Claims (8)

1. A method for producing CFT-PP cloth by a melt-blown technology is characterized by comprising the following steps:
1) feeding the materials
Weighing a PP raw material, an antioxidant master batch, a color master batch and a compatible material according to a certain proportion, and putting the PP raw material, the antioxidant master batch, the color master batch and the compatible material into a mixer to be uniformly stirred;
2) extrusion molding with screw
Adding the mixture into a screw extruder, heating the screw extruder by multi-zone temperature control, and spraying the mixture melt onto a receiving belt under the action of high-temperature gas of a spray head;
3) and rolling up
Forming short-range disordered and long-range ordered melt-blown fabric of a fiber-interwoven porous structure on the surface of a receiving belt by the mixture melt, and rolling and packaging to obtain a fabric material required for producing CFT-PP;
the PP in the mixture in the step 1) is a mixture prepared from one or more of isotactic polypropylene, syndiotactic polypropylene, atactic polypropylene and copolymerized polypropylene according to a certain proportion;
step 2) carrying out multi-zone temperature control heating on the screw extruder, wherein the machine body of the screw extruder is divided into 4-18 zones from the inlet of the mixture to the outlet of the melt, and the temperature set value of each zone is divided into 3-4 zones according to the number of the zones; the rotating speed of the screw extruder can be adjusted within a certain range, and the range is 15 rpm-250 rpm; the temperature of the high-temperature gas of the spray head is 176-250 ℃.
2. The method for producing a cloth material for CFT-PP according to claim 1, wherein:
step 2) multi-zone temperature control heating of the screw extruder, wherein the body of the screw extruder is divided into 12 zones, and the temperature set value of the front 1-3 zones is 90-120 ℃; the temperature set value of the middle 4-6 zones is 120-175 ℃, the temperature set value of the 7-9 zones is 175-200 ℃, and the temperature set value of the last 10-12 zones is 210-250 ℃.
3. The method for producing a cloth material for CFT-PP according to claim 1, wherein: the rotating speed range of the screw extruder is 30 rpm-200 rpm.
4. The method for producing a cloth material for CFT-PP according to claim 1, wherein:
the PP in the mixture is a mixture prepared from any two of isotactic polypropylene, syndiotactic polypropylene, atactic polypropylene and copolymerized polypropylene according to a certain proportion, and the proportion of the two is 10-90: 90-10 in 100 parts of the total weight.
5. The method for producing a cloth material for CFT-PP according to claim 1, wherein: the using amount of the antioxidant master batch in the mixture is 0.001-11 parts.
6. The method for producing a cloth material for CFT-PP according to claim 1, wherein: the amount of the color master batch in the mixture is 0.001-6 parts.
