In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 5, the oven control device further includes a gas detection device 90 and an alarm device 82, the gas detection device 90 is connected to the main control device 30 and is configured to detect a real-time flow rate of nitrogen gas in the oven and send the real-time flow rate of nitrogen gas to the main control device 30, and when the real-time flow rate of nitrogen gas is abnormal, the main control device 30 controls the alarm device 82 to send an alarm signal. In the present embodiment, the gas detection device 90 may be, but is not limited to, an MF4008 gas flow meter, and the alarm device 82 may be provided as a buzzer, an alarm lamp, or the like. In this example, the baking parameters also include nitrogen flow.
Particularly, gas detection device 90 is connected with industrial computer 32, gas detection device 90 gathers the flow of nitrogen gas in the oven in real time and converts into RS485 signal transmission and gives industrial computer 32, the flow of nitrogen gas in the oven is shown in real time at industrial computer 32's visual interface, realize industrial computer 32 to the real time monitoring of oven nitrogen gas flow, when oven nitrogen gas flow is unusual, industrial computer 32 control alarm device 82 sends alarm signal in order to remind the staff in time to handle, avoid oven nitrogen gas flow to lead to the baked product to take place abnormal oxidation unusually, the quality safety of baked product among the baking process has been guaranteed.
In some embodiments, after the product is baked, the reader 20 scans the barcode of the product to obtain the process card number, the industrial personal computer 32 performs baking entry on the product according to the process card number, the baking record of the product is associated with the process card number and stored in the database, and only the product with the baking record is allowed to flow out and enter the next process flow, so as to prevent the product which is not baked from being released, and ensure that the product of each batch can enter the next process flow after being baked.

Claims (10)

1. An oven control system, comprising:
the identity recognition device is used for reading identity information of a worker;
the reading device is used for reading the process card number of the product to be baked;
the master control device is connected with the identity recognition device and the reading device and used for granting baking permission to the identity information passing the verification, acquiring baking parameters corresponding to the product to be baked according to the process card number and controlling the operation of an oven according to the baking parameters;
the heating device is connected with the main control device so as to heat the oven under the control of the main control device;
the temperature detection device is connected with the main control device and used for detecting the temperature in real time and sending the detected temperature to the main control device.
2. The oven control system of claim 1, wherein each flow card number corresponds to batch information of a product, the master control device obtains the batch information corresponding to the product to be baked according to the flow card number, and obtains the corresponding baking parameters according to the batch information.
3. The oven control system of claim 1, wherein the temperature detection device comprises:
The temperature sensors are respectively distributed at different positions in the oven and are used for detecting the temperatures at different positions in the oven in real time;
the master control device comprises:
the temperature controller is connected with the at least one temperature sensor and the heating device and is used for controlling the heating device to work according to the baking parameters and the temperature in the oven;
the industrial personal computer is connected with the reading device, is in communication connection with other temperature sensors and the temperature controller, sends detected temperature to the industrial personal computer, and sends the baking parameters to the temperature controller;
the oven control system further comprises a timing device, wherein the timing device is in communication connection with the industrial personal computer and is used for timing the working time of the oven according to the baking parameters.

The oven control system of claim 3, wherein the industrial personal computer has a timing function, the timing function of the industrial personal computer is independent of the timing device, and when the timing of the timing device or the industrial personal computer is finished, if the temperature in the oven does not reach the baking temperature range, the industrial personal computer sends out an alarm signal.
5. The oven control system of claim 3, further comprising:
the temperature acquisition device is connected with the temperature sensor, and other the temperature sensor passes through the temperature acquisition device with industrial computer communication connection, the temperature acquisition device is used for gathering other in real time the temperature that the temperature sensor detected and with the temperature that detects send for the industrial computer, the industrial computer basis the temperature sensor's detection temperature generates, preserves and shows many temperature curves.
6. The oven control system of claim 3, further comprising:
the first overtemperature protector and the second overtemperature protector are used for stopping heating of the heating device when the temperature in the oven reaches a temperature protection value; the first over-temperature protector is installed at the heating device and connected with the heating device, and the second over-temperature protector is installed inside the oven and connected with the heating device.
And the alarm device is used for sending an alarm signal when the temperature in the oven reaches a temperature protection value.
7. The oven control system of claim 6, wherein when the temperature sensor connected with the temperature controller detects that the temperature in the oven reaches a temperature protection value, the temperature controller controls the heating device to stop heating, and the alarm device gives an alarm signal.

The oven control system of claim 6, wherein when any temperature sensor connected with the industrial personal computer detects that the temperature in the oven reaches a temperature protection value, the industrial personal computer stops heating the heating device, and the alarm device sends out an alarm signal.
9. The oven control system of claim 6, wherein the industrial personal computer sends an exception alarm to a worker when the temperature in the oven is abnormal.
10. The oven control system of claim 1, further comprising:
the gas detection device is connected with the main control device and used for detecting the real-time flow of the nitrogen in the oven and sending the real-time flow of the nitrogen to the main control device;
and when the real-time flow of the nitrogen is abnormal, the main control device controls the alarm device to send out an alarm signal.
