8. The pressure vessel blowdown splash guard of claim 4, wherein said splash guard tank further comprises a support assembly connected to an upper end of said tank body, said support assembly being connected to said skid-resistant vent member by fasteners.
9. The pressure vessel bleed splash guard of claim 8, wherein said support assembly comprises a plurality of support members, said plurality of support members being positioned within said barrel body and connected to an upper end of said barrel body.
10. The pressure vessel tapping splash guard of claim 9, wherein said support member is positioned below said anti-slip vent member, an upper surface of said support member being in contact with said anti-slip vent member.
11. The pressure vessel tapping splash guard of claim 10, wherein said support member top surface is spaced from said tank body top surface by a distance equal to a height of said slip resistant vent member.
12. The pressure vessel discharge anti-splash device of any one of claims 1 to 11, wherein the anti-splash barrel further comprises an anti-splash barrel discharge pipe, a discharge port is formed at a bottom end of the anti-splash barrel, and the discharge port is connected with the anti-splash barrel discharge pipe.
