The invention relates to a medical instrument, in particular to an ampoule bottle medicine mixing clamp body and a closed medicine dispensing and infusion connector thereof.
Background
The existing injection package generally adopts a penicillin bottle or an ampoule bottle, and the powder injection uses the penicillin bottle and the water injection uses the ampoule bottle under normal conditions. When traditional liquid preparation is carried out, a syringe is adopted to transfer the medicine, and the specific mode is as follows:
1. preparing forest bottle medicines: extracting the liquid medicine in the soft infusion bag through the injector, injecting the liquid medicine into the penicillin bottle, repeatedly shaking the penicillin bottle until the powder injection in the penicillin bottle is fully dissolved, extracting the liquid medicine in the penicillin bottle through the injector, and injecting the liquid medicine back into the soft infusion bag;
2. preparing ampoule bottle medicine: firstly, breaking the bottleneck of the ampoule bottle, then using a syringe to draw out the liquid medicine in the ampoule bottle, and then injecting the liquid medicine into the soft infusion bag.
In the traditional liquid preparation method, the needle head of the syringe is completely exposed in the air in the whole liquid preparation process, and the liquid medicine is easily polluted.
In order to overcome the defects, patent CN 209751664U discloses a medicine mixing cup with a clamping structure, which is suitable for a double-valve infusion cap, and comprises a medicine mixing clamp body, a cross needle and a clamping structure. The clamping structure is composed of an installation part and elastic clamping jaws, the connecting ends of all the elastic clamping jaws form a circle along the axial projection, and the root of a hollow cross needle arranged along the axial direction is positioned at one needle port of the double-valve transfusion cover. The medicine mixing cup is suitable for the double-valve transfusion cover, so that a medicine adding port and a transfusion port are separated in the operation process, the special port is special, the transfusion port is not exposed in the air during medicine adding, and the secondary pollution of the transfusion port is avoided; the infusion port and the medicine adding port are not in the same tube during medicine adding, and the infusion port is not opened, so that the infusion port is not required to be disinfected when opened for infusion, and the safety of clinical medicine application is greatly improved. When the penicillin bottles need to be replaced, the penicillin bottles can be pulled out from the medicine mixing cup by inclining the penicillin bottles in the medicine mixing cup by a certain angle, the effect that the same medicine mixing cup corresponds to a plurality of penicillin bottles is achieved, replacement of the penicillin bottles is achieved, and medical consumables are greatly saved. The penicillin bottle can also be other medicine containers.
Although the above patents can realize the airtight butt joint of the penicillin bottle and the soft infusion bag interface and prevent the liquid medicine pollution, the airtight butt joint of the ampoule bottle and the soft infusion bag interface cannot be realized, and the phenomenon that various dosage forms (packaging bottles) coexist commonly exists in the existing prescription, so that only the airtight butt joint scheme of the penicillin bottle is provided, and the airtight preparation of the whole prescription cannot be fundamentally solved, namely, when the medicine prescriptions of different bottle types need to be prepared, particularly when the liquid medicine in the ampoule bottle needs to be mixed, the liquid medicine transfer needs to be carried out by adopting an injector in the prior art, and the risk of liquid medicine pollution caused by the fact that the needle head of the injector is exposed in the air also exists.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the defects in the prior art, the invention provides an ampoule bottle medicine mixing clamp body capable of realizing sealed butt joint of an ampoule bottle and a soft infusion bag and a closed medicine dispensing and infusion connector thereof.

As a preferred scheme of the invention, the connecting seat comprises a circular ring-shaped base and a connecting pipe, the connecting pipe is vertically arranged above the middle part of the circular ring-shaped base, reinforcing ribs are respectively and fixedly arranged at the left side and the right side of the connecting pipe, and the bottom ends of the reinforcing ribs are fixedly arranged on the circular ring-shaped base.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, a filtration membrane is provided on the cross section of the inner wall of the ampoule medicine mixing cup between the lower side of the ampoule bottle insertion portion and the upper side of the puncture needle.
As a preferred scheme of the present invention, an outer circle of the other end of the ampoule bottle medicine mixing cup body is provided with an outward protruding annular clip or an inward recessed annular clip along a circumferential direction, an inner wall of one end of the connecting seat is provided with an annular clip or an annular clip which is mutually matched with the annular clip or the annular clip on the ampoule bottle medicine mixing cup body along the circumferential direction, and the other end of the ampoule bottle medicine mixing cup body is clipped in one end of the connecting seat in a manner of matching the annular clip and the annular clip.
As a preferable scheme of the invention, the outer diameter of the upper part of the ampoule medicine mixing cup body is larger than the outer diameter of the lower part of the ampoule medicine mixing cup body, and the outer circle of the lower part of the ampoule medicine mixing cup body forms a conical shape; the ampoule mixes the upper portion hole diameter of medicine cup and is greater than the lower part hole diameter that the ampoule mixes the medicine cup, the ampoule mixes the lower part hole of medicine cup and is conical hole, the ampoule mixes and forms a ring shape step between the upper portion hole of medicine cup and the lower part hole.

The invention also provides a closed type dispensing infusion connector which comprises an infusion connector clamping seat and the ampoule bottle medicine mixing clamping body, wherein the other end of the connecting seat is detachably connected to the infusion connector clamping seat, and a lower puncture needle of a hollow needle can penetrate through a guide hole in the infusion connector clamping seat.
As a preferred scheme of the invention, a clamping block is arranged on the outer side of the other end of the connecting seat; one end of the infusion connector clamping seat is provided with an inner groove, the inner wall of the inner groove is provided with an L-shaped clamping groove consisting of an axial groove and a radial groove, a clamping block on the connecting seat corresponds to the L-shaped clamping groove on the infusion connector clamping seat, and the clamping block on the connecting seat can be inserted into the L-shaped clamping groove through the corresponding axial groove and rotates into the radial groove; the other end of the transfusion connector clamping seat is provided with a plurality of elastic clamping claws used for being clamped on a transfusion soft bag interface.
As a preferable aspect of the present invention, a circle center formed by a projection of the elastic clamping claw in the axial direction of the infusion connector cassette is not located at the same position as a circle center formed by a projection of the hollow needle in the axial direction of the infusion connector cassette.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following technical effects:
1. when the ampoule bottle medicine mixing clamp body is used, the broken ampoule bottle is inserted into the upper part of the ampoule bottle medicine mixing cup body, and the puncture needle at the lower end of the hollow needle is inserted into the puncture hole of the infusion cover, so that the ampoule bottle and the infusion soft bag are in sealed butt joint, the risk of exposing liquid medicine in the air in the mixing process is greatly reduced, and the safety of clinical medication is greatly improved.
2. The ampoule bottle medicine mixing cup body is made of soft rubber, when the ampoule bottle needs to be replaced, the ampoule bottle medicine mixing cup body is only required to be squeezed, the ampoule bottle is squeezed out of the ampoule bottle medicine mixing cup body, the same ampoule bottle medicine mixing cup body is enabled to correspond to a plurality of ampoule bottles, and then the ampoule bottle replacement is achieved; under the condition of realizing the airtight butt joint of the penicillin bottle, the ampoule bottle and the soft infusion bag, medical consumables are greatly saved.

Example 1
As shown in fig. 1, the ampoule bottle mixing card body comprises an ampoule bottle mixing cup body 1, a connecting seat 2 and a hollow needle 3. The upper end of the ampoule medicine mixing cup body 1 is an open end, and the open end is an ampoule bottle insertion end 18 for inserting an ampoule bottle. Connecting seat 2 is hollow structure, and the ampoule mixes the lower extreme of medicine cup 1 and is connected with the top of connecting seat 2, and hollow needle 3 is fixed to be set up in the bottom that ampoule mixes medicine cup 1, and the lower part pjncture needle of hollow needle 3 passes the centre bore of connecting seat 2.
The concrete structure of ampoule mixes medicine cup is shown in fig. 2, and the upper portion external diameter that ampoule mixed medicine cup 1 is greater than the lower part external diameter that ampoule mixed medicine cup 1, and ampoule mixed medicine cup 1's lower part excircle forms the taper shape, and whole structure forms a cup. The ampoule medicine mixing cup body 1 is made of soft rubber. The neck of the ampoule bottle is aligned with the ampoule bottle insertion end 18 and is directly inserted into the ampoule bottle medicine mixing cup body 1, when the ampoule bottle needs to be replaced, the ampoule bottle can be extruded from the ampoule bottle medicine mixing cup body 1 by only pressing the lower part of the ampoule bottle medicine mixing cup body 1, the same ampoule bottle medicine mixing cup body 1 is corresponding to a plurality of ampoule bottles, and then the ampoule bottle replacement is realized; simultaneously, this ampoule mixes medicine cup 1 and has certain elasticity, can mix medicine cup 1 with the ampoule card of different specifications in the ampoule.
The concrete structure of connecting seat 2 is as shown in fig. 3, connecting seat 2 includes ring shape base 15 and connecting pipe 16, connecting pipe 16 sets up the middle part top at ring shape base 15 perpendicularly, fixed strengthening rib 17 that sets up respectively in the left and right sides of connecting pipe 16, the bottom mounting of strengthening rib 17 sets up on ring shape base 15, strengthening rib 17 both plays the effect of reinforced connection ring shape base 15 and connecting pipe 16, when rotatory ampoule mixes the medicine card body, the finger centre gripping connecting pipe 16 of being convenient for again and then the drive ampoule mixes the medicine card body and rotates.
A filter membrane 4 is arranged on the cross section of the inner wall of the ampoule medicine mixing cup body 1, between the lower part of the ampoule bottle inserting part and the upper part of the hollow needle 3, as shown in fig. 4. Glass bits can be generated inevitably when the bottleneck of the ampoule bottle is broken off, the glass bits can possibly fall into the ampoule bottle body or be adhered to the bottle mouth and enter the ampoule bottle medicine mixing cup body 1 along with the liquid medicine, the filtering membrane 4 is separated between the ampoule bottle body and the hollow needle 3, the glass bits in the ampoule bottle can be filtered, the glass bits in the ampoule bottle are blocked on the filtering membrane 4, only the liquid medicine in the ampoule bottle passes through the filtering membrane 4, and therefore heat source substances are reduced. In this embodiment, the position that sets up of filtration membrane 4 is close to hollow needle 3, neither can influence filtration membrane 4 and to the filter effect of glass bits, can not influence the lower part that extrudes ampoule and mix medicine cup 1 again, and then can not influence the ampoule and mix medicine cup 1 from the ampoule and extrude.
The bottom excircle that the ampoule mixes medicine cup 1 sets up the annular card of evagination or the ring channel of indent along the circumferencial direction, set up on the top inner wall of connecting seat 2 along the circumferencial direction and mix annular card or the annular card that annular card or ring channel mutually supported on the medicine cup 1 with the ampoule, the ampoule mixes the bottom of medicine cup 1 and passes through annular card 5 and 6 complex mode joints of ring channel in the one end of connecting seat 2. In this embodiment, the outer circle of the bottom end of the ampoule medicine mixing cup body 1 is provided with the convex annular clamp 5 along the circumferential direction, as shown in fig. 4 and 5, the inner wall of the top end of the connecting pipe 16 is provided with the annular groove 6 along the circumferential direction, and when the bottom end of the ampoule medicine mixing cup body 1 is inserted into the top end of the connecting pipe 16, the annular clamp 5 is clamped into the annular groove 6, so that the bottom end of the ampoule medicine mixing cup body 1 and the top end of the connecting pipe 16 form a tight fit.
The protecting sleeve 8 is sleeved outside the hollow needle 3 and on the lower portion of the ampoule bottle medicine mixing cup body 1, as shown in fig. 6, the situation that a puncture needle on the lower portion of the hollow needle 3 is exposed outside and accidentally injures an operator is avoided. When the ampoule bottle medicine mixing clamp body is used, the protective sleeve 8 is pulled out from the hollow needle 3.
When the ampoule bottle medicine mixing clamp body is used, the ampoule bottle medicine mixing clamp body is matched with the infusion connector clamp seat 9, the broken ampoule bottle is inserted into the upper part of the ampoule bottle medicine mixing cup body 1, and then the puncture needle at the lower end of the hollow needle 3 is punctured into the puncture hole of the infusion cover, so that the ampoule bottle and the infusion soft bag are in sealed butt joint, the risk that liquid medicine is exposed in the air in the mixing process is greatly reduced, and the safety of clinical medication is greatly improved.
Example 2
As shown in fig. 7, the closed type dispensing infusion connector comprises an infusion connector clamping seat 9 and an ampoule bottle mixing clamping body, the bottom end of the connecting seat 2 is detachably connected to the infusion connector clamping seat 9, and a lower puncture needle of the hollow needle 3 is arranged on the infusion connector clamping seat 9 and penetrates through a guide hole 13.
The bottom outside of connecting seat 2 sets up fixture block 10, and in this implementation, the outside of ring shape base 15 sets up three fixture block 10 along the circumferencial direction equipartition. One end of the infusion joint clamping seat 9 is provided with an inner groove 11, the inner groove 11 is a circular inner groove, the inner wall of the inner groove 11 is provided with a clamping groove 12 of an L-shaped structure consisting of an axial groove 121 and a radial groove 122, and as shown in fig. 8 and 9, the inner wall of the inner groove 11 is uniformly provided with three clamping grooves 12. The fixture block 10 on the connecting seat 2 corresponds to the L-shaped clamping groove 12 on the infusion connector clamping seat 9, and the fixture block 10 on the connecting seat 2 can be inserted into the L-shaped clamping groove 12 through the corresponding axial groove 121 and rotate to the radial groove 122; the other end of the transfusion connector clamping seat 9 is provided with a plurality of elastic clamping claws 14 used for being clamped on a transfusion soft bag interface, in the embodiment, the lower end of the transfusion connector clamping seat 9 is provided with three elastic clamping claws 14 along the edge, and the middle part of the transfusion connector clamping seat 9 is provided with a guide hole 13.
In order to adapt to the infusion cap with a liquid passage not in the center of a circle, in particular to a double-valve infusion cap, the center of a circle formed by the projection of the three elastic clamping claws 14 in the axial direction of the infusion connector clamping seat 9 in the embodiment and the center of a circle formed by the projection of the hollow needle 3 in the axial direction of the infusion connector clamping seat 9 are not in the same position (i.e. an eccentric structure). The transfusion connector clamping seat 9 is clamped on an interface of a transfusion soft bag through three elastic clamping claws 14 on the transfusion connector clamping seat, a puncture needle at the lower end of the hollow needle 3 penetrates through a guide hole 13 on the transfusion connector clamping seat 9 and is punctured into a puncture hole on a double-valve transfusion cover, and after medicine mixing is finished, the ampoule bottle medicine mixing clamping body is taken down from the transfusion connector clamping seat 9; at the moment, the transfusion connector clamping seat 9 is rotated, the puncture hole in the process of medicine mixing puncture is covered by the transfusion connector clamping seat 9 in the rotation process, so that the transfusion connector clamping seat 9 rotates 180 degrees on an interface of a soft transfusion bag, a transfusion needle penetrates through a guide hole 13 in the transfusion connector clamping seat 9 to downwards directly puncture another puncture hole in the double-valve transfusion cover, and the situation that the same puncture hole is punctured twice and fragments enter the soft transfusion bag is effectively avoided. The guide hole 13 on the transfusion connector clamping seat 9 plays a guiding role, and the lower end puncture needle and the transfusion needle of the hollow needle 3 can be accurately inserted into two puncture holes on the double-valve transfusion cover by rotating the transfusion connector clamping seat 9, so that the medicine mixing puncture and the puncture hole of the transfusion puncture on the double-valve transfusion cover are separated. The eccentric structure is not limited to be suitable for a double-valve infusion cover, but also can be suitable for a plurality of puncture holes formed in the infusion cover, when the infusion connector clamping seat 9 is rotated, the guide hole 13 in the rotary infusion connector clamping seat 9 is aligned to the next puncture hole by rotating a corresponding angle, and the separation of the puncture holes of the medicine mixing puncture and the infusion puncture on the infusion cover can be realized.
When the closed type dispensing transfusion connector is used, the three elastic clamping claws 14 on the transfusion connector clamping seat 9 are clamped on a port of a transfusion soft bag, then a sterilized closed packaging bag is torn off, the broken ampoule bottle is inserted into the upper part of the ampoule bottle mixing cup body 1, then the lower end puncture needle of the hollow needle 3 penetrates through the guide hole 13 of the transfusion connector clamping seat 9 and penetrates into the puncture hole of a transfusion cover, finally the annular base 15 is aligned to the corresponding axial groove 121 through the clamping block 10 on the annular base and is inserted into the inner groove 11 of the transfusion connector clamping seat 9, the ampoule bottle mixing clamping body is rotated to enable the clamping block 10 on the connecting seat 2 to rotate into the corresponding radial groove 122, the ampoule bottle mixing clamping body is clamped in the inner groove 11 of the transfusion connector clamping seat 9, the ampoule bottle is hermetically communicated with the transfusion soft bag, the soft bag is overturned, the soft bag is squeezed, medicine mixing can be realized, and the risk of exposing liquid medicine in the air in the mixing process is greatly reduced, greatly improving the safety of clinical medication. When the ampoule bottle needs to be replaced, the ampoule bottle can be separated from the ampoule bottle mixing cup body 1 only by squeezing the ampoule bottle mixing cup body 1, and another ampoule bottle with a broken neck is inserted, so that the replacement of a plurality of ampoule bottles can be realized.
In actual clinical practice, various dosage forms are often needed to be matched and used, and one bag of liquid also needs to be mixed with a plurality of different packaged medicines to meet the dosage requirement. According to the invention, the ampoule bottle medicine mixing clamp body is ingeniously detachably connected to the infusion connector clamp seat 9, when the ampoule bottle medicine mixing clamp body is connected to the infusion connector clamp seat 9, the ampoule bottle and the infusion soft bag are in airtight butt joint, and the ampoule bottle medicine mixing cup body 1 can be used for clamping ampoule bottles with different dosage units, so that the airtight medicine mixing infusion connector can meet the requirement that one bag of liquid corresponds to ampoule bottles with multiple dosage units, or one bag of infusion corresponds to several different ampoule bottles, the risk that the liquid is exposed in the air in the mixing process is greatly reduced, the safety of clinical medication is greatly improved, and medical consumables are greatly saved.
