技术领域
本发明属于节能领域,具体涉及一种新型光伏采光天窗。
背景技术
众所周知,阁楼或者地下室需要安装天窗来增强室内采光,开了天窗后可以增加建筑内部开敞感,减少封闭感和压抑感。 现在的天窗均安装在屋面上,没有遮挡物影响、采光条件好,但是天窗没有将光能转化再利用,白白浪费了大量的光能资源,另外安装了天窗的阁楼或者地下室在夜晚或者阴天时内部光线不足,很阴暗,需要改进。
发明内容
为解决上述问题,本发明公开了一种新型光伏采光天窗,通过折射板白天折射进尽可能多的光线来保证室内的采光率,夜晚或者阴天时太阳能储存板将白天储存的多余的太阳能转换成光能,可旋转角度,提供室内照明,采光性好,操作方便,隔音保温,防水性好,节能环保。
为达到上述目的,本发明的技术方案如下:
一种新型光伏采光天窗,包括外圈、支撑框架、太阳能储存板、旋转组件、照明灯,所述外圈为圆形结构,所述外圈内壁为若干采光平板拼接而成,所述支撑框架设置在外圈内部,支撑框架上铺着若干片平玻璃,所述旋转组件设置在外圈内壁上,所述旋转组件连接太阳能储存板的背面,所述照明灯设置在太阳能储存板的下方,所述旋转组件通过遥控器控制其上下转动。
作为本发明的一种改进,所述旋转组件和外圈下方通过关节轴承连接来实现空间旋转运作,由一个外球面的内圈和一个内球面的外圈组成,通过球面形的滑动表面做倾斜运动。
作为本发明的一种改进,所述支撑框架为棱锥型。
作为本发明的一种改进,所述旋转组件有1-4组,相对应的太阳能储存板与旋转组件数量相同。
作为本发明的一种改进,所述太阳能储存板为柔性光伏组件。
作为本发明的一种改进,所述平玻璃为浮法中空钢化玻璃。
作为本发明的一种改进,所述支撑框架与平玻璃的接触处设有防水胶。
本发明的有益效果为:
本发明公开了一种新型光伏采光天窗,通过折射性良好的采光平板白天折射进尽可能多的光线来保证室内的采光率,夜晚或者阴天时太阳能储存板将白天储存的多余的太阳能转换成光能,可旋转角度,提供室内照明,采光性好,操作方便,隔音保温,防水性好,节能环保。

下面结合附图和具体实施方式,进一步阐明本发明,应理解下述具体实施方式仅用于说明本发明而不用于限制本发明的范围。
如图所示,本发明所述的一种新型光伏采光天窗,包括外圈1、支撑框架2、太阳能储存板3、旋转组件4、照明灯5,所述外圈1为圆形结构,所述外圈1内壁为若干采光平板6拼接而成,所述支撑框架2设置在外圈内部,支撑框架2上铺着若干片平玻璃7,所述旋转组件4设置在外圈内壁上,所述旋转组件4连接太阳能储存板3的背面,所述照明灯5设置在太阳能储存板3的下方,所述旋转组件4通过遥控器8控制其左右或上下转动。
本发明的工作原理是:
太阳光线通过平玻璃7照射进来,平玻璃7本来就是一片片拼接而成的,太阳照进去角度不同,再加上通过在墙体内壁围成一圈的采光平板6折射进室内和能感应光线的太阳能板上,白天折射进尽可能多的光线来保证室内的采光率,夜晚或者阴天时太阳能板上的太阳能储存板将白天储存的多余的太阳能转换成光能,一旦感应不到光线就可以通过遥控器8控制旋转组件4左右或上下转动,带动太阳能储存板3下方的照明灯5向室内旋转一定角度,提供室内照明,减少室内的人工照明,节能降耗。
本发明所述支撑框架2为棱锥型,平玻璃7一片片铺在上面,太阳照进去角度不同,折射的角度就不同,能够让更多的光线照入室内。
本发明所述旋转组件4有多组(数量1-4组),能够通过遥控器8单独控制,相对应的太阳能储存板3为柔性光伏组件,能够左右或上下转动,将照明灯5照向室内需要的地方。
本发明所述平玻璃7为浮法中空钢化玻璃,大大降低了传热系数,可以挡去30分贝以上噪声,隔音保温效果好。
本发明在所述支撑框架2与平玻璃7的接触处设有防水胶,从根本上杜绝了漏水的发生。
尽管本发明就优选实施方式进行了示意和描述,但本领域的技术人员应当理解,只要不超出本发明的权利要求所限定的范围,可以对本发明进行各种变化和修改。

1.一种新型光伏采光天窗,其特征在于:包括外圈、支撑框架、太阳能储存板、旋转组件、照明灯,所述外圈为圆形结构,所述外圈内壁为若干采光平板拼接而成,所述支撑框架设置在外圈内部,支撑框架上铺着若干片平玻璃,所述旋转组件设置在外圈内壁上,所述旋转组件连接太阳能储存板的背面,所述照明灯设置在太阳能储存板的下方,所述旋转组件通过遥控器控制其上下转动。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型光伏采光天窗,其特征在于:所述旋转组件和外圈下方通过关节轴承连接来实现空间旋转运作,由一个外球面的内圈和一个内球面的外圈组成,通过球面形的滑动表面做倾斜运动。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型光伏采光天窗,其特征在于:所述支撑框架为棱锥型。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型光伏采光天窗,其特征在于:所述旋转组件有1-4组,相对应的太阳能储存板与旋转组件数量相同。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型光伏采光天窗,其特征在于:太阳能储存板为柔性光伏组件。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型光伏采光天窗,其特征在于:所述平玻璃为浮法中空钢化玻璃。
