Abstract
The invention provides a single dehumidifier double or multi cargo compartment dehumidification system, which comprises a dehumidifier and at least two dehumidification circulating pipelines, wherein the dehumidifier is provided with a plurality of dehumidification circulating pipelines; each dehumidification circulation pipeline comprises an air inlet pipeline, an air outlet pipeline and a cargo hold; the cargo hold is connected with a dry air outlet of the dehumidifier through the air inlet pipeline, and the cargo hold is connected with a wet air inlet of the dehumidifier through an air outlet pipeline; the air outlet pipeline is provided with a first valve and a fireproof air brake, and the air inlet pipeline is provided with a second valve and a fireproof air brake. The dehumidification system with the single dehumidifier and the double or multiple cargo holds can save cost and arrangement space on the basis of meeting the requirements of ship cabin breaking stability and SOLAS fire prevention.

Background
For a multipurpose ship, each cargo hold may be loaded with different cargos, when one voyage is carried out, 1 cargo hold is loaded with cargos to be dehumidified, the adjacent cargo hold is loaded with other cargos, and the adjacent 2 cargo holds in the next voyage are loaded with cargos to be dehumidified, the current popular design method is that each cargo hold is provided with a dehumidifier and operates when needed. Preferably, the first valve and the second valve are watertight butterfly valves.
Preferably, the processing capacity of the dehumidifier meets the total capacity of all the cargo tanks.

only one dehumidifier can be adopted for dehumidifying double cabins or a plurality of cabins, the total cost is low, the requirements of various working conditions can be met, the occupied area is small, and the arrangement is simple; the maintenance cost is low. Referring to fig. 1, a single dehumidifier dual or multi cargo compartment dehumidification system according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a dehumidifier 1 and at least two dehumidification circulation pipelines; each wet circulation pipeline comprises an air inlet pipeline 3, an air outlet pipeline 2 and a cargo hold 4; the cargo hold 4 is connected with a dry air outlet of the dehumidifier 1 through an air inlet pipeline 3, and the cargo hold 4 is connected with a wet air inlet of the dehumidifier 1 through an air outlet pipeline 2; the air outlet pipeline 2 is provided with a first valve 5 and a fireproof air brake 7, and the air inlet pipeline 3 is provided with a second valve 6 and a fireproof air brake 7.
The first valve 5 and the second valve 6 are watertight butterfly valves.
The capacity of the dehumidifier 1 is such that it meets the total capacity of all the cargo tanks 4.
In this embodiment, two dehumidification circulation pipelines are adopted, and in other embodiments, a plurality of dehumidification circulation pipelines may be adopted.
The operation of the two dehumidification circulation lines is as follows:
1. the right cargo hold dehumidifies, the left cargo hold does not dehumidify

A single dehumidifier double or multi cargo compartment dehumidification system is characterized by comprising a dehumidifier and at least two dehumidification circulating pipelines; each dehumidification circulation pipeline comprises an air inlet pipeline, an air outlet pipeline and a cargo hold; the cargo hold is connected with a dry air outlet of the dehumidifier through the air inlet pipeline, and the cargo hold is connected with a wet air inlet of the dehumidifier through the air outlet pipeline; the air outlet pipeline is provided with a first valve and a fireproof air brake, and the air inlet pipeline is provided with a second valve and a fireproof air brake.
2. A single dehumidifier dual or multi cargo tank dehumidification system according to claim 1 wherein said first and second valves are watertight butterfly valves.
3. The single dehumidifier dual or multi cargo bay dehumidification system of claim 2, wherein said dehumidifier has a throughput capacity that meets a total capacity of all of said cargo bays.
