By the method, informatization management in the processes of vehicle from offline to gas tank assembly, gas tank detection, liquefied natural gas filling and vehicle debugging is realized, automatic data recording and management in the processes of gas tank detection, whole vehicle assembly and the like are improved, a foundation is laid for the subsequent test and debugging processes, and meanwhile the problems that omission and cheating are easy to occur in manual inspection in each link are avoided.
