Abstract
The invention discloses a positioning device, which comprises a carrier, a first guide rail in the left-right direction and a carrier positioning plate; the carrier is connected with the first guide rail in a sliding mode, and the carrier can slide left and right along the first guide rail; the end face of one side, in contact with the carrier, of the carrier positioning plate is in a stepped track shape, and the carrier positioning plate is used for limiting the forward and backward movement of the carrier. A carrier positioning method is also disclosed. The invention adopts the technical scheme that the first sliding block capable of sliding left and right, the second sliding block capable of sliding front and back and the positioning movable wheel are matched with the end surface of the stepped track and the arc-shaped groove, thereby realizing the positioning of front, back, left and right positions, reducing the cost, having small volume and simple structure.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of carrier positioning, in particular to a positioning device and a positioning method thereof.
Background
The product is required to be shifted and processed frequently in automatic equipment, the product is required to be accurately positioned in left and right positions and front and back positions, and the existing equipment is complex in positioning mode and high in cost.
Therefore, the applicant has made extensive studies to provide a positioning device and a positioning method thereof, which can position the front, back, left and right positions of the carrier, reduce the cost, and have a small volume and a simple structure.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the problems in the background art, the invention discloses a positioning device, which comprises a carrier, a first guide rail in the left-right direction and a carrier positioning plate; the carrier is connected with the first guide rail in a sliding mode, and the carrier can slide left and right along the first guide rail; the end face of one side, in contact with the carrier, of the carrier positioning plate is in a stepped track shape, and the carrier positioning plate is used for limiting the forward and backward movement of the carrier.
Preferably, the carrier comprises a first slide block, a second slide block, a first guide rail seat, a front wire clamping block, a rear wire clamping fixed block, a rear wire clamping movable block, a positioning movable wheel, a wire clamping spring, a first tension spring, a tension spring connecting rod and a limiting rod; the first slide block is connected with the first guide rail, the first slide block can slide along the length direction of the first guide rail, the first guide rail seat is fixedly connected with the first slide block, the second slide block is slidably connected with the first guide rail seat, the sliding direction of the second slide block is perpendicular to the sliding direction of the first slide block, the front wire clamping block is fixedly connected with the second slide block, the rear wire clamping fixed block is rotatably connected with the rear wire clamping movable block, the wire clamping spring is arranged in the rear wire clamping movable block, the positioning movable wheel is arranged at one end of the second slide block and is rotatably connected with the second slide block, the first guide rail seat and the second slide block are respectively provided with one extension spring connecting rod, and the two ends of the first extension spring are respectively sleeved on the two extension spring connecting rods, the limiting rod is fixed on the second sliding block and used for limiting the relative position of the second sliding block and the first guide rail seat under the action of the first tension spring.
Preferably, the carrier positioning plate and the end face of one side, which is contacted with the carrier, are provided with a plurality of arc-shaped grooves for realizing positioning of the carrier.
Preferably, a plurality of dentate clamping grooves are arranged on the front wire clamping block.
A carrier positioning method is characterized in that products are loaded on a carrier of a positioning device, external force can be applied to two sides of the carrier to enable the carrier to move left and right, an arc-shaped groove can be formed in a position needing to be positioned in a moving process, when the carrier moves to the position of the arc-shaped groove, external force can not be applied to the carrier temporarily if the carrier needs to be positioned, and at the moment, a positioning movable wheel is lowered on the arc-shaped groove in the carrier positioning plate to achieve positioning.
The invention adopts the technical scheme that the first sliding block capable of sliding left and right, the second sliding block capable of sliding front and back and the positioning movable wheel are matched with the end surface of the stepped track and the arc-shaped groove, thereby realizing the positioning of front, back, left and right positions, reducing the cost, having small volume and simple structure.

Referring to fig. 1-3, a positioning device includes a carrier 31, a first guide rail 21 in left and right directions, and a carrier positioning plate 11, wherein the carrier 31 can move back and forth and left and right, an end surface of the carrier positioning plate 11 contacting with the carrier 31 is configured as a step track, and the carrier 31 is used for carrying a product.
The carrier 31 includes a first slider 311, a first guide rail seat 312, a second slider 313, a front wire clamping block 314, a rear wire clamping fixed block 315, a rear wire clamping movable block 316, a positioning movable wheel 317, a wire clamping spring 318, a first tension spring 319, a tension spring connecting rod 320, and a limiting rod 321;
the first guide rail 21 is slidably connected with the first slide block 311, the first guide rail seat 312 is fixedly connected with the first slide block 311, the second slide block 313 is slidably connected with the first guide rail seat 312, the sliding direction of the second slide block 313 is vertical to the sliding direction of the first slide block 311, the front wire clamping block 314 is fixedly connected with the second slide block 313, the rear wire clamping fixed block 315 is rotatably connected with the rear wire clamping movable block 316, the wire clamping spring 318 is arranged in the rear wire clamping movable block 316, the positioning movable wheel 317 is arranged at one end of the second slide block 313, and is rotatably connected with the second sliding block 313, the first guide rail seat 312 and the second sliding block 313 are respectively provided with a tension spring connecting rod 320, two ends of the first tension spring 319 are respectively sleeved on the two tension spring connecting rods 320, the limiting rod 321 is fixed on the second sliding block 313, for limiting the position of the second slider 313 relative to the first rail housing 312 by the first extension spring 319.
The front wire clamping block 314 is provided with a plurality of dentate clamping grooves 02, which is beneficial to firmly clamping products.
The carrier positioning plate 11 is provided with a plurality of arc-shaped grooves 01 on the end surface of the carrier 31 at one side for positioning the carrier 31.
A carrier positioning method, the product is loaded on the carrier 31, the external force can be applied to both sides of the carrier 31 to make it move left and right, in the moving process, the arc groove 01 can be arranged on the carrier positioning plate 11 at the position needing to be positioned, if the carrier 31 needs to be positioned when moving to the arc groove 01, the external force can not be applied to the carrier 31 temporarily, at this moment, the positioning movable wheel 317 is lower on the arc groove 01 on the carrier positioning plate 11, so as to realize the positioning.
The working principle is as follows: the first slider 311 drives the second slider 313 and the positioning movable wheel 317 thereon to move left and right in the process of moving left and right, the positioning movable wheel 317 abuts against a step track surface on the end surface of the carrier positioning plate 11 under the action of the first tension spring 319, when the track surface has a height drop, the positioning movable wheel 317 is longitudinally displaced, and when a set position is reached, the positioning movable wheel 317 abuts against an arc-shaped groove 01 arranged on the carrier positioning plate 11 under the action of the first tension spring 319, so that left and right and front and back position positioning is realized.
The invention adopts the technical scheme that the first slide block 311 capable of sliding left and right, the second slide block 313 capable of sliding front and back, the positioning movable wheel 317, the end surface of the step track and the arc-shaped groove 01 are matched, thereby realizing the positioning of front, back, left and right positions, reducing the cost, having small volume and simple structure.

the first slide block is connected with the first guide rail, the first slide block can slide along the length direction of the first guide rail, the first guide rail seat is fixedly connected with the first slide block, the second slide block is slidably connected with the first guide rail seat, the sliding direction of the second slide block is perpendicular to the sliding direction of the first slide block, the front wire clamping block is fixedly connected with the second slide block, the rear wire clamping fixed block is rotatably connected with the rear wire clamping movable block, the wire clamping spring is arranged in the rear wire clamping movable block, the positioning movable wheel is arranged at one end of the second slide block and is rotatably connected with the second slide block, the first guide rail seat and the second slide block are respectively provided with one extension spring connecting rod, and the two ends of the first extension spring are respectively sleeved on the two extension spring connecting rods, the limiting rod is fixed on the second sliding block and used for limiting the relative position of the second sliding block and the first guide rail seat under the action of the first tension spring.

A carrier positioning method, wherein a product is loaded on a carrier of a positioning device as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 4, external force can be applied to both sides of the carrier to move the carrier left and right, the arc-shaped groove can be arranged on the carrier positioning plate at a position to be positioned in a moving stroke, when the carrier is moved to the arc-shaped groove position, external force can not be applied to the carrier temporarily, and the positioning movable wheel is lowered on the arc-shaped groove on the carrier positioning plate to realize positioning.
