Description
Technical Field
The application belongs to the technical field of oral care, and particularly relates to an oral care composition.
Background
Tooth discoloration (Tooth Discoloration) refers to a phenomenon in which the color or shade of teeth changes due to various intrinsic or extrinsic causes; the change in color or luster due to physical causes such as heredity and age, and/or impaired tooth development is called endogenous tooth staining, and tooth staining due to external factors such as smoking, drinking, antibiotics, metals, food coloring, or pigments produced by oral bacteria is called exogenous tooth staining.
Tooth whitening is the process of lightening teeth, which can be achieved by physical stain removal or chemical reaction. The bulk drug in most whitening products is hydrogen peroxide or carbamide peroxide, which is a stable complex that breaks down upon contact with water, releasing hydrogen peroxide. Tooth whitening has become one of the most frequent dental procedures required by the public, and many tooth whitening products have been marketed, such as toothpaste, gel or film household products, and products containing high concentrations of bleaching agents for use under professional supervision. Tooth whitening also creates certain risks such as increased tooth sensitivity and gum irritation, tooth surface roughness and softening, increased potential demineralization, degradation of dental restorations, and unacceptable color changes.
Although hydrogen peroxide is used in most whitening products, the pH of aqueous hydrogen peroxide solutions is typically 3-4.5, which is prone to tooth sensitivity and other oral problems due to the irritation caused by this acidity.

Specifically, the mass described in the specification of the examples of the present application may be a mass unit known in the chemical industry such as μ g, mg, g, kg.
Embodiments of the present application provide an oral care composition comprising: ozonized oil and a hydrophobic modifier; the hydrophobic modifier is hydrophobic association polymer and/or inverse emulsion polymer, and the mass ratio of the ozonized oil to the hydrophobic modifier is (0.1-40): (0.05-5).
Ozone has the functions of immunostimulating, pain relieving, hypnotizing, detoxification, antibiosis, biological activity, biosynthesis and the like, can treat various diseases, has the characteristics of no wound, no pain, no wound, no discomfort, no side effect and the like, can improve the acceptability and compliance of patients, has lower irritation to ozone relative to hypochlorous acid and hydrogen peroxide, and is more suitable for household use; however, ozone is difficult to store and transport, so that the ozone is difficult to apply to related oral products, and the weak acid ozonized oil is easy to delaminate due to the difficulty in improving the product consistency. The oral care composition provided by the embodiment of the application comprises ozonized oil and a hydrophobic modifier, wherein the specific hydrophobic modifier is a hydrophobic association polymer and/or an inverse emulsion polymer, and the mass ratio of the ozonized oil to the hydrophobic modifier is (0.1-40): (0.05-5). The hydrophobic modifier with the proportion is added on the basis of the ozonized oil, so that the stability of the ozonized oil can be improved, and the ozonized oil slowly and stably separates out and releases ozone in the oral care process, so that the oral care effect is stable and controllable, and the method has a good application prospect.
In the oral care composition, the mass ratio of the ozonized oil to the hydrophobic modifier is (0.1-40): (0.05-5), specifically, 0.1% -40% (e.g., 0.1%, 0.5%, 1%, 5%, 8%, 10%, 15%, 20%, 25%, 30%, 35%, 40%, etc.) of the total product mass of the ozonized oil based on 100% of the total product mass of the oral care composition, and 0.05% -5% (e.g., 0.05%, 0.1%, 0.5%, 1%, 1.5%, 1.8%, 2%, 2.5%, 3%, 3.5%, 4%, 5%, etc.) of the total product mass of the hydrophobic modifier, such that the weight ratio of the ozonized oil to the hydrophobic modifier in the oral care composition is (0.1-40): (0.05-5). For example, in one embodiment, the ozonated oil comprises 0.1% by weight of the total oral care composition, the hydrophobic modifier comprises 0.05% by weight of the total oral care composition, and the mass ratio of ozonated oil to hydrophobic modifier is 0.1:0.05; in one embodiment, the ozonized oil comprises 20% of the total mass of the oral care composition, the hydrophobic modifier comprises 3% of the total mass of the oral care composition, and the mass ratio of the ozonized oil to the hydrophobic modifier is 20:3, a step of; in one embodiment, the ozonated oil comprises 40% of the total mass of the oral care composition, the hydrophobic modifier comprises 5% of the total mass of the oral care composition, and the mass ratio of ozonated oil to hydrophobic modifier is 40:5.
the above-described oral care compositions are useful in the preparation of a variety of oral care products. For example, the oral care composition can be used to prepare a toothpaste, a dental paste, or an oral gel, when used to prepare a toothpaste, the ozonized oil is present in an amount of 0.1% to 20%, the hydrophobic modifier is present in an amount of 0.05% to 3%, and the ozonized oil and the hydrophobic modifier are present in a mass ratio of (0.1 to 20): (0.05-3); when the ozonized oil is used for preparing dental paste or oral gel, the content of the ozonized oil is 0.1-40%, the content of the hydrophobic modifier is 0.05-5%, and the mass ratio of the ozonized oil to the hydrophobic modifier is (0.1-40): (0.05-5). Because the dental tape and the oral gel have higher viscosity and longer use time in the oral cavity, the content of the ozonized oil and the content of the hydrophobic modifier can be appropriately increased to further prolong the effect of oral care.
In one embodiment, the mass ratio of the ozonized oil to the hydrophobic modifier is (20-40): (3-5). In the body, the content of ozonized oil is 20-40% and the content of hydrophobic modifier is 3-5% based on 100% of the total mass of the oral care composition, wherein the ozonized oil and the hydrophobic modifier are mixed according to the mass ratio of (20-40): (3-5); this may further enhance the oral care effect.
In one embodiment, the ozonated oil in the oral care composition is a mixture of ozone solidified into vegetable oil, such that the ozone is present as a stable oil-soluble ozone active. Wherein the vegetable oil is selected from at least one of avocado oil, sweet almond oil, rice bran oil, wheat germ oil, palm oil, coconut oil, olive oil, argan oil, sunflower seed oil, raspberry oil, dog rose fruit oil, safflower oil, soybean oil, rapeseed oil, linseed oil, corn oil, peanut oil, cranberry seed oil, macadamia nut oil, sea buckthorn oil, camellia oil, shea butter and white pond flower seed oil. Further, the vegetable oil is a liquid or solid oil of vegetable origin containing 0 to 20wt% of saturated fatty acid, specifically, the saturated fatty acid content is 5 to 15wt%, or 10 to 15wt%. The embodiment of the application uses the relatively stable oil-soluble ozone active substance, namely the ozonized oil to replace ozone, and when the ozonized oil is added as a tooth whitening component, the ozonized oil has the additional functions of inhibiting bacteria by ozone, preventing decayed teeth, removing bad breath and the like, and simultaneously has the repairing effect of related unsaturated grease on oral mucosa, so that the ozonized oil has better oral care effect compared with tooth bleaching agents such as peroxide and the like. In addition, the oral care composition containing the ozonized oil can realize the pH value of the product at 4.5-7.0, ensure the high stability of the ozonized oil under the weak acid condition, reasonably prevent the irritation and corrosiveness of acidic components to oral mucosa and teeth, and simultaneously compound with hydrophobic association polymer and/or inverse emulsion polymer, so that the composition system is better stable and is not easy to delaminate, and the problem of the formula stability of functional oral products such as toothpaste, dental paste and oral gel of the ozonized oil is better solved.
Further, in the ozonized oil, the ozone content is 0.2g/L to 120g/L, namely, the mass of the ozone absorbed by each liter of vegetable oil is 0.2g to 120g, and specifically, the ozone can be 1g to 100g/L, or 10g to 80g/L, or 30g to 60g/L. Ozone in the above content range can play a good tooth whitening effect.
In one embodiment, the hydrophobic modifier is a hydrophobically associating polymer and/or an inverse emulsion polymer; wherein, the hydrophobic association polymer refers to a polymer which is subjected to hydrophobic association modification on a polymer hydrophilic macromolecule, and has tackifying and temperature resisting capabilities; the inverse emulsion polymer is a monomer aqueous solution prepared from water-soluble monomers, forms water-in-oil emulsion with an organic phase under the action of an oil-soluble surfactant, and then forms a water-in-oil polymer through the polymerization reaction initiated by an oil-soluble initiator, so that the viscosity and the static force of the system can be further increased. Further, the hydrophobically associating polymer is selected from acrylic acid (esters)/C 10-30 At least one of an alkanol acrylate cross-linked polymer, an acrylic acid (ester) class/stearyl alcohol polyether-20 methyl acrylate cross-linked polymer, a polyacrylate cross-linked polymer-6, polyacrylamide and polyacrylate-13. The inverse emulsion polymer is selected from hydroxyethyl acrylate/sodium acryloyldimethyl taurate copolymer, sodium acrylate/acryloyldi-sodiumAt least one of sodium methyl taurate copolymer and ammonium acryloyldimethyl taurate/VP copolymer. By means of the above-mentioned kind of hydrophobic modifier, the consistency in the oral care composition is improved and the system is more stable.
In one embodiment, the viscosity of the oral care composition is not less than 3000mpa.s at 25-27 ℃. Further, the viscosity change of the ozonized oil cavity nursing product prepared by the oral care composition at 50 ℃ for 1 month is small, and the oral care composition has good stability.
In one embodiment, the oral care composition further comprises: polysaccharide gums for enhancing the viscosity and stability of the oral care composition.
