The first motor rotates to drive the first threaded rod to rotate, the second threaded rod drives the second supporting plate meshed with the first threaded rod to slide in the second sliding groove, and the position relation between the second supporting plates is adjusted. The second motor rotates the second adjusting threaded rod to rotate, the second threaded rod drives the movable block which is meshed with the second threaded rod to move, the guide rod guides the moving direction of the movable block, the movable blocks move in opposite directions to simulate vehicle meeting, a lamp source on the mounting plate simulates a headlamp, and a photoelectric sensor on the mounting plate on the other side of the anti-dazzle plate detects illumination, so that the performance of the anti-dazzle plate for preventing the vehicle lamp from dazzling light is detected.
