According to the industrial detergent, the pH value of the nonylphenol polyoxyethylene ether is about 6-7, and the industrial detergent is closer to neutral than other detergents in the market, so that the surface of the detergent is not corroded after cleaning without water washing, the addition of the sodium gluconate can also play a certain anti-rust role, excessive water is not remained in gaps when the fabric is cleaned repeatedly, water washing and wiping are not needed after cleaning, and the cleaning and maintenance work is simpler and more convenient.
4. The industrial detergent has the pH close to neutral, has small harm to human bodies and small harm to hands in direct contact, and is more suitable for being used when the hands are scrubbed.

Detailed Description
In order to solve the problems that foam at the gap of a piece to be cleaned is easy to remain and is difficult to clean, the invention provides an industrial detergent which fundamentally reduces the generation amount of foam and comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 10-20 parts of nonylphenol polyoxyethylene ether, 1-3 parts of 10% sodium hydroxide, 3-5 parts of propanol, 2-5 parts of sodium citrate, 1-3 parts of sodium tripolyphosphate, 5-10 parts of sodium gluconate, 0.1-1 part of sodium sulfite and 60-80 parts of deionized water.
The polyoxyethylene nonyl phenyl ether is preferably a product of 1 molecule of nonyl phenyl and 7 molecules of ethylene oxide, and has HLB value of 12 and molecular formula of CH3(CH2)7CH2·C6H4O-(CH2CH2O)7H, which gives the least foaming in nonylphenol polyoxyethylene ethers with better cleaning properties.
In addition to the industrial detergent, in order to better clean gaps in a matching manner, the invention also provides a washing device, as shown in fig. 1 to 3, the washing device comprises an operation frame 1 and a washing fabric 5, an opening is formed in the middle of one side of the operation frame 1, a washing head is installed in the middle of one side adjacent to the opening, the washing head comprises a fixed frame 2 and a movable frame 3, a fixed head 21 is arranged on one side of the fixed frame 2 away from the operation frame 1, one side of the fixed frame 2 close to the operation frame 1 is fixedly connected with the operation frame 1, a movable head 31 is arranged on one side of the movable frame 3 away from the operation frame 1, the fixed head 21 is parallel to the movable head 31, a rotating ring 32 is fixedly arranged on one side of the movable frame 3 close to the operation frame 1 and is rotatably connected with the operation frame 1, a positioning frame 33 is fixedly arranged on one side of the rotating ring 32 away from the movable head 31, a sliding rod 34 is fixedly arranged on one side of the positioning frame 33 away from the opening of the operation frame 1, an arc-shaped plate 4 is fixedly arranged on the operation frame 1, an arc-shaped slideway is arranged on the rotary ring, the center of the arc coincides with the central line of the rotary ring 32, and one end of the sliding rod 34 is connected with the slideway in a sliding way; the cleaning fabric 5 is annular and is sleeved on the fixed frame 2, the movable frame 3 and the positioning frame 33.
Preferably, the fixed head 21 and the movable head 31 are both parallel to the center line of the rotating ring 32, and the distances from the fixed head and the movable head to the center line of the rotating ring 32 are equal; the side of the positioning frame 33 remote from the rotating ring 32 is parallel to the fixed head 21.
Optionally, two fixing rings one 22 are fixedly arranged at two ends of one side of the fixing frame 2 away from the operation frame 1, and the two fixing rings one 22 are sleeved on the operation frame 1 and are welded and fixed with the operation frame; the rotating ring 32 is sleeved on the operation frame 1 in a sleeve shape and is positioned between the two first fixing rings 22; two rotating rings 32 can be arranged and are respectively positioned at the outer sides of the two first fixing rings 22, but the structure shown in fig. 1 can also play a certain limiting role, so that the structure is more stable.
Alternatively, the arc-shaped plate 4 may be fixed in the following manner: the arc-shaped plate 4 is arranged on one side, away from the opening, of the cleaning head, a connecting rod perpendicular to the arc-shaped plate 4 is fixedly arranged on one side, away from the cleaning head, of the arc-shaped plate 4, a fixing ring II 41 is fixedly arranged at the other end of the connecting rod, and the fixing ring II 41 is fixedly sleeved on one side, away from the opening, of the operation frame 1; the slide bar 34 is perpendicular to the arc-shaped plate 4 and penetrates through the slide way, the end part of the slide bar 34 is provided with threads, positioning nuts are arranged on two sides of the arc-shaped plate 4, and when the position is adjusted, the positioning nuts are loosened, the slide bar 34 is slid to a required position, and then the positioning nuts are screwed.
Optionally, the thicknesses of the ends, far away from the operation frame 1, of the fixed head 21 and the movable head 31 are respectively smaller than the thicknesses of the ends, close to the operation frame 1, of the fixed head and the movable head, the movable head 31 is located on one side of the fixed head 21, one end of the slide way on the arc-shaped plate 4 is located on one side, far away from the fixed head 21, of the rotating ring 32, the other end of the slide way is located on one side, far away from the movable head 31, of the fixed head 21, a central angle corresponding to the arc-shaped slide way is not larger than 90 degrees, narrow slits are difficult to clean in the slits, and therefore, an overlarge adjustable opening degree is not needed, and if the slide way is too long, blocking influence on use may be formed.
In addition, the openings at the two ends of the cleaning fabric 5 are preferably provided with elastic bands to prevent the cleaning fabric from slipping due to large friction during scrubbing, the elastic bands can be tensioned on the fixed frame 2, the movable frame 3 and the positioning frame 33, and can also be closed at the two sides of the cleaning head, the cleaning fabric 5 is preferably elastic and water-absorbing, can be made of elastic fibers, textured yarns and other materials, is preferably smooth in surface, is preferably not required to be made of materials which can fall hair, and can be selected from cloth materials comprising polybutylene terephthalate, polytrimethylene terephthalate and other components; the movable head 31 and the fixed head 21 are made of rigid materials such as stainless steel, and the outer layer is made of flexible materials such as silicon gel, so that scratches on cleaning places are prevented, and meanwhile, the phenomenon that the cleaning is too soft and cannot be cleaned is avoided.
When in use: firstly, soaking the cleaning fabric 5 in the industrial detergent to fully absorb the industrial detergent, then moving a sliding rod 34 on a sliding way of an arc-shaped plate 4 to adjust a cleaning head of a cleaning device, so that the distance between a movable head 31 and a fixed head 21 is equal to the width of a gap to be cleaned, and the gap inner wall, namely the edge of the bottom of the gap, can be cleaned just, specifically, the movable head 31 and the fixed head 21 can be inserted into the gap and then adjusted, the cleaning fabric 5 absorbed with the industrial detergent is sleeved into the cleaning head from an opening of an operation frame 1 until a fixed frame 2, a movable frame 3 and a positioning frame 33 are sleeved in the cleaning fabric 5, and referring to fig. 3 (elastic bands for cleaning openings at two ends of the cleaning fabric 5 are not drawn), one end of the operation frame 1, which is far away from the cleaning head, is held, and the cleaning head filled with the cleaning fabric 5 is used for cleaning the inside the gap.
After the fabric 5 is cleaned for a period of time, the consumption of the industrial detergent is reduced, and the surface of the fabric, which is not in contact with the gap, can be rotated to the position between the movable head 31 and the fixed head 21 by adjusting the position of the fabric at the cleaning head for continuous use; it is also possible to dip in industrial detergents or to replace the soaked cleaned fabric 5 with a new one.

An industrial detergent is characterized by comprising the following raw materials in parts by weight: 10-20 parts of nonylphenol polyoxyethylene ether, 1-3 parts of 10% sodium hydroxide, 3-5 parts of propanol, 2-5 parts of sodium citrate, 1-3 parts of sodium tripolyphosphate, 5-10 parts of sodium gluconate, 0.1-1 part of sodium sulfite and 60-80 parts of deionized water.
2. An industrial detergent according to claim 1, characterized in that: the polyoxyethylene nonyl phenyl ether is a product of complete addition of 1 molecule of nonyl phenyl and 7 molecules of ethylene oxide, the HLB value is 12, and the molecular formula is CH3(CH2)7CH2·C6H4O-(CH2CH2O)7·H。

Use of a washing device according to any of claims 3 to 8 with an industrial detergent according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that it comprises the following specific steps: firstly, soaking a cleaning fabric (5) in the industrial detergent, then moving a sliding rod (34) on a slide way of an arc-shaped plate (4) to adjust a cleaning head of a cleaning device, so that the distance between a movable head (31) and a fixed head (21) is equal to the width of a gap to be cleaned, sleeving the cleaning fabric (5) sucked with the industrial detergent into the cleaning head from an opening of an operation frame (1) until a fixed frame (2), a movable frame (3) and a positioning frame (33) are sleeved in the cleaning fabric (5), holding one end of the operation frame (1) far away from the cleaning head by hand, and scrubbing the inside of the gap by using the cleaning head filled with the cleaning fabric (5).

The method of using a washing apparatus as claimed in claim 9, wherein: after the cleaning fabric (5) is used for a period of time, the position of the cleaning fabric at the cleaning head is adjusted, so that the surface of the cleaning fabric, which is not in contact with the gap, is rotated to the position between the movable head (31) and the fixed head (21), and the cleaning fabric can be continuously used.
