Specifically, as shown in fig. 1, 2 and 4, the passive lint cleaning device of the present invention includes a mounting member 61 and a cleaning member 62, wherein the cleaning member 62 is fixedly connected to the rear plate 13 of the cabinet 1 through the mounting member 61, in a mounted state, the cleaning member 62 can contact with the outer wall of the drying cylinder 2, and does not affect the rotation of the drying cylinder 2 when contacting with the outer wall of the drying cylinder 2, and when the drying cylinder 2 rotates, the cleaning member 62 and the drying cylinder 2 move relatively to each other, so that lint on the outer wall of the drying cylinder 2 can be cleaned, and the cleaned lint enters the drying cylinder 2 through the air inlet 211 together with hot air, is filtered by the lint filter 4, and is finally collected by the lint collecting box 52.
It should be noted that the cleaning member 62 can also be fixedly connected to the top plate and/or the bottom plate of the box 1 through the mounting member 61, or the cleaning member 62 can be rotatably connected to the drying drum 2 through the mounting member 61, for example, a fixed shaft is disposed on the rear wall 21 of the drying drum 2, the mounting member 61 is rotatably connected to the fixed shaft, the cleaning member 62 is configured like a windmill, under the action of the hot air, the cleaning member 62 is kept still or the rotation direction of the cleaning member 62 is opposite to the rotation direction of the drying drum 2, in this case, the cleaning member 62 and the drying drum 2 can also relatively run to clean the thread scraps on the outer wall of the drying drum 2, and the like, and the flexible adjustment and change can not depart from the principle and scope of the present invention, and should be limited within the protection scope of the present invention.
The passive lint cleaning device of the present invention further comprises a position switching member 63, the mounting member 61 being connected to the inner wall of the rear plate 13 of the cabinet 1 by means of the position switching member 63, the position switching member 63 being capable of switching the mounting member 61 between a position close to and a position away from the drying drum 2 so as to bring the cleaning member 62 into contact with or separate from the outer wall of the drying drum 2. Among them, the position switching member 63 is preferably an electromagnetic switching member 63.
When the drum-type clothes dryer operates, if the thread scraps on the outer wall of the clothes drying cylinder 2 do not need to be cleaned, the electromagnetic switching component 63 is switched on, so that the mounting component 61 is far away from the clothes drying cylinder 2, meanwhile, the cleaning component 62 is driven to be separated from the clothes drying cylinder 2, the cleaning component 62 at the moment can not be attached to the outer wall of the clothes drying cylinder 2, if the thread scraps on the outer wall of the clothes drying cylinder 2 need to be cleaned, the electromagnetic switching component 63 is in a power-off state, so that the mounting component 61 is located at a position close to the clothes drying cylinder 2, and the cleaning component 62 at the moment is in contact with the outer wall of the clothes drying cylinder 2, namely, the outer wall of the clothes drying cylinder 2 is attached.
It should be noted that the position switching member 63 can also be configured as a stepping motor, the stepping motor is mounted on the inner wall of the back plate 13 of the cabinet 1, the output end of the stepping motor is connected with the mounting member 61, the stepping motor can drive the mounting member 61 to move, so as to switch the mounting member 61 between the positions close to and away from the clothes drying cylinder 2, and the like, and the adjustment and change of the specific structural type of the position switching member 63 do not depart from the principle and scope of the present invention, and should be limited within the protection scope of the present invention.
With continued reference to fig. 4, the cleaning member 62 of the present invention includes a connecting arm 621 and bristles 622 disposed on the connecting arm 621, one end of the connecting arm 621 being connected to the mounting member 61. Wherein the connecting arm 621 and the mounting member 61 can be fixedly connected or integrally provided.
With continued reference to fig. 4, the number of the connecting arms 621 is 3 along the circumferential periphery of the mounting member 61. The connecting arm 621 is preferably arranged along a curved shape in the radial direction, such as an arc shape or an S shape, and by such arrangement, the length of the connecting arm 621 can be increased as much as possible in a limited space, so that more bristles 622 can be arranged on the connecting arm 621, and the cleaning capability of the cleaning member 62 can be improved.
It should be noted that the number of the connecting arms 621 is not limited to 3, for example, it may be 2 or 4, and the like, and such adjustment and change of the specific number of the connecting arms 621 do not depart from the principle and scope of the present invention, and should be limited within the protection scope of the present invention.
With continued reference to fig. 4, the mounting member 61 is a disk 61. Of course, the mounting member 61 can be provided in other configurations, such as a mounting bracket, a mounting plate, etc., and such modifications and changes to the specific configuration of the mounting member 61 without departing from the spirit and scope of the present invention should be limited only by the scope of the present invention.
Referring now to fig. 1, 2 and 5, an embodiment of an active lint cleaning device is described. As shown in fig. 1, 2 and 5, the active lint cleaning device of the present invention comprises a driving motor 64 fixed to an inner wall of a rear plate 13 of a cabinet 1, a mounting member 61 mounted on an output shaft (not shown) of the driving motor 64, and a cleaning member 62 connected to the mounting member 61, the cleaning member 62 being capable of being attached to an outer wall of a drying drum 2 when the drum dryer is operated, and when the drying drum 2 is rotated, the driving motor 64 is rotated in the same or opposite direction so that the cleaning member 62 can clean lint on the outer wall of the drying drum 2.
When the drum-type clothes dryer is in operation, the driving motor 64 can drive the cleaning member 62 to rotate, wherein the driving motor 64 can drive the cleaning member 62 to rotate in the direction opposite to the rotation direction of the drying drum 2, and can also drive the cleaning member 62 to rotate in the same direction as the rotation direction of the drying drum 2, only in this case, the rotation speed of the cleaning member 62 needs to be greater than or less than the rotation speed of the drying drum 2, so as to generate relative movement between the cleaning member 62 and the drying drum 2, and therefore, the cleaning member 62 can clean lint on the outer wall of the drying drum 2.
It should be noted that the driving motor 64 can also be mounted on the top and/or bottom plate of the box 1, and such flexible adjustment and change can be achieved without departing from the principle and scope of the present invention, and should be limited within the protection scope of the present invention.
Similarly to the passive lint cleaning device, the active lint cleaning device also includes a position switching member 63, and the mounting member 61 is connected to a driving motor 64 by means of the position switching member 63, and the position switching member 63 can switch the mounting member 61 between positions close to and away from the drying drum 2 so as to bring the cleaning member 62 into contact with or separate from the outer wall of the drying drum 2. Wherein the position switching member 63 is an electromagnetic switching member.
When the drum-type clothes dryer operates, if the thread scraps on the outer wall of the clothes drying cylinder 2 do not need to be cleaned, the electromagnetic switching component 63 is switched on, so that the mounting component 61 is far away from the clothes drying cylinder 2, meanwhile, the cleaning component 62 is driven to be separated from the clothes drying cylinder 2, the cleaning component 62 at the moment can not be attached to the outer wall of the clothes drying cylinder 2, if the thread scraps on the outer wall of the clothes drying cylinder 2 need to be cleaned, the electromagnetic switching component 63 is in a power-off state, so that the mounting component 61 is located at a position close to the clothes drying cylinder 2, and the cleaning component 62 at the moment is in contact with the outer wall of the clothes drying cylinder 2, namely, the outer wall of the clothes drying cylinder 2 is attached.
It should be noted that the position switching member 63 can also be configured as a stepping motor, the stepping motor is mounted on the output shaft of the driving motor 64, the output end of the stepping motor is connected with the mounting member 61, the stepping motor can drive the mounting member 61 to move, so as to switch the mounting member 61 between the positions close to and far away from the clothes drying cylinder 2, and the like, and the adjustment and change of the specific structural type of the position switching member 63 do not depart from the principle and scope of the present invention, and should be limited within the protection scope of the present invention.
With continued reference to fig. 5, similar to the passive lint cleaning device, the cleaning member 62 of the active lint cleaning device also includes a connecting arm 621 and bristles 622 disposed on the connecting arm 621, wherein one end of the connecting arm 621 is connected to the mounting member 61. Wherein the connecting arm 621 and the mounting member 61 can be fixedly connected or integrally provided.
With continued reference to fig. 5, similar to the passive lint cleaning device, the number of the connecting arms 621 of the active lint cleaning device is also 3, and the connecting arms are circumferentially arranged along the mounting member 61. The connecting arm 621 is preferably arranged along a curved shape in the radial direction, such as an arc shape or an S shape, and by such arrangement, the length of the connecting arm 621 can be increased as much as possible in a limited space, so that more bristles 622 can be arranged on the connecting arm 621, and the cleaning capability of the cleaning member 62 can be improved.

With continued reference to fig. 5, the mounting member 61 is a disk 61. Finally, it should be noted that, because the air inlet 211 is disposed on the rear wall 21 of the drying cylinder 2, and the thread scraps are mainly attached to the outer wall of the rear wall 21, the thread scrap cleaning device 6 of the present invention mainly cleans the outer wall of the rear wall 21, and of course, if thread scraps are also attached to the outer wall of the side wall of the drying cylinder 2, the specific structure of the thread scrap cleaning device 6 can be adjusted accordingly, so that the thread scrap cleaning device 6 can also clean the outer wall of the side wall of the drying cylinder 2.

The clothes drying apparatus of claim 1, wherein the lint cleaning device is a passive lint cleaning device that is attachable to the outer wall of the drying drum when the clothes drying apparatus is in operation, so as to clean lint on the outer wall of the drying drum when the drying drum is rotated.

Clothes drying apparatus according to claim 2, wherein the passive lint cleaning device comprises a mounting member and a cleaning member, the cleaning member being fixedly connected to the inner wall of the cabinet by the mounting member, the cleaning member being contactable with the outer wall of the drying drum in an installed condition so as to be able to clean lint from the outer wall of the drying drum when the drying drum is rotated.

The clothes drying apparatus according to claim 3, wherein the passive lint cleaning device further comprises a position switching member, by which the mounting member is connected to an inner wall of the cabinet, the position switching member being capable of switching the mounting member between a position close to and a position away from the drying drum so as to contact or separate the cleaning member with or from an outer wall of the drying drum.
5. The clothes drying apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the lint cleaning device is an active lint cleaning device comprising a driving motor fixed to an inner wall of the cabinet, a mounting member mounted on an output shaft of the driving motor, and a cleaning member connected to the mounting member, the cleaning member being attachable to an outer wall of the drying drum when the clothes drying apparatus is operated, the driving motor being rotated in the same or opposite direction when the drying drum is rotated so that the cleaning member can clean lint on the outer wall of the drying drum.
6. The clothes drying apparatus of claim 5, wherein the active lint cleaning device further comprises a position switching member by which the mounting member is connected to the drive motor, the position switching member being capable of switching the mounting member between a position close to and a position away from the drying drum so as to bring the cleaning member into or out of contact with an outer wall of the drying drum.
7. Laundry drying apparatus according to claim 4 or 6, characterized in that the position switching member is an electromagnetic switching member.
8. Clothes drying apparatus according to claim 3 or 5, wherein the cleaning member comprises a connecting arm, one end of which is connected to the mounting member, and bristles provided on the connecting arm.
9. Clothes drying apparatus according to claim 8, wherein the connecting arms are arranged in a radial curve to increase the length of the connecting arms and thereby the number of bristles.
10. Clothes drying apparatus according to claim 3 or 5, wherein the mounting member is a disc.
