本发明公开了一种HDPE热熔粉改性水性聚氨酯树脂,包括如下重量份数的各组份:二异氰酸酯50份、低聚物多元醇30份、稀释剂17份、HDPE热熔粉20份、三乙胺8份、中和剂10份、亲水改性剂7份、扩链剂2份、催化剂0.4份、去离子水80份。方法制备的改性水性聚氨酯树脂可用作天然皮革及人造革的涂层剂及补伤剂。改性水性聚氨酯涂饰剂克服了丙烯酸乳液涂饰剂"热粘冷脆"的弱点,其处理的皮革手感柔软、滑爽、丰满、光亮,真皮感极强,可极大提高皮具档次,增强市场竞争力。传统的水性聚氨酯是线形的,具热塑性,通过加入扩链剂和亲水性扩链剂进而引入三官能度单体形成适当的分支,进而提高其强度、硬度、耐水性、耐溶剂。

本发明涉及涂料材料技术领域,更具体地说,涉及一种HDPE热熔粉改性水性聚氨酯树脂。
背景技术
水性聚氨酯树脂具有不燃、无毒、不污染环境、节能等优点,同时具有高强度、耐磨损、使用安全等优异性能,因此获得了广泛的应用,已成为国内外新材料领域的一个重要发展方向。到目前为止,我国工业化的水性聚氨酯品种少、产量小,很难满足现在的多样化需求,产品的成膜性、柔韧性、强度差、耐溶剂性差性及耐水性性能较差。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种HDPE热熔粉改性水性聚氨酯树脂,用以解决上述背景技术中存在的技术问题。
本发明技术方案一种HDPE热熔粉改性水性聚氨酯树脂,包括如下重量份数的各组份:二异氰酸酯40~55份、低聚物多元醇25~40份、稀释剂15~20份、HDPE热熔粉10~30份、三乙胺6~10份、中和剂5~15份、亲水改性剂5~8份、扩链剂1~3份、催化剂0.2~0.5份、去离子水60~100份。
在一个优选地实施例中,包括如下重量份数的各组份:二异氰酸酯50份、低聚物多元醇30份、稀释剂17份、HDPE热熔粉20份、三乙胺8份、中和剂10份、亲水改性剂7份、扩链剂2份、催化剂0.4份、去离子水80份。
在一个优选地实施例中,所述二异氰酸酯为甲苯二异氰酸酯、4,4'-二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯、异氟尔酮二异氰酸酯、六亚甲基二异氰酸酯、4,4'-二环己基甲烷二异氰酸酯中的一种或多种。

本方法制备的改性水性聚氨酯树脂可用作天然皮革及人造革的涂层剂及补伤剂。改性水性聚氨酯涂饰剂克服了丙烯酸乳液涂饰剂"热粘冷脆"的弱点,其处理的皮革手感柔软、滑爽、丰满、光亮,真皮感极强,可极大提高皮具档次,增强市场竞争力。
传统的水性聚氨酯是线形的,具热塑性,通过加入扩链剂和亲水性扩链剂进而引入三官能度单体形成适当的分支,进而提高其强度、硬度、耐水性、耐溶剂性。

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种HDPE热熔粉改性水性聚氨酯树脂,其特征在于,包括如下重量份数的各组份:二异氰酸酯50份、低聚物多元醇30份、稀释剂17份、HDPE热熔粉20份、三乙胺8份、中和剂10份、亲水改性剂7份、扩链剂2份、催化剂0.4份、去离子水80份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种HDPE热熔粉改性水性聚氨酯树脂,其特征在于,所述二异氰酸酯为甲苯二异氰酸酯、4,4'-二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯、异氟尔酮二异氰酸酯、六亚甲基二异氰酸酯、4,4'-二环己基甲烷二异氰酸酯中的一种或多种。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种HDPE热熔粉改性水性聚氨酯树脂,其特征在于,所述低聚物多元醇为聚碳酸酯二元醇、聚氧化丙烯多元醇、聚氧化乙烯二元醇、聚四氢呋喃二元醇、聚己二酸乙二醇酯二元醇、聚己二酸二乙二醇酯二元醇、聚己二酸新戊二醇酯二元醇中的一种或多种。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种HDPE热熔粉改性水性聚氨酯树脂,其特征在于,所述的稀释剂为丙酮、丁酮、N-甲基吡咯烷酮中的一种或多种。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种HDPE热熔粉改性水性聚氨酯树脂,其特征在于,所述亲水改性剂为2-羟基丙酸、2-吡咯烷酮、3-羟基丙酸、2-羟基丁酸中的一种或多种。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种HDPE热熔粉改性水性聚氨酯树脂,其特征在于,所述扩链剂为1,4-丁二醇、1,6-己二醇、乙二醇、1,2-丙二醇、二甘醇、三羟甲基丙烷、乙二胺、二乙烯三胺、异佛尔酮二胺、氨基磺酸盐中的一种或多种。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种HDPE热熔粉改性水性聚氨酯树脂,其特征在于,所述HDPE热熔粉为热熔温度100-130℃的HDPE热熔粉。
