The liquid level detection module formed by related circuits of MOS tubes is adopted for liquid level detection of the septic tank, the liquid level detection module has the characteristics of low cost and high sensitivity, when the probe detects that the liquid level of the septic tank reaches the position of the probe, the liquid level detection module can output a high level signal to enter the control module, then the control module outputs a digital signal to enter the signal input end of the NB-IOT module, the NB-IOT module can transmit a wireless digital signal through a mobile wireless network, a management party is in any place, and after the wireless signal is received through communication receiving equipment, the situation of ultrahigh liquid level of the septic tank on site can be mastered at the first time so as to actively take countermeasures, the timeliness of the treatment of the ultrahigh liquid level of the septic tank is realized, and the normal life of villagers is prevented from being influenced by the ultrahigh liquid level of the septic tank.
