Illustratively, the code stream data may include two frequency points 1000 and 1001, the frequency point 1000 corresponds to three programs, which may be jiangsu satellite television, liaoning satellite television and Shandong satellite television, and the frequency point 1001 may also correspond to three programs, which may be Beijing satellite television, shanxi satellite television and Shaanxi satellite television. When the code stream data is switched, the switched code stream data may include a frequency point 1002, and the frequency point 1002 corresponds to a program, which may be a beijing satellite television. It can be seen that after the code stream data is switched, the frequency points corresponding to the programs may be different, which causes that the display device cannot normally play the programs.
In the related art, a channel information automatic update function is introduced. Specifically, the current code stream data is obtained, and the channel information in the code stream data is used for automatic updating, so that the user can watch the program normally. However, some countries do not need to automatically update the channel information, which makes the related art unable to adapt to the countries, and reduces the user experience.
According to the method and the device, whether the channel information is updated by using the code stream data is determined through the state setting of the channel updating switch. Therefore, the state of the channel updating switch can be determined according to the actual requirement of a user, and the situation that the time for updating the channel data cannot be controlled when the display equipment is used in the related art can not occur.
The method for updating the channel data in the four stages of the working process of the display equipment comprises the four stages of starting the display equipment for the first time, normally running after the display equipment is started, starting the display equipment for the non-first time and starting the display equipment in a silent mode, and the method for updating the channel data in the four stages is specifically described below.
In some embodiments, a method for updating channel information is provided, in which when a display device is first started, a state of a channel update switch is determined according to received country information, and whether to update channel information using code stream data is determined using the state of the channel update switch. This makes it possible to adapt the display device to the policies of different countries.
The method, as shown in fig. 5, includes: s501, starting the display device for the first time, and receiving the set national information instruction. And S502, judging whether the country information is a preset country. S503, if the country information is a preset country, determining that the state of a channel updating switch is open, and monitoring a message of switching code stream data; s504, when the message of switching code stream data is monitored, updating the channel information according to the code stream data.
In the embodiment of the application, some countries do not allow updating of channel information by using code stream data after the first startup. And after the first startup is allowed by other countries, updating the channel information by using the code stream data. Therefore, in the embodiment of the application, when the display device is started for the first time, the user sets the country information in the power-on navigation, and illustratively, a prompt for setting the country information is displayed on the user interface, and at this time, the user can select the current country through the control device, so as to determine the specific content of the country information. When the set country information is a preset country, the country allows updating the channel information by using the code stream data after the country is started for the first time, so that the embodiment of the application monitors the message of switching the code stream data when the country information is the preset country, and directly updates the channel information by using the code stream data when the message of switching the code stream is monitored.
And S505, if the received country information is not the preset country, determining that the state of the channel updating switch is closed, and not monitoring the message of switching the code stream data. When the country information is not the preset country, the country indicates that the country does not allow the first start, and then the channel information is updated by using the code stream data, so that in the embodiment of the application, the information of switching the code stream data is not monitored, so that the resource consumption of the display device is avoided, and meanwhile, the display device can be adapted to the policy of the country.
In some embodiments, the state of the channel update switch is stored in a Memory so that it can be looked up in the Memory when the state of the channel update switch is subsequently used, and the Memory may be an eeprom (Electrically Erasable Programmable Read-Only Memory) Memory.
In some embodiments, after the display device is started and the display device normally operates, a user may change a state of a channel update switch through the channel update switch, and determine whether to update the channel information using code stream data according to the state of the channel update switch after the change.
The method, as shown in fig. 6, includes: s601, receiving an instruction for displaying a high-level setting list, and controlling a display to display the high-level setting list provided with a channel updating switch. In the embodiment of the present application, the instruction for switching the channel update switch to the on state may be generated by the user operating the control device, for example, referring to fig. 7 again, when the channel update switch is turned off, the user may move the selector to the channel update switch 711 and press the enter key on the control device to change the channel update switch to the on state, at this time, the instruction for switching the channel update switch to the on state is generated.
And S605, when the state of the channel updating switch is on, receiving an instruction that the state of the channel updating switch is off, and canceling the message of monitoring the switching code stream data. In the embodiment of the application, when the channel updating switch is turned on, the corresponding channel updating switch is turned on, and when the instruction for switching the channel updating switch is turned off is received, the message for monitoring and switching the code stream data is cancelled, so that the resource of the display device can be prevented from being occupied.
In some embodiments, a method for updating channel information is provided, wherein the state of the channel update switch is directly obtained when the display device is started, but the display device is not started for the first time. The method, as shown in fig. 8, includes: s801, receiving an instruction for starting the display equipment, and acquiring the state of a channel updating switch; s802, judging the state of the channel updating switch. S803, when the state of the channel updating switch is on, monitoring a message for switching code stream data; s804, when the message of switching code stream data is monitored, updating channel information according to the code stream data; and S805, when the state of the channel updating switch is closed, not monitoring the message of switching the code stream data. In the embodiment of the present application, the state of the channel update switch is stored in the memory, so that the state of the channel update switch stored in the memory is obtained.
In some embodiments, when the display device is started in a silent state, and when the task to be processed is a channel update task, the state of the channel update switch is acquired, and it is determined whether to update the channel information by using the code stream data by using the state of the channel update switch.
The method, as shown in fig. 9, includes: s901, when the display equipment is started in a silent mode, searching for tasks to be processed, wherein the tasks comprise a channel updating task. In the embodiment of the application, the silent start refers to that the display device is automatically started at regular time, but the display device is only operated in the background and cannot be perceived by a user. The display device searches for pending tasks in the background, and in some embodiments, the pending tasks include a PVR (Personal video recorder) standby recording task, a channel update task, and an EPG (Electronic Program Guide) information synchronization task.

The method comprises the following steps: starting up display equipment for the first time, receiving an instruction for setting country information, if the country information is a preset country, determining that a channel updating switch is on, and monitoring a message for switching code stream data; when the information of switching code stream data is monitored, updating channel information according to the code stream data; and if the country information is not the preset country, determining that the state of the channel updating switch is closed, and not monitoring the message of switching the code stream data.

1. A display device, comprising:
a display for displaying a user interface;
a user interface for receiving an input signal;
a controller respectively coupled to the display and the user interface, for performing:
starting the display equipment for the first time, and receiving an instruction for setting national information;
if the country information is a preset country, determining that the state of a channel updating switch is open, and monitoring a message for switching code stream data, wherein the preset country is a country which allows the code stream data to be used for updating the channel information after the first start; when the message of switching code stream data is monitored, updating channel information according to the code stream data;
if the country information is not the preset country, determining that the state of a channel updating switch is closed, and not monitoring the information of switching code stream data;
storing the state of the channel update switch in a memory;
when the display equipment is started and the display equipment is not started for the first time, receiving an instruction for starting the display equipment and acquiring the state of a channel updating switch;
if the state of the channel updating switch is on, monitoring a message for switching code stream data; when the information of switching code stream data is monitored, updating channel information according to the code stream data;
if the channel updating switch is in a closed state, the information of switching code stream data is not monitored;
the state of the channel update switch is stored in memory.
2. The display device of claim 1, wherein the controller is further configured to: and displaying a prompt for setting country information on the user interface, wherein the prompt is used for instructing a user to select the current country through the control device so as to determine the specific content of the country information.

The display device according to claim 1, wherein the controller is further configured to: responding to the operation of selecting an on-switch by a user, controlling a channel updating switch to be on, monitoring signal change and searching channels at a background timing; and in response to the user selecting the closing switch operation, controlling the channel updating switch to be closed, stopping monitoring signal change and stopping performing timing channel searching.
4. A method for updating channel information, comprising:
starting the display equipment for the first time, and receiving an instruction for setting national information;
if the country information is a preset country, determining that the state of a channel updating switch is on, and monitoring a message for switching code stream data; when the information of switching code stream data is monitored, updating channel information according to the code stream data;
if the country information is not the preset country, determining that the state of a channel updating switch is closed, and not monitoring the information of switching code stream data;
storing the state of the channel update switch in a memory;
when the display equipment is started and the display equipment is not started for the first time, receiving an instruction for starting the display equipment and acquiring the state of a channel updating switch;
if the state of the channel updating switch is open, monitoring a message for switching code stream data; when the message of switching code stream data is monitored, updating channel information according to the code stream data;
if the state of the channel updating switch is closed, not monitoring the message of switching code stream data;
the state of the channel update switch is stored in memory.

The method for updating channel information according to claim 4, wherein the method further comprises: and a prompt for setting the country information is displayed on the user interface and is used for indicating the user to select the current country through the control device so as to determine the specific content of the country information.
