Abstract
The invention discloses a drainage deodorization breathing device and an inspection well, wherein the drainage deodorization breathing device comprises a lower well cover, a water curtain spray head arranged on the lower well cover and a plurality of deodorization water bends arranged on the lower well cover; the water curtain spray head is arranged above the lower well cover, and the water curtain spray head is connected with a water inlet pipe; the odor-proof water trap comprises a vertical pipe and a bent pipe connected with the vertical pipe; the vertical pipe is arranged on the lower well cover and communicated with the upper part of the lower well cover; the included angle between the vertical pipe and the bending pipe is less than or equal to 90 degrees; the bent pipe is arranged below the lower well cover. The drainage deodorization breathing device and the inspection well can solve the problem that odor emitted by high-concentration sewage enters the atmosphere through the inspection well cover, and reduce the influence of the odor on the surrounding environment of the inspection well; meanwhile, the upper half part of the well can be kept clean by adding water to the underground pipeline for dilution and cooling, so that the problem that the inspection well is stained by the decontaminates in the pipeline is solved, the corrosion degree of the pipeline inspection well is reduced, and the service life of the pipeline inspection well is prolonged.

Technical Field
The invention relates to a sewer inspection well structure, in particular to a drainage deodorization breathing device and an inspection well.
Background
The inspection well is a well-shaped structure which is arranged for inspection or dredging in an upper water channel, a lower water channel or other underground pipeline projects, and an inspection well cover is arranged above the inspection well; because most inspection wells are not provided with devices for isolating peculiar smell, a large amount of stink (hydrogen sulfide, ammonia gas, methane, thiols, hydrocarbon compounds and other volatile organic compounds) is emitted from the inspection well cover when high-concentration sewage passes through the sewage well, and particularly in some sewage treatment plants or other places which are easy to generate stink.
In view of the above circumstances, it is necessary to develop a novel inspection well, which solves the problem that the odor emitted from high-concentration sewage enters the atmosphere through the inspection well cover, and reduces the influence of the odor on the surrounding environment of the inspection well.

Aiming at the defects in the prior art, the invention aims to provide the drainage deodorization breathing device and the inspection well, which can solve the problem that odor emitted by high-concentration sewage enters the atmosphere through the inspection well cover, and reduce the influence of the odor on the surrounding environment of the inspection well; meanwhile, the upper half part of the well can be kept clean by adding water to the underground pipeline for dilution and cooling, so that the problem that the inspection well is stained by the decontaminates in the pipeline is solved, the corrosion degree of the pipeline inspection well is reduced, and the service life of the pipeline inspection well is prolonged.

The invention has the beneficial effects that:
1. the drainage deodorization breathing device and the inspection well can be wholly or partially detached, an inner water sealing structure is formed by adopting a deodorization water trap to replace a common pressure well, and the inspection well is prevented from being damaged when the pressure in a lower pipeline is released;

Examples
As shown in fig. 1-2, the drainage deodorization breathing apparatus provided in this embodiment includes a manhole cover 2, a water curtain nozzle 3, a water inlet pipe 8 and a plurality of deodorization water bends 5, wherein 10 deodorization water bends 5 can be provided; the lower well cover 2 is basin-shaped, and is provided with a water curtain spray head 3 and a deodorization water bend 5; the water curtain spray head 3 is arranged in the center above the lower well cover 2 and is connected with the water inlet pipe 8;
as shown in fig. 1-2, the odor-resistant water trap 5 comprises a vertical pipe and a bending pipe connected to the vertical pipe; the pipe diameter of the vertical pipe/the bent pipe is 48mm +/-3 mm; the vertical pipe is connected to the lower well cover 2 through threads and communicated with the upper part of the lower well cover 2; the included angle between the vertical pipe and the bending pipe is less than or equal to 90 degrees; the bent pipe is arranged below the lower well cover 2; the odor-proof trap 5 is J-shaped and is evenly distributed on the lower well cover 2.
As shown in fig. 1-2, the drainage and deodorization inspection well provided in this embodiment includes an upper well lid 1, a well wall 7, and a drainage and deodorization breathing apparatus;
the manhole cover 1 is hinged with the manhole wall 7 through a hinge, so that the manhole cover 1 can be prevented from being lost;
as shown in fig. 1, a circle of fixed baffle 6 is arranged in the middle of the well wall 7; the drainage deodorization breathing device is arranged on the fixed baffle 6 and is sealed by a sealing rubber ring on the fixed baffle 6, so that the drainage deodorization breathing device is prevented from leaking water; the drainage deodorization breathing device is movably connected with the fixed baffle 6, so that the maintenance or the replacement is convenient.
As shown in fig. 1-2, the drainage deodorization breathing apparatus includes a lower well cover 2, a water curtain nozzle 3, a water inlet pipe 8 and a plurality of deodorization water bends 5, for example, 10 deodorization water bends 5 are provided; wherein the lower well cover 2 is basin-shaped, and a water curtain spray head 3 and an odor-proof water trap 5 are arranged on the lower well cover. The water curtain nozzle 3 is arranged at the center above the lower well cover 2 and is connected with the water inlet pipe 8. According to the drainage deodorization breathing device and the inspection well, water in the water inlet pipe 8 forms a water curtain through the water curtain spray head 3 and flows out through the deodorization water bend 5 arranged on the lower well cover 2, wherein the water curtain formed by the water curtain spray head 3 can filter circulating gas above the lower well cover 2; in addition, the bent pipe arranged on the odor-proof water trap 5 causes certain overflow, the water flow speed in the bent pipe is reduced, a plurality of water curtains are formed below the lower well cover 2, on one hand, the water curtains can filter the circulating gas in the inspection well, on the other hand, the water curtains can dilute and cool the high-concentration sewage in the inspection well, and meanwhile, the water curtains formed by the odor-proof water trap 5 can keep the upper half part of the inspection well clean; the water quantity of the water curtain nozzle 3 is adjusted to ensure that the bent pipe of the odor-proof water bend 5 is in a full pipe (large water quantity) or half pipe (small water quantity) state, thereby playing a breathing effect, isolating odor in the inspection well and not influencing the air permeability of the inspection well.
The drainage deodorization inspection well can be wholly or partially detached, an internal water seal structure is formed by the deodorization trap, a common pressure well is replaced, and the inspection well is prevented from being damaged when pressure in a lower pipeline is released; the whole inspection well cover structure is reformed, and the odor-resistant water trap is adopted to form an internal water seal structure, so that the problem that odor emitted by high-concentration sewage enters the atmosphere through the inspection well cover is solved, and the influence of the odor on the environment around a sewage well is reduced; the excess reclaimed water is utilized to continuously add water to the underground pipeline for dilution and cooling, and the upper half part of the well is kept clean, so that the problem that the inspection well is stained by the decontaminates in the pipeline is solved, the corrosion degree of the pipeline inspection well is reduced, and the service life of the pipeline inspection well is prolonged.

Claims (9)
1. A drainage deodorization breathing device is characterized by comprising a lower well cover, a water curtain spray head arranged on the lower well cover and a plurality of deodorization water bends arranged on the lower well cover;
the water curtain spray head is arranged above the lower well cover, and a water inlet pipe is connected to the water curtain spray head;
the odor-proof trap comprises a vertical pipe and a bent pipe connected to the vertical pipe; the vertical pipe is arranged on the lower well cover and is communicated with the upper part of the lower well cover; the included angle between the vertical pipe and the bending pipe is less than or equal to 90 degrees; the bending pipe is arranged below the lower well cover.
2. The drain odor-resistant breathing apparatus of claim 1 wherein said lower well cover is basin-shaped.
3. The drain trap of claim 1, wherein the trap is "J" shaped.
4. The drain odor-resistant breathing apparatus of claim 1 wherein said water curtain nozzle is centrally disposed in said lower well cover.
5. A drainage deodorization inspection well comprises an upper well cover and a well wall, wherein the upper well cover is fixed on the well wall, and the drainage deodorization and respiration device is characterized by further comprising the drainage deodorization and respiration device as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 4.
6. The drainage and deodorization inspection well according to claim 5, wherein a fixed baffle is arranged in the middle of the well wall;
the drainage deodorization breathing device is arranged on the fixed baffle.
7. The drain and odor-resistant inspection well according to claim 6, wherein a sealing rubber ring is arranged on the fixed baffle.
8. The drain and odor-resistant inspection well according to claim 5, wherein the water inlet pipe penetrates through the well wall, one end of the water inlet pipe is connected with the water curtain nozzle, and the other end of the water inlet pipe extends to the ground.
9. The drain and odor-resistant inspection well according to claim 5, wherein the upper well lid is hinged to the well wall.
