Disclosure of Invention
The embodiment of the invention aims to provide a bundling device for producing and processing paper boxes, and aims to solve the problems that the position and the angle of the paper box on a bundling workbench are uncertain, the bundling tightness is influenced when the position deviation of the paper box is large, and the bundling efficiency is influenced when the angle deviation is large.

A strapping apparatus for a carton producing process, comprising:

The bundling mechanism enables the bundling mechanism to perform circular motion around the paper box along the bundling opening through a driving piece arranged on the fixed supporting piece; the distance between the bundling mechanism and the fixed support piece is adjusted through the lifting mechanism;
the movable supporting piece comprises a first movable cross rod and a second movable cross rod which are arranged in parallel, the same side ends of the first movable cross rod and the second movable cross rod are fixedly connected with a first supporting plate, a first supporting column is fixedly connected to the first supporting plate and is fixedly installed at the top end of the movable upright column, and the position of the movable upright column is adjusted through a displacement adjusting assembly; a movable limiting plate is slidably arranged on the first movable cross rod, and the movable limiting plate is in supporting connection with the first supporting plate through a first spring set; wherein, first direction passageway has been seted up on the first activity horizontal pole, it is provided with activity limiting slide to slide in the first direction passageway, one side of activity limiting plate with fixed connection between the activity limiting slide carries out gliding design in the first direction passageway through activity limiting slide, can be so that activity limiting plate removal process does not take place the skew.

Compared with the prior art, the strapping equipment provided by the embodiment of the invention has the beneficial effects that:
in the embodiment of the invention, when the movable supporting piece and the fixed supporting piece are close to each other and are mutually inserted through the displacement adjusting assembly, a containing platform is formed between the movable supporting piece and the fixed supporting piece, and a paper box to be bundled is placed on the containing platform; through displacement adjusting part makes and keeps away from to forming between movable support piece and the fixed support piece and tie up the operation of tying up of surrounding type to the carton through tying up the mechanism, excellent in use effect need not the manual work and fixes a position, aligns the carton, effectively solves the position and the angle of carton on tying up the workstation and has the uncertainty, when carton position deviation is great, influences the fastening nature of tying up, when angular deviation, influences the problem of tying up efficiency.

With continuing reference to fig. 1 and fig. 4-6, in a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the movable supporting member 200 includes a first movable cross bar 204 and a second movable cross bar 205 that are parallel to each other, the same side ends of the first movable cross bar 204 and the second movable cross bar 205 are both fixedly connected to a first supporting plate 202, a first supporting column 203 is fixedly connected to the first supporting plate 202, the first supporting column 203 is fixedly installed at the top end of the movable vertical column 201, and the position of the movable vertical column 201 is adjusted by a displacement adjusting assembly.
Further, in the embodiment of the present invention, a movable limiting plate 208 is slidably disposed on the first movable cross bar 204, and the movable limiting plate 208 is connected to the first supporting plate 202 by a first spring set 207; a first guide channel 206 is formed in the first movable cross rod 204, a movable limiting slider 209 is arranged in the first guide channel 206 in a sliding manner, one side of the movable limiting plate 208 is fixedly connected with the movable limiting slider 209, and the movable limiting plate 208 can not deviate in the moving process through the design that the movable limiting slider 209 slides along the first guide channel 206;
preferably, as shown in fig. 1-2, in the embodiment of the present invention, an adjusting guide rail groove 101 is formed on the base 100, the displacement adjusting assembly includes an adjusting moving block 102 slidably disposed in the adjusting guide rail groove 101, and the bottom end of the movable upright 201 is fixedly connected to the adjusting moving block 102; the displacement adjusting assembly further comprises an adjusting screw rod 103 which is rotatably arranged in the adjusting guide rail groove 101, the rotation of the adjusting screw rod 103 is driven by a first positive and negative rotation servo motor 104, and the first positive and negative rotation servo motor 104 is arranged on the base 100; the adjusting moving block 102 is mounted on the adjusting screw rod 103 in a threaded connection manner, and therefore, it can be understood that, in the embodiment of the present invention, the adjusting screw rod 103 is driven to rotate by the first forward and reverse rotation servo motor 104 which is connected to a power supply and is started, and the position of the adjusting moving block 102 in the adjusting guide groove 101 can be adjusted according to the rotation direction of the adjusting screw rod 103, so as to adjust the position of the movable support 200 in the horizontal direction, that is, adjust the distance between the movable support 200 and the fixed support 300.
With reference to fig. 1 and fig. 4, in a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the fixed supporting component 300 includes a first fixed cross bar 304 and a second fixed cross bar 305 that are parallel to each other, the same side ends of the first fixed cross bar 304 and the second fixed cross bar 305 are both fixedly connected to a second supporting plate 302, a second supporting plate 302 is fixedly installed on the second supporting plate 302, the second supporting plate 303 is disposed to penetrate through a fixed upright 301, and an end of the second supporting plate 303 is fixedly installed with a bracket 310, the bracket 310 is fixedly connected to the fixed upright 301, that is, the fixed connection between the second supporting plate 303 and the fixed upright 301 is ensured.
Further, in the preferred embodiment provided by the present invention, a fixed limiting plate 308 is slidably disposed on the first fixed cross bar 304, and the fixed limiting plate 308 is in supporting connection with the second support plate 302 through a second spring set 307; the second guide channel 306 is formed in the first fixed cross rod 304, the fixed limiting slide block 309 is arranged in the second guide channel 306 in a sliding mode, one side of the fixed limiting plate 308 is fixedly connected with the fixed limiting slide block 309, and the fixed limiting plate 308 can not shift in the moving process through the design that the fixed limiting slide block 309 slides in the second guide channel 306.

With reference to fig. 1 to 3, in a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the bundling mechanism includes a bundling cross bar 400, a fixing ring 401 is fixedly installed at an end of the bundling cross bar 400, and a bundling adhesive tape 402 sleeved on the end of the bundling cross bar 400 is limited by a limiting ring 404, wherein the limiting ring 404 is fixedly installed on a limiting screw sleeve 403, and the limiting screw sleeve 403 is sleeved on the end of the bundling cross bar 400 in a threaded connection manner, it can be understood that an outer ring of the end of the bundling cross bar 400 is provided with an external thread adapted to the limiting screw sleeve 403, so that the limiting ring 404 can be close to the fixing ring 401 by screwing the limiting screw sleeve 403, and further limit and support the bundling adhesive tape 402.
Referring to fig. 1 to 3, in a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the lifting mechanism 700 includes a supporting arm 703, a bottom end of the supporting arm 703 is fixedly connected to the bundling cross bar 400, the supporting arm 703 is threadedly connected to a lifting screw 705 through an internal threaded hole 704 formed in the supporting arm 703, the lifting mechanism 700 further includes a fixing plate 701 fixedly installed on the supporting sleeve 800, the supporting arm 703 is slidably installed on the fixing plate 701, an L-shaped supporting rod 706 is fixedly installed on the fixing plate 701, an adjusting member connected to the lifting screw 705 is installed on the L-shaped supporting rod 706, the lifting screw 705 can be rotated through the adjusting member, and then the position of the supporting arm 703 is adjusted according to the rotation direction of the lifting screw 705, that is, the position of the bundling mechanism on the bundling cross bar 400 is adjusted, so as to adjust the distance between the bundling mechanism and the paper cassette 500, namely, the movement radius of the bundling mechanism during the circular rotation is adjusted to meet the requirement of bundling paper boxes 500 with different sizes.
Further, as shown in fig. 7, in the embodiment of the present invention, the supporting sleeve 800 is rotatably disposed on the fixed upright 301 in a penetrating manner, the supporting sleeve 800 is coaxially and rotatably sleeved on the second support 303, the driving member includes a second forward/reverse rotation servo motor 801 mounted on the fixed upright 301, an output shaft of the second forward/reverse rotation servo motor 801 is provided with a driving gear 802, and the supporting sleeve 800 is provided with a driven gear ring 803 engaged with the driving gear 802, so that the supporting sleeve 800 can be driven to rotate by the second forward/reverse rotation servo motor 801 which is powered on and started, and further the bundling mechanism is driven to perform a circular motion around the supporting sleeve 800, that is, the bundling mechanism performs a circular motion around the paper box 500; it can be understood that, the end of the second support column 303 is fixedly connected with the fixed upright 301 through the bracket 310, the second support column 303 cannot rotate, only the supporting sleeve 800 is rotatably sleeved on the second support column 303, and the supporting sleeve 800 and the second support column 303 are coaxially arranged.
As shown in fig. 8 to 9, in the adjusting member provided in the embodiment of the present invention, the adjusting member includes:
a rotary cylinder 708 which is rotatably arranged on the L-shaped supporting rod 706, wherein the rotary cylinder 708 is coaxially and fixedly connected with the lifting screw rod 705;
a rectangular slider 709 slidably disposed in the rotary cylinder 708 is supported by a support spring 712;
an operating handle 707 fixedly connected with the rectangular sliding block 709 is supported by an operating shaft 710, a locking convex tooth 711 is arranged on the operating handle 707, and a locking tooth slot 702 matched with the locking convex tooth 711 is arranged on the L-shaped supporting rod 706.
In the embodiment of the present invention, under the elastic supporting action of the supporting spring 712, the locking protrusion 711 is engaged in the locking groove 702, so that the lifting screw 705 which does not need to rotate is kept stable, when the lifting screw 705 needs to be rotated to adjust the circular running radius of the strapping mechanism, the operating handle 707 is pulled to disengage the locking protrusion 711 from the locking groove 702, and the operating handle 707 is operated to drive the rotating cylinder 708 to rotate, so as to drive the lifting screw 705 to rotate, thereby adjusting the circular running radius of the strapping mechanism.
