the user makes an error when accessing the online service at a preset checking frequency, counts the number of wrong accesses to the online service, compares the number of wrong accesses with a target alarm threshold, and determines whether the number of wrong accesses exceeds the target alarm threshold. If the number of times of the wrong access exceeds the target alarm threshold value, an alarm function is triggered, and an alarm message is sent to operation and maintenance personnel through the alarm function.
