The portable body hair cutter according to claim 1, further comprising a cutter head base, wherein the cutter head base is connected with the stationary blade, fixing columns are arranged on two sides of one end, provided with the stationary blade, of the cutter head base, the fixing columns face the direction of the shell, a first fixing hook and a second fixing hook are arranged in the shell, the first fixing hook is matched with the fixing columns, and the second fixing hook is detachably connected with the cutter head base through a resetting device.
