Abstract
一种穿戴式生理状态监测装置包括一纺织物、一可挠式感测单元以及一控制单元。纺织物具有相对的一第一表面及一第二表面。可挠式感测单元接合于纺织物的第一表面,并且具有一可挠基体以及一感测元件。可挠基体具有一承载表面,且于承载表面上设置有一图案化导电线路。感测元件设置于可挠基体的承载表面之上,并与图案化导电线路电性连接。控制单元邻设于可挠式感测单元,并且与图案化导电线路电性连接。通过将可挠式感测单元设置在可穿戴于人体的纺织物上,以使穿戴者可以有舒适的穿戴体验。
Description
技术领域
本发明是关于一种监测装置,特别关于一种穿戴式生理状态监测装置。
背景技术
时序在进入秋冬之后,因为早晚温差大,常造成呼吸道感染病患人数居高不下。而在空间狭小的大都会里,人与人的距离较近,也因此会加重呼吸道病媒的传染。自从严重急性呼吸道症候群(SARS)及禽流感的恐慌烙印于大家心里后,呼吸道的感染就成为热门的话题。
呼吸道是人类身体面对外界环境的窗口之一,除了提供氧气及废气的交换外,也让人体暴露于许多致病微生物。对于呼吸道而言,一般区分为上呼吸道感染与下呼吸道感染两种。
上呼吸道感染指鼻、咽、喉及鼻窦等受到病原体的感染,包括普通感冒、流行性感冒、鼻咽炎、急性咽扁桃腺炎以及喉炎等。上呼吸道感染的症状以鼻塞、喷嚏、流鼻涕、喉咙痛、咳嗽、发烧、头痛、食欲不振、全身乏力为主。
关于下呼吸道感染部分,大家所熟知的就是肺炎。肺炎是由细菌或病毒引起的急性肺气胞发炎,至今仍是威胁国人生命的十大死因。其主要的症状包括高烧、咳嗽、胸痛等,但较不会有鼻塞、打喷嚏、流鼻水、喉咙痛等。由于症状相对严重,所以常导致病患需住院治疗。
不论是上呼吸道感染或下呼吸道感染,若能早期发现,将能使病患尽快寻求医护协助,而有助于有效地控制病情不易恶化。
随着近年来穿戴式装置的盛行,却仅止于计步、心率、血压或血氧浓度监测。据此,本发明人提供一种穿戴式生理状态监测装置,以使穿戴者能够对本身的生理状态进一步的监测,以达到早期发现早期治疗的目的,实属当前重要课题之一。
发明内容
有鉴于上述课题,本发明的目的是提供一种穿戴式生理状态监测装置,其能够与衣着或配件配合使用,而能够使穿戴者在有舒适的穿戴体验之下还能进一步监测本身的生理状态。
为达上述目的,本发明提供一种穿戴式生理状态监测装置,其包括一纺织物、一可挠式感测单元以及一控制单元。纺织物具有相对的一第一表面及一第二表面。可挠式感测单元接合于纺织物的第一表面,并且具有一可挠基体以及一感测元件。可挠基体具有一承载表面,且于承载表面上设置有一图案化导电线路。感测元件与图案化导电线路电性连接。控制单元邻设于可挠式感测单元,并且与图案化导电线路电性连接。
于一实施例中,可挠式感测单元还具有一软性电路板,其设置于可挠基体与感测元件之间。感测元件设置于软性电路板上,并且通过软性电路板的一电极而与可挠基体上的图案化导电线路电性连接。
于一实施例中,感测元件选自一感测电极、一温度感测元件、一应变感测元件(strain sensor)及其组合。
于一实施例中,图案化导电线路的材料包含导电银浆(Conductive SilverPaste)。
于一实施例中,可挠基体的材料为硅胶(silicon)、聚胺脂(polyurethane, PU)或热塑性聚胺脂(Thermoplastic polyurethane, TPU)。
于一实施例中,控制单元通过一钉扣组件、螺栓组件或一结合胶而连接于该纺织物。
于不同的实施例中,控制单元可设置于纺织物的第一表面或第二表面。
于一实施例中,可挠式感测单元热压接合于该纺织物的该第一表面。
于一实施例中,至少部分的感测元件接触于可挠基体的承载表面。而于另一实施例中,部分的感测元件接触于纺织物的第一表面。

具体实施方式
为了使所属技术领域的技术人员能了解本发明的内容,并可据以实现本发明的内容,现配合适当实施例及附图说明如下。
请参阅图1所示,本发明较佳实施例的一种穿戴式生理状态监测装置10,其包括一纺织物11、两个可挠式温度感测单元12a~12b、四个可挠式应变感测单元13a~13d、四个可挠式心电感测单元14a~14d以及一控制单元15。
纺织物11具有相对的一第一表面111及一第二表面112。纺织物11的材料可为纤维(textile fiber)及纤维制品,其具体表现为纤维、纱线、织物及其复合物。纤维包括天然纤维、人造纤维以及合成纤维,其中天然纤维可包括棉、毛、丝、麻等;人造纤维可由木材、棉短绒或草类的天然纤维素制成;合成纤维则多以石油或天然气为原料。在本实施例中,纺织物11的具体表现可以是衣服、裤子、臂套、束腹、胸罩等能够穿戴于人体的各种穿戴物品。本实施例是以具有弹性布料的衣服为纺织物11的具体表现为例说明,第一表面111靠近于人体皮肤的一侧。
请同时搭配图1以及图2所示以说明可挠式温度感测单元12a~12b,其中两个可挠式温度感测单元12a~12b分别设置于衣服对应于人体腋下的位置。于此以可挠式温度感测单元12a为例说明,可挠式温度感测单元12a具有一可挠基体121、一软性电路板122、一温度感测元件123、一图案化导电线路124以及一可挠覆盖体125。
可挠基体121呈条状,其具有一承载表面1211。可挠基体121以相对于承载表面1211的另一表面接合于纺织物11的第一表面111。可挠基体121的材质可以是硅胶(silicon)、聚胺脂(polyurethane, PU)或热塑性聚胺脂(Thermoplastic polyurethane,TPU)。本实施例以热塑性聚胺脂为例,其可以通过热压结合的方式而与纺织物11的第一表面111结合。
软性电路板122具有相对设置的一承载表面1221及一接合表面1222。承载表面1221上具有多个电极以及导电线路。接合表面1222可通过黏着胶(adhesive)而接合并且固着于可挠基体121的承载表面1211。
温度感测元件123设置于软性电路板122的承载表面1221上。在本实施例中,温度感测元件123可以是热敏电阻或其他可随温度变化而改变电性输出的电子元件,其通过焊球(solder ball)、凸块(bump)或导电胶而与电极电性连接。
图案化导电线路124主要设置于可挠基体121的承载表面1211上,并与软性电路板122的承载表面1221上的温度感测元件123电性连接。其中,软性电路板122可于接合表面1222上设置有电极,并通过导电通孔或盲孔而与承载表面1221的电极电性连接。借此,图案化导电线路124可通过接合表面1222上的电极、导电通孔或盲孔、承载表面1221的电极而与温度感测元件123电性连接。在本实施例中,图案化导电线路124的材料可包括导电银浆(Conductive Silver Paste),其可通过网版印刷或直接列印的方式形成于可挠基体121的承载表面1211上。
可挠覆盖体125约略与可挠基体121的外观轮廓相似,其覆盖于可挠基体121之上用以将至少部分的软性电路板122、温度感测元件123以及图案化导电线路124包覆于可挠覆盖体125与可挠基体121之间。可挠覆盖体125的材料也与可挠基体121相同,可为硅胶、聚胺脂或热塑性聚胺脂。本实施例中,可挠覆盖体125的材料是以热塑性聚胺脂为例,其可与可挠基体121以热压接合的方式而结合。
接着请同时参阅图1、图3A至图3D以及图4所示,以说明可挠式应变感测单元(Strain sensor)13a~13d,其中可挠式应变感测单元13a设置于衣服对应于人体胸肌上侧,可挠式应变感测单元13b设置于衣服对应于人体胸肌下侧,而可挠式应变感测单元13c~13d设置于衣服对应于人体肋间肌的位置。通过对应于特定肌肉群进行监测,可以对应取得关于人体呼吸状态的生理参数。值得一提的是,应变感测单元可以为电阻式应变感测单元或电容式应变感测单元,以下将分别说明之。
请同时参阅图1与图3A所式,可挠式应变感测单元13a为电阻式可挠式应变感测单元,其具有一可挠基体131a、一拉阻元件132a、一结合元件133a以及一图案化导电线路134a。
可挠基体131a呈条状,具有一承载表面1311,并以相对于承载表面1311的另一表面接合于纺织物11的第一表面111。图案化导电线路134a是以网版印刷或列印的方式形成于可挠基体131a的承载表面1311。可挠基体131a与前述的可挠基体121具有相同的构造、材料及结合方式(包括直接热压接合、通过结合胶、通过钉扣组件、螺栓组件方式及其组合),于此不再加以赘述。
拉阻元件132a是以硅胶为基材,并于基材中混合导电粒子所形成。在其他实施例中,硅胶也可以其他具有弹性的材料置换之。拉阻元件132a是与可挠基体131a上的图案化导电线路134a电性连接。结合元件133a例如为结合胶,以将拉阻元件132a以胶合而固着于纺织物11的第一表面111。其中结合胶例如为热熔胶(hot melt adhesive, HMA),其可通过热压接合而使拉阻元件132a固着于衣服。要特别注意的是,结合元件除了是胶合的形式之外,还可以是锁合或扣合形式的结合元件。
结合元件133a的其他实现态样为例如钉扣组件或螺拴组件。请参阅图3B所示,在此以钉扣组件为例说明,钉扣组件具有一公钉N1以及一母钉N2。在本实施例中,公钉N1以及母钉N2贯穿可挠基体131a、拉阻元件132a以及纺织物11而相互结合,借以使拉阻元件132a固着于纺织物11上。值得一提的是,在这个实施例中,钉扣组件可以是具有导电性的,而可作为电性传导之用。另外,结合元件133a还可如图3C所示,同时具有上述的结合胶以及钉扣组件。
另外,请再参照图3D所示,另一种可挠式应变感测单元13b具有一可挠基体131b、一拉阻元件132b、一结合元件133b、一图案化导电线路134b、一可挠覆盖体135以及一导电连结元件136。其中,可挠基体131b以及拉阻元件132b皆通过结合元件133b而胶合固着于纺织物11的第一表面111。图案化导电线路134b是通过导电连结元件136的桥接而与拉阻元件132b产生电性导通。可挠覆盖体135是接合于可挠基体131b,并覆盖图案化导电线路134b、导电连结元件136以及部分的拉阻元件132b,以对其构成保护。另外,还可通过钉扣组件的公钉N1a以及母钉N2a穿过可挠覆盖体135的穿孔1351、导电连结元件136的穿孔1361、拉伸元件132b、结合元件133b的穿孔1321b以及纺织物11的穿孔113而相互结合以固定。
值得一提的是,可挠式应变感测单元除了上述的电阻式态样以外,还可以是电容式的可挠式应变感测单元。简单说明请参照图4所示,电容式拉阻元件132c具有层叠的一第一导电层1321c、一绝缘层1322c以及一第二导电层1323c。第一导电层1321c以及第二导电层1323c分别是以硅胶为基材,并于基材中混合导电粒子所形成。电容式拉阻元件132c也可通过一结合元件133c而与纺织物11结合。电容式拉阻元件132c的电性导通方式,除了上述的方式之外,还可以通过在可挠基体的双面分别设置图案化导电图案而分别与第一导电层1321c以及第二导电层1323c电性连接。
可挠式应变感测单元除了上述举例说明的电阻式与电容式之外,也可以为其他形式变化,主要特征在于其电性特征会随其长度而变化。
接着,请再参照图1以及图5A所示,以说明可挠式心电感测单元(Electrocardiogram Monitoring Sensor)14a~14d,其中可挠式心电感测单元14a~14b分别设置于衣服对应于人体左右胸大肌的位置,而可挠式心电感测单元14c~14d分别设置于衣服对应于人体左侧肋骨之间或右侧肋骨之间的位置。进一步说明,可挠式心电感测单元14a~14b可位于手臂与胸部夹缝等高的位置;可挠式心电感测单元14c~14d可分别位于左侧及右侧,第一根肋骨与倒数第三根肋骨之间的位置。对于可挠式心电感测单元的结构,于此是以可挠式心电感测单元14a为例说明。可挠式心电感测单元14a具有一可挠基体141、一感测电极片142以及一图案化导电线路143。
可挠基体141具有一承载表面1411,并以相对于承载表面1411的另一表面接合于纺织物11的第一表面111。可挠基体141与前述的可挠基体131a具有相同的构造、材料及结合方式(包括直接热压接合、通过结合胶、通过钉扣组件方式及其组合),于此不再加以赘述。
感测电极片142设置于可挠基体141的一端的承载表面1411。部分的感测电极片142接触于承载表面1411,而部分的感测电极片142外突于可挠基体141。感测电极片142可通过黏着胶(adhesive)而接合并且固着于可挠基体141的承载表面1411。在其他实施例中,感测电极片142当然也可完全设置于可挠基体141的承载表面1411上。
图案化导电线路143设置于可挠基体141的承载表面1411,并与感测电极片142电性连接。图案化导电线路143的材料可包括导电银浆,其可通过网版印刷或直接列印的方式形成于可挠基体141的承载表面1411上。值得一提的是,为了阻抗匹配、结构强度或线路布局优化等因素,图案化导电线路143除了呈直线状之外,还可呈蜿蜒的类S形(如图5B)。另外,于本发明中所提及的图案化导电层也可存在着如图5B所示,为蜿蜒的类S形设计。蜿蜒的类S形设计的图案化导电线路或图案化导电层可以根据阻抗匹配设计的不同而有不同的曲率以及长度。进一步说明,类S形设计的各段曲率也可不同。另外,蜿蜒的类S形设计也有助于在拉扯的伸展过程之后,维持一定的导电特性。
请再参照图1所示,控制单元15是设置于衣服对应于人体胸口的位置,其可通过热熔胶、扣合元件或魔鬼毡而接合于衣服上,并且分别与可挠式温度感测单元12a~12b、可挠式应变感测单元13a~13d以及可挠式心电感测单元14a~14d电性连接。要特别说明的是,在可挠式温度感测单元12a~12b、可挠式应变感测单元13a~13d以及可挠式心电感测单元14a~14d中,图案化导电线路的末端可具有电极,其可以是所谓的金手指(gold finger或edgeconnector),即是电路板的金属端子(metal terminal)或称针脚(pin)。电极可通过插入控制单元15的插座而实现电性连接。其中控制单元15的插座可以是零插拔力插座(zeroinsertion force, ZIF)。更进一步说明,图案化导电线路与各感测单元也可通过零插拔力插座而实现电性连接。
在本实施例中,控制单元15是通过热熔胶而接合于纺织物11的第一表面111,而在其他实施例中,如图6所示,其是将衣服穿在人体上的示意图,控制单元15还可以通过热熔胶而接合于纺织物11的第二表面112。如图6所示的态样,在控制单元15周围的纺织物11并需设置穿孔113以使前述的可挠式温度感测单元12a~12b、可挠式应变感测单元13a~13d以及可挠式心电感测单元14a~14d的可挠基体由第一表面111穿越至第二表面112而与控制单元15电性连接。
控制单元15可以包括运算、储存以及通信等功能,以对可挠式温度感测单元12a~12b、可挠式应变感测单元13a~13d以及可挠式心电感测单元14a~14d所感测得到的信号进行后续处理。以应变感测为例,可挠式应变感测单元13a~13d可测得拉阻元件在单位时间内的伸缩长度变化,其经过一次微分运算后可得到穿戴者的呼吸速率;在经过二次微分运算后可得到穿戴者的呼吸强度;而在经过积分运算后可得到穿戴者的呼吸容积。据此,可以通过数据的变化而能够在穿戴者发生异常的呼吸速率、异常的呼吸强度时,适时的发出通知以提醒穿戴者。
控制单元15的对外通信方式可以包括无线射频辨识(Radio frequencyidentification, RFID)、近场通信(Near field communication, NFC)、Zigbee、窄带物联网(Narrow band internet of things, NB IoT)、LoRa、Sigfox、蓝牙(Bluetooth)或无线区域网路(Wi-Fi)等。通过上述通信单元,控制单元15可将数据传送至穿戴者指定的电子装置,包括移动通信装置、终端运算装置或云端资料库等。在本实施例中,上述通信单元的天线可通过印刷或列印方式形成于电路板或软性电路板而整合于控制单元15中。
请再参照图7所示,上述的通信功能也可单独为一个通信单元,而独立作业。图7是以臂套20为例,其可穿戴于人体的手臂。在臂套20内侧可以设置如上所述的可挠式温度感测单元12a,而一通信单元21则邻设于可挠式温度感测单元12a,并与其电性连接。通信单元21可与一智能移动电话配对连接,并将可挠式温度感测单元12a感测的温度资讯传送至智能移动电话。当然,在其他实施例中,臂套的实施态样中的通信单元也可置换为上述的控制单元,而可挠式温度感测单元也可置换为其他可挠式感测单元。另外,在其他实施例中,通信单元的天线可以通过印刷或列印的方式形成在可挠基体上,再通过热压接合的方式接合于臂套上。而通信单元与可挠式感测单元的电性连接可选择通过上述的各种连接方式,于此不再加以赘述。
综上所述,本发明公开的一种穿戴式生理状态监测装置通过将各种可挠性的感测单元结合于柔软的纺织物的表面,由于感测单元同时保有足够的可挠性以及良好的电气特性,容易结合于衣服等人们日常的必须品中。借此,能够落实人体的生理信号被即时的监测,以在身体出现异常时能够早期被发现。另外,当感测单元具有可挠基体以及可挠覆盖体时,还可确保感测单元能够随着纺织物同时清洗,也可进一步提高使用者的使用意愿。
以上所述仅为举例性,而非为限制性。任何未脱离本发明的精神与范畴,而对其进行的等效修改或变更,均应包含于本发明的保护范围中。
Claims (10)
1.一种穿戴式生理状态监测装置,其特征在于,包含:
一纺织物,具有相对的一第一表面及一第二表面;
一可挠式感测单元,接合于该第一表面,并包含:
一可挠基体,具有一承载表面,该承载表面上设置一图案化导电线路;及
一感测元件,与该可挠基体的该承载表面上的该图案化导电线路电性连接;以及
一控制单元,邻设于该可挠式感测单元,并与该图案化导电线路电性连接。
2.如权利要求1所述的穿戴式生理状态监测装置,其特征在于,该可挠式感测单元还包含:
一软性电路板,设置于该可挠基体与该感测元件之间,该感测元件设置于该软性电路板上,并且通过该软性电路板的一电极而与该可挠基体上的该图案化导电线路电性连接。
3.如权利要求1所述的穿戴式生理状态监测装置,其特征在于,该感测元件选自一感测电极、一温度感测元件、一应变感测元件及其组合。
4.如权利要求1所述的穿戴式生理状态监测装置,其特征在于,该图案化导电线路的材料包含导电银浆。
5.如权利要求1所述的穿戴式生理状态监测装置,其特征在于,该可挠基体的材料为硅胶、聚胺脂或热塑性聚胺脂。
6.如权利要求1所述的穿戴式生理状态监测装置,其特征在于,该控制单元通过一钉扣组件、螺栓组件或一结合胶而连接于该纺织物。
7.如权利要求1所述的穿戴式生理状态监测装置,其特征在于,该控制单元设置于该纺织物的该第一表面或该第二表面。
8.如权利要求1所述的穿戴式生理状态监测装置,其特征在于,该可挠式感测单元热压接合于该纺织物的该第一表面。
9.如权利要求1所述的穿戴式生理状态监测装置,其特征在于,部分的该感测元件接触于该可挠基体的该承载表面。
10.如权利要求1所述的穿戴式生理状态监测装置,其特征在于,部分的该感测元件接触于该纺织物的该第一表面。
