The above embodiments describe the hardware/software architecture and functional implementation of the display device.
Generally, a video application or a media asset application is installed on a display device, when a user opens the media asset application, an application interface displayed by the display device is called a media asset interface, the media asset interface includes a certain number of media asset controls, and the media asset controls correspond to different video film sources, that is, media asset playing sources. And when the user clicks the media asset control, playing according to the corresponding media asset playing source, so that the user watches the corresponding video.
In some application scenarios, when a user selects the asset control to view the corresponding asset, the user may select a particular type of video film source. It should be noted that the video film source of a specific type can bring different playing experiences to the user through the specific sound playing capability and the specific picture displaying capability of the device, so that the user can obtain the video definition and the promotion of the sound details when playing the media asset. For example, a film source supporting dolby sound and a film source of different picture resolutions (super-definition, blue-ray, etc.).
In some embodiments, the video film source is a media asset playback source. When a user clicks the media asset control, the media asset control may correspond to different media asset playing sources, the different media asset playing sources respectively correspond to different specific types, and the different specific types mainly represent video definition and sound details, such as a film source supporting dolby sound effect and a film source with different picture resolutions.
The display equipment can play the media asset playing sources corresponding to the media asset controls of different types according to the playing capability parameters, wherein the playing capability parameters comprise parameters representing the sound playing capability of the display equipment and parameters representing the picture display capability of the display equipment. For example, the speaker parameter belongs to a parameter representing the sound playing capability, and the display screen resolution belongs to a parameter representing the picture display capability. If the media assets are to be played successfully, it needs to be ensured that the playing capability parameters of the equipment are matched with the type of the media asset playing source. And when the playing capacity parameter cannot be matched with the media asset playing source of the specific type, the media asset playing source cannot be played on the display equipment.
The existing media asset interface comprises a plurality of media asset controls, the media asset controls respectively correspond to media asset playing sources, and the media asset controls are used for triggering playing of corresponding media assets according to the corresponding media asset playing sources after receiving selection operation of a user. Because part of the display equipment does not support the playing function of dolby sound or high-definition film sources, when a user selects some specific types of video film sources in a media asset interface for playing, for example, dolby sound film sources, the situation of playing failure occurs, and the user experience is influenced.
In some embodiments, when the media asset interface is displayed, a first playing capability parameter of the display device itself is acquired, and the server pushes a corresponding specific type of film source to the display device according to the first playing capability parameter, so that the influence on the viewing experience of a user due to playing failure is avoided.
Fig. 5 is an exemplary media asset interface, where the media asset interface includes multiple media asset controls, a media asset playing source corresponding to the media asset control matches with the first playing capability parameter, and displays the media asset interface according to the first playing capability parameter, and the media asset control is configured to trigger playing of corresponding media assets according to the media asset playing source after receiving a selection operation of a user. It should be noted that, before displaying the media asset interface, in response to an input media asset interface display instruction, a first playing capability parameter is obtained, where the first playing capability parameter includes a parameter representing a sound playing capability of the display device and a parameter representing a picture display capability of the display device, and a film source type that can be played by the current display device can be accurately obtained through the first playing capability parameter, so that a media asset playing source corresponding to the media asset control can be played by the current display device.
In the framework of the display device provided by the application, the software layer respectively acquires a first playing capability parameter corresponding to the display device and a second playing capability parameter corresponding to the external device for judgment, the first playing capability parameter is fixed and unchangeable as determined by the parameters of the display device, the first playing capability parameter is stored in the software layer, the second playing capability parameter corresponding to the external device is changed according to the type and the number of the external device, the software layer establishes communication with the driving layer through the shared memory, a monitoring mode of register callback is utilized, after the external device is connected to a user, the driving layer acquires the second playing capability parameter, and the callback can be triggered to notify the software layer. And the software layer acquires the second playing capacity parameter and judges the type of the media resource playing source supported by the current display equipment.
In some embodiments, displaying the asset interface according to the first playability parameter includes: generating a first media asset acquisition request according to the first playing capacity parameter, sending the first media asset acquisition request to a server, receiving a first media asset information set returned by the server in response to the first media asset acquisition request, wherein the first media asset information set comprises a plurality of media assets, a media asset playing source corresponding to each media asset is matched with the first playing capacity parameter, and displaying a media asset interface according to the first media asset information set. For example, a first playing capability parameter of the current display device is a film source supporting dolby sound effect, a first media asset acquisition request is generated according to the first playing capability parameter, a first media asset information set returned by the server according to the first media asset acquisition request comprises a plurality of media assets and corresponding media asset playing sources of the dolby sound effect, the media asset playing sources are displayed in a media asset interface, and the media asset playing sources of the dolby sound effect are played after the selection operation of a user is responded.
In some embodiments, the media asset control is further provided with a dolby sound tag, where the dolby sound tag is used to prompt a user whether a current media asset play source supports a dolby sound, the display device determines whether a media asset play source corresponding to the media asset control supports a dolby sound, if the media asset play source supports a dolby sound, the dolby sound tag is displayed on the media asset control, and if the media asset play source does not support a dolby sound, the dolby sound tag is not displayed on the media asset control. For example, referring to fig. 6, in the asset interface, the asset control 1 and the asset control 3 correspond to a media asset play source supporting dolby sound, and the other asset controls correspond to media asset play sources not supporting dolby sound, so that a dolby sound label is displayed on the asset control 1 and the asset control 3, and the dolby sound label is hidden on the other asset controls. It should be noted that the tag may also be provided for other specific types of media asset playing sources, and may be set according to actual needs, for example: ultra-clear image quality labels, blue-light image quality labels, and the like.
However, the user can improve the viewing experience on the display device by externally connecting an external device according to the own needs, and the external device may be one or more of a speaker device or a display screen device. The media asset playing source with higher sound effect quality, such as Dolby sound effect sound, can be watched by the user through the external loudspeaking device, and the media asset control with different resolution can be displayed through the external display device, such as a display screen with higher resolution, so that the user can watch the media asset playing source with higher picture quality.
In some embodiments, the current display device obtains a second playing capability through an external device, when a user displays a media asset interface, a media asset playing source corresponding to a media asset control in the media asset interface is matched with a second playing capability parameter, the media asset interface is displayed according to the second playing capability parameter, and the media asset control is used for triggering playing of corresponding media assets according to the corresponding media asset playing source after receiving a selection operation of the user.
Referring to fig. 7, fig. 7 exemplarily shows a media asset interface presented on a display in an embodiment, when an external device is accessed, the media asset interface displays an interface update control, a user can select yes/no in the interface update control, when the user selects "yes", the display device obtains a corresponding media asset playback source from the server according to a second playback capability parameter of the external device, completes updating the interface, and when the user selects "no", the interface is kept unchanged.
It should be noted that, before displaying the media asset interface, referring to fig. 8, the method includes the following steps:
s101: monitoring whether an external device with a picture display function and/or a sound playing function is accessed;
s102: when the external equipment is monitored to be accessed, acquiring a second playing capability parameter, wherein the second playing capability parameter comprises a parameter representing the sound playing capability of the external equipment and/or a parameter representing the picture display capability of the external equipment;
s103: judging whether a media asset playing source corresponding to a media asset control displayed in the current media asset interface is matched with the second playing capability parameter;
s104: if the media asset playing source corresponding to the media asset control displayed in the current media asset interface is not matched with the second playing capability parameter, updating the media asset interface according to the second playing capability parameter, and matching the media asset playing source corresponding to the media asset control in the updated media asset interface with the second playing capability parameter.
In some embodiments, referring to fig. 9, updating the asset interface according to the second playability parameter includes:
s1041: generating a first media asset acquisition request according to the second playing capability parameter, and sending the second media asset acquisition request to a server;
s1042: receiving a second media asset information set returned by the server in response to the second media asset acquisition request, wherein the second media asset information set comprises a plurality of media assets, and a media asset playing source corresponding to each media asset is matched with the second playing capability parameter;
s1043: and displaying the media resource interface according to the second media resource information set.
After the display device is started, the access state of the external device is monitored continuously until the display device is closed. When a user opens the media asset application, the application layer is started, the application layer actively calls an interface provided by the software layer to acquire a first playing capability parameter, the application layer initializes the interface according to the first playing capability parameter, and different media asset playing sources are pushed according to the first playing capability parameter. Meanwhile, the application layer continues to call another interface to register and monitor, and transfers a callback function to the software layer of the current display device. When the user is externally connected with the external equipment, the driving layer acquires a second playing capacity parameter corresponding to the external equipment, the software layer calls a callback function transmitted by the application layer according to the second playing capacity parameter and notifies the callback function to the application layer, and after the application layer receives the call, the application layer acquires a corresponding media resource playing source from the server according to the second playing capacity parameter, so that the user experience is improved.
However, in some scenarios, when a user plays a corresponding media asset playing source through an external device, the external device may be disconnected due to external factors, when the external device is disconnected, because the external device stops working at this time, the playing capability of the current display device is the first playing capability parameter of the current display device, and the media asset playing source of the second playing capability parameter corresponding to the external device cannot be matched, playing of the media asset playing source will fail, and the user needs to switch other media asset playing sources, which seriously affects user experience. Therefore, when the external device is disconnected, it is necessary to determine whether the first playing capability parameter of the current display device matches the current media resource playing source, and select another media resource playing source to play according to the first playing capability parameter, which is shown in fig. 10, and specifically includes the following steps:
s201: responding to the selection operation of a user on a target media asset control, and controlling the external equipment to play target media assets according to a media asset playing source corresponding to the target media asset control;
the user can select the desired media asset control according to the self requirement or personal preference, the media asset control plays the corresponding media asset playing source corresponding to the selection operation of the user, and the type of the media asset playing source is matched with the playing capability parameter of the current external equipment.
S202: monitoring whether the external equipment is disconnected or not in the process of playing the target media assets;
in some embodiments, the external device may be disconnected due to factors such as: the user pulls out external equipment's connecting wire, external equipment electric quantity is not enough or external equipment damages etc. when external equipment disconnection, can lead to the broadcast ability parameter change of current equipment, through carrying out real-time supervision to external equipment's input, whether accurate judgement external equipment is in normal connection state.
S203: when the external equipment is monitored to be disconnected, judging whether a media asset playing source corresponding to the target media asset control is matched with the first playing capability parameter;
it should be noted that, when the external device is disconnected, the second playing capability parameter corresponding to the external device is invalid, and at this time, the media asset playing source corresponding to the media asset control may not be played normally, and by determining whether the first playing capability parameter of the display device is matched with the media asset playing source, it is avoided that when the user selects the playing media asset playing source, the playing is failed due to the fact that the playing capability parameters are not matched, and user experience is affected.
S204: and if the media asset playing source corresponding to the target media asset control is not matched with the first playing capability parameter, controlling to switch to the media asset playing source with the first playing capability parameter so as to continue playing the target media asset according to the switched media asset playing source.
In some embodiments, if the media asset playing source corresponding to the target media asset control is matched with the first playing capability parameter, the corresponding media asset playing source is played according to the first playing capability parameter, and it is not necessary to request another media asset playing source from the server again, so that the running speed of the display device is increased, and the blockage is avoided.
However, in some scenarios, when the user plays the corresponding media asset playing source through the current display device, some external devices may be externally connected in the playing process for improving the viewing experience, and when the external devices are connected, the currently played media asset playing source cannot be switched according to the second playing capability parameter corresponding to the external device, and the user needs to manually switch other media asset playing sources, which seriously affects the user experience.
Therefore, when the external device is connected, it is necessary to determine whether the second playing capability parameter of the current external device matches the current media resource playing source, and select another media resource playing source to play according to the second playing capability parameter, which is shown in fig. 11, and specifically includes the following steps:
s301: responding to the selection operation of a user on a target media asset control, and playing target media assets according to a media asset playing source corresponding to the target media asset control;
the user can select the media asset control which is expected to be played according to the self requirement or personal preference, the media asset control plays the corresponding media asset playing source corresponding to the selection operation of the user, and the type of the media asset playing source is matched with the playing capability parameter of the current display equipment.
S302: monitoring whether an external device with a picture display function and/or a sound playing function is accessed in the process of playing the media assets;
in some embodiments, the external device may be one or more of a speaker device or a display screen device. The media asset playing source with higher sound effect quality, such as Dolby sound effect sound, can be watched by the user through the external loudspeaking device, and the media asset playing source with different resolution can be displayed through the external display device, such as a display screen with higher resolution, so that the user can watch the media asset playing source with higher picture quality.
S303: when the external equipment is monitored to be accessed, acquiring a second playing capability parameter, wherein the second playing capability parameter comprises a parameter representing the sound playing capability of the external equipment and/or a parameter representing the picture display capability of the external equipment;
s304: judging whether the second playing capability parameter is superior to the first playing capability parameter;
in some embodiments, it should be noted that the second playing capability parameter includes a parameter representing a sound playing capability of the display device and a parameter representing a picture displaying capability of the display device, and when the second playing capability parameter supports a display picture quality or supports a playing sound quality higher than the first playing capability parameter, the second playing capability parameter is better than the first playing capability parameter. For example, at this time, the type of the media asset playing source corresponding to the media asset control played by the user is standard definition, when the external device is accessed, the type of the media asset playing source corresponding to the external device is super definition, and since the picture quality of the super definition is better than that of the standard definition, the second playing capability parameter is better than the first playing capability parameter.
S305: and if the second playing capability parameter is superior to the first playing capability parameter, displaying a playing source switching control, wherein the playing source switching control is used for responding to the selection operation of the user, triggering control to be switched to the media resource playing source with the second playing capability parameter, and continuing playing the target media resource according to the switched media resource playing source.
It should be noted that, referring to fig. 12, when the second playing capability parameter is better than the first playing capability parameter, the playing source switching control is displayed, and the user may select yes/no in the playing source switching control, when the user selects "yes", the display device switches the media asset playing source played by the current display device according to the second playing capability parameter of the external device, plays the media asset playing source matched with the second playing capability parameter, and when the user selects "no", continues to play the media asset playing source currently being played.
In some embodiments, if the second playing capability parameter is better than the first playing capability parameter, the control is triggered to switch to the media asset playing source with the second playing capability parameter, so as to continue playing the target media asset according to the switched media asset playing source. And the seamless switching is automatically carried out according to the second playing capability parameter without selecting a playing source switching control by the user, so that the user experience is improved.
In some embodiments, if the media asset playing source corresponding to the current media asset control is played by using a streaming media technical scheme, when the playing capability parameter of the display device changes, the corresponding media asset playing source segment is selected for playing according to the changed playing capability parameter, so as to implement seamless switching of the media asset playing source segment. It should be noted that, when the media asset playing source plays, the current display device downloads a corresponding media asset playing source segment for playing according to the index file acquired from the server and the current network speed, where the media asset playing source segment includes multiple specific types, such as dolby sound effect, high definition, and the like. And after the display equipment is accessed to the external equipment, selecting the media resource playing source segments corresponding to the specific types in the index file according to the second playing capability parameter corresponding to the current external equipment, downloading and playing. And when the display equipment is disconnected with the external equipment, selecting the media resource playing source segments corresponding to the specific types in the index file according to the first playing capability parameter corresponding to the current display equipment, downloading and playing. In the scheme of playing the streaming media, the seamless switching of the media resource playing source fragments is realized, and the user experience is effectively improved.
