本公开是关于一种数据传输方法、装置及计算机可读存储介质,属于通信技术领域。所述方法包括:发送设备采用第一随机接入资源发送随机接入请求,所述发送设备支持第一调制方式和第二调制方式,所述第二调制方式包含高于所述第一调制方式的调制阶数的高阶调制方式,所述第一随机接入资源为配置给支持所述第二调制方式的发送设备的资源;发送设备通过目标调制方式对数据进行调制,所述调制是根据接收到的随机接入响应的指示进行的,所述目标调制方式为所述第一调制方式和所述第二调制方式中的一种。该方法能够使得接入网设备和终端在数据传输过程中,使用相同的调制技术,保证数据的正常传输。
