FIG. 1 is a flowchart of a method for detecting a virtual machine failure provided in the present application;
fig. 2 is a schematic diagram of a virtual machine fault detection device provided in the present application.
Detailed Description
In order to make the present application solution better understood by those skilled in the art, the following description will clearly and completely describe the technical solution in the embodiments of the present application with reference to the accompanying drawings in the embodiments of the present application, and it is apparent that the described embodiments are only some embodiments of the present application, not all embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be made by one of ordinary skill in the art without undue burden from the present disclosure, are within the scope of the present disclosure.
Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a flowchart of a method for detecting a virtual machine failure provided in the present application, which may include the following steps 101-104.
S101: and acquiring the working process information of the target virtual machine, which is displayed by the telex typing equipment corresponding to the target virtual machine.
While creating the virtual machines, a teletype (tty) corresponding to the virtual machines is created in a matching manner, i.e., each virtual machine has a tty associated therewith. After the virtual machine is started, working process information generated in the working process is printed in tty, and the working process information is displayed through tty.
The cloud platform includes at least one virtual machine, and a description will be given below taking one virtual machine in the cloud platform as a target virtual machine. And acquiring working process information of the target virtual machine, which is displayed by tty and corresponds to the target virtual machine.
S102: and generating a target working text according to the working process information.
Since the work process information is displayed in tty and character string detection cannot be performed, a target work text capable of performing character string detection can be generated according to the work process information.
As one possible implementation, the work process information generated by the target virtual machine may be generated into the target work text by a pipeline or a copy manner. The target virtual machine can generate target working texts from all working process information generated by the target virtual machine, and can convert the working process information meeting the preset quantity into the target working texts.
It should be noted that, the embodiment of the present application is not specifically limited to the preset number of values, for example, may be 24 lines of working process information, and may also be all working process information displayed on the tty current screen.
As a possible implementation manner, the target working text corresponding to the target virtual machine may be stored in a physical machine where the target virtual machine is located, where the physical machine includes at least one virtual machine, and the working text corresponding to each virtual machine may be stored in the physical machine, so that in order to distinguish the working texts corresponding to different virtual machines, a unique identifier of the virtual machine, such as a universal unique identifier (Universally Unique Identifier, UUID), may be used to name the working texts of different virtual machines.
S103: and judging whether the target work text comprises a fault keyword or not.
Since the target work text can perform character string detection, it can be determined whether the target work text includes a fault keyword, which includes, but is not limited to, kernel scrambling (Kernel panic), required restart (cores to restart), detected problems (A problem has been detected), holes (BUG), and the like. When "bad p4d" appears in the target work text, the virtual machine also has an unknown problem and needs to be restarted to work normally, so that the "bad p4d" can also be used as a fault key.
S104: and if the target working text comprises the fault keywords, sending a message that the target virtual machine fails to the cloud platform.
If the target working text includes the fault keywords, the fault of the target virtual machine is indicated, and a message that the target virtual machine is faulty can be sent to the cloud platform, so that the cloud platform can perform subsequent recovery operation on the target virtual machine.
As a possible implementation manner, if the target working text includes a fault keyword, sending a message of the fault of the target virtual machine to a fault virtual machine message queue, acquiring the message of the fault of the target virtual machine from the fault virtual machine message queue, and sending the message of the fault of the target virtual machine to the cloud platform. Therefore, when the number of the virtual machines with faults in the cloud platform is large, the cloud platform can recover the virtual machines one by one, the fault information of the virtual machines can be stored in the fault virtual machine information queue, the cloud platform can continuously acquire the information from the fault virtual machine information queue, and the fault virtual machines are determined according to the information, so that recovery is performed, and the cloud platform is prevented from collapsing.
In order to determine a virtual machine with a fault from the messages acquired from the message queue, after the virtual machine is determined to have a fault, the unique identifier of the virtual machine may be stored in the message queue of the fault virtual machine through the messages, so that after the messages are acquired from the message queue of the fault virtual machine, the virtual machine with the fault may be determined by analyzing the identifier carried in the messages.
According to the technical method, when the virtual machine is constructed, the telex typing equipment corresponding to the virtual machine is constructed in a matched mode, the telex typing equipment is used for displaying the working process information of the target virtual machine, the working process information can show whether the virtual machine has faults in the working process, so that the working process information of the telex typing equipment for displaying the target virtual machine can be obtained, the target working text is generated according to the working process information, therefore, the working process information only used for displaying can be converted into the target working text capable of carrying out character string detection, whether the target working text comprises fault keywords is judged, if the target working text comprises the fault keywords, the fact that the target virtual machine has faults is explained, the fault information of the target virtual machine is sent to the cloud platform, and the cloud platform can conveniently carry out subsequent recovery operation on the target virtual machine. Therefore, special equipment is not needed, fault detection can be carried out on the virtual machine through telex typing equipment matched with the virtual machine, the cost of the fault detection is reduced, the telex typing equipment is matched with the virtual machine, the use scene of the virtual machine is not limited, and compared with the fault detection of the virtual machine through the special equipment, the application range of the fault detection of the virtual machine is enlarged.
As a possible implementation manner, if the cloud platform further has other virtual machines after the fault detection of the target virtual machine is completed, the other virtual machines may be used as the target virtual machines, and the foregoing method of S101 to S104 is executed until the fault detection is completed by all the virtual machines in the cloud platform.
After the fault detection of all the virtual machines in the cloud platform is completed, the fault detection of all the virtual machines in the cloud platform can be repeated again, and the moment of restarting can be that after the fault detection of all the virtual machines is completed last time, the next fault detection of all the virtual machines in the cloud platform can be started every fixed time period.
As a possible implementation manner, fault detection may also be performed on all virtual machines in the cloud platform in parallel, which is not specifically limited in this application.
In order to make the technical solution provided by the embodiments of the present application clearer, an example is used to describe the virtual machine fault detection method provided by the embodiments of the present application.
After the virtual machine is started, a virtual machine monitor (Hypervisor) generates a working text by printing out working process information in tty of the virtual machine in a pipeline or copying mode, and stores the working text into a text file named UUID of the virtual machine in the physical machine. Each virtual machine corresponds to a text file, and is named by UUID of the virtual machine.
And only keeping all working process information displayed on a tty current screen in the text file, and after one screen is fully written, emptying the content in the text file and rewriting new screen content. As a possible implementation manner, after the virtual machine starts the graphical interface, the last screen character output content is reserved in the text file.
And circularly traversing a virtual machine list, wherein the virtual machine list is obtained by acquiring names and UUID information of all virtual machines running on a physical machine through a Hypervisor, reading a text file named by the UUID of the virtual machine, searching the content in the text file, judging whether a fault keyword is contained, judging that the virtual machine fails if the fault keyword is contained, and otherwise, judging that the virtual machine is normal. When the fault virtual machine is detected, information such as the name, UUID and the like of the virtual machine is sent to a fault virtual machine message queue.
And when the message queue of the fault virtual machine is not empty, taking out a message from the message queue of the fault virtual machine, analyzing the message to obtain information such as the name and UUID of the virtual machine, and sending the message that the virtual machine has faults to a cloud platform, so that fault detection can be carried out on the virtual machine without special equipment, and fault keyword retrieval is carried out on the content in a text file by outputting the information printed in tty of the virtual machine to the text file, thereby detecting the faults of the virtual machine. Therefore, the cloud platform can detect virtual machine faults under the condition that special equipment is not available, and meanwhile, the technical scheme of the application can be also suitable for virtual machine fault detection of platforms such as ARM (Advanced RISC Machine) and MIPS (Microprocessor without interlocked piped stages).

and generating target working text according to the preset number of working process information.
As a possible implementation manner, the obtaining unit 201 is configured to:
