1. An elevator hoistway is characterized by comprising a hoistway top cover precast block, a hoistway middle section precast block and a hoistway bottom base precast block which are sequentially arranged from top to bottom;
the hoistway top cover prefabricated block comprises a top and a first enclosing wall connected below the top;
the middle-section precast block of the shaft comprises a second enclosing wall, and an elevator door is arranged on the second enclosing wall;
the well subbottom precast block comprises a base and a third enclosing wall connected above the base;
the first enclosing wall, the second enclosing wall and the third enclosing wall are all concrete prefabricated enclosing walls;
a reinforcing mesh is arranged in the wall surface of the concrete prefabricated enclosing wall, a through long through hole which penetrates through the wall surface of the concrete prefabricated enclosing wall up and down is further formed in the wall surface of the concrete prefabricated enclosing wall, and a through long reinforcing steel bar is inserted into the through long through hole;
the upper ends of the through-length steel bars penetrate through the through-length through holes of the first enclosing wall to extend into the top and are welded on the connecting steel bars in the top;
the lower end of the through long steel bar penetrates into the through long through hole of the third enclosing wall, and a reserved joint bar reserved on the foundation is welded;
at least three shaft middle-section precast blocks are stacked up and down, and the through long steel bars sequentially penetrate through the shaft middle-section precast blocks stacked up and down;

the concrete prefabricated enclosing wall is also internally provided with vertical steel bars in the vertical direction, four vertical steel bars are arranged at the corners of the concrete prefabricated enclosing wall, and the four vertical steel bars are respectively abutted against and connected with inner angles of a square frame-shaped structure formed by horizontally distributed steel bars at the four corners of the concrete prefabricated enclosing wall;
the method comprises the following steps that vertical steel bars are arranged at the positions of the concrete prefabricated enclosing wall except the corner parts at equal intervals, the vertical steel bars abut against and are connected with the long sides of first sub-steel bars, one of the vertical steel bars abutting against the long sides of the same first sub-steel bar is positioned on the outer side of the first sub-steel bar, and the next adjacent vertical steel bar is positioned on the inner side of the first sub-steel bar;
be equipped with the bar recess that the opening faces up on the top surface of precast concrete enclosure, the quantity of bar recess is unanimous with the quantity that leads to long through-hole, and the position one-to-one, and the both ends of bar recess are located the both sides of wall respectively.
2. The elevator shaft as claimed in claim 1, wherein the reserved steel bars are partially staggered with the full length steel bars, and the staggered parts are welded;
the staggered part of the reserved inserted steel bar and the through long steel bar is provided with a bell mouth-shaped cover body, the upper part of the staggered part is covered by the cover body, and the outer diameter of the cover body is gradually increased from top to bottom;
the cover body is a stainless steel cover body, and the lower end face of the cover body is welded in the middle of the staggered part.
3. The elevator hoistway of claim 1, wherein the full length reinforcement is provided with a stop tab;
when the mortar is poured, one of the blocking pieces is firstly rolled over to the bottom of the concrete prefabricated enclosing wall to be poured, the bottom of the through long through hole is blocked, then the mortar is poured until the blocking piece is flush with the top of the through long through hole, then the other blocking piece is rolled down, the poured mortar is pushed to move downwards until the blocking piece is pressed tightly, and then the mortar is poured again until the blocking piece is flush with the top of the through long through hole.
4. The construction process of the elevator hoistway is characterized by comprising the following steps:
firstly, manufacturing a well top cover precast block, a well middle section precast block and a well subbase precast block, wherein a top is prefabricated on the well top cover precast block, and a base is prefabricated on the well subbase precast block; the shaft top cover prefabricated block comprises a first enclosing wall connected below the top; the middle-section precast block of the shaft comprises a second enclosing wall, and an elevator door is arranged on the second enclosing wall; the well subbottom precast block comprises a third enclosing wall connected above the base; the first enclosing wall, the second enclosing wall and the third enclosing wall are all concrete prefabricated enclosing walls;
step two, reserving dowel bars on the foundation;
step three, welding a full-length steel bar at the part, opposite to the full-length through hole of the well base precast block, in the reserved steel bar;
placing the well subbase precast block, wherein the through long steel bar extends out of the through long through hole of the well subbase precast block, the part of the reserved steel bar, which is not right opposite to the through long through hole of the well subbase precast block, is welded with the steel bar for connection in the well subbase precast block, and mortar is poured into the through long through hole of the well subbase precast block;
placing the well middle section precast block, wherein the full-length steel bar extends out of the full-length through hole of the well middle section precast block, and pouring mortar into the full-length through hole of the well base precast block;
step six, repeating the step five until the number of the prefabricated blocks in the middle section of the shaft way meets the floor requirement of a building to be additionally provided with the elevator;
placing the well top cover precast block, wherein the through long steel bar extends out of the through long through hole of the well top cover precast block, and pouring mortar into the through long through hole of the well base precast block until the through long steel bar reaches the welding position of the steel bar for connecting the through long steel bar and the well top cover precast block;
step eight, welding the through-length steel bars with the prefabricated well top cover block by using steel bars, and continuously filling mortar after welding until the through-length steel bars are flush with the top of the prefabricated well top cover block;
the first enclosing wall, the second enclosing wall and the third enclosing wall are all internally provided with horizontal distribution ribs in the horizontal direction, the horizontal distribution ribs are composed of four groups of square frame-shaped reinforcing steel bars, each group of square frame-shaped reinforcing steel bars is composed of two n-shaped first sub reinforcing steel bars, the short sides of the two first sub reinforcing steel bars face each other and are connected in a staggered way,

be equipped with the opening strip recess up on the top surface of precast concrete enclosure, the quantity of strip recess is unanimous with the quantity that leads to long through-hole, and the position one-to-one, and the both ends of strip recess are located the both sides of wall respectively.

step one, manufacturing a well top cover precast block, a well middle section precast block and a well subbase precast block, wherein the well top cover precast block is not provided with a precast top and the well subbase precast block is not provided with a precast base; the hoistway top cover precast block comprises a first enclosing wall; the well middle section precast block comprises a second enclosing wall; the well base precast block comprises a third enclosing wall; the first enclosing wall, the second enclosing wall and the third enclosing wall are all concrete prefabricated enclosing walls;
step two, reserving dowel bars on the foundation;
step three, welding a full-length steel bar at the part, opposite to the full-length through hole of the well base precast block, in the reserved steel bar;
placing the well subbase precast block, wherein the through long steel bar extends out of the through long through hole of the well subbase precast block;
placing the well middle section precast block, wherein the full-length steel bar extends out of the full-length through hole of the well middle section precast block, and pouring mortar into the full-length through hole of the well base precast block;
step six, repeating the step five until the number of the middle-section precast blocks in the shaft way meets the floor requirement of the building to be additionally provided with the elevator;
seventhly, placing the shaft top cover prefabricated block, wherein the through long steel bar extends out of the through long through hole of the shaft middle section prefabricated block;
and step eight, pouring mortar into the through long through hole of the well base precast block until the mortar is flush with the top of the well top cover precast block.
Casting a top in situ on the top of the well top cover precast block and casting a base in situ on the bottom of the well bottom precast block;
when in cast-in-place, firstly welding the connecting reinforcing steel bars and the through-length reinforcing steel bars, cutting off redundant through-length reinforcing steel bars after welding, then building a pouring template, pouring mortar into the template, and removing the template after the mortar is completely formed and dried;
the concrete prefabricated enclosing wall is also internally provided with vertical steel bars in the vertical direction, four vertical steel bars are arranged at the corners of the concrete prefabricated enclosing wall, and the four vertical steel bars are respectively abutted against and connected with inner angles of a square frame-shaped structure formed by horizontally distributed steel bars at the four corners of the concrete prefabricated enclosing wall;

the staggered parts of the reserved insertion bars and the through long steel bars are provided with bell-mouth-shaped cover bodies, the upper parts of the staggered parts are covered by the cover bodies, and the outer diameters of the cover bodies are gradually increased from top to bottom.
