During the rotation of the rotating bracket 132, the cylinder 1311 can rotate relative to the main body 110 by the telescopic rod 1312, and the telescopic rod 1312 can rotate relative to the rotating bracket 132, so that the telescopic mechanism 131 can adjust the direction during the rotation of the rotating bracket 132. As another example, the cylinder 1311 may be fixed to the body 110 such that the telescopic rod 1312 may be kept stationary during pushing the rotation bracket 132 to rotate, and the cylinder 1311 may be kept stationary such that the telescopic rod 1312 transmits force to the rotation bracket 132 in a specific direction.
Referring to fig. 1 and 4, in the present embodiment, the mobile vacuum cleaner 100 includes a first wheel 151 and a second wheel 152, the first wheel 151 is rotatably disposed on the rotating bracket 132, the second wheel 152 is rotatably disposed on the fixing bracket 122, a center of mass of the mobile vacuum cleaner 100 is located between the first wheel 151 and the second wheel 152, and the docking portion 121 is located between the first wheel 151 and the second wheel 152. Since the telescopic mechanism 131 may incline the fixed bracket 122 and the main body 110 during the adjustment of the height of the docking portion 121 relative to the ground, the portable vacuum cleaner 100 may be prevented from falling down by locating the center of mass of the portable vacuum cleaner 100 between the first wheel 151 and the second wheel 152.
The first wheel 151 may be a front wheel, the second wheel 152 may be a rear wheel, and the first wheel 151 and the second wheel 152 have the same outer diameter and substantially parallel rotational axes. The first wheel 151 is rotatably disposed at an end of the rotating bracket 132 away from the mounting bracket 111, and the second wheel 152 is rotatably disposed at a bottom surface of the fixing bracket 122. The number of the first wheels 151 may be one or more, the number of the second wheels 152 may be one or more, for example, the number of the first wheels 151 is one, the number of the second wheels 152 is two, the two second wheels 152 are arranged side by side at intervals, and the first wheel 151 may be arranged on a perpendicular bisector of a central connecting line of the two wheels 152.
As shown in fig. 5, when the first wheel 151 and the second wheel 152 are located on the horizontal ground, when the rotating bracket 132 is located at the first position, wherein the first position may be a position where the rotating bracket 132 is located when the rotating bracket 132 is approximately perpendicular to the mounting bracket 111, and when the fixing bracket 122 of the supporting bracket 120 is approximately parallel to the horizontal ground, the ground height of the abutting part 121 is h 1; as shown in fig. 6, when the rotating bracket 132 rotates from the first position to the second position, wherein the second position may be any position where the included angle formed between the rotating bracket 132 and the mounting bracket 111 is smaller than 90 °, the telescopic rod 1312 of the telescopic mechanism 131 is retracted into the cylinder 1311, the telescopic rod 1312 rotates in the counterclockwise direction (the direction shown by the arrow in fig. 5) during the telescoping process, the rotating bracket 132 rotates from the first position to the second position, the ground inclination angle of the rotating bracket 132 relative to the horizontal ground increases during the rotating process, so that the supporting bracket 120 tilts forward relative to the horizontal ground, the butt joint part 121 provided on the fixed bracket 120 also tilts forward relative to the horizontal ground during the forward tilting of the supporting bracket 120 relative to the horizontal ground, the height of the butt joint part 121 from the ground decreases as the supporting bracket 120 tilts forward relative to the horizontal ground to a greater extent, that is, during the process of rotating the rotating bracket 132 from the first position to the second position, the ground height of the abutting part 121 is continuously reduced; when the rotating bracket 132 rotates from the second position to the first position, the rotating bracket 132 rotates clockwise, the ground inclination angle of the rotating bracket 132 relative to the horizontal ground is gradually reduced, the inclination degree of the support frame 120 relative to the horizontal ground is gradually reduced, so that the ground height of the docking portion 121 is continuously increased, and when the rotating bracket 132 rotates to the first position, the ground height of the docking portion 121 is maximum. The rotating bracket 132 is driven by the telescopic mechanism 131 to rotate along different directions, so that the ground height of the butt joint part 121 can be adjusted, and when the butt joint part 121 is in butt joint with the butt joint structure of other devices, the butt joint part 121 can be accurately butted with the other devices only by adjusting the butt joint part 121 to the ground height which is the same as that of the butt joint structure through the telescopic mechanism 131.
The mobile vacuum cleaner 100 provided by the present application is installed in a docking manner by providing the docking portion 121 and a docking structure of another device, and when the docking portion 121 is not at the same height as the docking structure of the other device, the ground height of the docking portion 121 can be adjusted by the adjusting device 130 so that the docking portion 121 and the docking structure maintain the same height, thereby achieving accurate docking between the docking portion 121 and the docking structure.
Referring to fig. 7, the present embodiment further provides a grinding and dust-collecting apparatus 200, which includes a grinding machine 210 detachably connected to the mobile dust collector 100.
Referring to fig. 7 and 8, in the present embodiment, the grinder 210 includes a base 212 and an extension 213, the extension 213 is connected to the base 212 and disposed toward the docking portion 121, and the extension 213 is provided with a connection hole 2111 to be detachably connected to the docking portion 121. The extension part 213 may have a plate structure, wherein the thickness of the extension part 213 may be less than the distance between the first fixing part 1222 and the second fixing part 1223, and during the docking installation process, the extension part 213 may extend between the first fixing part 1222 and the second fixing part 1223, and the connection hole 2111, the first hole 1212, and the second hole 1213 may be connected to the grinder 210 and the mobile vacuum cleaner 100 by a connection member passing through the first hole 1212, the connection hole 2111, and the second hole 1213. The aperture size of the connection hole 2111 may be the same as the aperture size of the first hole 1212 and the aperture size of the second hole 1213, or may be different, and may be specifically adjusted according to actual requirements.
When the grinder 210 and the mobile dust collector 100 are installed in a butt joint mode, if the connecting hole 2111 and the butt joint part 121 are located at the same height, the grinder 210 and the mobile dust collector 100 approach each other until the connecting hole 2111 and the butt joint part 121 are aligned, and then the connecting piece is arranged in the connecting hole 2111 and the butt joint part 121 in a penetrating mode to achieve butt joint installation of the grinder 210 and the mobile dust collector 100, manual butt joint is avoided, and labor is saved. If the connection hole 2111 and the docking portion 121 are not at the same height, as shown in fig. 7, the floor where the grinder 210 is located is lower than the floor where the mobile vacuum cleaner 100 is located, and the floor where the grinder 210 is located and the floor where the mobile vacuum cleaner 100 is located have a height difference H, at this time, the height where the docking portion 121 is located is higher than the height where the connection hole 2111 is located, that is, the docking portion 121 and the connection hole 2111 are not at the same level, and there is a certain height distance difference between the docking portion 121 and the connection hole 2111. The rotating bracket 132 can be driven by the telescopic mechanism 131 to rotate in the counterclockwise direction to reduce the ground height of the docking portion 121 until the center of the docking portion 121 and the center of the connection hole 2111 are at the same horizontal height, wherein after the docking portion 121 is adjusted to be at the same height as the connection hole 2111, the grinder 210 and the mobile dust collector 100 approach each other until the connection hole 2111 and the docking portion 121 are aligned, and then the grinder 210 and the mobile dust collector 100 are mounted in a docking manner by penetrating through the connection hole 2111 and the docking portion 121 through a connection member.
In the grinding process of the grinder 210, the mobile dust collector 100 can move synchronously with the grinder 210, and dust generated in the grinding process of the grinder 210 can be quickly absorbed by the mobile dust collector 100, so that the dust is prevented from flying everywhere, and meanwhile, constructors for operating the mobile dust collector 100 are saved, the labor intensity is reduced, and the working efficiency is improved.

The first wheel 151, the first rotating wheel 221 and the second rotating wheel 222 may be located on the same line, and since the tangent planes of the three wheels are located at the same horizontal plane, it is easy to cause over-positioning, so that the first rotating wheel 221 and the second rotating wheel 222 of the grinder 210 cannot effectively contact the ground, and a phenomenon of slipping occurs in the first rotating wheel 221 and the second rotating wheel 222, therefore, after the grinder 210 and the mobile vacuum cleaner 100 are mounted in a butt joint manner, the first wheel 151 may be lifted to a certain height by the telescopic mechanism 131 to ensure that the first wheel 151 does not contact the ground, that is, the first wheel 151 is separated from the second tangent plane contacting the ground to be away from the ground, so that a phenomenon of slipping occurs in the first rotating wheel 221 and the second rotating wheel 222 is avoided, and the first rotating wheel 221 and the second rotating wheel 222 can contact the ground.
When the grinder 210 and the mobile vacuum cleaner 100 need to be separated, the first wheel 151 needs to be lowered to a certain height by the telescopic mechanism 131 until the docking portion 121 of the mobile vacuum cleaner 100 is at the same height as the coupling hole 2111 of the grinder 210. Then, the connection member connected to the docking portion 121 and the connection hole 2111 is pulled out, and the grinder 210 and the mobile cleaner 100 are separated from each other, thereby achieving easy separation and convenient operation.
In summary, the connection hole 2111 of the grinder 210 in the grinding and dust-collecting apparatus 200 provided by the present application is detachably connected to the docking portion 121 of the mobile dust collector 100, so as to facilitate the detachment and installation of the two, and meanwhile, the adjustment device 130 can adjust the docking portion 121 to the same height as the connection hole 2111, and does not need manual docking, so as to achieve precise docking and installation of the two; the grinding and dust-absorbing device 200 integrates grinding and dust-absorbing functions, and avoids a large amount of dust in the grinding process.
