(2) Starting a first motor (116) and a second motor (124) of the dispersing mechanism (1), driving a first gear (117) and a second gear (125) to enable a third dispersing roller (113) and a sixth dispersing roller (121) to rotate, and driving the first dispersing roller (111), the second dispersing roller (112), a fourth dispersing roller (114), a fifth dispersing roller (115), a seventh dispersing roller (122) and an eighth dispersing roller (123) to synchronously rotate;
(3) Starting a third motor (32) of the lapping mechanism (3), driving a third gear (33) to enable the fleece-out roller (31) to rotate, and outputting down feather with corresponding quantity and volume according to the protruding height of a barrier strip (312) on the fleece-out roller (31);
(4) The penetration depth and the angle of the baffle plate (35) of the inclined plane (341) on the down feather channel (34) are adjusted to be matched with the protruding height of the baffle bar (312) on the down feather outlet roller (31), so that the down feather on the prepared fiber web is distributed more uniformly.
