after the user ID real name is verified, receiving a posting application of the user, wherein the posting application comprises a posting contract;
acquiring the effective date and the settlement limit amount of the account hanging contract, generating a merchant signing contract version and sending the merchant signing contract version to the user terminal;
and acquiring the contract version signed by the user so as to enable the account-hanging agreement corresponding to the account-hanging contract to be valid within the valid date.
3. The transaction method based on the posting agreement, as claimed in claim 1, wherein the implementing the posting settlement according to each commodity price, the settlement limit amount and the posted amount within the effective date in the at least one commodity attribute information comprises:
calculating a difference T1 between the settlement limit amount and the account amount posted in the effective date;
calculating a sum T2 of prices of each commodity in the at least one commodity attribute information;
comparing the difference value between T1 and T2, and if the difference value between T1 and T2 is greater than or equal to 0, directly checking out accounts and updating the checked amount in the effective date; if the difference value between the T1 and the T2 is less than 0, calculating the amount T which is T2-T1;
and sending information to be paid to the user terminal, wherein the information to be paid comprises the amount T due.
4. A transaction method based on a hanging account protocol is characterized by comprising the following steps:
acquiring a commodity account-hanging purchase request of a user, wherein the commodity account-hanging purchase request comprises a user ID and at least one commodity attribute information, and the commodity attribute information at least comprises a commodity price and a shop ID corresponding to a commodity;
judging whether both parties sign an account hanging protocol and whether the acquisition time of the commodity account hanging purchase request is within the effective date of the account hanging protocol or not according to the user ID and the shop ID corresponding to the commodity, wherein the account hanging protocol comprises the effective date and a settlement limit amount;
and when the two parties sign the account hanging agreement and the acquisition time of the commodity account hanging purchase request is within the effective date of the account hanging agreement, realizing account hanging settlement according to the price of each commodity in the at least one commodity attribute information, the settlement limit amount and the account hanging amount within the effective date.
5. The transaction method based on the hanging account protocol as claimed in claim 4, wherein the determining whether both parties have signed the hanging account protocol and the time for acquiring the commodity hanging account purchase request is within the effective date of the hanging account protocol according to the user ID and the shop ID corresponding to the commodity comprises:
judging whether a posting protocol is signed between the user ID and the shop ID corresponding to the commodity, and if the posting protocol is signed, verifying whether the acquisition time of the commodity posting purchase request is within the effective date of the posting protocol; if the account hanging protocol is not signed, judging whether the user ID is verified in real name or not;
after the user ID real name is verified, receiving a posting application of the user, wherein the posting application comprises a posting contract;
acquiring the effective date and the settlement limit amount of the account hanging contract, generating a merchant signing contract version and sending the merchant signing contract version to the user terminal;
and acquiring the contract version signed by the user so as to enable the account-hanging agreement corresponding to the account-hanging contract to be valid within the valid date.
6. A transaction platform based on a hanging account protocol is characterized by comprising an information acquisition unit, an authentication unit and a settlement unit which are in signal connection in sequence;
the information acquisition unit is used for acquiring a commodity account-hanging purchase request of a user, wherein the commodity account-hanging purchase request comprises a user ID and at least one commodity attribute information, and the commodity attribute information at least comprises a commodity price or the commodity attribute information at least comprises a commodity price and a commodity-corresponding shop ID;
the authentication unit is used for judging whether the user signs an account hanging protocol and whether the acquisition time of the commodity account hanging purchase request is within the effective date of the account hanging protocol or not according to the user ID and the shop ID corresponding to the commodity, wherein the account hanging protocol comprises the effective date and the settlement limit amount, or is used for judging whether the two parties sign the account hanging protocol and the acquisition time of the commodity account hanging purchase request is within the effective date of the account hanging protocol or not according to the user ID and the shop ID corresponding to the commodity, and the account hanging protocol comprises the effective date and the settlement limit amount;
and the settlement unit is used for realizing account-hanging settlement according to each commodity price, settlement limit amount and the account-hung amount in the effective date in at least one commodity attribute information when the user signs the account-hanging protocol and the acquisition time of the commodity account-hanging purchase request is in the effective date of the account-hanging protocol.
7. A transaction platform based on a hanging account protocol comprises a memory and a controller which are sequentially in communication connection, wherein the memory is stored with a computer program, and the transaction platform is characterized in that: the processor is configured to read the computer program and execute the hanging protocol based transaction method of any one of claims 1-5.
8. A transaction system based on the hanging account protocol, comprising a user terminal, a merchant terminal and a transaction platform for realizing information interaction with the user terminal and the merchant terminal, wherein the transaction platform is the transaction platform based on the hanging account protocol according to claim 6 or 7.
9. A computer-readable storage medium having instructions stored thereon, characterized in that: the method of any of claims 1-5 when executed on a computer to perform a hanging protocol based transaction method.
