s3, when sea waves leave, the rotating arm 5 and the floating plate 6 rotate clockwise, the outer toothed ring 15 drives the first gear 8 to rotate anticlockwise, the pin 12 in the first gear 8 cannot clamp the rotating shaft 7, the inner toothed ring 14 can drive the second gear 9 to rotate clockwise, the pin 12 can clamp the rotating shaft 7 at the moment, therefore, the second gear 9 drives the rotating shaft 7 to rotate clockwise continuously, and the first generator 16 can continue to generate electricity;
s4, when the wind speed measuring instrument 32 detects that the wind speed is insufficient to enable the fan blade 30 and the rotating shaft 24 to normally rotate to generate power, the hydraulic cylinder 22 is started, a piston rod of the hydraulic cylinder 22 pushes the connecting plate 41, the sleeve 20 and the first bevel gear 21 to slide towards the left side, the first bevel gear 21 and the second bevel gear 25 start to be meshed, the rotating shaft 7 drives the worm wheel 19 to rotate due to the fact that wave energy of sea waves continuously drives the rotating shaft 7 to rotate, the worm wheel 19 is meshed with the worm 18, therefore, the rotating shaft 7 drives the worm 18, the sleeve 20, the rotating shaft 24 and the fan blade 30 to rotate through the worm wheel 19 until the rotating shaft 24 can reach a specified rotating speed, the second generator 31 can normally generate power, and at the moment, the meshing of the first bevel gear 21 and the second bevel gear 25 is released through the hydraulic cylinder 22;
s5, when the wave is large or the tide rises, the rotating motor 36 is started, the rotating motor 36 can drive the second synchronizing wheel 37 and the nut 39 to rotate through the first synchronizing wheel 35 and the synchronous belt 38, the nut 39 is in threaded connection with the lead screw 34, the nut 39 drives the floating layer 3 to move upwards along with the rotation of the nut 39, and the floating layer 3, the fixed box 17 and the fixed plate 29 are prevented from being submerged by seawater.

s2, when waves come, the waves push the rotating arm (5) and the floating plate (6) to rotate anticlockwise, the outer toothed ring (15) is meshed with the first gear (8), the rotating arm (5) rotates anticlockwise to drive the first gear (8) and the pin (12) to rotate clockwise, the pin (12) clamps the rotating shaft (7) through the clamping groove (13), the rotating shaft (7) can rotate clockwise, the first generator (16) can generate electricity, the inner toothed ring (14) drives the second gear (9) to rotate anticlockwise at the same time, and the pin (12) in the second gear (9) cannot clamp the rotating shaft (7);
s3, when sea waves leave, the rotating arm (5) and the floating plate (6) rotate clockwise, the outer gear ring (15) drives the first gear (8) to rotate anticlockwise, the pin (12) in the first gear (8) cannot clamp the rotating shaft (7), the inner gear ring (14) can drive the second gear (9) to rotate clockwise, the pin (12) can clamp the rotating shaft (7) at the moment, therefore, the second gear (9) drives the rotating shaft (7) to rotate clockwise continuously, and the first generator (16) can continue to generate electricity;

s5, when the wave is large or when the tide rises, the rotating motor (36) is started, the rotating motor (36) can drive the second synchronizing wheel (37) and the nut (39) to rotate through the first synchronizing wheel (35) and the synchronous belt (38), the nut (39) is in threaded connection with the lead screw (34), the nut (39) drives the floating layer (3) to move upwards along with the rotation of the nut (39), and the floating layer (3), the fixed box (17) and the fixed plate (29) are prevented from being submerged by seawater.
